✓ Missed itemsI ordered for curbside pick up, took them 15 minutes to bring my items out. Was told no receipt, sorry. An hour later I had a receipt emailed to me. I had assumed my missing items were out of stock but come to find out they were never even sent to the store to attempt fulfillment. Speaking to the manager he said there have been many issues with orders not being transmitted to the store. My order confirmation shows everything g was sent but Albertsons copy of order doesn’t match my confirmation..Wooten4Version: 8.5.0

✓ Why no Safeway Delivery option?Why am I forced to use Albertsons delivery if I want my groceries delivered from Safeway/ Albertsons? I am aware of the Safeway/ Albertsons merger. However, why is the Safeway delivery app now deprecated? You people either need to do the merger correctly or allow people the option of getting their groceries delivered from Safeway. This is compounded by the COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY family of Albertsons/ Safeway apps (one each for Albertsons and Safeway for: in store shopping, pick up/ delivery, express pick up, pharmacy.) That is at least EIGHT APPS. These are all functions that can be consolidated into one single app. This just proves the sheer incompetence of either your executive leadership team or your app developers..AZRed89Version: 11.11.0

✓ Will not allow me to use itI use Albertsons all the time because I live by one for the last year. Tried to sign into the app with my Safeway account that I use at both Vons and Albertsons. It gave me the option to download the Vons app and use my account through that app or cancel out of the sign in. No option at all to continue with my account through Albertsons. I don’t have a Vons near me so downloading the other app doesn’t help me. Tried to create a new account through Albertsons and it wouldn’t create one because I already have my number on file. Sooo basically since I originally used a Vons for the account I’m not able to use the Albertsons app. Promptly deleted the app, make it more flexible for your account members..Snoopfrog5Version: 7.9.7

✓ I don’t understand how you haven’t fixed this yetLike many people, I have had trouble using this app. When I try to sign in, it says I already have a Safeway account and therefore cannot use the Albertsons app. I even tried creating a whole new account with a different phone number, and it STILL said I already had a Safeway account even though it was a brand new account made on the Albertsons app. This feature makes literally no sense, why would they want to limit their customers to only one of their stores??? It is absolutely ridiculous that this issue hasn’t been fixed yet; it’s been MONTHS..Amy_182Version: 7.7.0

✓ I gotta use Vons?My local Vons closed in mid-February. It was less than two miles away. There are still Vons in the area— one 4 miles due west, one 5 miles northwest, and one 5 miles southwest. There is also an Albertsons that is 4 miles due north. But this app will not show me the closest Albertsons. It insists that the only Albertsons are 12 and 14 miles away. And so it automatically switches me to the Vons app. Why can’t I use this app with my local Albertsons? The last time I visited that store, it had signs up advertising pick-up and delivery. So what’s the good of an app that won’t even recognize its own availability?.BlsakatopVersion: 8.6.0

✓ I’ve been double chargedUsually I’m not one to be upset about something like this because most companies give you a refund in about a day. I placed my order almost 4 days ago and I’ve been waiting to get one of the $100 charges dropped. That is a lot of money for that many days. There is nobody to speak to on the phone with when you place orders either it’s all through text messaging via the app. I am not satisfied with my online purchase with this store. ✓ Horrible appI can’t thoroughly review the service because I can’t get past the app registration process. Had to reset a password I knew to be correct, have to manually fill every field, and it errors out stating incomplete address because I don’t have anything in the optional second line, like an apartment #. Also, for the developers...USE AUTOFILL!! Every time I had to start over, I had to fill in email, name, address again. Every good app uses autofill! Lastly, if we already have the Albertsons coupon app, why do we need a second app? Major fail, Albertsons..Mom4!Version: 7.5.0

✓ Was okay. Now worse.I’m immunocompromised & cannot go into the store. I had been ordering on here & my daughter would pickup. A lot of things aren’t even offered on this app. Frustrating! I would have to get a time slot a week out, which is fine but then try took away the editing ability. And I cannot even see what I put in there last week when I reserved the pickup time. ✓ MehI wish it had a “favorites” section like Walmart does, because I order the same things most of the time, and I’ll forget some of them if they aren’t in a list. Also the “past purchases” part has never worked, the whole time I’ve had the app, only the “last purchase” part works. ✓ Bad quality control didn’t get all my groceriesFirst time I used this app and service Not sure if I will use it again I got home and realized I was missing several items. I Called and the apologized however this is not good for the first time and maybe the last time using this service. Now I have to go back to the store to pick up my missing items. ✓ Needs a lot of workI wish I could give this app zero stars. The only reason I added it was because I received a $20 off coupon if I ordered online. Each time I tried to log in, it would give me an error stating that my email is associated with a Vons account and direct to the Vons shopping app. I tried another email and same thing. If I wanted to shop at Vons, I would have added the Vons app, duh. The Albertsons store app has the delivery icon but doesn’t allow you to order online in the app. You have to download an additional app, their “shop” app. Very frustrating!.Warehouse96Version: 7.1

✓ Don’t always get all of my itemsIllene is great when I get ahold of her my order is perfect or she explains why. She definitely deserves 5 Stars. Otherwise Usually I don’t get all of my items. Some I am charged for some don’t show up anywhere. I don’t always report it or ask for a refund because I know because Illene works so hard to get it right. ✓ ❌👎🏾 website and app 👎🏾❌A sad and primitive set of software. We’ve been members for many years. There are three stores in our town: they’ve been here for many years. We’ve shopped at all three, played their silly little cash register games, won a sauce pan or two, gotten a few cents off gas, seen our favorite brands of food come and go, and on and on. We’ve come to know cashiers (and they, us) and seen them transfer from one store to another (or to a different chain). We have long Albertson’s history. Thus it is with great disappointment that we log on to their website (and app), enter home address, search for the nearest store, and find that there is NONE closer than → 959 miles ← away..FjpoblamVersion: 8.5.1
