✓ Rewards big smiles!Sometimes it feels great to earn an award or know you have accomplished something. However it’s the season to give smiles back to someone who might really need one. I’d like to share my gifted smiles that I’ve earned with others without having to purchase their smile. It’s better to give than receive. There’s no place in the app for this. ✓ Customer serviceThen customer service is seating!! No matter which scooters I go to the service is always “top shelf”. The girls are always so friendly, but not over friendly. ✓ Mobile orderingThis app seems pretty easy to use. Easy to navigate through things. It’s nice that they have the full menu on there but it seems pointless if you can’t use mobile ordering. With an app like this mobile ordering makes sense. I just don’t understand why that’s not something that’s offered within the app. Giving it a for because while it is a well designed app the lack of mobile ordering is a huge draw for me..Version: 2.0.9
✓ Love scooters -App is awfulI love scooters coffee but I find this app to be super confusing when it comes to redeeming free drinks or if I am unable to order ahead and have to pay cash at the window, I have no idea how to receive points for what I just purchased. The other day I had a free drink (I saved the offer) and when I thought they were scanning it thinking I was redeeming it, I just checked my account and I was charged. ✓ Love the app but could be betterI love how easy it is to pay. And I love that I can order ahead. But I hate hate that they don’t give me the option to make my coffee ahead. Since they don’t make it til you arrive, it saves neither of us any time. Sometimes we’re all in a hurry. Also, there is no benefit to ordering ahead, like extra points or anything, like other major coffee shop apps. ✓ Love Love LoveWhole family loves Scooters! From the little with his hot chocolate, to all the different tastes of our family (cappuccino, turtle, white latte with toffee nut and coconut milk, etc). ✓ Revised Shady tip screenI’m revising the review and rating since Scooters fixed the tip screen. I don’t think we should have to complain to be treated fairly but it’s nice that they listened. Old review: This new app is shady and a poor reflection on Scooters. You changed the payment screen to forcing a tip. Hoping that most transactions would accidentally tip. 1) Tips are AFTER service. NOT before you pay. 2) pay your people appropriately to remove the tip problem. 3) I won’t be using Scooters until you fix the app and remove the tip problem..Version: 4.0.3

✓ Makes it easy to get to my favorites fastScooters app lets me pull up my favorite fast, I can scoot around the corner and pick up breakfast or a treat (they just had to have ice cream) and breeze right through the line with no problem. The app makes it way too easy to load up! I just moved to a neighborhood where scooters is down the block and this is my most frequently used food app now..Version: 4.0.2
✓ Best place to get coffeeI go to scooters almost every day. When I arrive my order is taken by very pleasant baristas. Since I started going to scooters I no longer get coffee from anywhere else!! I cannot live without coffee so scooters is my go to!!! ✓ Scooters coffeeThe scooters store in Owensboro Kentucky on east Parrish avenue is a great store not only is the coffee great but the workers are always polite… Josh like today while my coffee was being prepared the worker briefly talked to me about the weather and her great window view of traffic it’s just the small things they do that make me choose that store to get my coffee even thou it’s all the way across town lol….Version: 3.0.0
✓ Love the Shop; not the AppSuper duper friendly here in Waterloo, IA! I adore when they get clever with their “scoot on up” delivery. Way better than the always-the-same “my pleasure” from Chik. Super frustrating that the rim of the cup seems to get super soaked very quickly, and enough that when I go to pick up my coffee, the lid comes right off in my hand, splashing or spilling coffee everywhere! My sister said the same thing without knowing it has happened to me. Love the coffee, especially Scooter Doodle. Other good flavors. My daughter loves their smoothies. Re: the app…I’m not tech illiterate, but for the life of me can’t find my balance, as I have pre-loaded money on there. Whenever I ask the gals at the window, they empathize and apologize that they can’t help me out, saying they aren’t trained on the app, but wish they were. Loved the preload option, but not happy at all that it defaults to taking out that same amount each time it’s used up! ✓ Great App! Highly Recommend!I was at first hesitant to download the Scooters Coffee App, because of mixed reviews. BUT SO GLAD I DID!! The App has many great features, such as: 1) Directly charges my credit card, instead of having to keep re-adding prepaid funds like Starbucks, 2) Clearly shows my progress towards earning free drinks, 3) Allows me to add a tip as part of the payment, 4) Tracks all rewards already earned with expiration dates, and allows me to save or spend each reward as desired, 5) Automatically loads any local specials, such as a 2 for 1 special while I was recently traveling, and a free birthday drink (which was good for 30 days instead of only a few days like Starbucks). ✓ Quickest and Friendliest Drive-Thru in North ALBefore Scooters came to Athens there were so many times I wouldn’t have time to stop for coffee bc competitors drive-thru would be so long and each car would take about 3 minutes. 3min per car and let’s say just 4 cars are in line before you. That’s 12 min drive time you lose not to include the 3 min it’ll take once my car makes it to the window! Also, my order is alway consistent at Scooters! I don’t have to “hope” that my coffee doesn’t taste burnt or sweeter than usual or not sweet enough. ✓ Amazing coffeeI have been going to this location for my daily coffee for about a week now religiously , and I am NEVER DISAPPOINTED! GREAT COFFEE WITH AMAZING SERVICE! Everyone that works there has a smile on their faces and are always so cheery and happy , and more than happy to assist any way they can ! ✓ My new favorite coffee!I’ve been an avid Starbucks fan and gold card member for several years, but now I have a new favorite! I love the coffee that scooters uses, it has a much better flavor and is less bitter. Their service is terrific! The app is easy to use and it works much like the Starbucks app. I love that I can purchase their coffee ground or in K-cups and it doesn’t have to be for a specific type of coffee maker! ✓ Best place everI absolutely love the Candy Bar flavored drinks especially the blender. The quenchers are amazing! I'm obsessed with mocha so of course I love the iced mocha drinks. The staff is always super friendly and always happy. They make sure what you ordered is correct when they hand it to you thru the window. It's nice to have a great coffee shop in town finally!
