STRETCHIT: Stretching Mobility for Negative User Reviews

Overall okI've been using this app for over a week now. I'm somewhat flexible (can touch toes, front splits, etc) so I don't have any trouble following the videos without pausing. My issue is that while some videos are great, others aren't. The videos with the black instructor are great cause they have a nice flow and goes thru every move and every rep with you. The videos with the white blonde woman are terrible to follow. I find myself needing to pause at every position because the instructor tells you to get into a position and tells you to repeat it several times, but then immediately goes on to the next position without any time in between. I would need to pause at every position in order to do the reps they said to do. This isn't great when I'm in a position that's difficult to pause the video. If the creators can add in extra time in between each position so we can continue the suggested reps, that would be great. Otherwise, I'd just skip the Full Body Classes at medium length..Version: 3.5.0

Definitely not for beginners like it would suggest.Even when you click absolute beginner and go with the easy course the instructor just flies through every exercises and barely explains what to do before instantly moving on to the next exercise. Canceled within two days of the free trial and moved onto a better app..Version: 3.7.0

Wanna pay double what Netflix charges for a few stretching vids?Great sessions, but the plan is too pricy to go past the trial..Version: 4.0.3

Videos go too quickThe videos don’t give enough time to figure out the posture and go into it. By the time you get into the posture, the instructor has moved on.Version: 2.3.11

Good app but expensive.I have tried the 7 days trial and loved it. Improved my flexibility but I think it is a bit too much to ask £4.99/ package ....if it was for the whole app or at least for two packages then it would be amazing.Version: 1.3.7

Awful app never been able to useAwful app that I haven’t been able to use as it just keeps crashing my phone so a complete waste of money. Customer service was rubbish and just told me I could access it on a computer instead which I don’t have access too and wouldn’t give me a refund even though I can’t actually use the app! Don’t waste your money.Version: 2.3.10

DisappointedI was super excited to use this app and then I realized that you have to PAY! I’m not interested in doing the free trial. I am just going to look up videos on YouTube instead.Version: 1.4.2

Price is ridiculous$256 per year for a stretching app you must be kidding.Version: 4.19.2

Great concept, quality material, but the app/interface could be betterThis is a great concept for people who want to work on their flexibility, and the material is good quality, but the app itself is not well made. I’m reviewing it hoping they will work out these things, because I want to keep using it :-) 1. The instruction will say do 8 arm circles but there is no time (the on screen instructor doesn’t do them either). So you have to pause the workout just to do the circles, and the restart. It means you can’t finish actually in 30 minutes. 2. If you’ve signed up for a challenge and change your mind, you can’t get it out of your calendar. 3. You have to download the video to see the workouts, and then scroll through it. It would be a lot easier to be able to see the stretches before hand so you can see how they’re done, and you don’t spend the short tutorial time trying to learn to do the stretch properly. Thanks for the app otherwise, it’s been fun :-).Version: 2.3.1

Kinda scammyKinda scammy… when I signed up for my free trial I was told I would receive a notification 2 days before the trial ended. I didn’t. I wasn’t ready to pay a subscription yet, it wasn’t in my budget and now I’m out almost $32 I didn’t have this week. Other than that the app is great but I won’t be continuing to use it or recommend it after this paid month has ended..Version: 4.6.1

Unusable due to crashesMaybe this app is good - I have no way of knowing because it crashed instantly when I try to sign up for the trial..Version: 4.6.1

Deceptive StartPretty deceptive sign up process. Heavy in data collection and unclear user journey. You go through the sign up process and answer all the questions - it says as you're going that it's 'building your plan'. You get to the end, answer DOB, gender and then it tells you that it's a 7 day free trial. Go through the payment process to activate the trial as per standard Apple subscriptions. Now you're in the app - everything is locked. You've just agreed to pay for an app (after a 7 day trial) that is locked. What do you need to do to unlock the app? Hand over more personal details and make an account with them - I'd have thought that having my Apple ID AND Payment details would have been enough but not so. Sign up with your email and make an account and at no point do they deliver your personalised plan that you answered the questions for in the first place. You can click 'help me choose a class' which basically runs you through the same set of questions you were asked on first open. As far as I can tell this isn't going to be personalised at all. Just pick a class and go. All the answering questions at the start is just a waste of time. Best bit was I answered Male on the original set of questions and when checking my profile it's got me listed as Other..Version: 4.18.2

Why?I like the app but there’s one teensy problem, I have to use money so I deleted the app and I gave one star. Can u please just make it for free so I don’t have to use money?!?.Version: 2.2.1

Depends on your goals and experience levelIf you want to move regularly and explore movement, this will probably improve your life. I did not continue beyond the trial for a couple of reasons. The first is that there is not very clear cueing during the sessions and so if your eyes are not constantly on the video, you may find it difficult to figure out what you were supposed to be doing. The second is I was also looking for some thing that I might be able to introduce to older relatives, who are at risk of falls and who could use some mobility and flexibility training, but who do not have a history of working out and who find yoga and other similar things intimidating. I do not think this would be a good fit, because it assumes a lot of body knowledge and some skill, including balance and body awareness, so it is a good complement if you are already active and do not have a mobility regime but not great if you are starting from scratch..Version: 4.0.3

Good but very expensiveI really enjoy the app, there is a large variety of classes and I like how you can select challenges or programs which help you meet your goals without overstretching or having to think too much about which class to choose. Thé 3 stars is because I feel it is significantly overpriced. I’m very happy to pay for good content like this, but the app is much more expensive than popular fitness apps like Sweat and Alo Moves which both offer significantly more classes and more functionality (better casting, integrated music, large range of instructors etc.). I think about half the current annual price would be more appropriate (which would place it at a similar price to Sweat). I’ve been on the annual plan this year and my flexibility has (slooowly but surely) improved. Unfortunately I will have to cut it this year because I can’t justify the price on top of my gym membership and yoga app. I hope to re-join at some point when I have more money..Version: 3.4.1

Not goodIt’s ok but then it stop you halfway through and makes you pay to watch the rest of the video.Version: 1.4.2

Just use youtubeEverything’s behind a paywall.Version: 4.6.1

Outrageously expensiveThe app is well made and the exercises are challenging. That said I’m not sure how they can justify this price. Make sure you understand how you’re being charged - I initially thought there was a tiered fee system depending on the type of exercise, which appears not to be the case. Won’t be continuing after the first month (completing the first month only because I’ve already been charged)..Version: 2.2.10

Great exercises but lacking app/production qualityThe exercise on this app are excellent, they really push me more in unique and interesting ways, with surprising variations on the one i’m familiar with from traditional yoga. These are however let down a little by the overalls production value: i wish they would always tell me when to breath and not breath at start of a new move, sometimes we have done 3 cycles of it before breathing is mentioned or it is not mentioned at all. Simple graphic in corner could be retrospectively added to all these videos with breath timing. The moment the video starts it’s do this stretch, yoga videos usually have a 10-30 seconds of just come to the matt, check you have some blocks and settle into a seated position, few deep breaths then go. I know this isn’t yoga exactly but it could benefit from some of this. When I chromecast a video, it is not tracked that it was completed on the app. If I am watching a video and click off it or change app, my place is completely forgotten. Simple stuff would make this so much pleasanter to use..Version: 3.7.10

Videos within app very heavy making it unusableThe problem with this app is the videos are very heavy and so simply don’t load if you don’t have great internet connectivity. Given how expensive the subscription is, you would think the developers would have invested more in the streaming aspect. There is no option to load a lighter version of a video as there is on most streaming platforms. The program itself is great and I’m a big fan, but the video streaming needs work..Version: 3.7.7

Charged before the end of the free trial!I signed up for the 7-day trial to see if the app was right for me. I explored the app, watched one of the videos and then immediately cancelled. Now it appears I’ve been charged for an entire year. Can I have my money back, please?.Version: 3.7.5

I press the training . And there is no class and nothing.Need help.Version: 2.3.14

Quite disappointedI saw this app and thought that it would rlly help motivate me so I got it. Once I signed up I realised you had to do a free trial for 7 days and then pay for the rest of the time you use it. I would’ve rated it higher but it was very disappointing to find I couldn’t use it without paying 🙁.Version: 1.4.3

I wanted to like itI wanted to like this app. I wanted to like it so bad! This is exactly what I needed. I loved that you could schedule select times and reminders to train and do the app! I like the challenges, I love the overall design and experience of the app itself. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the videos themselves, which is the bread and butter of the app. First off, you have to download each session, which I don’t particularly care for. My biggest problem is how the classes are taught. It feels so rushed. I’m listening to what I need to do for the position and any movements and transitions. Then it’ll say “repeat X times.” Great, so by this point I’ve done one set. Then I start on the second set and it tells me to do the other side. It expected me to have done all X reps while listening to the explanation. Its very frustrating to me. The stretches themselves are great, and I like what the app has me do, but the timing is so off for me that I have to pause it, and restart it, and honestly that gets annoying because that means I have to keep my phone within hand reaching distance at all times and move it with me and we go from poses to pose. If that kid of thing doesn’t bother you, then you’re going to love this app. But it bothered me too much sadly. I couldn’t get past it. So I’m going to have to uninstall..Version: 2.3.5

Cancel subscriptionHi, the app is fine but I no longer need it and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel my subscription. I followed the instructions to go to iTunes and nothing happens. PLEASE make it stop.Version: 2.0.12

PayingLook really nice but you absolutely need to pay to have access to everything :/.Version: 4.19.2

In app perchasesIt says that it’s $7.99 for in app purchases but it’s a subscription based app. I’d happily pay a once off fee but to pay so much is unreasonable. Don’t say it’s $7.99 for in app purchases on the App Store but then asks to pay over $150 for a yearly subscription. Waste of a download..Version: 2.1.2

Disappointing waste of moneyDon't waste your money, beware you are charged PER training package opened up. The free trial doesn't give this impression. I've been charged £20 per month without my knowledge! Total rip off when you can get free stretch routines from Pinterest..Version: 1.4.2

Far too expensiveI’ve just downloaded the free trial and not even opened it yet. Having read some reviews, £20 a month is ridiculously expensive. The cost of living is going up and I would expect apps that motivate you to workout/ stretch etc, (ways to make people feel better about themselves), should be a lot less money. £20 annually would have been acceptable. People are out to make as much money as possible and as quickly as possible these days. It’s not right!.Version: 4.21.6

DiscriminationI love the variety and the challenges. I have improved drastically in my flexibility because of this app. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their flexibility. I am however wildly disappointed with the discrimination between monthly and yearly members. Yearly members are given more access to specific features when monthly members actually end up paying more to subscribe yearly..Version: 2.5.1

Not free - you need a membershipThe download is free but other than that you can’t do anything without a membership. You can sign up for a seven day free trial, but other than that....Version: 2.0.12

???I don’t recommend this app. I’ve tried deleting it multiple times, and it keeps showing up. I physically cannot remove it from my phone..Version: 2.3.15

Need a subscriptionBad. Can’t access anything without a subscription so it's misleading that it's free..Version: 2.1.3

Terrible customer serviceTried to get a free trial and was charged for a whole month. Contacted them several times and no response. Terrible..Version: 4.21.7

It’s worth giving a shot!Pros: - Amazing sessions - Sessions available for beginner, intermediate and advanced - Good content with the challenges Cons - A bit on the expensive side as compared to other yoga apps out there - App needs to be improved, it freezes time to time, downloading a new sessions takes a lot of time - Splits in Beginners’ sessions is a bit too much.Version: 2.2.12

Rude Admin and needs to work on customer serviceI asked a question via their Instagram social media and the response was rude. If you are rude to your potential customers then I feel for the actual people that sign to be your customers. Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up for this. You are better off googling the movements in google which that seems like that all they do. Especially if you are going to get a rude response and f you ask a question. If I could give it ZERO stars then I would but sadly even more one star is too much for the awful customer service. Be happy in 2021 and get a new attitude. I don’t know who made your 2021 awful but no reason to be rude to me because I asked a question and I was willing to pay 160 for a full year. Thank you for showing your true colors. Anyone else beware. You may want to ask a question before you buy it and you will see how this admin response and you will be thankful you went another direction..Version: 2.3.5

Would be perfect...if not for the payments required!!!I wanted to enhance my stretching and finally get into my splits, and this app would be the perfect one out there, however when I downloaded it, I clicked on one of the lessons, and it said “choose a plan” and I can’t do ANYTHING for free (tried the lessons advanced and beginner, challenges, etc, all with the same annoying result). I hate how you make me pay to stretch and - unlike most other apps - don’t allow me to do any exercises without having to pay to you! Please do something about this, as I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. This is really annoying, and if it wasn’t for this, I’d definitely have used it all the time!!!!!!!!! Quite a disappointment, honestly..Version: 2.3.1

Terrible not free at allNothing is free don’t believe that you get a 7 day free trial only after you put in your details it’s better just watch videos online it’s way too complicated to get an account when it claims to be free ITS NOT FREE it’s around £160 a year and it takes the money before asking.Version: 3.7.7

Great trial but expensive appSo the 7 day trial lets you try everything which is great. The videos are all easy to follow and good. However after your 7 day trial you then have to pay £4.99 a month, per package. So £4.99 for splits, plus another £4.99 for backbends etc etc so in reality you would be spending £25 a month to use the whole app which I think is ridiculous. If you were able to make a one off payment of £4.99 for one or £25 for all then it would be much more realistic. If it wasn't so expensive I'd of rated it higher, and in fact I would consider currently rating it lower due to the cost!.Version: 1.3.7

App is a Mess, Instruction isn’t GreatThe app itself is poorly organized and a challenge to navigate and makes it difficult to try different programs since it forces you to schedule times. Want to airplay it to your TV so you can see better? Well you can’t make it go full screen, trying to makes it appear sideways. The classifications aren’t very useful since they’re associated with the technical moves and not the instruction level. If I see beginner I’m expecting a bit slower and more thorough instruction with more angle changes so I can see what they’re doing. There are much better apps for improving your flexibility that are easier to navigate and provide better instruction for beginners. I can’t recommend it. But at least you get a 7 day trial to figure that out for yourself…..Version: 3.2.8

🤨🤨I’m only on my second class, I picked the class to learn how to do the splits and I put it on beginner Not only are the moves difficult - which is fine but I wouldn’t consider it beginner, the end of the second class tells you to get into a split If I knew and could do the splits, I wouldn’t be taking this class?.Version: 2.2.11

FlexI love stretching and I would love to get more flexibility thank you so much for inventing this app can you please put some harder classes as they are quite easy to master. Anyways Great App Congrats on your amazing app I just have one question how do you pay for e classes? 😆😆🙂.Version: 2.2.12

Good exercises, not worth the priceI think it’s a great platform for flexibility and mobility, with a lot of strength training to support increased range of motion. The app itself is basic, which isn’t necessarily bad. The downfall of the app is its price point. There are apps that are better built, and feature exercises and meal plans (and/or other features) at a significantly lower price point. The price is also in USD, so depending on where you live, it can be even more expensive. I think it’s too bad, I would have otherwise subscribed if the price was closer to $100 a year. But at nearly CAD$200 a year in my currency, it’s too much. If it were my only subscription/membership, I might think otherwise, but this would have been to compliment my other training..Version: 2.3.12

Coat too muchGood app and j would have li Ed to purchase but $240 a year for an app is ridiculous. Not affordable to me but I suppose that doesn’t matter to the creators..Version: 3.6.1

On the takeUS program costs are $80 US Dollar is 108.712773 Canadian Dollar is a 1.35 percent exchange rate Canadian program cost are $205 Canadian which is a 2.55 percent exchange rate A 255% markup from US to Canada. I have 3 photos from their site & app to prove the developer isn’t being trustworthy.Version: 4.12.2

Terrible money wasterThis app is advertised as free but when you download it you have to pay loads of money and the trial is only 7 days which isn’t enough time to seriously improve your flexibility. Greedy for money..Version: 2.1.5

Can’t even get startedI was really excited to download this app and improve my overall flexibility, especially after having read a couple ratings, but I was pretty disappointed with the outcome. I just downloaded the app and answered the basic questions. When it came to the gender selection and I picked female, the app closed. I tried this again and got the same result. I don’t know what happened, it’s a shame tho. Thanks for reading, please fix this bug.Version: 4.3.1

Mixed feelingsI am at intermediate level in terms of flexibility (dancer), and want to work on middle splits and oversplits. Trying out the free trial after being bombarded by instagram ads. I really enjoyed Alicia’s videos - she is a great teacher and the videos are well done. The downside is that most of the intermediate splits classes are in another format with another woman in a blue top with a voiceover, and the video looks like they freeze frame her and loop her doing the same exercise if it’s a repetitive one. I really just can’t get into those videos at all and find myself skipping over the days where I have to take her class in a program. I also dislike that the class screenshot / preview video shows another woman doing the class! It means I have to click around and start playing the class only to find it is that lady I want to skip. I really wish they would re-record those older videos and update them so that every class would be in the new format which is much more enjoyable to follow along with. I am on the fence about paying for a subscription considering how many of the videos are in the old class format..Version: 3.7.3

Not working.App kicks me out every time I try to start a class. iPad is updated and app as well. Unacceptable for a paid service..Version: 2.0.3

Not too badThe challenges are great but I sometimes wonder if the classes I’m doing in the challenges eg (middle split challenge) are not relevant to the target group areas. I get a little bored with the narration and although I appreciate the detail of the classes I wish the instructors voice had a bit more of enthusiasm to bounce back off. But it’s great to listen to music on top of the classes. Some classes are great others I wish I could speed up a little or have a count down for how long to hold the stretches to have an indication..Version: 2.2.15

Terrible prices! The app itself is good but they are Charing the same price as a whole monthly gym membership @ £25 per Month. They make the app seem affordable and it’s really extortion for some stretches that you can research online and it’s not their own personally created stretches. The person replying to all users on behalf of the company is far too sassy and rude in your replies to people who rate it badly. Sad to see someone so bitter rather than taking the feedback from 99% of people which is that it’s too expensive. The customers are always right. Hi No need to reply I already know what you will say blah blah blah.... The whole app is only worth a one of p.Version: 2.2.6

Outrageously expensiveIt’s such a shame as the app has good exercises and explained really well but the price is so unjustifiable at nearly £20 a month?! The free classes or ‘free week’ is no substitute and is not worth the time. I think it’s terrible to take advantage of people this way considering the cost of living at the moment and inflation, and you’re expected to pay the same as a gym membership for a stretching app?! Pure greed..Version: 3.4.1

Great idea and very polished but stretches are rushedThe app is great, the value is there and the instructor is incredibly clear but even for a relatively bendy person, the stretch cycles are far too rushed. Much better to get through fewer moves but to hang onto the movements for longer. Overall though, great app and would be a clear 5 stars if it notches down a tempo..Version: 2.2.12

Bad comparability with screen sharing to a TVThe app is too small on my phone so I’ve screen shared it to the TV. It appears as being very small on the TV too. If you then rotate your phone to get full screen on the phone, the image rotates 90 degrees on the TV screen and doesn’t get any bigger! I’ve not had this issue with any other workout apps that I’ve used. Can you update the app and rectify this issue? It’s probably the only thing stopping me from purchasing the app..Version: 2.2.12

The hefty price is a major TURN - OFF!It's the most expensive app ever. I would not waste my hard earned money for an app that costs and arm and a leg, what a rip off!! I will be deleting my account and find free stuff online. This app is definitely not worth the price!.Version: 3.7.4

Charged me even though I deleted it after a day!I downloaded the app to try to kickstart a stretching habit, watched two videos and felt it just wasn’t suited to me. Deleted the app the next day. Then a week later I saw a charge of £19! Even though I’ve made no use of it, very disappointed and unsure why I’d be charged with no use of it! Just stealing peoples money really!.Version: 2.1.5

Pretends to be personalisedTrying for 6 weeks now and the videos move so fast it barely feels like I’m holding poses for long enough have any benefits. My splits course Class stepped up to way above my level half way through the course, and the app recommended me to drop the course, without recommending a replacement course that is better suited to my flexibility. Can’t say I would recommend to anyone. Insanely expensive for what it is..Version: 4.17.0

Not FREE!Free means free! We’ll, not this app. I already pay for a gym membership, a private trainer and pilates reformer classes, so I wasn’t looking to shell out another $14/mo. The ad caught my eye on Twitter, FREE!, and for someone with really tight hamstrings and back pain, I was interested in another alternative to stretch at home between conference calls. I’ve been working out for many years, I know how to stretch, but FREE options and something new, why not?! I wasted 10 min signing up and downloading a 10 min hamstring stretch only to find I couldn’t even try it without locking myself into a free trial. I don’t need another “free trial” that I forget to cancel before it’s too late. If you are going to advertise “FREE”, then don’t bait and switch someone. As another person had pointed out, 7 days isn’t enough time to see a difference and make a decision when it comes to an exercise app. 30 day trial is a more reasonable assessment period. Very disappointed I didn’t even get to try it without commitment..Version: 3.7.6

It’s slow to load the classesFor some reason they chose to download the entire video instead of caching it like every other fitness video app. The app itself is terribly designed for something you pay a £18 a month for. Only thing good are the actual classes. But chances are you’ll fall asleep before the video even loads. Before the dev comes back at me with “your internet connection may be slow”, I have a gigabit internet connection. Your app is unusable..Version: 2.4.2

Subscription AppAnother subscription app...Version: 2.2.0

:(It’s sooo bad you have to pay for it. It’s like all the other bad apps.Version: 2.0.7

Hard to use video controls: hate the updateI’ve been using the app with a yearly subscription since 2019 and used to love it. They’ve since updated their video player and it’s become difficult to use and no longer user friendly. It’s hard to pause the video (you used to just be able to tap the screen). Now you need to tap the screen to bring up the bar, then tap the TINIEST pause button, that is also right next to TINY fast forward and reverse buttons. So while trying to pause I am now always either going forwards or backwards. You often need to pause to ‘grab a strap’ or ‘grab a block.’ It’s becoming increasingly frustrating and I’m starting to hate using the app. They’ve also since added in absolute beginner classes (which is great for those who need that) but when I chose a challenge and select intermediate, it feels like a waste to then get days doing absolute beginner classes in which I feel no stretch or any potential progress from..Version: 2.6.5

Cost too much, beginner courses are too hardBeginner courses are NOT for beginners, can’t do half the moves. Instructors are way too fast. If have very tight muscles and are a beginner this is not the app for you..Version: 4.6.1

Don’t want to pay☹️I don’t like that you have to pay now I can’t stretch. BOO Also I don’t want to do your 7 day free trial. Can’t every thing be free..Version: 2.2.12

Okay - but incredibly boringLook. This app has good stretches and helps in that way. But it is, quite literally, the single most boring exercise app I’ve ever used. There’s absolutely no explanation of any of the stretches (no - you’re doing this to help with this muscle), no “hold for x seconds” or anything. The voice is too loud to listen to a podcast with even, so you can’t even distract yourself in that way. I’ve used multiple exercise apps (down dog is hands down my fav) and had high hopes for this one given what it promises. I’m not at all motivated to use it, and seriously regret spending any money on this app. A friend and I downloaded this to get out splits again, but very quickly moved onto other apps and routines, as we hated doing the workouts form this app so much..Version: 2.3.14

A bit disappointed ☹️This app would be perfect but you have to pay! Some people might be interested in paying but I’m not. So if your willing to pay to get flexible you should download this app but that is my only complaint other then that it is a great app and I highly recommend it!.Version: 2.3.1

Great app….just not affordableReally like this app - had no problems subscribing to the trial and definitely wasn’t charged once trial finished. Would have loved to take out a subscription but even with 40% off, £144 per year is simply too expensive for recorded classes. A shame as the content and instructions are very good..Version: 4.11.0

Please allow volume control!I’ve been using this app since it released and have been a loyal customer. But, I have one complaint which has never gone away, which is please allow for in-app control of the volume. The automatic lowering of all other app volumes is not it. It allows for Apple Music but I’m a Spotify user and when I play my music during workouts I barely hear it over the instructions. For Alicia’s workouts it’s okay, but the more generic workouts with the narrator it’s extremely boring. It genuinely gets in the way of me wanting to use the app or complete my workout. I’ve literally been using another app as of recent because at least I can play my own music while I do a level 4 workout!.Version: 4.19.2

Asked me to update, now it won’t workI have been using this app a lot and it seemed great. I am really frustrated because it asked me to update the app. So I did. Now I keep getting an error message and I can’t log on. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading. Resetting my password and nothing will work. This app is over $200.00 and I’ve paid for it. Please fix this immediately if not, it’s a bit of a scam to me. I am not even a month into my year subscription and I can’t use it now..Version: 4.1.0

!!!! Decided to trial and they immediately charged my account!!!!I downloaded app to trial. I did 1 six minute stretch. And same day cancel free trial and they immediately charged my account $249 AUD ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!!! Do not do trial!!! This is a scam!!!!!.Version: 4.12.3

Good app but took all my moneyThe platform seemed to be great until even though I chose the monthly subscription, the whole year was taken at once and there is no number to call and support is not responding.Version: 4.0.0

£20 a month is too expensiveI really enjoyed the free lessons, but I simply can’t justify spending £20 a month on a fitness app. Maybe if it offered live lessons or personal coaching, but not when it only offers curated videos..Version: 4.8.0

Beware. They will take your money even after you have cancelled. I have asked for a refund I’m not holding my breath. They didn’t notify me before removing money from my account..Version: 4.12.3

Videos are freezing appOn iPhone 13 pro max. Need to reset the app evertime. Very annoying.Version: 3.2.7

Good but expensiveThe subscription is a little pricy IMO, I don’t use it enough to justify keeping it.Version: 3.7.2

I ❤️ this app but…I’ve been using the app for a month. Pros: - high quality content - great pacing - clear instructions - three choices of lengths of classes - ability to play music through Apple’s music app at a loud level - tons of different stretching classes - props needed well indicated Cons: - the videos must be really large because like other reviewers, I too have faced videos that just won’t download, stop and start etc - can’t favorite a video - can’t search - only one shoulder class - can’t find videos based on body part such as hip or upper back or neck - can’t find video based on pain area like lower back or knee etc - I don’t see any indication of recommendations based on my feedback. I’ve been rating each class but I don’t see any changes in what’s recommended. I really like this app because it focuses solely on stretching unlike Apple’s fitness app, plus I love the way you can actually hear the music and it’s the music you want. So I’m going to pay the, yes, expensive $20/month in the hopes that some of the cons are fixed quickly. I feel like the content creator was let down by the programmer. They’ve got to get those videos more compressed and they’ve got to try to tag the videos better and add a search so we can find more classes easily. Plus get the recommendation algorithm actually working..Version: 3.2.10

Useless if you don’t have enough storageYou need to download onto your phone every single class, if you don’t have a load of storage on your phone then this app is completely pointless because you can’t watch any of the classes..Version: 2.3.5

Good app but very expensiveI liked this app a lot but when it came time to renew, I couldn’t justify the $200 USD/year when there are other apps on the market that are much more affordable that I am willing to try. The high cost lost them a subscriber..Version: 4.21.3
