✓ A blessing!!I was looking for for an app for so long that I could trust would be able to save my mom’s voicemails (she passed unexpectedly and these are all I have besides my memories). I was afraid to change my phone as I thought I’d loose them. But then I came across this app which allowed me to save these messages when I changed my phone from an android to iPhone. Even with a small glitch the team at Voicemail Saver made sure I didn’t loose them. I can’t thank them enough! This app and their help has been literally a blessing. ✓ Fantastic Customer Service from Arles!I was having trouble finding saved voicemails on the app so I sent an email to customer service. I received a follow up email immediately including instructions on how to recover the voicemails. He also included his phone number if I still had trouble. I was able to call him and he walked me through my problem in just a matter of minutes. I was very thankful to recover those saved voicemails which included some that go back to 2008. Thank you so much for helping save these precious memories of phone calls from my loved ones..Version: 5.0
✓ Awesome!Voice memos can save voicemails but if you loose phone you loose the voice memos. VoicemailSaver allows you to save in the app not the phone. So even if you loose phone or didn't backup to iCloud or PC you will never loose the voicemail! App works AWESOME! You need to have visual voicemail for it to work. ✓ Great app, best customer serviceI got this app a couple of years ago to store my Dads voicemails since I went through a new phone every year. Thankfully I did, he passed away last month. It was nice to be able to login into Voicemail Saver and go through what I saved. It’s very easy to use, once you save the VM’s you can date and label them for easy finding. The quality of the sound is good. The customer service with this company is the best I’ve ever received. Since I created this years ago, I of course forgot my password and couldn’t log on. After I reached out to them over email, minutes later, they helped me retrieve my info over text on a Saturday morning. I was so relieved the old voicemails still saved..Version: 1.8
✓ Fantastic app!!!!I've been looking for something to save my Mothers voicemails for years. She has Alzheimer's and her voicemails are priceless! I had trouble getting the app to work so I emailed support. I immediately received a reply, with a phone number to call. The person was very helpful and friendly! Had the app working within minutes! ✓ Thank you,Arles!I initially had difficulty loading this app and he called me to find out what the difficulty was I was trying to take information from an android phone and sending it to an iPhone and loading it in to the voicemail saver and it wasn’t working he spent probably for five hours working on this problem for me and now I have all the emails that my father left me before he died there were your replaceable OK. ✓ Great app to save passed ones voicemailsI purchased this app because I needed a place to store voicemails from my mother who passed away. I had a little trouble figuring it out at first. I emailed the company and they immediately responded and called me and walked me through it. Its easy to upload your voicemails then lets you label and date each voicemail, very organized . ✓ Very thankful for suggestions made technical supportI had some voice memos that were very important to me and I purchased this app. After purchasing I realized that the App was for saving voice mail not voice memos. As they say “ win some , lose some and some are rained out”. A day after purchasing this App I got an Email from their technical support stating “See you purchased our App but see you have not downloaded any voice mail. Any way we can give you any help”? Wrote back and explained the above situation. They wrote back just forward the voice memos to the App. (Click on the voice mail, click on forward, click on Voicemail icon). WORKS LIKE A CHARM. 👏🏻👍🏼 Thanks to this technical support group reaching out to a new user of the App. Made my day..Version: 2.0

✓ Helpful customer support for my iPhone questionI was so grateful when my written question to customer service prompted a quick response and offer for me to call at a time that worked for my schedule. My call was handled by an efficient and friendly man who promptly answered the question to my iPhone issue. After saving voicemails to the app, I found I couldn’t hear them upon playback and wondered why. Luckily it was a quick-fix: I just had to take my phone off of vibrate (toggle switch above the volume controls). After doing that, I had no problem hearing saved messages.
