SleepWatch - Top Sleep Tracker for Positive User Reviews

Gentle ReminderStarted using this app awhile back due to the relaxing sounds you can select, however what I have since found out is that this is a practical app which gives you advice and recommendations based on habits. For example following a workout it tracks your sleep pattern to identify the results, and then provides a gentle reminder the following day that “you slept so well” because you had a 800 calorie work out. Living a hectic life this is definitely assisting with wellbeing!.Version: 6.0.1

Great feedback on my sleep!Interesting info about my sleep quality and habits. This app is worth using if you need help improving your sleep or if you just want to monitor your sleep quality..Version: 6.11.10

Really goodSo glad I found this app, works seamlessly, don’t have to think about it, tracking works great and the sleep report is details and gives useful insights. Great app!.Version: 3.3.2

Great app. 1 suggestionI really like the sleep app, and it’s really help me improve my sleeping patterns by building awareness. I have no issues with would it does or how it works, but I do have one suggestion: it seems that it takes a while to generate the report, and one additional thing I would like is an instant reference in the morning, right on my watch, as to how many hours of sleep I got, rather than having to wait a while to get the report generated after I get up. The reason I want that is that I have a relatively dynamic lifestyle, and I work with clients in different parts of the country in different time zones, so sometimes, I have the option to sleep in a little longer and just want to know right then and there “how many hours of sleep did I get.“ when I scroll over to the sleep app on myApple Watch, it can’t give me that instantly, but instant access to how many hours I’ve slept would let me know whether it would be a good idea to sleep an extra hour on the days that I can. But by the time I go through the effort that it takes to generate the report, I’m wide awake. Usually this app presents the information at around noon..Version: 6.14.5

Doubt’s to BelieverAt first I was like “this won’t work” but after using it for a few months I found the app very useful as well as helpful. The app will basically gather your sleep information, over time, and set up a plan based on your sleep patterns. I am pleased with how accurate the app is at taking information and setting a plan you can follow to help you improve sleep. An example, for me, is that if I burn 350 active calories a day my heart rate dip is greater. So my daily goal is to reach that 350 mark because it does drop my heart rate. Also, this app continually updates so it just keeps getting better and better! My suggestion is simply to download this app if you want a great study of your individual sleep pattern and want a better nights rest! You will look forward every morning to see how well you slept. You have nothing to lose, the app is free, and a good nights sleep to gain!.Version: 5.8

Best Dad always said “in bed by 9:00 up by 5:30, bath early.” He still lives by it.I love Sleep Watch because it gives me so much help and insight into tracking various aspects of my sleep. And helps me solve problems with why am I not getting enough sleep. And the snoring app that I can track with this app is good and it even records my talking in my sleep. I am learning by using the tags feature each sleep cycle to pinpoint behaviors that will affect my mental functioning during the day when I’m working. And pinpoint habits that affect a good nights rest and that can affect my brains mindfulness associated with my anxiety and my mood when I’m not feeling well. This app helps me be mindful of what I need to do to be prepared in the evenings leading up to bedtime and how to get to sleep at the same times every night..Version: 7.4.1

InterestingGreat info to help get good sleep.Version: 7.4.0

Sleep watch renew each daySince my daughter told me excitedly about the app it has made positive changes. As a pensioner I set the bar low at 6 hours sleep and have exceeded it almost every night! There is definitely a correlation between the amount of exercise I can get in and quality of sleep. Most important when I think I have woken early I can see I’ve had a great night. App is easy to install and manage. Apple Watch does not take long to charge so wearing it all night is no problem.Version: 4.3.6

ExcellentHas helped me realise that I wasn't getting enough sleep. Now I not only get more sleep but I also sleep more restfully.Version: 2.0.3

Easy to useThe app is clear and easy to use. The statistics are fantastic to know. Unlike other apps that work on sound, this app works purely on your Apple watch. It monitors your pulse, shallow sleep and deep sleep (REM). The only slight bug is if you don’t wear your watch for a night, the 7 day averages are messed up. Hopefully a future fix will then make it a superb app. I’m tempted to pay for the upgrade as the free element is so good, what else could they give me if I start paying? 8.5/10.Version: 6.12.0

Brilliant appI originally used the app ‘pillow’ but it was pretty useless unless I paid for a subscription. With SleepWatch, it does everything I wanted in an app without forcing you to have a paid membership. The membership is also quite cheap. I just wanted an app to track my sleep like my Fitbit used to do before I got an Apple Watch and it does exactly that. Highly recommend!.Version: 6.7.1

This app was top notch until they got greedyI’ve used this app for a little over 2 years. They use to let you view your week/month sleeping patterns up to a year then if you wanted to see more you had to pay, you also had to pay for more in depth features which I thought was fair and have paid for a month to test it out. Now they released a new update that makes you basically pay to see yesterday’s data (not really but it feels that way). You are very limited on what you can do with this free version now. You can no longer see your trends for the week/months that have passed. This update has made me realize it’s time to move on. There are plenty of free sleep apps that are just as good if not better. Don’t bother with SleepWatch the developers have gotten greedy..Version: 6.13.1

Erroneous readingsI really like this app but over the last few nights it’s been recording me being awake for big blocks of time when I know I’ve been asleep. It’s showing I’ve had really poor sleep. Maybe it’s something with an update but it doesn’t seem to be reflecting my sleep correctly. It can be hard to sync to phone.Version: 5.8

Good app with some fiddly annoyancesI’ve got this and AutoSleep on my phone. They both look at the same watch data and report the same things. This app costs more with its premium subscription. It could be argued this one tracks more in terms of tagging attributes of your sleep. I like the idea, but the tags are fiddly and often a 2 step/tap process (you’d think you’d just tap a tag like other apps). The hot spots for tags are small so sometimes the tap doesn’t register and the tag turns off instead of on, or similar unexpected result. Minor UX issue. In terms of real analysis and what I’ve “learned” from paying for the premium service for a year, not much. The tags sort of bubble up to give the most likely tags associated with better or worse sleep, but I can’t say there’s been any deep insight. A disruption overnight leads to less quality sleep. Yep, obvious. But there’s no insight like, try exercise the previous day, or anything. Nothing about food unless you tag it. And the tags are set I think, can’t add your own. It’s a well written app. It does the function it claims. I can’t see a need to continue the subscription as it doesn’t give me anything new that other, lower priced, apps do. I’m still waiting for the premium level to give me some new analytical insights rather than reflecting the tags, that I enter, back at me..Version: 6.18.1

Worth the subscriptionI’m not usually fond of subscription services, but this one is definitely worth it. The metrics are easy to understand, and the information about how to improve sleep are good. I’d recommend to anyone looking to get good, reliable sleep metrics..Version: 6.16.0

DisappointedThis app was really helping me with understanding my sleep. Then after 7 days wouldn’t talk to the health app anymore, instructing that I open the app and allow access to health information. This was already set up, the app just stopped working and accepting information from the Apple Watch. I tried resetting, restarting, deleting, everything, it just stopped communicating. Was working very well up to that point, but now I have to find another app, because this one just won’t work 😡🤬.Version: 6.6.1

SleepWatchInformative and helpful to see a nights sleep endeavour unpacked in a meaningful way! Then by trying certain changes over a series of nights see if there is a noticeable change, whilst at the same time trying to make everything you do conducive of a good nights sleep.Version: 6.2.1

Brilliant!Love this app...the sleep tracking feature of my Fitbit was the biggest blocker to me moving to Apple Watch, but when my charge 3 started playing up I gave in and upgraded, and almost immediately found this app...and it’s better than the Fitbit version, without question!! Even the free version is full of so much info. Anyone using an Apple Watch NEEDS this in their life!.Version: 6.0.2

Great AppHappy with this app!!!.Version: 6.24.5

One of the best apps. I hope the new update problems can be fixed.I’ve loyally used this app for several years now and these guys are awesome. I know what developers have to deal with when Apple updates things and I am certain that the recent bugs from Apple’s update are a real challenge to circumvent. I might need to temporarily delete the app and check back later, but this does not warrant a “one star” review — these guys have been consistently too good for that. I guess I’ll check back later, you don’t have to give them low ratings to hold them accountable. Trust me, they’ll get it fixed, and it’s not their fault — Apple tends to really throw developers under the bus when they redesign iOS and also want to push their own app of the same function. Their stats are way better and far more thorough than the sleep app Apple just introduced, and Apple doesn’t allow you to compare your stats to other users. This app is just too good to fail. I wish the developers great luck with overcoming this problem, and I’ll definitely check in later..Version: 6.11.6

Fantastic app, just needs to allow for more tagsReally happy with this app, love all the features especially the wake up function when on light sleep.Version: 6.23.1

Sleep watch appI like it alot but get a bit obsessed with it, plus the light coming on wakes me, haven't worked out how to turn it off or down enough.Version: 6.1.3

Absolutely great! To be clear, I’m not a robot or some sort of advert person who will write anything they’re told to do so. SleepWatch app is absolutely great! It lets me see my sleep quality, it lets me improve the rest and it reminds me to take great care of rest time so my days are more productive! Thanks a lot, I’ll be sticking with the app for a lot longer! :))) As I simply want to sleep well! :))).Version: 7.1.3

Almost GreatI’ve tried several sleep apps, and this is the best. However there is room for improvement. The expensive subscription should be shareable with family members. The visualisations could be more attractive and smoother, eg scrolling the trends can be janky. I’d like to see more insights such as recovery/readiness for exercise. Tagging could be made much easier and more useful (see Daylio for a good example). While this app has fewer ‘false positives’ than others I’ve tried, I’d still like to specify my sleep window more precisely to further reduce the need for edits. Some negative reviews mentioned sync problems between watch & phone. I also had that issue, requiring rebooting both every week or so, but thankfully that has been resolved and it works reliably now..Version: 6.23.1

No-touch sleep-tracker, great potential!I have used apps like Sleep Pulse and Sleep++ and other paid sleep trackers for the Apple Watch and I can happily say this is my favourite one. It has correctly detected 19/20 sleep records without even having to tell my Watch when I'm sleeping. Almost zero interaction with my Watch so as long as you wear your watch while sleeping, you'll always get your sleep recorded! I suggest that they add manual sleep tracking (for afternoon naps etc) and also to change the bar for the sleep quality (maybe change to similar to Jawbone bat graph?). Also maybe tie up with a company that does "coaching" on how to improve sleep (like read your steps or active calories that day and relate it to your sleep etc). Basically, something to help you aim to improve your sleep rather than just tracking it. I would highly suggest this app to anyone who owns an Apple Watch and wants to track their sleep. This is the only app you'll need. UPDATE review : I forgot that I had an amazing feature with my old sleep tracker (Jawbone UP24) which did a silent vibrate alarm which only wakes you up when you're in light sleep phase around 15-30 minutes before your proposed alarm - and I wake up like a Disney princess I tell you hahaha!.Version: 3.7.3

It’s decentI like it, but I find pillow better if you want something free.Version: 7.5.14

Tried 4 apps, This is the best oneI’ve had sleep challenges for awhile at my age and have experimented with several apps and devices to try to figure out to maximize the sleep my body will allow. I am really thankful for this app. The subscription is not cheap, but I think it is worth it. Between the apps I’ve tried, this is by far the best one, easiest to use, and the metrics it gives has really helped me learn things and prove the things that help me sleep better. Things like: how to tweak my exercise cycle (morning HIIT every 2-3 days + walking in the evenings) and eating (Intermittent Fasting 2x/week) and (Few carbs early in the day, but more carbs at dinner). Etc. The results are all numerical and I see them when I check the app each morning. You might be different for what you need to do for your season in life and for your body, but I think everybody will feel tremendously better getting enough quality rest and sleep at night. Wishing everyone the best in their journey too…..Version: 6.18.5

Best app, but too many notifications!I love the app, but I don’t get why I get multiple notifications everyday about basically the same question, of how rested or how fatigued I woke up feeling! Otherwise, I haven’t come across any other sleep tracking app that uses the Apple Watch and as efficient and easy to use as this one! The user doesn’t need to do anything, just sleep wearing the Apple Watch and the app does the rest..Version: 5.4.4

Ultimte sleep trackingAfter try many apps, i have to said its the best sleep tracking app specially with apple watch ..Version: 5.8

Excellent app ! Finally one that works all by itselfI tried a number of sleep apps that I very quickly abandoned. It kind of defeats the purpose of a sleep app that you have to tell: “I’m asleep now.” This app figures it out all alone! The metrics returned from Sleep Watch are also more relevant and much easier to understand than other similar apps. The straightforward approach, in a clear simple language makes this app “editor’s choice”! There is only one slight (very small) reason why I only gave four and three-quarter stars: timing! The app waits until I’ve just started my work day to ask “how did you sleep”. Given the fact that the Apple Watch has figured out that I’m awake and moving, I would prefer to get the question immediately (within 5 to 10 minutes of continuous movement) on the watch and not an hour later on my phone. Personally, once I’ve picked up my phone, my work day has started. I am already in the middle of reviewing, planning, calling etc when Sleep Watch wakes up and pops the question that I just push away. I would also like to see a different wording in the “discover” section. Instead of asking “how did you sleep on 21st June”, I would prefer “today” or “yesterday”. It just makes things clearer and keeps you from having to look back in the calendar and see when the 21st was. Keep up the excellent work!.Version: 4.1

Good but no alarmLiking this app so far. It’s easy to use and the information is well explained. No faffing about needed to start it each night, so better than some of the others I’ve tried. It would be great if it could include one of those intelligent alarms that use your sleep data to wake you at a point when you’re sleeping lightly within the set range of your alert time..Version: 3.3.2

Great app with beautiful dataRecently moved from FitBit to the Watch 3 and was missing the feature to monitor my sleeping patterns. This app has been a brilliant solution, works completely automatically, delivers beautiful visual read outs of sleep information and helpful features to help you keep track of your sleeping habits. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the Watch. Not sure how well t would work on the iPhone without being able to read your heartrate!.Version: 3.0.5

Great sleep app - but a niggly bug in the latest versionSleep watch is a good sleep app if you have an Apple Watch, and solves a problem with most sleep apps in that it figures out for itself whether or not you’re asleep. I particularly like the sleep-charge battery indicator as a visual guide to whether I’m getting enough sleep or not. Since updating, the Trends function has stopped working though. It crashes the app. Doesn’t really affect the app’s overall functionality, but it’s the main function for determining changes in behaviour over time. Once this is working again will be fab..Version: 4.2.1

Best sleep app I’ve triedI’ve probably tested 5 of the top sleep tracking apps available. This is by far my favorite for a few reasons. I find it to be the easiest to use, while also offering the most features. All I need to do is wear my Apple Watch to bed. The app automatically senses when I’m in bed and starts tracking sleep and heart rate. I don’t know how it calculates and figures everything out, but it is always shockingly accurate. Highly recommended free and paid versions. I tried other sleep apps and was unimpressed with the limited, pseudo-sciencey data tracking abilities, such as the app that claims to gauge your sleep quality using only your phone’s internal microphone located 2-3 away on the nightstand. This is silly and obviously inaccurate. This app analyzes data from Apple Watch to record body movement, heart rate, physical movement (ie. walking around vs relaxing in on the couch vs lying in bed) to determine what time the user starts trying to fall asleep, when they lose consciousness, and how deep their sleep is every night. I don’t bother with so-called “smart alarms” that claim to wake you up at the most optimal time within a 30-60 minute time window. I want to sleep as long as possible each morning. There’s no way I’m getting out of bed 40 minutes earlier just because some app *claims* I’ll be at optimal in my routine.Version: 5.11.2

Good when it worksThis was my previous review: I’ve subscribed to the app for approx 6 months. A few months ago jt stopped working. I was advised to delete the app and reinstall it, which I did and it worked again. However, I find myself in the same position again. The annoying part is that when you delete the app you lose all your previous data. I find this really annoying so I have cancelled my sub as I won’t be renewing. If data is your thing look elsewhere. I have now updated it to 4 stars because when I deleted the app and reinstall it it has now saved my previous data. This didn’t happen before. Dropping one star for its sensitivity to IOS updates and having to reinstall but overall much happier now..Version: 7.4.16

Excellent for sleep trackingUsing this app is a great way to regulate your sleep and following suggestions made by the app will definitely improve the quality of your sleep. The subscription free version is all you will ever need to track your sleep patterns as the only benefit to the subscription is being able to view other people’s sleep patterns..Version: 5.8

Cheaper than a hospital stay..I don’t know what I would have done without this app. As a Night Owl, I’ve always had trouble with daytime drogginess (I shine at night).. I’ve been waiting and hoping for years that I would find something that would help me. Forced to live part in the daytime world, it’s something that I’ve struggled with for years. Up till now I haven’t had a resource or a way to help me understand what was wrong with me. Thank You so much for making this service available. I use it every night. Now I finally have the tools to calculate how much sleep I need and what supplements are helping me. Your app streamlines everything and makes it almost automatic. The ‘almost’ is just the user’s effort and time investment. This product delivers. I rarely ever write reviews for products or services, but I made an exception here. You folks are amazing..Version: 6.10.3

Problems with Apple WatchThis app has been excellent in the past, but I am also having a problem with my Apple Watch S6 where the app will not run. Just sits with spinning wheel, which means you cannot use advanced sleep tracking or the smart alarm feature right now. These are a big part of the value of going premium, so they need to be fixed in order for the subscription to be worth paying for..Version: 6.11.6

Love it!I love this app! It’s making me more aware of how much little sleep I get and try harder. But many things are not in my control. Then they came out with the tags... however those tags really don’t paint my picture. If they did I could give 5 stars. Things that are an issue for me.... 1)Husband has anCPAP and sometimes it gets noisy and wakes me up. 2)the sleep at home but sometimes I have to sleep on the couch (bed was too hard and awful) or in my special needs sons room. 3)full moon - so bright difficult for me to sleep. But also DeafBlind son is awake 24 - 48 hours on full moons. 4)4 adult kids live at home and work all kinds of crazy hours 5)4 dogs here... always something going on 6) power goes out and husband and son’s CPAP’s stop and cause panic 7) also have had injuries that keep me away or opposite 8)we got a new purple bed 9)work days I get less sleep the night before... probably shortened time to sleep as well as stress So sleeping with a bed partner or without isn’t the picture... for me... it’s what goes on with those issues. Anyway, I do love this app... I just there was a little more we can tag. It would help me. Thank you so much for this app! Good news is I will not change apps. And now we got a purple 4 bed so that it’s much easier on these old bones! Happy sleeper!.Version: 6.14.7

Great until the last update!I absolutely loved this app until it stopped working following the last update. I have tried to resolve this but have been told I have to reset my Apple Watch to factory settings which I don’t want to do as I will lose all my data. I have regrettably uninstalled this app today and downloaded a different app..Version: 6.13.4

Interesting nights sleepEnjoying the app, works well. Gives a lot of info and more if you want to pay for it. There are a few slight bugs that I’ve found.. it doesn’t like shift workers. If you sleep at different times of the day then it kinda doesn’t know how to correlate the times properly and thinks you’ve slept 14 hrs at once when really you slept 6 hrs on day one and 8 on day two. Other then that, I’ve really enjoyed the little exploration into my sleeping habits..Version: 6.2.0

Awesome app!!I love SleepWatch so much!! I used to have a Fitbit which tracks your sleep in the actual fitbit app which I really liked, but then I got an Apple Watch. I really wanted to have an app to track my sleep. I tested out a few apps but a lot of them I didn’t really like, but then I came across this app. It’s so good! It gives so much detail and I very accurate! It works great on my Apple Watch and I can’t thank this app enough! This app makes me feels more motived to go to sleep earlier. I highly recommend this app for those who are interested in tracking their sleep like me. :)).Version: 6.10.4

An amazing must have. This is such an amazing app allowing me to really get a good insight to how I am sleeping and why I feel the way I feel the next day as I do believe that sleep plays such an important role to state and performance. Definitely a must have for all Biohackers..Version: 6.10.2

Rapidly down hillI have been using this app for a long time and was quite accurate until today barely slept and on checking it’s recorded me as asleep when in fact I was reading. Also all features except two are now premium! Unfortunately this isn’t accurate enough to warrant the charge..Version: 6.18.7

Exactly what I was after!I’ve only been using SleepWatch premium for about 10 days. It has already helped me understand my sleep patterns much better, it’s pretty much automatic and very easy to use. I have been experimenting with a few different techniques and aids to improve my sleep quality. It’s great to wake up, get on with my day, and when it’s convenient for me, check out last nights data and compare with previous nights. I’m then able to see what effects various changes have made to the quality of my sleep. This is a great app. I was ill for a couple of days last week and ended up having a couple of naps in the afternoon, I’m not sure yet how to add these or if that’s possible but I it’s great how even if you go to bed early or stay in bed much later than planned, SleepWatch records everything automatically. This may sound crazy to some but for the last 3 nights I’ve been experimenting with ‘Mouth Tape’. Over the last 10 days of using the app, the last 3 nights, whilst taping my mouth shut to ensure nose breathing, have all been my lowest heart rate and highest HRV, by a lot. Not sure how many other users do, or have tried this, but a specific tag would be great. I think the closest tag I’ve found is something like ‘Oral Appliance’. This is by far the best sleep app I’ve tried and if using with the the iWatch, there’s lots of useful data to track!.Version: 6.15.0

HopelessThe app Can’t tell the difference between sitting down at 7pm to watch TV and going to bed to sleep. Impossible to edit sleep times so you’re stuck with incorrect readings. Only intermittent recording of heart rate dip during sleep. I’m Now looking for a more accurate, easier to use app..Version: 6.16.0

Makes me accountableI love the sleep watch app. I have the free version and still learn a lot from all of the parameters it measures. I like being aware of my hours of sleep, the light and the deep and the interruptions noted. I also like the reminders asking for how rested or fatigued I feel. I have a long way to go but my sleeping patterns and routines are improving with noticeable health benefits. Thanks sleep watch ;).Version: 6.19.2

Sleep AppReally good app to help monitor sleeping patterns or to identify what maybe causes for a broken sleep or a good sleep! Well done 👌🏽.Version: 5.8

Tags need some workThis is a neat app - I even upgraded to premium so that’s saying something. The tagging system is woeful tho, and could do with some changes such as a better way to enter tags, and custom tags (there’s no “stressful day at work” or equivalent, nor can I add in specifics not covered by their own tags). Hoping this will be included in another update..Version: 6.19.4

Great app!I love the accuracy of this app. It’s very simple to read all the information that it takes during my sleep. I’m a stay at home mom and I’m always the last one in bed and the first one up. I bought this app because I knew I wasn’t sleeping enough and it was affecting my health. My doctor recommended I track my sleep so I gave this a try. I like that it showed when I went to bed and how much sleep I actually got while in bed. The longer I used the app the more it learned my patterns. I also like that it knows when I’ve had a really bad night of sleep and I receive the questionnaire asking why I did so bad sleeping. For example last week my son was extremely sick running a fever of 103.7 all night so I was up all night checking on him and changing out ice packs to help keep him comfortable until I could get him to the doctor the next morning. My app detected a total of 1 and half hours of sleep. I was able to tell the app I was “disrupted by a sick child”. Thanks for creating this app and continuing to make it that much better! 😊.Version: 3.7.1

Consistent, accurate and dependableThis app works well, never fails, never crashes. It asks follow up questions in a non-obtrusive way if there are extremes in sleep (poor sleep quality, broken nights of sleep, etc). It is accurate in detecting when I go to sleep and wake up. I believe the stats are spot on - for example if I have a couple of glasses of wine before bed, it accurately captures this in my average sleeping bpm - which, if you don’t know, is always lower (and healthier) if you don’t drink right before bed. It categories sleeping bpm into ranges based on the dip - not ideal, normal, ideal. Sleeping rate bpm is correlated to cardiovascular health. I had a cardiac ablation last year from tachycardia so I carefully monitor my bpm both awake and sleeping. This is one of the single most useful apps I have installed in my phone and watch - and I have a LOT of apps!.Version: 3.8.4

Does what it says on the tinI’ve been using the app for over a year and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s helped me sleep in a more healthy manner, and more importantly has let me know when my sleep habits lapse. Worth every cent and then some..Version: 6.12.1

90% Great App to use with a 10% issueGreat app, only issue is the background refresh needs to be on to track your sleep at night but my iPhone can’t turn it to off. It’s permanently on despite deleting the app reloading it, updating it etc. Apple do not have an answer either 😔.Version: 6.10.12

Enjoy the AppI’m liking SleepWatch and it’s different features. I do wish that when you looked at the monthly view, that each date was colour coded based on your sleep that night. That way you could quickly see how many times in one month you met your sleep goal..Version: 6.2.1

New watch so it loses ALL my dataNot sure if it’s related to me having purchased the App before it went subscription but it’s suddenly lost years of sleep data and now keeps pushing the subscription IAP. No point even to continue using it now. Was once a good App now just subscription trash..Version: 6.2.1

StevoReally happy with the app, the details recorded are accurate and easy to understand..Version: 2.2

Old Reliable!I've had this app for years. Before sleep tracking was even a built in feature of Apple Watches. It's a good app and I use it everyday. What keeps me coming back are the 30 day trends and comparison to users like me. The raw data is available in every other app nowadays but the trends are not. App devs you should emphasize this as it's a pretty unique feature. One suggestion, sleeping heart rate dip calculations look like they could be optimized. I already have a very low RHR so there is sometimes not a lot of 'dip' to record. Also the dip calculation needs to look at overall trend. I just got a 2% dip calculation but looking at the graph I can clearly see a dip trend line except for some 'noise' at the beginning and end of the sleep zones. Probably need to look at enhancing the algorithm for that and removing outliers in hr timings in the very beginning and end stages of sleep..Version: 7.5.3

I like itI like the app, it works well. Haven’t had any issues so far. I have seen an improvement in my awareness/sleep hygiene. Only issue I have with the app is when adding the tags - to many clicks. I think the confirmation click is ok but it should send you back to the list of tags rather than the Home Screen. If I am investing the time to do one tag I’ll usually be wanting to do multiple tags..Version: 6.23.1

Works great even without premium!I got this app when I got the series 5, haven’t stopped using since. First I used this app for about 2 weeks without the premium service and it worked perfect! The app offers a week of premium for free so I tried it and found it helped me be more conscious of when I should go to bed because on premium it’ll coach you to bed by giving you a notification about 3 hours before your usual bedtime and also give more in depth of your sleep pattern and how to improve your sleep. The questionnaires help understand how to improve too! The only issue is I’ve woken up once or twice because the app will display the time as you sleep and it’s actually pretty bright even though I’ve set watch to lowest brightness so it be good if we had the option of turning the screen blank during sleep. Oh I’ve also noticed this past 3 days that for some reason my sleep report appears on my workout app as a workout, no calories burned obvs but I don’t like that for some reason it’s being recorded to the workout app?... Also offers unlimited sleep report for free for premium users. Recommend 100%.Version: 6.2.1

The best by farI’ve tried a few of these sleep trackers and this is my favourite. Works accurately “right out of the box” and the graphics provide feedback without too much confusing content. Easy to use. Easy to follow..Version: 3.4.1

Even the free version is usefulUnlike other apps which basically sit behind a pay wall this app is useful and insightful even at the free level. It's a great app I use daily and helps mindfulness on your sleep and if I'm getting enough and the quality of it..Version: 6.14.7

I’m ImpressedIt is rare for me to give a 5 star rating as there is almost always room for improvement. Having said that, I’m so impressed with the accuracy and data this app provides that I also bought an annual membership. I couldn’t care less where/how I rate with other users, but do care that people who have done a good job at something get rewarded. I use this app a bit off script in that I’m not using it to learn how to improve my sleep, but to learn about how my sleep patterns affect my chronic pain. For example, just in the last month I’ve proved a theory that I’m much more rested, awake in less pain, and maintain deep sleep longer when I don’t sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time. When the pain would awaken me I’d stay in bed and try to sleep more. Now I know I’m much better off if I get up for a couple few hours and go back to bed for more deep sleep. Support folk have been very patient with me in my attempts to get the app to work for my abnormal needs (although I think I may have made them a bit defensive) so kudos to them! My fingers are crossed that they may implement an enhancement request I recently made. Regardless, I’ll continue to use this app and tell my friends..Version: 6.2.0

Battery drainThis has always been an extremely reliable and informative app, and it still is, however using the ‘time to fall asleep ‘ new addition to the app causes an excessive battery drain. I charge my watch before going to bed, and from 100% charge when I awaken 7 or so hours later there is only around 58% charge remaining. Therefore the watch needs charging again in order to last the day. For that reason alone I have now ceased to use that aspect of the app, and am happy to still have around 97% charge remaining when I awaken. This is not a ‘moan’ about sleep watch, which I still rate extremely highly, it is however an issue that if resolved would make this a 5 Star app..Version: 5.10.1

Fine until todayUpdate: The issue below was one caused by an IOS update and not Sleep Watch. Apple promptly sent an update to fix the issue and has since worked fine again, and I didn’t lose any data. This is a great app and is helpful in tracking sleep and things associated with good sleep. The support folks at Sleep Watch were very helpful by contacting Apple so they could send me a fix. This app was working great since February until this morning when it quit letting me open the app on my iPhone XR. It says the app is no longer being shared with me and I need to download it in the App Store. I went to the App Store and it shows that I have it and that I can open it. When I try to open it, same story. I can see my data on my Apple Watch 5, but can’t open app on phone. Very frustrating. I don’t want to delete the app off my phone and reinstall it as I don’t want to lose the last 4 months of data..Version: 6.6.1

It’s goodI tried it last night for the first time. Make sure you give it full permission to access your health setting for it to work with your watch. I couldn’t figure out this morning why it didn’t work but then I realized I hadn’t done that. It seemed to work okay. I woke up when my husband went to work though and it didn’t register that at all so it makes me wonder how well it is calculating. I woke up and spoke with him and the app said I was in restful sleep at the time. That’s a bit odd. But overall it does work well. I was disappointed Apple watches didn’t track sleep like my old Fitbit for this app is good for those who had that same issue and want a sleep tracking app. Reason for four stars is what an outrageous price for premium! Just make it a one time paid purchase but 30+ dollars a year. Mine currently says it costs 30 but says that’s a limited time year. All for a couple extra features like your watch waking you up when you’re not in a restful sleep. Waste of money, it for sure shouldn’t be subscription based. Just charge like 10 bucks once and more people would probably do it. Overall it’s good though, going to keep trying it out. Maybe it will become more accurate with additional data..Version: 6.14.5

Great App!Having switched from a Fitbit with auto sleep tracking to Apple Watch I was keen to find a sleep app that worked well as I like to keep track of my sleep. This app is amazing, it’s extremely accurate and reliably tracks sleep. I tried another app and it started well but rapidly went downhill. I’ve been using sleep watch for a month now and it’s consistently reliable!.Version: 5.2.1

UpdateI enjoyed that have a watch during sleeping but I feel uncomfortable with wearing a watch at times would also be easier if it also allowed the phone to count you sleeping when not wearing a watch. Update on two separate account, count your sleeping patterns as well as your naps as you get confused when checking how many hours you have slept and how many hours you have nap..Version: 6.10.1

Best automatic sleep tracker for Apple WatchI used to use my Fitbit to track my sleep but as soon as I got an Apple Watch I wanted something that did it automatically that I didn’t have to worry about pressing a button to start (who remembers that just before they fall asleep?) this app is brilliant - it does everything I need it too and also asks questions if you have had a bad night - awesome - well worth the 5 stars.Version: 4.4.1

CrashingKeeps crashing when I open it.Version: 7.4.1

Rapid eye movementI wish it had more detail about the dream part of the sleep phases.Version: 6.0.3

Great app but suggesting a add onHello I give the app 4/5 it is very easy to use and does exactly what it says, great for tracking routines and figuring out what works best for your body. I hope the Devs see this in the section where you can put tags for why you had good or bad sleep it is lacking any medical reasons for you to wake up. For example half the time I wake up is diabetes related from low blood sugar to high blood sugar with multiple bladder movements. At the bear minimum have medical issue. Considering the chronic health issues a large part of the world deals with limiting it to only a few such as osa, Covid, pain is really limiting the episode. If you keep have medical issues in the middle of the night this could be a good way to document them to understand trends which could help with preventative medicine and improving sleep.Version: 6.23.1

“Sleep times overlap” when they don’t really.Ok so if I put in a sleep time 5pm-7:30pm on 15th of March. And then also a time 4.25am-7:00am16th March then it won’t let me submit it. The app actually refused to record my sleep past 4:20am last night and when I tried to put it in manually it wouldn’t let me because the “sleep times overlap” it doesn’t seem to understand the difference between dates and am and pm..Version: 6.7.1

Works amazingTracks everything really well could be better on detecting naps, but overall rlly good doesn’t use too much battery either if watch is in sleep mode so the screen turns off. Only downside is I can’t find the snore detection they said in the update noted the past 4 updates??.Version: 6.24.4

Sleep watch.I enjoy this app because it tracks your heart rate and everything while you sleep..Version: 6.0.2

Data will not show up on watch. This is a great app and looks to be very accurate with sleep rates and stuff but I have a problem in that no data will show up in the watch app. Everything shows up on the phone app but nothing but a no data available screen on my watch. I have a series 2 watch running latest iOS. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but no luck. Any suggestions?.Version: 5.1

First fortnightMostly good. One complaint: my watch should be less bright when I move my wrist during the night. It’s actually woken me a number of times during the night which rather defeats the object ! Also, when adding data about previous night, why not default-fill some of the ones that are repeated every night - like Sleeping Partner and Sleep on Side - so that if these change they are the exception..Version: 7.4.2

Not working since latest updateI’ve been using this app for about a month and I thought it was fantastic, until I updated the app to it’s latest software two days ago. Since then, the app won’t load, it simply tells me that I have no internet connection. I do, hence this review. I’ve sent emails to the support team but have heard nothing back. If this isn’t fixed soon I’m going to be very annoyed - not what I expect from a £2.99 app!!.Version: 3.2.1

Good but not perfectI’ll start with the fact that I love this app. It has really helped me better understand my sleep and how it affects my overall health. But this app seems to track every period of low activity as sleep. For a few months I wasn’t using it because I didn’t like wearing my watch at night. When I recently started again I found that it had inputted whole weeks worth of incorrect “sleep” data from when I wore my watch during the day that was either naps, or times when I was reading, watching movies, sitting in a car for long periods of time, or just relaxing in any way. You can’t edit data that’s more than a week old, so I can’t delete these days and all this bad info is factored into my “average” scores. Now I have to check the previous night’s data after every day to make sure it didn’t count some relaxed period as sleep and throw everything off. This app is really good in a lot of ways, but it’s not for passive use..Version: 6.1.1

It’s good but needs improvementIt’s a really good app but it’s telling me my sleep clashes because I slept around the same times on 2 separate days, I never knew we weren’t allowed to do that …… clearly we can sleep at around the same times on 2 days in a row but it’s just got a red warning and won’t track my sleep for the last 3 hrs of my sleep today because it clashes with the time I was asleep yesterday, please sort this out!!!.Version: 6.23.2

Best Sleep Tracking App I’ve UsedI wouldn’t say I did an exhaustive trial of all the available sleep trackers out there when I decided SleepWatch was for me but I certainly tried a few and none came close to matching the elegant simplicity of the data and insights that this app offers. I don’t feel any need to look for or try any other sleep trackers because SleepWatch does everything I need better than I hoped for. Thanks to the insights SleepWatch has provided about my sleeping habits and how rested I report feeling over time, I am consistently sleeping much better and feeling more rested than ever before. The only problem I have is remembering to take my watch off early enough in the evenings and in the mornings to charge it enough to last me all day and night, but that’s a user/hardware issue, not any fault of SleepWatch. I love this app so much that I tell everyone I know with an Apple Watch to download it and can honestly say most of the people I’ve shown it to have been impressed enough to download and start using it themselves!.Version: 6.1.5

OkI like to see how I’ve slept because just lately I’m not sleeping very well. But this app has quite a few times got it way out. I’ve never gone to sleep around 10/11:0clock but wish I could so I’d get up earlier. I usually drop off around 12/1:0 clock but when I change the time it takes off the disrupted sleep and I know I’ve had to go to the loo and always look at the time when I do. So this app is not good for that. However at least I can see if I’ve had a good sleep and a light sleep. I also like the fact that I don’t have to actually turn it on as one other app asks you to do. I like to listen to YouTube’s relaxation and music video as my mind is always wondering. That helps me drop off. I don’t want to have to stop it to turn that one on it defeats the purpose. Sorry this is a long review but I like to read them to see if anything is good so I like to give a detailed one to help others. This app is good other than what I’ve mentioned so if that was sorted it would be a five star app..Version: 6.2.0

Great App, big issue right now**Edit to update & add 5th star: thank you for your developer response, I tried again, this time removing the app from my watch first, then the phone app. Restarted both and reinstalled the app back on my phone which subsequently installed it on my watch. My data stayed within the Apple Health app & synced fine. Everything is working again & so happy! I’ve used the free version of this app for a long time and it’s always the one I come back to. However lately the phone app crashes and I can’t access it at all. This is disappointing as I like the information it gave me. I deleted and reinstalled, but to no avail. I still get the insights, but every time I try to open the app it closes right back down..Version: 7.0.8

Use it on the dailyGreat app! Love to track my sleep and see how much shut eye I got the previous night..Version: 6.5.0

An asset to Apple WatchSo pleased someone's finally developed an app for the Watch that auto-detects sleep. It performs well and, given the rather steep price tag, should only get better. Highly recommended..Version: 1.8.5

Excellent analyticsSleepWatch provides in-depth excellent analysis for the time that helps to rejuvenate you most. Highly recommended.Version: 6.7.0

Much better than AutoSleep or Apple’s sleepAutoSleep was changing my amount slept seemingly randomly and throwing off my average. You couldn’t go back in time and correct. This app seems steady. It sometimes logs resting quietly as sleep, but it’s easy to edit and I can turn down the sensitivity if I’m bothered by it. I like that I can log almost all the things I try to do to improve sleep (though taking a sleep aid like antihistamine is strangely absent). I wish there was a way to get into that data to see trends on what is helping. I assume if a clear trend emerges it will notify me? Tracks your sleeping HRV. I wish it also pulled in my waking HRV and gave me a readiness score like AutoSleep did. It would also be cool if we could tell it when we are trying to go to sleep so we could calculate how long it takes to fall asleep. Overall, my favorite sleep app and I’ll be keeping it. Edit: thank you, the Me tab was exactly what I was looking for!.Version: 7.5.7

Easy To Use Handy AppReview using Apple watch Like that it auto detects sleep and also shows history.Version: 1.8.5

Good appI like that the app works so well with the Apple Watch however I find it distracting that it asks me how I’m feeling in the middle of the day when I’m at work and busy, perhaps it might be an idea to allow us to select a time for it to ask us how we are feeling? other then that good app.Version: 6.7.0

Usually greatMy SleepWatch won’t open. I use it every night. I have the latest phone all updated so that’s not the problem. What should I do????.Version: 7.4.23

SleepWatchDevrais être en français svp.Version: 5.4.4

Fantastic view into the unknown realm of sleepAbsolutely fantastic app working seamlessly with the Apple Watch. Been using this app for a bit over a years I believe and have no complaints what-so-ever. I’ve always been curious in what my sleep is like and how good of sleep I’m getting. Even as the Apple Watch itself doesn’t have such feature, you would assume it was developed by apple with how seamlessly fantastic it works. Give it a shot and I will guarantee you’ll be pleased at seeing the world that you are always asleep for. 100% fantastic.Version: 6.1.1

Informative and great at data collectionI’ve been using the app for years. I like to occasionally look at my tearfulness patterns and HR drip patterns. Most of all, I like how it works to get the information it needs without you haven’t to remember to do anything. Auto start/stop sleep cycles (with easy corrections if you were crazy in the middle of the night), a couple prompts during the day to see if you are STILL feeling rested. They will even ask questions (multiple choice) as to why one day might have been bad and give you reminders to not do something. But garbage in/garbage out as with anything. Watch app is super easy to use and quickly start a sleep cycle (if you want to get a more accurate time of how quickly you fall asleep) and the “wake me up in this range of time” is nice because I guess I’m woken when I’m at my stirring point and not after I’ve mentally committed to being a SLOTH ;) Enjoy!.Version: 6.13.4

Still trying to decideI talk in my sleep so I wanted to see if it would catch that by wearing my watch to bed and have the recording on my phone at the same time. It has recorded a bird outside of all things, but never of me talking in my sleep. Which I know is loud because my husband tells me. The other day I responded to him for the first time while trying to get “info” on what I’m talking about and it still didn’t pick that up. I do forget to hit the “track” icon at night sometimes depending on how tired I am. I think this app would be great for those that snore, think they may possibly have sleep apnea, breathing issues, heart issues though! Even those that don’t have a newer watch. I can say that once it gets enough data to create a sleep pattern, that’s helpful. It gives you tips on what may help or hurt your sleep, along with other helpful tips. Guess all in all it’s a great app, I just wish it would pick up the sleep talking..Version: 7.4.1

Thank God— Apple, please adoptI am so relieved this app exists. Apple’s idiotic sleep mode is exactly the kind of complication that prevents me from tracking my sleep consistently. This app is so perfect I’m mostly using this review to complain about how stupid Apple’s sleep solutions are. I’ve even complained that I just need the Apple Watch to function like my 2010 FitBit did, lol. This app is everything I hoped to have and even expected from paying for an Apple Watch to track my sleep. I don’t have to think twice about it or worry about it interfering with my alarms/notifications. It’s just there and does it’s job. I wish Apple could just integrate this app into its features as a toggle “Use SleepWatch” then we could get over this Sleep Focus nonsense. Turning my phone off and tracking my sleep with pen and paper is more consistent than the convoluted settings and constraints for Sleep Focus. Anyway, thankful that SleepWatch is a solution!.Version: 7.4.23

Miss and hitI’ve had this app for just over a week now, I had never worn my watch to bed but have started as I wanted to track my sleep for my PT so we could see if I was getting enough as I’m also a shift worker. It’s been pretty good but I’ve now had 2 times where it’s told me it hasn’t tracked any sleep an they have felt like the most rested sleep so I really wanted to see the data so bit disappointed..Version: 5.6.1

The bestI have tried the top five or six rated sleep apps for my Apple Watch. This one is my favourite by far very accurate, intuitive graphs to read, perfect all around. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a respiration rate, which some of the others do. But overall definite five stars.Version: 7.4.17

Great App but one thing could make it betterI absolutely love this app. It’s very very efficient at what it does. I track my sleep automatically through my apple watch on the free version. This works amazing and I haven’t been disappointed yet. The only thing I wish this app had was the ability to sync with apple health. I also wish it had a smart alarm that could wake you up with a window of time based on how deep of sleep you are in. Other apps have this feature but require you to have your phone listening. This seems inaccurate to me and apple watch data would be the best way to collect this information for accuracy. There aren’t many sleep apps that use the apple watch and this alarm could be a big boost for you. I also wish it showed your REM sleep. I realize it shows your deep sleep but there is a difference between light, deep, and REM. Because REM is what matters most it is the most important thing to know but this app doesn’t show it. Overall I really like the the app but these were just my few suggestions that could make me love it..Version: 6.5.0

It’s okI’ve switched from Fitbit to Apple Watch and one thing I miss is the detailed reports on sleep. This is not the next best thing and I don’t know whether it’s the app or the watch at fault here, but it simply does not pick up all my sleep disruptions. Being pregnant, I am getting up about 4-5 times in the night for the toilet and it’s showing maybe one disruption. So that leaves me to wonder the overall accuracy. My sleep is terrible at the moment, waking from weird pregnancy dreams etc but it still thinks my sleep is good. Also I’m not convinced the heart rate dip is an effective measure and it only seems to be “good” if I work out during the day and works it out against the peak of my workout. Anyhoo. The layout is nice and the fact that it knows you have fallen asleep is good, but I’m afraid it’s just not as accurate as my Fitbit..Version: 5.11.3

Great app. Very usefulI love this app. I use it to monitor not just sleep, but also health in general. It provides all sorts of insights into heart health, particularly the effect diet, alcohol and sedentary behaviour can have on sleep and therefore health. Little changes in lifestyle will have pretty big effects. I feel better each morning as a result..Version: 3.8.1

Best yetI have had numerous sleep monitors including purpose built rather than on fitness tracker. This app provides the best info of all. The app is easy to understand, and my husband and son and I share our info occasionally which is interesting. The only problem we all have is finding time to charge our Apple watches ..Version: 6.21.1

GreatGreat to see my sleep patterns. Easy to use.Version: 7.1.3

Awesome App!!I’ve tried a few sleep apps, and this is by far the best that you don’t have to pay for if you don’t want to/can’t. I have severe Fibromyalgia and tracking my sleep is really important but my income is very limited now that I can’t work so all other sleep apps I’ve tried were basically useless and just telling me how many hours I’d slept overnight. This app has so many features and tracks so many aspects. If I could afford to pay for it, I’d definitely upgrade it. Don’t even bother trying other apps - this is the absolute best!!.Version: 6.0.2

Great app for sleep ... but...I love the app used in conjunction with my Apple Watch. But I wish a notes area could be added. I need various medications to help me sleep... doctors prescribed for bad times... and natural some nights... and nothing for others. The questions do not allow personal notes to view as to why maybe I sleep better one night over another. Add this option and it would be a top class app for sleep ..Version: 3.8.3

SuperbGives me a much clearer picture of how well (or not) I am sleeping. Now I can see vital measurements that are NOT available without this app. Also love the latest update!!.Version: 3.0

Doesn’t allow for medicationTracks your heart activity and dips but no allowance for if you are on medication that affects your heart rate and keeps it stable. Means you never get a good score. Maybe need to add a medical condition section.Version: 6.22.0

Love the app, but notifications need fixing!I’ve been using the app for a while now and find it the most useful sleep tracking app out there (especially with the Apple Watch support!). The graphs are amazing and always seem very accurate. One thing that’s been bugging me for a while now is the bugginess within the notifications / questions that come through every day. I often find myself answering the „How rested..”, “How fatigued..” questions multiple times e.g. I’d answer them on my watch then have to re-enter again for the same day when opening the app on my iPhone afterwards. Sometimes the mobile asks me the exact same question twice within a few seconds. I’d really love this to be fixed soon so it’s not as tedious to provide more data for the product! Again love the app otherwise, and also appreciate some of the new features like bed time reminders!.Version: 5.4.2

Has gotten worseWhen I originally used this app it would work properly between my Apple Watch and iPhone. It would track my sleep accurately when I wore my Apple Watch to sleep, the data would display in my iPhone app. Lately though I have been finding that when I wear my watch to sleep it appears to track my sleep. But when I go to check the data on my iPhone app it is not always displayed. So it has often now said no data tracked. But how when I have been wearing my Apple Watch to sleep daily? I am not impressed and will be looking to use another sleep tracking app. This is disappointing because I have been using thissleep tracking for a while and thought of it to be accurate and reliable. I hope that some attention will be made into making sure the app works properly at transferring data from Apple Watch..Version: 6.15.0

Fabulous sleep tracking appThis an amazing app, given the fact that it’s free but still you can get track many parameters of your sleep. I quite like that when I sleep well, it gives me a notification asking me what I have done the day before to have that good or bad sleep too. Absolutely recommended if you’re looking to improve your sleep.Version: 6.21.1

Best sleep app for iPhoneSick of apps that make you push a button before attempting to sleep. This app does what the Fitbit app does. Good clear graphics and I like the sleep dip addition..Version: 2.2

Free Version is more than enough 👍🏻Been using this app for at least 18th months and find the free app more than enough to track my sleep patterns and sleeping heart rate. From my perspective I find it pretty accurate but you can override the sleep times manually if you wish. I wear my Apple Watch when sleeping and I am sure that gives the best results. With the iPhone alone the app will never know accurately if your sleep has been disturbed or you got out of bed. With the watch it does. Also if you are awake but don’t move then the app will think you are asleep, it’s not a mind reader! Overall I am very pleased with the app and recommended to numerous friends..Version: 6.20.11

Most comprehensive and accurate sleep dataThe stats are way more helpful and accurate than fitbit (my former tracker) or apple watch. I feel the data is accurate it’s really helpful to see how your metrics compared to others that are in the same gendee and aimilar age than me. It’s recommendations are also good way of motivating yourself to get a good nights sleep..Version: 6.22.1

This app has taught me to log sleepIt’s a nice app when the app’s servers are not down. When the servers are down, like today again, it tells you that “you don’t seem to have an internet connection” and you can keep trying for a long time, if you want to waste time doing nothing. But there is a “plan B” backup for when that all too frequently happens: look at the paper notebook you keep by the bed for the purpose of jotting down each time you enter or leave bed during the night and tally up the total times you slept during each time in bed. The app requires you to confirm sleep times each day for the sake of accuracy so I’ve found that such a sleep log notebook is far better than trying to rely on my memory for which times I was actually in bed, sleeping and which times I was sitting in a chair reading, with my Apple Watch wearing left arm motionless for long stretches of time. At first, I rated this app 5 stars. But now, because of its frequent “you don’t seem to have an internet connection” silly statements I’ve reduced it to 3 stars..Version: 4.3.3

Great app but charged extra as a member. This app is fantastic and has always provided me with what I would consider to be pretty accurate readings. I have just tried to read my sleep report, which is normally £3.99 for non members and free for members. I have been a member for a long time and when I decided to view the report I was charged £3.99. I have tried to contact the developer however I can’t seem to find any contact details. Any help with this would be appreciated..Version: 6.3.3

Best sleep tracking appThis is by far the best sleep tracking app I’ve used and I’ve tried a few, I keep coming back to this app! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to track their sleep. If you have a Apple Watch series 6 or better, I like how it shows you what your O2 levels were whole you were asleep.Version: 6.19.5

BZ! Amazing Customer Service!!I’ve been searching for a sleep monitoring application since purchasing my Apple Watch over 3 years ago. I’ve tried a few and this one BY FAR EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! I had a couple issues upon installing the application but immediately contacted customer service. They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! One issue was “user error” (I’ll readily admit that i was the one mucking stuff up); the other issue ended up being CORRECTED (almost) IMMEDIATELY BY THE DEVELOPERS!! The support team kept me in-the-loop and waited for me to confirm everything was working properly!!! I wanted something that didn’t require much intervention on my part (such as notifying the app when I’m going to bed and when I’m waking up...). Its totally worth initial troubleshooting!! I will be upgrading to the subscription next month!!.Version: 6.6.0

Having a proper rest it’s key to be healthyI have been using this app for a month and I like a few features. I can have al my divises on airplane mode and still tracks my information. It’s really accurate with the data. As a Life Strategist Coach & mum, I’m always on the go!!! I really need to be sure whatever time I sleep I have quality sleep... I’m not there yet but I can see the progress... the better quality of rest I have my mood and energy during the day improve!! Highly recommend this to everyone... if you want to be at your best and healthier your quality of rest it’s vital!!.Version: 6.2.0

SleepWatch review1st time user, very different to Fitbit data, so I’ve found sleepwatch to be very busy with lots of information- need to adjust to screen layout. I did like Fitbit tracking 7days sleeping and alerts on decrease increase of sleep with feedback and facts pushed to You for free ..Version: 5.10

Great AppWorks really well and accurate!!.Version: 4.9.2

It’s okay if...The reveals are fun for a month. Then one starts feeling evaluated. You begin to feel tested, scrutinized, judged. And finally, chastised for partaking in happy hours with neighbors, glad you escaped another week not catching what could be a fatal virus—chastised for celebrating a victory with wine with your meal in good company. But mostly chastised for not living like the regimented monk lifestyle that retires at 9 pm and awakes 6 am every day who rigorously exercises. One has to be okay feeling these psychological pressures. It's like being tested while sleeping while wearing a relentless non-compassionate machine that allows no leeway for life's unexpected calls of nature because you drink the appropriate amount of water a day. You awaken and worry you're not drifting off fast enough, so what will this do to your score!? And, people behind the scenes know it all. In that case, this is the app for you. Because it never fails to deliver judgment all the time..Version: 6.13.3

Sleep much improved after 10 monthsYou never know how useful an app will be until you’ve used it, and I’ve had buyer’s remorse after subscribing to other apps, but not this one. I’ve found it very helpful to have not only the daily sleep report, but also the sleep report that assesses my overall sleep for a longer period of time. This app has helped me change my behavior and improve my sleep rhythm and duration! When I started using the app, I averaged 6h 25m a night of sleep & had an overall sleep score of 285 after 15 days of use. That was in September 2021. My most recent sleep report showed that I’ve averaged over an hour of sleep more each night - 7h 36m & my overall sleep score is 548. I’ve almost doubled my sleep score since subscribing to Sleep Watch. The last thing I do before getting into bed each night is to set my Apple Watch to sleep, and start tracking my sleep and snoring sounds by tapping the track button in Sleep Watch. The combination of this app and my Apple Watch make it easy to harvest the data that’s helping me improve my sleep. I rarely slept 8 hours a night before, but I regularly get 8 hours (or very close to that) of sleep a night. I rarely submit reviews for apps, but wanted to for Sleep Watch. It’s worth the $4.99/month to improve my sleep because sleep is critical to good health. Now, if I could just find an app to motivate me to exercise consistently and improve my resting HeartRate….!.Version: 7.0.8

Great app for use with Apple Watch😊.Version: 2.2

Great insights to improve sleep!Love this app, seems to be quite accurate to tell me how I’ve slept over the night and any times I’m restless. Great intelligence to tell me that when I exercise and burn a certain amount of energy, I tend to sleep much better on average, when I don’t sleep well, it’s because I’ve had caffeine after a certain time, or have had a lazy day..Version: 6.24.2

Identify Bad sleep habitsAfter installing and to make full use on f the free version I granted access to my iPhones limited health data. Seemed like a minor concession to get real-time biometrics from the Apple Watch into the sleep app. I did the same thing for my wife but she sleeps with No issues unlike me. After adjusting to wearing the watch to bed, the tracking data started coming in. Really intriguing to map its feedback to daytime evening activities and where they disrupt sleep. Coffee, late night screen time, alcohol, kids setting off the house alarm, etc. In a perfect world on a calm night, the sleep app depicts a great nights sleep, and then when other habits and events disrupt, it clearing shows that and the impacts. Give it a few months and I may change some habits..Version: 6.18.6

Brilliant appEasy to use app. Just pop your watch on before you go to bed and voila, everything works. Really handy info like nightly heart rate and heart rate trends, so you can tell the difference your body experiences when say sleeping normally or after exercise or drinking alcohol - the info from this app helps you stop deceiving yourself with optimism and helps you start to make wise choices that give you better sleep over time. Very easy to use. Very insightful. A must have app for anyone keen to manage heir sleep or just find ways to get better sleep. I don’t feel better every day because of the necessities of modern life, but with this app I at least know what I can do to get the best sleep and ultimate have good help and feel energized for life. Well done to the team in building this!.Version: 5.10.1

Good app but premium option is expensiveGood sleep tracking app that I have been using for some considerable time now...indeed, having looked at most of the Watch related sleep apps available this is probably one of the best. My only complaint is the cost of the premium service....U would like the added benefits but £3.99 pm I’d too much, especially as NapBot is a more realistic 99p pm & the fact that Apple is reputedly due to add their own sleep app in the next iteration of iOS..Version: 6.5.0

A great investmentI have had severe obstructive sleep apnea for over 30+ years now and always had to use a machine. It was always very difficult for me because my job required me to travel most of the time. Within the last five years I had some major dental work done including 13 implants. The doctor told me that after the implants settled in I might want to try some mouthpieces. About two years later I figured that I would try them. My Dentist did not make them and I had to be referred out. My only reluctance was to see if they really worked I would have to be referred to a sleep lab. That is when I decided to get this app.. Not only is it easy to read but I am able to get everything the sleep lab would offer in the comfort of my own home. It showed that the mouthpiece was just as effective as the machine. I am now able to measure my sleep every night and walk around with the device I am currently using in my pocket..Version: 6.18.5

Almost perfect sleeping appThis app has everything, I really enjoy it compared to other sleep tracker apps. The amount of detailed info you can load on the watch to view is incredible, saying that, it does take quite a very long while to load the information on the watch app. Running on series 3..Version: 6.11.8

Good but could be betterI find this app good but I wish it had an option that said “watch was on charge” as I sometimes fall asleep waiting for the watch to charge then I wake up the next day and find it didn’t record my sleep. Having mental health issues I find it hard to sleep and other times I can’t stay awake so having that option about the watch on charge in the app would be wonderful thank you.Version: 6.16.0

Great appI used to use a different sleep tracker that you had to stop and start, this one is great as it does it all for you (yes that might be classed as lazy) but besides that the data it gives is pretty accurate data. One thing I would say is the graphics could be a bit better for the graphs and when viewing your sleep via the health app it doesn’t show “in bed” colour breakout which isn’t the end of the world..Version: 3.7.1

I like itI use it every night. I have one problem in that I am unable to tell you what I think - why - when I clicked on it - it says you don’t have my email address and to go and add it. But it’s there. Please sort it out for me. The other thing I would like - when I get asked why I didn’t have a good night - I don’t have an option with a box to say why? I know why but it’s none of the choices. So it doesn’t help me. Can we just have a box to write in a few words please.Version: 3.2.1

Would recommend to anyone 🙃This app is simply the best, the only thing that needs improvement is a snooze function for the smart alarm on the Apple Watch, sometimes I just want to snooze for a little bit longer but this app only two option and that’s keep sleeping or stop sleeping and if you keep sleeping I believe the smart alarm is disabled. But over all I love the app and I use it everyday..Version: 6.1.0
