βœ“ Excellent saga for both the casual and in depth gamerInkle, amazing work! I have thoroughly enjoyed your Sorcery saga. Just finished it yesterday, will now play again! Definitely recommendable purchase!.Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ I ship flanker and analander so muchFlanker is soooooo cute. Plz do anything to save him..Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ AmazingI really like this game and have been addicted to it since my friend recommended it to me, I like how there are multiple different endings that you can play out with some being good and some not so much. Almost everything about it is great. The only minor thing that I don’t like is that the final ending is a bit underwhelming compared to what I was expecting but the game itself was excellent..Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ Best iOS game of 2016This game is simply-put, amazing. You continue the story from where you left off in the third game. The game introduces new mechanics and brings back old stuff from the previous games. Unlike the other games there is a point where you can no longer rewind. I thought that this was great, no longer was I mindlessly playing this game, I was now fully considering my decisions and it is a mechanic that actually proves to be pivotal for the story. The game ends with a tear-jerking ending that brings back nostalgia from the previous games. All in all an awesome game. Highly recommend it and totally worth the money..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Superb!Engrossing, immersive, beautifully designed, funny, suspenseful, tricky, creative, replayable and the best game I've played on my iPhone. Cannot recommend it highly enough..Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ Wow...Truly one of the best games of any platform I have ever played, and that's saying a LOT. The sheer amount of work that went into each and every scenario and choice is staggering. I felt pure joy every time I played this game for the 30 or so hours it took me to win (I know I'm slow, but I like to explore EVERYTHING).Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Perfect!A stunning end to the series, and worth every penny. I love Sorcery! and inkle's other games. If you hesitate to purchase, let me advise you: Buy this. You won't regret it. The story arc comes to an end perfectly, and the no-rewind trick is great for a hardcore experience. In short: Inkle, you've done it again. Thanks for this series. It's been great..Version: 1.0

βœ“ YeatThis game is pretty good.Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ Fantastic Game!!!A fantastic game from fantastic developers! Thanks!!!.Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ FinallyFinally after so long time we are come at you with new Sorcery.Version: 1.0

βœ“ VERY LONG AWAITEDVERY FUN. MUCH YES. 10/10.Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Purchase whole series without a second thoughtThis game is a masterful conversion of the original gamebook and provides hours of entertainment. Enjoyed part 4 immensely, best played as a series for totally immersive experience- well done and thank you Inkle!.Version: 1.0.2

βœ“ AmazingI've played this game and all the ones before it and every thing the game has advanced in quality and length, so this game should be absolutely perfect.Version: 1.0

βœ“ Literally and metaphorically spellbinding, and I'm not even that into fantasy.First off, this is the only game on any platform for which I've waited for the midnight release, bought immediately and then played until the early hours of the morning. I only got about 3 hours sleep before a very busy day, and I have no regrets at all. My dad used to own a number of Choose-Your-Own-Adventure books from his childhood. When I was a kid, I used to adore reading them (though never really playing them properly). My favourite by far was Steve Jackson's 'Sorcery! The Seven Serpents'. My dad didn't own any of the other 'Sorcery!' books, so it was essentially the third part of the trilogy with no context for what had come before, but it didn't matter. The illustrations were beautiful, the world was unique and intriguing and the story was compelling, not to mention well-written. Inkle Studios have done an incredible thing here - they've taken an already amazing series of gamebooks and turned them into something even better. They've expanded upon the original text significantly, included all the illustrations from the books, used a flawless choice-carrying system which really personalises the story for you, and have transposed it all onto a gorgeous visual element (the maps in this game truly are works of art). The smallest of choices can have big consequences through the series - even relatively little decisions made in the first game came back in surprising ways in the fourth. By the time I reached my ending, I really felt like I'd played *my* story. Mass Effect has nothing on this. Apologies for ranting, but these games have really hit every possible mark for me - they're funny, touching, tragic, unpredictable, beautiful, personal and seamlessly designed. If you've read this far, please play them - this developer deserves so much praise and money for what they've created. If all of the above hasn't sold it to you, I'm not even that into fantasy. 10/10 nonetheless..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Best game I've every playedAnyone who has not played the first three games should buy them, to get more meaning out of the whole amazing story..Version: 1.0.2

βœ“ You are the HEROI loved these as a kid and love these Inkle adaptations. They get better and better..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ DaneTHIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER! Me and Dilan have been waiting for ever to play this game! WHOO it came out I'm so happy!!!! It's awesome 10/10 :).Version: 1.0

βœ“ The BEST game ever!I adore these games! Much better to play from Sorcery 1 onwards as the story goes from game to game. Hours and hours of gameplay. You can then start again and change the story completely whilst maintaining the save from your first game. I'd rate it 100 stars if I could. Roll on Sorcery 5 :).Version: 1.0.2

βœ“ Outstanding game!!Amazing series, beautifully reimagined and so incredibly engaging! So happy to find this release!.Version: 1.1.2

βœ“ GREAT!!!An amazingly well written end to a glorious adventure. If you've enjoyed previous Sorcery! games them you will love this. A must have for any true fan of Sorcery!.Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Great game, Love itThis was my first time playing a sorcery game and I loved it!! Don't listen to the whole "rewind problem" it's part of the story, that's why it was taken away. 10/10 with rice again..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Excellent ConclusionHave been patiently waiting for this and was not disappointed. The depth and variety of this game leading back to the first one is so much better than any telltale story game..Version: 1.0

βœ“ Wow! Another GREAT entry!Once again, the developers find ways to innovate and entertain by driving a deep interactive experience with a fascinating storyline. This might be the best one of the four!.Version: 1.1.2

βœ“ Wonderful Game!Playing through all of the endings has been a blast! My only suggestion is to allow the rewind button to activate after the player has played through part 4 from start to finish (x) amount of times. I am at the point with Sorcery! 4 where I have played through quite a few times and would like to see what happens when I make minor adjustments to my selections, but I have to do quite a bit of replaying and remembering prior selections to be able to see minor changes to conversations, etc..Version: 1.0.2

βœ“ Flanker is the best endingSeriously don’t you dare pick the ending without Flanker. He’s the best..Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ Probaly amazingBased on they other games if it is half as good as them I would still give it a five star.Version: 1.0

βœ“ Dealing with the rewind issuesI've seen a lot of people complaining about the rewind being turned off. To solve this problem I think the developers should put something in the settings to either disable it or enable it. Personally I think it would solve that problem but not sure, just an idea..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Absolutely perfectAs a gamer that enjoys RPGs and RTS games, I'd have to say that this game is one of my favorite games of all time and the pinnacle of inkle's creations. Everything that you love about the previous games is back and perfected in the 4th installment in Steve jackson's series..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Best adventure ever! This is the greatest game I have played. Having played every sorcery, I can officially say I have experienced the greatest exploration in such a complex world that feels so alive. I recommend this to anyone who wants a game on their phone that is both rich in content and true to the real art of a grade-A adventure game..Version: 1.0.2

βœ“ Great GameDon't listen to the 1, 2, 3, or even 4 stars. This is the best game I have ever played. The adventure and action mixed with the design is incredible. I have played and completed this game series twice already. However, get the bundle of the sworcery! games or it won't make sense. The description has a quote saying one of the best RPGs on a Appstore. No, it IS the best RPG on the Appstore..Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€Best. Game. Ever..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Great Conclusion to the SeriesGreat ending to a great game. For those complaining about the rewind they need to re- read the dialog in the game. There is an important in-game reason rewind can't be done after a certain point. That said you respawn after death keeping everything you had. So it isn't that big a loss. Plus you are reliving the same day over until you defeat the Archmage. Context people. Context. Inkle did a great job with this game. 5 stars..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ So good! The music, artwork, and ambiance this game book (and series) creates is amazing and I feel like there isn't anything else quite like it!.Version: 1.0

βœ“ Loved it!Please please can we have the continuing adventure of Sorcery! What an awesome adventure. Now that it’s over I feel lost!.Version: 1.1.2

βœ“ A Masterpiece in Game DesignInkle truly revolutionised the "choose your own adventure" genre with their revamp of the Sorcery series and 80 days. The quadrilogy of the Sorcery series has been a long time coming but has come to a spectacular conclusion. I've been lucky enough to Beta test this game for a while and it's amazing. It's truly remarkable how events from several games ago link into this. Buy it..Version: 1.0

βœ“ Such an engrossing gameThis was created based on a famous series of adventure books, very old-school. This series was just so well done in the translation to iOS. Get these, they are so worth it. Start with Sorcery! The first game. It's not nearly as good as Sorcery! 2 but they build on each other and they're all fabulous. Sorcery 4 is shaping up to be very fun so far. Already got my money's worth, not yet half way through..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Buy itThe sorcery! Series is one of my favourites and the final game ties it all together in a satisfying way. This is the best mobile game series. Period..Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ Sorcery!I've been so stoked for this game to come out and it's finally here! It's gonna be EPIC!.Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Finally!!!!I played the first two games when they came out for free, and when then I waited hoping the third to be free as well, but oh well I love playing them because they're a choose your own adventure stories almost.Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ MasterpieceI loved these books as a kid in the 80's, and these apps transported me right back. The text leaves enough room for your imagination to work. Perfect if you like rpg's or D&D without all that mucking about with dice and character sheets..Version: 1.0.2

βœ“ It's real real goodSeriously.Version: 1.0

βœ“ This series has become one of my favoritesThis series has become one of my favorites in such a short time I love the characters the story the action the play style the open format I love every thing about it I love this game.Version: 1.1.1

βœ“ Magnificent reinvention of the game books of our childhoodThose of us of a certain age remember the excitement of Peter Jackson's gamebooks. My primary school teacher even had a shelf devoted to them in our classroom. To be borrowed as a reward if you worked hard! The Sorcery! books were Jackson's attempt at a series of gamebooks for an adult audience. A much more complicated world and gameplay (with magic!) could be found inside. Inkle have taken these four classic adventure books and reimagined them for the touch screen. Ingeniously, the key component is still the written word, but beautiful illustrations, a challenging but fun battle system, and a clever transposition of the "go to page 253" system of the books to the touch screen. These 4 games are a triumph and each brings new surprises in game play and plot. I strongly recommend these games to anyone. Start at Sorcery!1 and play through them. Choices you made back in gamebook 1 are remembered and will come back to haunt you in gamebook 4 by the elegantly done, iCloud save system. A triumph!.Version: 1.0

βœ“ AmazingAfter going through this last final adventure... oh, what am I saying? You never get everything right the first time through with Sorcery! - and that's part of the fun! The story is more intense than ever, new gameplay elements once again appear to help or hinder you, and it all blends together into a worthy finisher to the Sorcery! series of mobile games. (these were books, apparently; perhaps that's why this is so good?) If you haven't played the first three, I would highly recommend playing them first. Stay far away from your journey's end until you've taken the journey first. And one final note: sometimes, the end of your journey is just the beginning of another....Version: 1.1

βœ“ QualityThe end of the series was not a disappointment. That is quality praise. It's not easy to create an ending that is satisfying in the least bit. That said, it feels like there is a lot less content here, sadly. Less dynamic interactions. Not much depth to the effects of your actions. Sorcery 3 had plenty to experience but the way it was woven each play through didn't give you 85% of what is there to adventure through. The time dynamic meant missing done if the content to avoid time penalties. Sorcery 2 had a decent bit of content and allowed backtracking. It allowed you to experience all the possibilities and paths, at a small price. Sorcery 1 was straightforward and short but it had great atmosphere and theme, like a legendary manticore boss fight, 2 great supporting character introductions, and emotional stuff here and there sling the road featuring displays of cruelty cunning and greed. As a finisher to these, sorcery 4, could have been better. The Archmage doesn't seem to be such a worthy opponent. I would have imagined going back in time thousands of years, acting as a supportive friend, but really plotting and scheming his destruction many thousands of years later. No, we don't get negotiations, nothing much. He seemed very out of it. The orcs mining for gems in the first story and the manticore didn't make an appearance surprisingly. Nothing really connected. Well written But not a combination of all the best stuff in the first three. Not legendary. Still good. Still a satisfying end..Version: 1.0.1

βœ“ Triumphant conclusionWell worth the wait, and another winner. congrats guys:) I've been playing for hours -enjoying and replaying the different mountain paths and still haven't even reached the tower! I'm not going to give away anything, but suffice it to say: this has already surpassed my expectations, and actually improved upon one of my all time favorite fighting fantasy books from my youth. Thank you, inkle:).Version: 1.0
