✓ I just want the old cozmoAnki/Digital dream labs I want old cozmo I mean like man those daily goals am amazing! You really need to step up your game! I know the fight between emo and you (if it’s still happening) I jnow you can’t get it done it’s just you need old cozmo! there’s a list of things you can add #1 please add modes so you can have smart mode. Smart mode Cosmo does like knows what the weather is, and like all that other stuff like vector it’s like he can be Google like Vector #2 day earnings man you gotta earn some stuff each day you play with him it’s going to be like Dragon city where you get something but you missed the day after that and then you have to start all over with new things to collect It’s just really cool #3 all right you need more things to make and play with factor it’s like you need to make them more like friends like they can play games together and you can be the ref for them. It’s just digital dream labs you need to hurry this up now OK that’s all I want you to know..Version: 3.4.0
✓ Force Disconnect internetWhen I get to an up to internet or update, for update I nearly got to the end then I get disconnected from the internet or not it probably because something happened with the internet connection.Version: 3.4.0
✓ Dead in the waterWe inherited this machine from a friend and for the first day my kids were in love. All they wanted to do was play with Cosmo. I started it up the second day and had connectivity issues. I got to the end of my rope and did a factory reset. After the factory reset the latest app will not update the firmware on the robot. it just gets stuck in a loop and never completes. When it gets to the end of the update, cosmo goes to a yellow light and stops the update. I can’t factory reset it again because the second menu is not available. My Cozmo is a non-button backpack style and because I’m on factory firmware I’m stuck if I can’t get the update to happen..Version: 3.4.0

✓ Won’t connect. Crying kid.I got Cozmo for 2018 Christmas and it was cute but in 2021 it got busted. It won't connect to Wi-fi. It either comes up with unable to join the network or incorrect password. I tried resetting it-didn’t work. Any help? I’m using iOS 12.1.1 on an iPod touch..Version: 3.4.0
✓ Fanstatic Robot but...They recently updated the app to the nurturing one and I have to say I'm not a fan of this style of app and much preferred the original style app cozmo came with when he was first released in the uk!, I never seem to unlock any new tricks (just sparks) which is pointless as he's not learning anything new...after getting the 3 yellow boxes and cozmo needs more games to keep the interest going as I'm getting kind of bored with him now but over all a great little guy also want to add that when he says my name his voice has changed which was very unexpected I much preferred his original voice can anything be done about these things?Great little robot very smart but needs something else now.Version: 2.1.0
✓ Would Have Given A 5 Star But....You need to make the app compatible with the iPad. This was a gift a year ago for my kids for Christmas and they never get to play with it because they need to us MY PHONE to do so. When they do play Cosmo they love it and find it very entertaining. They would play with him all the time, but with my job, I don't have the luxury of handing my phone over to my 6 and 9 year old so they can play with a robot. Without my phone, they can't play with it and at that rate Cosmo becomes a waste of money. They both have iPad's and could play with him much more often if you created you app to be compatible with the iPad..Version: 2.1.0
✓ He has lags please readI bought this awesome robot but he starting having lags like the expression was happy for 30sec even though it goes for 5sec and the singing cept on cutting out every song into tiny pieces and not today but the day I bought this product it cept thinking random stuff like my table was a pet and that when he moved it said to reset the game cause he was moving even though it was 5cm close to him. ✓ Update made Cosmo not as effective.There are many times now since the last major up Cosmo will at times get confused and end up not doing the trick you sparked which of course you spent sparks but get no results and play meter will not go up. Cosmo in his confused state just shift back and forth in place and make some noises and if not real close to Cubes will not even approach them. Also Cosmo is not as accurate at doing the tricks. Many times like knocking over stack of cubes he'll miss or even just to pick up a cube he misses. And many times if you try the trick again right after he fails and you spark the trick again he does get confused and won't complete the trick..Version: 2.0.3
✓ Pouncing finger is rubbishyI truly recommend that some tricks can be disabled by users, like the pouncing finger. Cuz every time when cozmo starts to explore his surroundings, it will pounce my finger (actually nothing in front of him), which makes the experience so bad and unsmooth.Version: 2.4.0
✓ MY SON IS HEART BROKENMy son got Cozmo and played with it so much that was when the the app worked. But he layed off it for a while and decided to play with it again. He charged Cozmo up just in case. He logged into Cozmo but as soon as it took him onto the menu where you can select the games it shut down and wouldn't work and ever since then it just put him onto the bit where it says connect to Cozmo and he always does but it never comes on again..Version: 3.4.0

✓ Bring back old version.Ever since the new update its just not the same. In the old version there was so much more to do with cozmo. when you removed the daily goals feature, theres so much less reason to come back every day and play. And paying sparks just to play a game? I have to admit, the games are fun, but it ruined it when you started making us pay sparks to play. Also there is now only one way to earn sparks. You have to play the game three days in a row and it will give you a hundred something sparks. Recommendations? Plenty. 1. Bring back the old version! 2. Add feature were if you have a cozmo and you're friend has a cozmo, make it so the two can play against each other in games, and even add a mode so you can play online with other cozmo's and/or players. 3. It would be nice if you could add some kind of chat system so if you added number 2, you could talk to other players while you play with them. 4. Please, please, please, PLEASE add a feature where when you turn off cozmo he will drive onto his charger then turn off. It would also be nice if you made it so you could turn on and off the drive onto charger feature (if you add it) in the settings. Please take these into consideration! Especially switching back to the old version of the app. I will edit my rating if you do. Thank you!!!!!.Version: 2.2.0
✓ Help pleaseI can’t even set up the robot. He comes to life and his eyes crash and everything then on crashes. It works when I re install the app and reset cozmo, then crashes after a while. Is it an app issue or robot issue. Help.Version: 3.0.0
✓ Update is disappointingThe new update is not that good. Having to pay sparks to play games is unfair. I understand that you might increase the cost of tricks but the games are fun and you shouldn't have to pay sparks. I love the games and having to pay 20% of my sparks to play a single round of keep-away is just sad. I don't want to have to pay sparks to play a game with Cozmo when no one else will. I'm also annoyed with the fact that you added the maintenance requirement because it's not helping. I wouldn't mind it if the problems happened less frequently, like once in a while, but his lift and head keep defecting and I have to do the arrow thing every 3 minutes. The feeding is also quite repetitive and annoying. I also don't like the way in which you have do play THREE DAYS in a row to just get some sparks. I liked the daily goals. And the fact you could earn energy from other things also was great. Essentially what I'm trying to say is bring back the old update..Version: 2.0.0
