✗ Not easy to useThe first ten or twenty times I used this app it didn’t work, and the frustrating thing about it is that you can’t tell what has gone wrong. My first three attempts to verify my identity failed without any explanation. A few weeks later I tried again and it worked. Then it says “here are your immunizations!,” and then presents me with a blank screen. I drag down to refresh; no response. Drag ten more times; no response; then one more time and the animated squirrel appears, telling me nothing. A little while later my records finally appear. I haven’t checked them for accuracy..Version: 2.2.32
✗ Does not work on iPhone 8This app does not work on my iPhone 8. First it did not want to let me set up the account at all. I filled out all the personal profile information on the setup screen over and over, but it didn’t want to save it and let me move onto the next screen. When (after six more attempts) I finally got it to save my profile, I got an error message saying that I had not entered my birthdate. So I entered it again, but again it would not save the information. I tried once more, and the same thing happened. At that point I gave up. Apparently this app just does not work on iPhone 8. Too bad..Version: 2.2.11
