✓ Menu isn’t same as the store and always missing itemThe menu online is always missing 2-3 drinks compare to the store menu. I think it does a great job on adjusting drink based on ingredient and diet. But I hate that everytime I adjust my drink and add all the steps I want for the order then place order, the app notifies that the drink isn’t available. Customer support still granted me the purchases I did (10/10) However they seem to think the problem is my network, when I have used two different phones, uninstalled and installed the app, two diff WIFIs, and service provider with full bars. ✓ Needs workThe convenience of being able to order ahead is nice but that’s about it. The reorder button doesn’t work because every time I try, it says that the merchant has changed the menu and I have to re-add my items. I order the same thing every time. How often do they change the menu? Every other day? It also makes no sense why we can’t opt in to deals through the app. They send so many emails, I had to unsubscribe, but then I was getting a bunch of notifications in app about deals that I had to opt-in through email. ✓ Stolen login and credit cardSomeone was able to hack to my account and change my email login info. Why would the app allow that so easily?? Usually your email is the login but nope. Here you can easily change the email with one click. No authentication needed making it easy for anyone to take over your account. My credit card was stolen and I can’t even close out this account bc I never want to use this app again. The user attempted to make two big boba purchases but was thankfully denied by my credit card company. And when I was using the app it would report my favorite drink out of stock for online ordering. ✓ Love the Shops BUTIt’s highly unfair that just because I happen to have cash on me and can’t use my card at the moment I can’t get rewards points for my purchase. They really need a way to scan the app for when KFT app holders pay cash in store they can still collect bubbles. ✓ Your account may get hacked !!I’ve been a user for years now, but today I got an email of a purchased made in New York and Boston with my account and my card. I am located in Florida. It is impossible for me to use it in two different states at the same time.I’ve contacted support and they haven’t solved my issue. I’ve changed my password and then got lock out of my account. ✓ The app doesn’t make any senseThe app is not fast, or well organized. You can’t even receive awards on the app if you make a store purchase. What’s the point of the app if you can only get credit for in store purchase? Maybe I’m just so use to the Starbucks and chick fil a style. ✓ I’m Not HappyLike many others, I am getting a network error when trying to log into the app for a “$2 off any drink” T-Mobile Tuesdays offer redemption. The offer expires at midnight. I have tried many things like reinstallation, closing the app before opening it again, changing from WiFi to data and back again, etc. Looking back in the reviews, this same issue happened in May and nothing was done to fix the app. I contacted T-Mobile customer support and will get reimbursed for the trouble at least. ✓ Room for improvementThis app is useful in the sense that you can view the menu & order ahead, however it has so much room for improvement. First, certain locations aren’t available to order ahead sometimes, and they don’t really communicate that well. Second, they don’t have any of their dessert items, so if you want one you have to go all the way into the store. Third, the whole point system is too much. You need to spend a ton of money on tea before you even get ONE free drink. They barely have any promotions & when they do it’s like “buy 2 get one free” or “one dollar off”. The deals are so cheap it’s kinda like a slap in the face. Like I’m not incentivized to try a new $7 drink if you give me $1 off. Then when I try to add drinks to my order and check out, it says the drinks are not available. ✓ Worst app.There’s a store maybe 5 min away from my house so I ordered a pick up thinking it would automatically be the nearest store- the store location only shows street name and not the city until you press it. When I went to pick up my order, they said it’s the wrong store and I had to drive 15min out which irritated me bc it was the complete opposite of where I was headed to! Then I tried to call by pressing the number on the app but it wouldn’t work then I tried to open my map app from this app and that also didn’t work! After I picked up my order, I searched for the one nearest my house and that store doesn’t show up. Also, it doesn’t give you the option to choose the location of the pick up!! ✓ DissatisfiedI ordered on the app at a Texas Location. The app allowed me to order and the money was taken immediately from my account. When I got to the location, the doors were locked and the worker who answered the phone told me that they had no supplies to make any drinks at all. I asked for a refund and she said she already issued it. I waited a week and a refund was never issued. Then later in the week a snowstorm happened throughout Texas and by the time I was able to get back to the location to inquire about the refund, all the worker at the counter could tell me was, “I’m sorry, the app just messes up sometimes and we can’t go that far back.” I had the receipt on the app yet nothing apparently could be done..M. ✓ Carmel Mt Rd-UNACCEPTABLEThe point of ordering ahead is convenience & efficiency. At The Carmel Mt Rd location specifically, the app gives an excessively delayed pickup time. This would not be as annoying if the drinks were actually ready at the stated pickup times given. To have to “check in” is a silly concept if they were effective & efficient. It shouldn’t be a check-in it should be a pickup. I’ve continued to return to this location because of geographic convenience & every time the start to finish experience has been consistently 45 minutes to an hour for 2-3 drinks-ridiculous! I will no longer patronize this location (period)… The Convoy location, on the other hand is a totally different experience (which is why I gave 3 stars & not 1). ✓ StupidMaybe it’s the stores fault but the location I went to is not even open till noon and it was marked as open at 11am. I ordered to pick up before heading to work and it said ready at 11:27am. I go to pick it up and the store doesn’t even open till 12 noon. The app should come with a customer service number so you can call and contact someone for issues like these. ✓ Debit Card Info StolenFirst thing, I made purchases with this app and had no problems. I had downloaded this application months ago. I have not ordered a drink since December. I checked my bank account this morning and someone made $66 worth of bubble tea. Someone changed all of my information on the app without notice of the company!! I had to get a new debit card today and change many of my accounts. Please update your security on this app and warn people that their information maybe compromised!! ✓ Couldn’t Load Stores or MenusThis app didn’t work at all for me. All I wanted to do was make the Nashua NH location my store and look at the menu. Not even sure if this includes the TKK chicken menu. If you ask me the tea and chicken combo is not well advertised or integrated. They should put the TKK chicken logo on the storefront and in the app. I went in to the Nashua store for the grand opening and the food was good and the manager seemed very nice. ✓ Have to opt in for any promotionAll the promotions go to your email spam folder and you have to “opt in” to get any of them. Doesn’t make it very convenient when you forget to do this or don’t opt in until you impulsively decide to go. Frustrating when you make a qualifying purchase but it won’t add the reward (ex extra bubbles) to your account if you opt in after you made the qualifying purchase. ✓ Great boba bad appIs it just me or everyone has issue with the app. I have been using it for more than a year and it never seems to work properly. Most of the time it says the selection is not available doesn’t matter what I select. Some time it gets stuck at payments and other times it doesn’t even show the store location. ✓ Good drinks… bad ordering systemI’m new to the world of Kung Foo Tea and have only been able to order on the app. I love the product! But I wish the app was more informative. As someone with a tapioca intolerance… I would like to know which drinks come with “bubbles” as a default before I get my $5 drink and realize it will give me a stomach ache. Some drinks include tax, some do not, I’m not sure how I’m paying sometimes (credit, reward, or from my card) and I didn’t even realize there were “more toppings” until a friend pointed it out to me. ✓ Decent app, needs helpThe app is okay. Locations are good but the user interface is a bit tedious. When I’m trying to order ahead, I don’t want to have to click in 3 times before being able to search for the drinks. The (view menu) bottom takes you to another generic menu bottom. This is unnecessary. The menu itself has finally gone through a facelift which was much needed. Finally, KFT is partnered with DoorDash. Why not add a delivery option so we can add our discounts and have it delivered? It doesn’t make sense that we could either order through Doordash and have it delivered with no discount, or order it through the app with a discount but have to pick up. 3 stars. ✓ Weak rewardsI’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and I absolutely love the drinks, so I’m rating the App, not the business. If offers for 65 cents worth of free toppings that expire in 2 days thrill you, this App is for you! Or if you want to get $1 off a drink when you’ve spend hundreds here… I earned a free drink and it said up to $5, which is less than most of their drinks. I didn’t even use it so not sure if they subtract that from the value of your drink. ✓ PointsFirst of all why do I have to load my card on go get point? All other food apps have the option to scan my receipt or enter digits to indicate I visited to get my points, if this app did the same maybe I would actually visit you guys more. The drinks are already expensive, if I’m a regular customer, I should get points for coming often even if I pay with cash. ✓ Decent for the most part but allow us to scan receipts!The app works fine, but there could definitely be improvements with the rewards system. I haven’t been able to receive or use rewards because most of my purchases are without the app. I’d love for there to be an option to scan a receipt from the in-store purchase to get rewards for that.
