✓ Awesome!I used the original Facetune app for many years and loved it, and I have to say this new version is pretty great too! I only feedback really is that I liked the ability to manually select which areas of skin I wanted to smooth and I wish this was still available - as handy as the “auto” function is, I find it limiting. ✓ New update ruined an otherwise excellent appUsed to be the best photo editing app out there both in terms of features and functionality but this recent update has ruined what used to be a golden photo editing app. The two most used tools Reshape and Paint which have always been free to use are now chargeable and only available under their subscription model. I understand the concept of freemium features but why would you revoke access to free features to charge existing users? They could have just added additional features to the premium subscription instead of doing this. Uninstalling after being a loyal user for 3 years.Player 1623Version: 2.7

✗ Dreadful serviceI downloaded the app, unaware that it wasn’t free (that should really be clear before anyone clicks on the app). I deleted it the second I realised, didn’t sign up for any subscription. Somehow this translated to me wanting a years subscription. I have never subscribed to any app in my life. I’m disabled and on benefits and do not have that kind of money. The app took £33 out of my bank account despite me never once stating that I wanted a monthly subscription, let alone a yearly one. I’m now stuck with an app I don’t want and less money than usual all because this app doesn’t make anything in the least bit clear. I won’t be using it. I definitely won’t be re-nesting the subscription and I will never recommend it to anyone.Mhairi33Version: 1.18
