✓ Nothing but the ads work.Boot the game up, pop up saying I can pay to have ads removed, click play for free and have to watch an ad. After that I clicked start game, ad, puts me to the same menu, start game... ad. ✓ 👍🏼👍🏼Back in the day, I loved playing this game, it is something, but with the annoyance and fear of restarting all over again, or to pay to do so. And now I get to play it on a mobile device and save it as well which is pretty cool. With adds eventually/obviously due to it being a free to play game. I was tickled to death when I saw this on the app store but it's almost unplayable sometimes. However, out of all the ports I've seen thus far, comic zone works the worst. It's issues include poor sound emulation and terrible frame rates. Which is absolutely CRUCIAL for brawlers like comix Zone. Amidst all this, comix Zone is still hands down one of the best Sega genesis games out there and is a hidden gem amongst many gamers. But why, oh why, does the in-app purchase only remove non-SEGA ads? What's the incentive of purchasing if it doesn't remove all ads? It's the same problem as in Crazy Taxi. If you do go forward in the future months, SEGA, please let the in-app purchases remove ALL ADS, including yours. It's like you don't believe in yourselves or in the power of your brand and you thought "Let's remind them of our products with our own ads!" ✓ Save feature needs to be fixed!I originally started playing this game on Sonics Ultimate Genesis collection, and I really enjoyed it! So, I played this version and it wasn't too bad, but the save feature really needs to be fixed! Whenever I try to save the game, it says that I need to sign into Game Center even though I already did! Plus, you should change the D-pad to the ones used in the mobile versions of Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic CD, and Sonic 4 Episodes 1 and 2 because that one is more confortable to the use. Now if I buy the game will it work without internet? Not sure I want to found out. -- Love this initiative, hoping to get Sonic & Knuckles and Space Channel 5. The game feels just like the original, nostalgic and weird and totally playable with touch. Unfortunately the ad implementation on the games is hideous, there's been 0 thinking about designing a good user experience, you are putting these beloved games on the same level as all the junk apps out there. Clearly there's a bunch of cheap DSPs plugged here as there's no consistency of placements, now its a banner, now a video, now it's forced video, it's something on the middle of the options menu, it's frankly embarrassing. On top of that the ads look cheap and are from low rent advertisers and so far not relevant. You guys are 5 years behind, your games look like the typical examples provided for bad mobile advertising, I will for sure use this as a case study. Please google "mobile advertising reports" and have read a few to catch up. Do note I have no problem in buying this game, will do so and I think it's a steal, I would also happily keep playing the game keeping the advertising if the experience was good, this would bring you more revenue and I don't mind ads as long as they're good. I'm buying the game just because the ads are unbearable. And after all, original Comiz Zone on consoles is cool and great, but nowadays the size of pixels in that game is somewhat pain to the eyes.
