✓ Will not work at allDear Developer I have been using Facetune 2 for a few years and I have been a full member subscriber so I could access all features. But when I went to click onto the App today it keeps switching off within a second. I have tried removing the Apo from my iPhone and then downloading it again to refresh but still it’s not working. It seems like there’s a glitche and it will not load or open. My yearly subscription just ran out on May 23rd this year and I want to renew my subscription but I cannot without being able to open the App. Can you please advise if there is a system glitche with using Facetune 2 on iPhones..Alexia SmasherVersion: 2.13

✓ Great App for covering up your insecurities!!It’s a really good app some people i see have put bad reviews here for the reason that, ‘it is used to be fake’ this is something i completely disagree with I think people use this app to cover up their insecurities and that’s okay, i use it to cover up mine and it’s how i make myself feel good about my looks, if i didn’t have this then i wouldn’t have anything on social media I think it helps a lot and people need to understand other people’s feelings !!!.LexabellVersion: 1.20.2

✗ DO NOT DOWNLOAD!I downloaded the app, cancelled within the free trial period, I had no correspondence to say I’m subscribed/ my free trial was up or anything to that effect. It’s not in my Apple subscriptions and when I checked online it says I have no active subscription with Facetune. However, they have taken £50 out of my account and I have tried to discuss this with them and they keep sending me a template response, I initially followed their instructions, Apple cannot help as I’m not subscribed to the app and my bank are unable to dispute it until 15 days have passed. Facetune’s t&cs will only accept a refund within 14 days. Now they aren’t responding to emails or dms on Twitter - I feel helpless with this issue!.TJRichxVersion: 3.8.1
