✓ Fantastic game! You DO NOT have to pay to winOk, honest review here. Yes you can pay to get up the rankings faster BUT there is nothing you can’t get over time. I run a paid account and a free to play account and both will be the same over time. Really good game and new additions being made all the time. Great developers and any issues are addressed quickly. Many people say this is a pay to win game and I very much disagree, I grind and save up diamonds and repeat the process over and over getting stronger characters and better troop power. Here you can build your armies in adventure mode, and then when you’re ready play others online. Find it easy to receive gold and gems by completing multiple quests. Game gives newbies the opportunity to use the game’s choice for strongest army. Your character also levels up and each has different abilities which become better and acquire new ones. ✓ Pretty good gameThis game is pretty awesome and has plenty of ways for you to advance without having to spend money. That being said, this game is so great that it makes me want to spend money on it. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because some packs seem a little steep. And don’t get me started on the regular shop wall- I mean, $9.99 for 350 diamonds? That’s two summons. I just think y’all could make it better and more worth it for those of us willing to spend money on a game they love. I want to spend money, but I’m not going to screw myself either. I’ll just be patient and level up the other way. Anyway, my point is- great game, great graphics and even the story line has me chuckling. It’s corny but funny. But the prices are just outrageous. Aside from the rare super worth-it packs (which shows me you know how to be reasonable, you’re just.. not.), I just don’t feel compelled to hand that over. You’d make a lot more money if you’d offer the same packs but for slightly cheaper. And shoot, do smaller daily special bundles that are a seemingly decent deal for us, but still profitable for you. ✓ Fun but pay to win mechanic is wayyyy too expensiveI enjoy this game! It is very addicting and I find myself playing it frequently. Once you get to mid levels you really need to grind to move forward. The pay to win mechanic for this game is a little annoying though, and to be honest I would be willing to pay $4.99 a month for the vip pass but not $20 a month for a phone game! Literally what they are charging right now. It’s annoying to run into people in the game who clearly are willing to burn $100s of dollars to get companions with perks that stomp you so hard and so fast you can’t even get a chance to throw your phone across the room before losing. ✓ Is pay to win and has many bugsGame could be better. Take ages to get to higher ranks and unlock warlords. Is many bugs that still persist, some of the bugs include not being able to place hero’s on the board and have to refresh, another is on game modes you have old hero’s on a new map, or players can jump their warlord to max level with the required points. Another if you’re on the shop and the game freezes it can spend all ur diamonds on chests. Happened to me and wasted 4500 diamonds and the devs won’t remove the items and refund what was taken. Warlords are £100 or doing quests for months and saving 5k they rotate in the offers. heros have a max level of 36 with rebirths it will take years to reach, not really much to do after daily quests. It’s Good art and a good concept but lacks PVP as ur always fighting bots. Needs work.Version: 3.94
✓ Great game besides one bug I’ve foundGraphics are great. Gameplay is great. Dialogue is, shall we say, not the best (Very minor issue for the type of game). Bug - Now I play multiple mobile games on my device, an iPhone 8 for reference, and non seem to have this issue; occasionally when I am in a battle, well I say occasionally I actually mean 3/4 times a day, the game will close itself down. Now I have lost around 600 gems/crystals due to this in the dark tower and pit. I am by no means asking for any of it back thats not my issue. I just hope you guys find a way to resolve this bug. However, this game is very slow going on mobile, without any financial input you can at most play this game for an hour or so before you are waiting for attempts to refresh or gold to build up so you can level up your heroes. There needs to be more rewards for the time put into the game, and multiple chests should be able to be open at the same time in the hall of fame. ✓ I don’t like all the new updates.I love the game, but since the last update, it’s become very hard to do any summons because you’re forced to rely on others to get friend coins for the summons now, I liked it better back when you had to use gold, although now the price doesn’t change. I think there should be two common summons, one for friend coins and one for gold so there’s more options. I also don’t like how the decouples thing has been changed, I do like it to a degree, like how people are automatically assigned to a teacher from the start, but I don’t like how the disciples can’t choose who they want to have as a teacher when they change it. It would be better if when getting a different teacher, you had the option to search someone up available, although it is good that now people can’t cheat by having more than one account, I have friends that have gotten the app, as well as my sister, and I can’t have any of them as my disciples because they can’t search me up to be there teacher. ✓ Pretty good game. Strategic.It’s pretty fun but kinda pushes you to buy. And it seems like the more money you put into the better character and squad build up get. And if you buy the more expensive warlords the more offer you will win. And the op warlords are the ogre jimmy and pirate. I’ve only won a few times against those warlords. More often than not, I lose to them. The better chances of winning against others is to pay for it which is kinda bogus. The more money you buy the better souls you get. And some of the squad combinations are just too op. I’ve played a few games against others where I just get dominated in 3 rounds. Loses fun factor. It’s fun when you are winning but goin against players who dump money into the game makes it less fun for they are more op with the warlord and squad combo. The idea is there but I think it needs to be more leveled out through and through. 3.4/4 stars. Better if more leveled out for players who may not want to spend a bunch of money on phone game when there are console games out there worth more spending on like the new COD MWII. The picture for the game does need to be changed because it’s obviously a completely different game than it was in the past, and the image should reflect that. I have had this game for quite some time now, upgraded my characters to really high levels and still lose a lot of the times, most times to people with lesser characters than mine which I don’t understand. ✓ Good game.Great little game, although it does have micro transactions it never feels like you have to purchase to make any progress and I also like the fact that you can’t get nailed by bigger players coming along and destroying or stealing all your stuff. The developers are pretty generous with their rewards too which definitely leans more towards success through playing rather than spending. I only have one real gripe which prevents me from giving it five stars and that is that it seems to quit for no reason during battles. This can be really frustrating especially during the events which are very limited to the number of times you take part each day. You start a battle and halfway through the game quits and that attempt is lost and it can be up to eleven hours before you get another go just for it to happen again. ✓ I’m giving it 4 stars, but with a caveat..So, starting out, the game has gotten much better since my last review many moons ago. UI improvements, hero balancing.. all solid options. Removing the random battle system for a colosseum mini-game bit was an… interesting move, to say the least. I personally would have preferred to continue with the random match up (much higher replay value). My caveat: One of the latest heroes, Arahin God’s Will NEEDS… *NEEDS*… **NEEDS!!** to be rebalanced. If you have him in your line-up, matches will almost entirely swing in your favor, 9/10 times. His ability, the phantom attack, is a little OP but can be worked around. The fact that he also has evasion AND steals a percentage of attack from EVERY enemy hero makes the phantom attack (and him as a hero) incredibly unbalanced and overpowered. Unless you can kill him right after he comes out, he is HARD to remove, save with the nature legendary hero that silences all enemies in the line that he appears in. While that is clearly a workaround, what that does by proxy is force a build to include that specific hero. This is the MAIN reason as to why he needs to be rebalanced: because he forces the use of a specific hero to successfully counter him..Version: 3.47

✓ Brilliant game - updateBrilliant game, only issues I have are the matchmaking parameters wherein you are placed in PVP battles against opponents with much higher power levels in their teams. And although the new update looks amazing I personally think the design for the pvp battles victory chest is poor. Although the new design provides a better aesthetic to the game, the placement of the season chest and victory chest is very poor, the best placement would be to reverse the positions IE the victory chest is on the left and the season chest is on the right. Having the victory chest on the right invites people to overlook/miss it completely therefore meaning they won’t notice when they have one available to open therefore missing opportunities to open said chests appropriately, especially as the seasonal chest placement isn’t relevant as it opens by itself every 2 weeks so having a placement wherein the player sees it more is irrelevant..Version: 3.59

At first I thought it was just another game advertising the blue person fighting against the red people and is just a catfishing scam, but once you start playing those scenes show up often. It’s telling that other items open up once you get to league 20. Basically, you practically win in every game until league 21, then if you don’t spend money, it’s impossible- yes, impossible- to progress. I have literally won zero games in that league! ✓ Pictures do not represent game but…The preview pictures as of June 2022 do not represent the game at all. It is 99% your deck of heroes versus an opponents. You can have 8 heroes in a deck from various factions with different abilities. Finding synergies here is key to victory with overall power not mattering as much as abilities. Learning what each card does and knowing how to combat it is the best part of this game. Sometimes the game feels a little too much play and retaliate for me where you’re just constantly reacting to the other players heroes but it is good when you get a play going. There is daily/ weekly/ overall challenges to play which keeps you coming back which is good. Progress is slow but rewarding. Things are very expensive. The gem fund is worth it, the pets can be worth it if you’re here for the long run and things like Orge/ Jimmy are worth it too. TLDR; Fun strategy game that is very different from the pictures above but is very expensive to progress quickly. Save your gems!.Version: 3.46

B) my biggest annoyance is the chest cool down on the mobile version compared to the web browser, on mobile you can only have one chest unlocking at a time while on web all off then run a the same time. The logic being mobile players will be online more so can collect their chests at regular intervals. I am sorry when you have 4 cheats with 8 hour unlock times that’s a total of 24 hours - for all 4. While a web player can have all 4 on locking while they go away for 8 hours. At least reduce the time for mobile players so there is an incentive to log in regularly and keep unlocking the chests! At first glance it’s another one of those bad games that are just filler for the App Store, but when you start getting into it, it becomes a really good mmorpg; however, despite how good the game is, it is covered up by the screenshots and the app’s logo. People are lead to believe that it’s that one game that you climb towers with the numbers, but get something completely different. Granted, it does have a version of it, but it’s not the main game. ✓ Constant crashesI’ve been playing this game for 2+ years now and it’s the longest I’ve played and kept a mobile game downloaded, I play it literally every single night and I referred at least 3-4 people to play this game before referrals actually gave rewards. This game has became pay to play pretty heavily but I haven’t gave in, I still keep up with most players without paying, but that’s not even my complaint. My complaint is that every night when I play dungeons of trials my game crashes resulting in me losing a life and never even getting my copper coins for it, I can’t even begin to describe how many things I’ve missed out in the Dungeon shop because of this, which at this point has became the best way to get cards for my legendary heroes because they’re so hard to come buy in regular summons or other chests, also, friend tokens are extremely scarce and rare to come by, I think that could use a rework or at least make the chest you get from it be epic cards or higher because it takes so long to build up the points for it..Version: 3.66

The thing that irritates me the most is the fact that even after you try to grind, or even fork over the cash they so badly want, they match you against players that are INSANELY higher level than you, which is where I have a problem. It would be one thing if the ladder play and special events actually gave you a chance, but the developers have almost designed the game that unless you either have an unparalleled patience or endless bank account that you end up wanting to give up. As other reviews have said, it’s also hard to make a friend want to join in on the game when everything is based on how much cash you’ll throw down.Version: 3.18
✓ I can’t get enough!This game is simply amazing. The endless amount of characters, upgrades and levels is purely addicting, and is a great time-waster. The animation style is also quite nice, with constant movement, jiggling and shifting. Overall, this game contains great levels, amazing pvp and infinite fun!.Version: 1.85
