✓ Slow at times but worth itAt times the app is slow at showing text my daughter gets in. But overall the app is great I always know what apps are safe and who she is talking to! This is our first year to have a child with a phone this app was the only one that showed the text messages for a iPhone! It’s worth the money! ✓ A Real Solution for ParentsI heard about SaferKid from a friend of mine who works on the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. My friend does mostly undercover work, luring predators on apps like Grindr and Kik towards stings and, hopefully, away from children. Her terrifying stories of what it’s really like for young people today have kept me and my husband from buying a phone for our daughter. Then she told us about SaferKid. When Jenny (our daughter) gets an app that might be dangerous, SaferKid sends us an alert and tells us what the app is, and why we should be concerned. The reviews are, in my opinion, a little conservative. But I’d rather feel like I’m being over protective than exposing her to too much risk. We didn’t know, for example, that it’s better to keep kids off of social media apps like Instagram until they are at least 15, because at younger ages kids are more susceptible to things like sextortion. The peace of mind we get from having SaferKid is well worth the price. I cannot recommend it highly enough. My only comment is that the setup took about 10 minutes, which I found annoying. I didn’t need any help to get through it, but it was a little frustrating to have to wait so long. But once we got through it, we have been absolutely delighted with it..HasanrainaVersion: 2.5.6

Premium subscription is well worth it, the app itself is simple and effective. Customer service, the times I’ve need it, has been fast to respond and helpful. ✓ App works wellI was hesitant about spending so much on an app but by comparison to other apps I’ve tried this one gives me the most control and ability to see her phone and online activity. My daughter is a good kid and she has a fairly good head on her shoulders but watching her gave me confirmation that she isn’t mature enough to navigate things like social media and the internet unsupervised. ✓ Overall it’s pretty awesomePlease try and fix this…under settings…general…device management All the child would have to do is be curiously browsing through their phones settings which I know many kids most definitely do and they would easily be able to figure out how to “remove management” of the app. There has got to be a way to secure it or make it inaccessible by the child. Please fix. Thank you and I most definitely appreciate the development of an app like this while having a 12 year old daughter who loves social media and her phone more than anything. SaferKid eliminates all the fights about allowed time and bedtimes. The app helps me to limit screen time for my child's smartphone – turns off the camera (to prevent from getting addicted to selfies and posting images, for instance), web-browser and thirtd-party apps. ✓ Worth every penny!!My ex provided my son with a phone with no restriction, he was 11 at the time. He’s 14 now and the things he had been looking at, language being used in texts, all kinds of inappropriate behavior. I purchased this and it’s been a game changer! You an set all restrictions and even shut the phone down from your phone, so if they try to sneak off with it, it’s still got you covered!
