✓ Empty bag..Kind of a shame. I went into my bag so I could carry on through to check out, it wouldn’t let me. It kept saying “your bag is empty” and “no products added to your bag. ✓ Love the app/Inaccurate delivery datesPretty little thing is one of my favorite shopping apps. Their estimated delivery dates are never accurate and I hate how you can’t review the items. My favorite part of the app is that you can see the model in the clothes with their “catwalk” videos and I can usually figure out if I need to size up/down. They’re also on top of their restocks. ✓ Got an email confirmation but the purchase didn’t actually go throughFrom the app, it stated that the purchase didn’t go through but yet I received an email confirmation and a charge on my card. I called for confirmation on the purchase but was told the order didn’t go through and I actually had to re-buy everything. I am still waiting on my refund from the first attempt. They say it usually takes 5 days but it is still an inconvenience..Version: 9.0.0
✓ Update needed to fix bugI have a bug in my app which doesn’t allow me to take any items out of my cart, also, it doesn’t let me move anything to my saved list. Because of this, I have a Bajillion amount of things in my account cart, but I cannot remove them making my shopping experience a little hectic because I’m not able to buy anything because I don’t wanna buy everything in my cart..Version: 61.9.0
✓ LOVE LOVE PLTI order a substantial amount of clothes from PLT, and not once they have let me down! (Sizing is amazing) Customer service have always been really helpful and understanding about anything I queried, can’t fault them at all! I purchased the “free next day delivery for a year” about 3 years ago ( and got it every year since) At a little price of £9.99 a year! That’s only 83p a month and I 100% get my moneys worth! ✓ Love Shopping PLT, but the App though…The 4 stars is for the store itself, I love the options they offer, I can shop for any occasion and in whatever budget I may be in at the moment. However, the app has glitches that make the shopping experience frustrating, to the point that I just close it and end up not buying anything. Idk what the correct term Would be for it, but the back feature once I’m on a single item, takes forever to go in effect. I have to keep on clicking on the back arrow forever, like it’s not sending my touch on the back arrow and sometimes once it finally kicks in it’ll go back 3-4 pages back, like it has a backlog. Also when I’m scrolling through a section, select an item for a closer look at the details and then go back it’ll take me back to the very top, so I have to scroll down forever to get to where I was. Sometimes I can’t even add an item to my bag, because it won’t let me select a size. The times that I have checked out is when surprising the app has been glitch free, but more often than not, it is. ✓ Perfect! 🤩The app is great! I would really recommend downloading the app over just using the website because it is so much easier and quicker to navigate, and refreshes quicker especially during price drops and sales when there is a lot of traffic to the website. It is set out perfectly and is so simple to use. The quality of clothing I have bought from PLT has been fantastic and the delivery times/customer service were good aswell. ✓ Stolen moneyBought something over a month ago and sent it back due to shockingly poor quality, waited the stated 21 days for my refund and was told it would be refunded within the next 5 days, thought I was safe to buy something else to replace the item sent back and 2 weeks later the refund hasn't come and the new item hasn't either but the money has come out of my account. Have been ringing customer service all week with no answer and received an email today saying that my order was cancelled 9 days after I ordered it (6 days ago) and I wasn't notified, I also haven't been refunded for this or the last order. I am upset with not only the quality of my order but the quality of the customer service. I would not recommend you order as I have heard of this happening to another friend too..Version: 7.1.1
✓ Ordering through the appI love pretty little thing and order frequently, the app is easy to use and I love the products, they have lost of offers and this excites me and makes me want to shop there more, I usually find lots of things on pretty little thing rather than other apps. The only thing that makes me disappointed is that they don’t have a click and collect button that is cheaper postage, and adding £4 on to every order I always forget to do so it’s disappointing at the end, where as I use other brands and can collect for free. However the app is easy, fast and great for shopping and products with discount are amazing prices. I love shopping with them..Version: 7.1.1
✓ Wonderful AppThe app is well laid out, clear and easy to use. It feels like it was thoughtfully planned out with the customer experience in mind. I’m able to get to my account and find my orders and check tracking all within the app as well as move through the different sections provided with ease. There is a clear search icon to enable a quicker discovery of products. You get all the same options and functions to add items to your wish list for later purchase. ✓ 1000% recommendI always struggled finding nice places to find clothes that were true to size but I’ve used PLT for years now and I can always guarantee great items from them and even if you’re not happy with an item it’s so easy to return and refund, their next day delivery year service is spot on I’ve never had an issue with receiving my package- Hermes are hit and miss though I’ve had a few parcels stolen as they just leave them out in the open. But nothing but great things to say about PLT they have such a huge range of styles and their home section is beautiful..Version: 53.5.0
✓ 5* very good except the stock issueThe app is very easy to navigate around, lay out is very eye catching. Colour choices the app shows that a certain piece of clothing is available in a variety of colour options but when clicking on the item its only available in one, also picture wise maybe add some images of the back of the clothing item’s too as sometimes you can’t picture the item properly. The stock issue - the app allows you to add items to basket even when they aren’t in stock or are unavailable, which is very annoying as you have to double check everything before checking out and completing purchases. ✓ I love it! But there’s issues...I literally order most my clothes from here. I mainly Order through the app on my phone. But I’ve also used online too. However the app seems to do this thing when I’ve put things in my basket and I carry on looking and i then go to click on my basket ready to order. Everything that’s in there and I mean EVERYTHING has gone. I go to my wish list and try adding them back in and it comes up that there in the basket so I go to Click it and they disappear. I’ve also tapped the green button “start shopping” and searching the items but that doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. My items do appear back... but it takes several hours. ✓ Good except the stock issueThe app is easy to navigate and aesthetically well designed. The images are good quality and the size guide and other information that may be necessary is easy to access and use which is useful :) However, the app should allow users to add items to the basket that are not in stock, I have attempted to check out three times before I could actually pay for items because I had to continue going back to delete items out of stock. It's easily fixed, and honestly quite lazy of the team running the app to not have fixed. I am pretty patient as a customer, but was really pushing it and PrettyLittleThing are likely to lose sales due to this error. The only other issue I have not app related is that half the models makeup could be done better, many of the false lashes applied are much to heavy for the face making them look tired, not good when you're trying to sell a product. Overall 3 stars is a fair rating, sort the stock issue and there would soon be more 5 star ratings :).Version: 7.1.0

✓ Trendy and Good Fast but sometimes glitchesI love plt, the app is so simple to navigate and they always have some kind of sale. There is a range of sizes and fits including shape and petite, tall etc. They remain up to date on trends (or if it’s on plt is trending). The quality of clothes is consistent unlike other fast fashion retailers. My only issue is sometimes when doing a haul, after a while the app crashes and my entire basket clears- making it very difficult to do a large shop but I usually switch to the pretty little thing website for that. Overall my favourite and most reliable brand, I always have my PLT royalty for next day delivery :).Version: 53.5.0

✓ ShoesYour styles are lovely but you don’t have a variety of thick heels or colours to match your dresses and also I’ve noticed that some of your dresses on the models and worn with shoes that I cannot find when shopping with you but if I look on my ASOS app I seem to find them, why is that? You seem to have a low number of glass heel sandals with a touch of silver which I found upsetting because a lot of your dresses and styles suggests this colour with the outfits or even some times would look better with this colour and style. ✓ PLT POSITIVE REVIEW 🥰Really easy to use, organised app. Clothes always arrive on time and they are exactly what you ordered. I ordered next day delivery for a year which is really great value and means that I always use PLT as my go to clothes site and I know that I can trust that what I order will arrive the next day in a safe reliable way. I have personally never had an order arrive with fleas in it and the orders that I have purchased have always come in great packaging and they have been clean and sticker-free. ✓ Easy to NavigateEasy to use, several pictures of the items, lots of different sections ‘jeans, new in, petite’ for example. Huge variety which is amazing. Easy to order stuff never had any issues because the ones I have had have been solved really quickly, Wishlist However, when i put more than maybe 20 ish items in my wish list it doesn't scroll down easily to see all the bits at the bottom and you have to constantly refresh at the top or worst case before Ive had to delete things to see the next thing further down so thats annoying. Sometimes as well if you log in on a different phone computer etc the wishlist doesn't copy over which is annoying when sending some the details so they can get something of the wish-list. Maybe for the wish list if the product might come back in stock have a button to be notified if it does, Ive had things in my wish-list for months on end before I end up giving up and deleting the item. This isnt so much to do with the app but wish instead of doing the tracksuits in XS, S, M, L doing them in 4,6,8 because the XS doesnt fit me too well as a 6 so I struggle. ✓ Pretty good all aroundI like the app and find it easy to navigate, however it sometimes takes up to a minute to load when I click to open it which is a little bit too long in my opinion. Also, the ‘new in’ section isn’t all new in - I’ve seen a fair chunk of it in previous releases and it seems like stuff gets shove in there to bulk up the section. I’d personally prefer for the ‘new in’ to be divided into say for example ‘new in this week’ or this months to avoid me scrolling through stuff that’s been on the website for ages to find stuff that’s actually new in. ✓ EssentialsDuring lockdown I wanted a change of style, I first ordered and thought the prices where really good, it is true the cheaper it is the cheaper quality. I’ve learnt from a few orders that essentials like, hoodies and joggers you can’t go wrong. I tend to go for the more pricer items as the quality is much better. Last year I ordered 2 of the same orders by accident. Customer service where really quick to reply and I was able to send back one of the orders and had the money back within a week. I’m a size 6-8 and most of the items I have orders have for very well. I’ve only had one dress that I couldn’t even get over my head! But other then that I think it’s all really good..Version: 39.0.0

✓ Pretty Little ThingA good shopping app! The layout is so easy to use! The ‘new in’ section is updated all the time so there’s always new stock to browse through. There’s so many clothing options to choose from (which can make my ever increasing basket an issue!) I never fail to find what I’m looking for. The only improvement I would suggest is the stock notifications, sometimes you will order and pay for an item only to find it’s then gone out of stock but they refund the money without any hassle! ✓ My experience with PLT..What I love about PLT is that they have clothing in bright luminous colours.. for me I love clothing to represent who I am but also colours that bring out my skin tone and shape. PLT has never failed to deliver when it comes to making cute, sexy, current, colourful clothing that makes me feel amazing. I’m always asked by girls when on a night out or shopping where I purchased my clothing and my response - “ PLT Gurl”. The prices are reasonable, delivery has always been on time. The only thing I’d say that could be improved is just when you return an item refund can take up to 21 days or more so just bare that in mind if you’re planning on spending a huge amount and thinking it will be in your account the following week. ✓ Pretty good but has their moments...I love the styles I find on this site and the prices are not bad but sometimes they miss the mark with the quality. Their sizing is weird and takes very careful attention to details and time to figure out which makes it harder to shop with them sometimes. However, I’ve gotten it down pat for the most so I don’t usually have issues with fit. Now the quality of one of my last orders was surprisingly low and I hope that is not a continuous pattern for them. Returns with them have really been my biggest issue with this site. I gave 4 stars because I ultimately do love the items that I get from them when the quality, fit and price are right but when they are not it can be really annoying, which made me almost leave 3 stars but since I continue to order I’ll leave it as 4..Version: 13.1
✓ Wishlist/shopping cartMy biggest complaint is stuff disappearing in the wish list and/or shopping cart. I like the wish list to favorite things for when I buy later, and at first I thought maybe it disappears if you don’t add it to your cart in time or buy it. But then I noticed while using the app it would disappear as well as the shopping cart. Had almost $200 worth of clothing in the shopping cart and was ready to check out, I go to click shopping cart and everything was gone. I was so upset because I literally spent TWO hours picking stuff out. I got so frustrated that it did that I ended up not even ordering. 😕 Other than that delivery was actually pretty quick for previous orders, most of the clothes were fairly good quality except one of the small body suits was extremely too small and I’m petite. (Wasn’t a petite size body suit) and one of the crop tips fit but if you look the wrong way your nipple will be looking dead in the eye at someone because it’s so wide😂.Version: 12.0

Pretty little thing is fabulous, not only because of the jeans but the body suits are top tier. Again ribbed materials here are unmatched, PLT clothes hug my figure perfectly and comfortably. They’re clothes are not only stylish, they are appropriate in presentation. Meaning they are stitched well and are well presented items, all items I have from PLT are still in perfect condition. It’s way better than using the browser / website - I find that when using the website in my laptop, when I am scrolling through the items and when clicking to view it and then wanting to go back to continue scrolling, it loses where I was up. The only suggestion I have for the APP is allowing us to get notifications for when items are back in stock. ✓ The basket deletes everything I’ve added to itHow have this company still not fixed their online businesses main glitch on their ONLINE app. I wrote a review about this months ago and from looking over at the other reviews many people feel the same. Every time I add an item to my basket it then disappears when I look into the basket. From the app update you’ve put “we’ve also included some pesky bug fixes but nobody wants to hear about those!” Well we do want to hear about it, because WHAT bugs are you fixing if you haven’t fixed this bug for MONTHS..Version: 9.0.0
✓ Nice styles but not the best quality.Love the app, used it many times and have made 4 deliveries and ordered about 11 items altogether. With this experience it is no shock that the items that cost more are way better quality than the cheaper ones. However, I sometimes like to but plain clothing, that being bandeaus, leggings and plain bodysuits/tops. They tend to be cheaper which results in them being very see-through which makes it unwearable and they easily make holes in. I had a pair of leggings delivered to me with a hole already in so i took it back. I then brought a plain top and within 2 wears it had a hole on my shoulder. ✓ Great AppI love the PLT app. It shows you videos of the clothes being modelled so you can get a real insight on what they look like on which is great and also provides the size that the model is wearing which I think is important. Its easy to navigate and they leave items in your basket without them disappearing so you can go back and purchase at a later date. My only slight issue i have is that they don't load all the items in my favourite section. So i have to either find them again and "like" them or just add to basket. ✓ Slight improvement could be madeI like the layout and structure, the app is very easy to navigate. All the sections are clear and well functioning. The only criticism I have is that if you want to make a return- when you go on to the order history, you aren’t able to copy and paste your order number from the ‘My Orders’ section. This is also the same for any items product codes. I think this would be a benefit to the app and make the returns process more smooth, also for users trying to locate items they have purchased previously. Other than that no complaints! ✓ Pretty little thingI so far have had a really superior experience with PLT, there delivery is good , the clothes are good quality and I love shopping with them , there is no other company like them , something I find really good is that they do free returns, this has been a massive money saving thing for me as I am a very picky person so I do send quite a lot of stuff back but I do love most of the clothes , the only down side to PLT is the denim section , the quality is low , I do own a white pair of denim shorts that are nice but I have once before ordered a denim jacket and the quality was really rubbish and it was £29 that is where I find the free returns helpful, overall I do recommended PLT but you just need to be careful on what you buy !!.Version: 13.2

Big I do give it one star because the app takes really long to open up with Wi-Fi and o always have to switch to data to open the app anywhere I go for some reason. ✓ Could be betterI’ve never really experienced bad issues with PLT but its never always perfect with them or my orders. Most of the clothing can be quite see through which can be a pain. Customer service hasnt been bad for me, always a great experience with them. I have had one or two faulty items and been refunded immediately. And didn’t have to send the item back they recommend an app that i could recycle them to. Recently i’ve had the problem where i have the Royalty delivery which has been active but my recent order i was actually charged royalty delivery again even though it was active. ( just speaking to customer service now about it ). It would be great it reviews could be left under the clothing items as being very petite and find it difficult with sizing..Version: 21.0.2
✓ Super cute, great qualityI’ve ordered from plt so many time and a I love it so much. They have such super cute clothes and it’s all such good quality. Shipping is awesome I’ve never had any trouble with things taking too long or not being the right item or such. ✓ Why did I not use this app years ago!!!My two daughters are having items delivered literally on a daily basis , and we’re now on first name terms with the Rital Mail man! I’ve seen some lovely stuff arrive. I decided that I’d give it a try. Oh my days. I’m addicted already. You don’t have to be a skinny teenager to have nice clothes. I’m not big but I’m in my early 50’s now and am fed up of high street clothing being shoddy quality and poor fitting. ✓ My go to online fashion appPLT has such a fab collection of items that suit all age groups and body types. I say this from a forty something plus size chick with an eclectic taste in clothes. I’ve purchased all sorts from lounge wear, to dressy clothes, from low key skirts paired with band T’s to chunky boots and even heels and coats. I get compliments on outfits and I always recommend PLT for their broad range of styles and sizes and also value for money. Especially in these ever increasing times of financial pressures I feel a sense of relief that I can treat myself and even spread the cost over 3 months with Klarna. I paid for next day delivery for a year and they are true to their word in that your order comes the next day which sometimes if you’re having a clothing crisis and need something quick that’s cost effective, time saving and most importantly stylish, it’s a bonus! ✓ Feeling cheated out of moneyI adore PLT’s clothing range and their prices are pretty fair I’ve never had an issue with any order. HOWEVER there has been a few issues with their next day delivery option. It has happened before and has just happened again today. I ordered an outfit last night at around 9pm (have ordered much later before and still received next day) and the outfit was specifically needed for an event next day. I paid an extra £10 for their next day for a year offer which is quite a price addition when you think about it and then when I checked out with no issues it said “delivery expected on August 1st” which was TWO days later. If you guys can’t do next day then don’t offer it, or lower the prices of it if it’s not guaranteed. At no point during ordering did I get a some form of warning that it wouldn’t be next day so I feel it’s a bit sly..Version: 13.2
✓ Wish List/Shopping bagI love PLT, Y'all really look out for petite people and for that I will always love y'all. That being said, you have got to do something about items disappearing from the shopping bag and wish list. It is incredibly discouraging and frustrating to spend hours looking for the right items and then when you are finally ready to buy everything, they have mysteriously disappeared. I end up not getting anything at all because that part of the app is so aggravating. Also can you please increase the number of items you can add to the wishlist, 100 is not enough. Plus I can see that the items are still added to my wishlist but if I go to view my actual wishlist the items are not there. I use the wishlist to save things I want to buy later, but if I have to keep going back to search for these things it completelycompletely defeats the purpose. Please 🙏🏽.Version: 13.0

✓ Easy to access and plenty of choiceI have been using the PLT app for a while now and personally have never had any issues with it. Out of most other shopping apps e.g. boohoo, asos & shein. PrettyLittleThing has always kept up with the constant changing fashion styles and what’s in at the moment. I also like that there is a large selection to choose from, I tend to find from other apps that their selection is very narrowed down and when you find something, it’s usually out of stock or not in the size you need.
