✓ Love EmberI was given the travel mug for Christmas . It took me a while to work out how it would fit in with my life , but I’ve used it for 2 days and love it . It is so great to drink out of and my tea taste perfect all the time . It has taken me a bit to get it to link to apple health but now I’ve sorted out how that works I am very happy . So it works well but the app takes a bit of getting used too , but once learnt it is just the bees knees ! Thank you Ember ❤️.Version: 3.4.4

✗ Connection now very flakeyLove my ember mugs and have worked brilliantly for over two years until about 6 weeks ago. Now keeping losing connection on all four mugs and third time I’ve had to re-pair them to the app. Doubt all four mugs are malfunctioning so app must be at fault. What is going on?.Version: 3.5.0
✗ Fix the battery levelI agree, the battery level should be on the temperature screen. But my main problem with it is that it shows the battery as 100% charged while it is charging. Even when it is very low. This causes me to think I have a faulty mug because every time I picked it up from the charging coaster, the level drops to 5% and I get a notification from the app to charge it. Or the app disconnects completely and the mug starts cooling down. Why does it need the app to be connected to keep the temperature up? I don’t regard 62.5°C as quite warm enough but I do understand the limits of physics and the need to balance battery life and temperature. “Tea, Earl Grey, 80°C.”.Version: 3.5.7
