✓ “Free trial” is not freeThe “free trial”, without clearly telling you in plain English, isn’t really free. The SECOND a week has passed you are billed over £100 and as their policy is that they will gladly cancel your account AFTER the trial is over but DO NOT refund a penny of that money, it seems most customers on Yelp etc are struggling to get their money back. I’m a few days off the end of the trial and hope I can get mine back when they charge me. That should not be allowed, especially under European “cool down period” legislation that should give you 14 days to change your mind. The actual app isn’t bad but I didn’t find the meditation audio sessions particularly put me in the moods they were meant to and honestly sounded too irritating to relax to. It might work for others but it’s not for me..Version: 3.20.0

✓ Annoying, impossible to unsubscribe from emailsGuys. Is the worst APP I have downloaded ever. At the beginning you don’t talk about subscription fee, then you start to send emails with no UNSUBSCRIBE what is really work. After I press Unsubscribe you open other link to change my password, and nothing happen. And no way to escape from your unwanted emails. I will find a way to complain and will ask compensations for harassment through your emails. It’s all junk and damaging if I don’t want to subscribe. You have to leave me be. Please stop this , I feel that my mind blows from you. Unbelievable shameless IT staff. How can you say that transparency is your core value when saying that to download is free but subscription is not. ✓ HORRIBLE - here’s why!7 days free experience- cool and honestly we’re use TJ free trials with almost every paid app, right? This app is paid and still limits you. They sell you in these soundscapes being some magical journey that your brain can only handle the sacred practice of every 12 hours. Meanwhile I’m stuck with two introductory soundscapes and can’t progress forward because with for another 12 hours because of this limiting garbage excuse. I don’t want an app telling me when I can or can’t use it, or hold back on what I’ve purchased like this some type of reward when I’m paying them for it. What if I don’t enjoy the sound experience- too bad?! Here… introductory track #2… HORRIBLE!! and here’s why… I get the effect of making us journey through a doorway with the sound effect at both the beginning and end, but after making us pass out from relaxation, it’s so unpleasant to wake up to feeling like somebody is entering your home or room with the 3D “door noise”. It strikes immediate anxiety and panic after being in a 20min sleep state. I was honestly super annoyed after realizing my intruder or unannounced guest was the only the app’s 3D soundscape… oh, but of course followed by a very “zen” gong/bell chime signaling the session had just ended. Honestly, not well planed… and not cool for anyone looking for any serious anxiety disorder relief. Absolute massive fail on many parts here….Version: 3.32.10
✓ Not working properlyUnfortunately the app is not playing complete tracks of either the Sound Journeys or Sound Therapy. Part way through it skips to another track and starts that one from the beginning. I hoped they would figure this out but it has been going on for weeks. ✓ Read reviews before you buySound recordings are awesome but they continually cut at about 2/3rds the way through. I’m not the only one check other reviews. I can steam HD video from this same device so it’s not my connection or device it’s something to do with the app. So unfortunately I’m definitely not getting what I paid for and therefore wouldn’t recommend this app as it is quite expensive. The app also seems out dated and is certainly a little clunky to use. A real shame because it could be a winner. Support is fairly prompt in getting back to you and I have done all they suggest and still doesn’t work, the only way is to actually download the journey first..Version: 3.32.9
✓ Non-Responsive “Support” & Constant App IssuesIt’s really a bummer that this is the first app I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review for, because *when it works* it is a good product. Unfortunately, Synctuition rarely works. When opening the App the Synctuition logo will pop up and then several seconds later the app will shut down. This will repeatedly happen, which makes accessing the app impossible unless you delete then redownload the app. Even then this issue still arises often and you need to rinse & repeat deleting and redownloading. Sometimes 5-10 minutes into a session the app will close without warning. I’ve seen other reviews talking about this issue and other people using the app have told me they’ve experienced the same thing. I wrote a detailed email to Support about the issue and received zero response. I have a compatible iPhone for the app and excellent WiFi / Internet connectivity and still have these issues. I was basically suckered out of ~$100 for a product that rarely works and a support team that doesn’t respond. Find another product.Version: 3.30.6

✓ I like it butUpdate: for some reason mindfulness minutes are no longer logged in the health app. While I know for many that doesn’t matter but for me, I totally enjoy being out on metrics. So I really miss that and will probably not renew my membership when this one ends. I have other mediation apps that do log mindfulness minutes in Apple health, so I will opt to use them instead if this isn’t fixed. I’ve used a ton of meditation products and none have come close to this one. The sounds are great and audio quality even better. I find myself looking at my life and growing during each session. I tend to use this app about twice a day and am really happy I stumbled on it. I will continue to use it for years to come. It is truly worth the cost. If it seems a little expensive just sacrifice your Starbucks our Dunkin’ Donuts coffee a few times and you’ll be able to easily afford. ✓ More Stress & Irritation than RelaxationBefore I start I must say I never got to the point of purchasing the full journey. I have used Synctuition continuously for 2-3 weeks with very mixed results. I find the first part of the journey ‘Welcome to Synctuition’ calming and I can feel the Stress and Anxiety ebb away although I sometimes need to listen twice to get the full benefit. ‘Gratitude’ is a different experience which does nothing but irritate, I’m not sure why but each time I listen I stop before the end. ‘Vacation’ is even worse I find the incessant wailing of the woman throughout the whole journey just increases my stress and anxiety to a point where I must stop for my own wellbeing. After my initial experience I nearly rushed to purchased as I felt it was so good, but as one of of three journeys is a poor experience it stopped me dead. I felt 2 stars was a little generous based on the 33% success rate. This is my own personal experience, which others will no doubt disagree with..Version: 3.16.1

✓ Cant login on appOn iPad , I can’t login using my Google account. From long time, I have account with you and you spoiled the app and all your services. The reason I saying that is because you turn off all the functionality such as downloading journeys and possibility for login on my Google account. In addition, the player in the app you’re using on my iPhone is less user friendly than the one before. Can you please return the previous app because that was such a good app simple user friendly and everyone could use without any single issue. ✓ Change to MindSpa = Can’t Download TracksThis is my first AppStore review ever lol. I absolutely LOVED Synctuition, used it every day. Now it’s an ironically cluttered and clunky app that NO LONGER has the most basic, important function required: being able to download the sound journeys. How was that feature not a priority when attempting to add all these new bells and whistles? I loved this product so much, and now it’s so inconvenient to use. ✓ Not what it wasI signed up for a year a few months ago… The app completely changed after I signed up… Now you can’t download for off-line use or see history of what you listened to the nights before, instead there is a bunch of new features that I personally won’t use… The sound journeys are still there, so I guess that’s why it’s getting the three stars..Version: 4.0.7

✓ IssuesEver since they changed it to MindSpa I have issues where the tracks won’t play in full. It cuts the last 30 seconds or a minute of each track so I don’t get to hear them in full. Really frustrating and there is no obvious place on the app for support or to reach out to anyone. I’ve been a subscriber for 3 years and I hate how they changed it to make it worse..Version: 4.1.1

✓ OkStarted well and although skeptical of these type of apps I genuinely found the first few helped me too sleep, but then it kept telling me I had poor internet connection and I had to start from the beginning again (annoying) and then found despite taking the 7 day free trial I couldn’t unlock anymore sessions after the fourth one so no point (again annoying) so just cancelled my subscription, and then discovered you can download meditation albums from i-tunes for a fraction of the price that do the same thing!.Version: 3.30.2
✓ Not as good as expected - sorry guys 🙏🏽Its sad to say, however I’ve got to be honest a lot of the journeys are not that great…. however there are some really lovely gorgeous ones I have saved and replay, but to be honest a lot of it is boring and the same sounds of birds squawking, rain, sea, walking footsteps etc, etc… They’ve obviously put time and money into this and from the presentation video I watched/listened to I was expecting these journeys to be awesome… It would be good as well if we could see the journey reviews in “most recent” order not just “star-ratings” order as this feels like the company is trying to hide any reviews they feel is negative, which is not necessarily the case; just because some elements were enjoyed by one person doesn’t mean it’s bad or negative it just means it’s an opinion of preference which has nothing to do with negativity…. ✓ I wasted $100 and am pretty disappointedAfter the past year I was really looking for an app that could help bring more peace and elevate my existing meditation practice. As a meditation teacher and someone with a degree in brain and cognitive science, I was really excited about this app. However after paying for the full year and getting into the content I was extremely disappointed. Each session has a “theme” but other than a brief description of the theme in the beginning of the session, there’s nothing that keeps you connected to it. It’s just music. You’re on your own to keep focused for the 25 minutes. I was also very interested in trying out the more “advanced” sessions, but the app locks you out until you progress through each level. Plus you can only listen to one every 12 hours. So unless you are really committed to this practice daily, it will take quite some time to get to the level that I imagine may really have some positive impact. By then my annual membership will probably be up! After this realization I decided to cancel my subscription, thinking that I’d be eligible for a prorated refund as many other apps offer. However that is not the case. Apparently I missed the small print. I’m now feeling less peace than when I started, and also out $100! Please think twice before committing to this app..Version: 3.32.1
✓ I want to like it more but...I love what they’re trying to do. The music and the ambience is lovely, the nature sounds can be great - but I find that I’m getting in the zone and then some bird flies in on some of the tracks and is like “AAAKKKKAAAARRRRRGHHHHH AAAAAKKKKAAARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!” Which just pulls me right out of the relaxed state they’ve just lulled me into 🤣🤣🤣 Don’t get me wrong - love bird noises but some of them feel too oppressive to my ears! I know we are all different etc and lots of people love all the tracks. Synctuition team - I’ll probably ask this directly via support, but I’d love it if it were possible to kind of be able to filter out some of these tracks so I know from the beginning if it’s got them in before I start? It’s enough to make me want to cancel my subscription but at the same time it would be a shame to do so. ✓ Need ImprovementsGreat selection of sounds, however it should give me the flexibility to chose which selection to hear next rather than waiting to complete the pre-selected selections that you folks created. I don’t care much for certain ones just by looking at the title but it is disappointing that I have to wait to complete certain ones before I get to open up what I want. Additionally, it keeps logging me out of the ap and I hate having to log in again and again. If that is the case, then then maybe add the feature for face recognition rather than typing in my password, in this day of age who remembers their password. Additionally, the subscription price is too expensive. Once my year is up, I definitely will not renew. I love the meditations, but am disappointed as it interrupted my daily listening. A new track is only opened after a certain time frame after listening to the last meditation track. ✓ Not so great for the price!The app proves expensive to me in comparison to its membership price! It has very rare good calming and inspiring meditations while the majority are irritating, confusing and absolutely annoying on many levels. Very repeated patterns, very limited creativity, they add too many of them and most of them are the same but mix and match the patterns across each journey. They so focused on the Asian and Indian themes which is ok to have a few, but here it is the majority and this perceived very confusing and irritating voice for other cultures and backgrounds. Some of them left me restless and in a very bad mode. Please don’t buy, not worth the money...many on you tube are far better and much more inspiring. ✓ Too Expensive Voices or Chanting Over PowersIn general this is one of the best designs and user experience I’ve seen in a meditation/mindfulness app. Easy to use. I have the first 7 days an earnest try. On day 6 I got a notification that the next day my account would be charged for subscription. This wouldn’t be accurately providing the FULL 7 day free trial. So I was only able to test it for 6 days. Disappointing as each day the meditations offered got better. I have done meditation before with binaural beats and benefitted greatly. These are way better produced and excellent quality. I wanted to love them however in the end I didn’t experience anything differently than well produced sounds or music in general. The guided piece in intro was okay but I’d probably prefer guidance throughout... I did experience very vivid dreams, however the offering doesn’t justify the price more expensive than most exercise apps. They should offer tiered options. ✓ Was great but then..Started using the app once it took my money for an annual fee I managed to use it every night getting into the third one in the second program it locked me out and asked me to sign in using face book or google once you do that it asks if your ok sharing all info on your phone with that company. ✓ SynctuitionThis is going to be great (if ever I can get it to work correctly)! I am totally frustrated with this product. I follow the instructions to a “T” and still after two weeks trying all different ways to progress down the path, I’m unable to open the next lesson, Catch the WAve. I was able to play the first three lessons without a problem but now when I press the play button on “Catch the Wave”, the program goes into an infinite loop from the pink “Unlock My Lessons” screen to the screen where I select my payment plan (I’ve only done this about a couple dozen times!). I make my selection and the system sends me to the “Catch The Wave” sceen. And again, when I press the play button, it fails to play and sends me back to the pink screen for the umpteenth time. This loop continues for as long as I want to let it. Please advise me when you have a fix, otherwise I’ll cancel my subscription, which will be a shame b/c so really enjoyed the first there episodes, and I’m convinced that it would do me good if it worked. ✓ Shame it’s so expensive with one off paymentsI would love to be able to get this app. But the “one off” only payment for the subscription means you pay $149 all in one go. It would be so much more appealing and rewarding for more people if they did a pay as you go lock in subscription. ✓ Great for relaxation but not trauma-informedI just want to note for users healing from trauma that the intros to the soundscape tracks are not trauma informed...that is, they use the word “should” a lot, and even tell you what you should and should not feel, i.e. “anger is the enemy” (can you sense the inner conflict such a phrase would create?). There’s also something inauthentic sounding about the intonation of the voice and the words used. I wish the voice would support the listener to be with what’s present for them at the same time that it makes space for a shift or a coming home to self and personal Truth. All that said, I find if I just skip the intros (which are conveniently marked in the slide bar) these tracks work better than anything else to help me relax when my nervous system is stuck on overdrive. Very beautifully crafted 3-D experience, although sometimes the footsteps which appear in many tracks trigger my trauma response if I’m not intentional with how I’m letting in that sensory information..Version: 3.19.4
✓ Beware of the “free” trial !This app is a scam. After the 7 day free trial they charge you an annual subscription fee without your consent. They say you can prevent this by cancelling the subscription in the usual way on your phone (on an iPhone that’s under Subscriptions via View Apple ID in the App Store). But the scam is that the subscription isn’t there until it becomes active after 7 days and you’ve been charged. Having money taken from you without your consent does not help you relax so just avoid this scam app. They will reply to this review with their usual generic reply about the ‘app being free, but the subscription is not’. To be fair if you contact them by email they will tell you how to cancel the trial subscription via the website (because they have to). But the fact is they make it impossible to find a way to do it in the app. That’s by design, not an accident..Version: 3.32.9
✓ Meditation for those who can’t sit stillBelow review is trumped by an app that doesn’t work as well as Synctuition did before this expansion. If like to be excited about the new features but instead I’m frustrated that I can’t listen to the journey levels at all. Maybe it’s user error but I’ve never had an issue before. I love this app! I tell anyone who will listen. I am not very good at sitting still. Decided to give this app a try. It reminds me of the effects that occur with a neurospa/float pool session. I listen while showering, soaking in tub or just after waking. So many topics! You must listen to each in succession and sometimes you have to wait an allotted time before you can move to the next session. You can listen to anything that you complete as many times as you want. The result, reduced ANTs (automatic negative thoughts), more organized thinking, reduction in negative self talk, increased creativity. At least give a free one week trial a try and actually use it consistently..Version: 4.0.5
✓ I fall asleep better... the screen formatting needs helpThis is been a cool app. It’s helped me fall asleep better. I’ve experienced some positive meditation related benefits from the 25-minute sessions. I’d recommend it and increase the star ratings with a few very necessary improvements for a paid subscription app like this one. Suggestions: Fix formatting and responsiveness for the new iPhone. The full screen is great the top buttons are cut off at the top and the back or close button doesn’t respond very well. I have to close the app and come back in to make it work. A lot of the screens have buttons that are too close to the edge and does not respond. I can’t even see the words on the bottom of the screen that are covered by the iphones menu bar. I can’t even scroll through the levels on the top bar. Not sure what will happen when I make it through level 3. Such a short trial period for such a large price tag. Give at least 14-days or even 30-days to try it out. The color contrast on the download buttons and other options are difficult to see. Either put a solid background or change the colors so they are easy to see against the background. On main page, maybe make the top banner automatically show the next session so doing have to scroll through everything every time. Also add a favorites section that I can thumb through to resisten to my favorite sessions. If you would like some other UI feedback, let me know. Kind regards..Version: 3.30.3
✓ Expensive and you are told what I can listen to and when!I found the level 1 journey music very irritating. Like nails on a chalk board irritating. I purchase the app thinking that once I purchased the app I would have access to the other levels and journeys. STOP!! You will not have access to the other meditations and they will NOT refund your money. You are stuck ! Your only allowed 1 meditation per day and you can not choose which one you want to listen to! You must listen to the one they Allow you to listen to. It’s horrible! I requested access to the others hoping they weren’t all horrible but so far I can still only access level 1 and I have to fast forward because the sound is so awful, and actually use another meditation app to help me sleep. I’m hoping my request is allowed. I’m barely out of my 7 day free trial and already regretting this purchase and now I can’t afford another one that could help me. If every meditation has that exact same twangy Asian sound and the high pitched yelling then I can’t use any of them. So far every one on level one has the same sounds with different titles and slightly different beats but the twang is there & the high pitched hollering ! Not relaxing ! ✓ Update ruined it, not great to begin withI purchased this pricey app - annual membership - because I was interested in the ASMR for meditation purposes & help falling asleep. However, that’s not what this is. It’s music and singing. Level one has a few enjoyable sessions with ASMR sounds. But level two is just dedicated to music and vocals and it’s extremely loud, soaring vocals at times, so it’s hard to find an enjoyable volume. If you don’t turn it up, it’s not that encompassing surround sound that you need. But when you turn it up, it feels like your ears may bleed. Also, the sessions are 25 minutes long which I find to be too lengthy. Especially when I’m doing this at night to help me fall asleep, I’m just excited for it to end at a certain point. I’m really confused at some of these high ratings on here. Is there a lack of competition? This is not a joke: one of the sessions on level two has to aggressively barking dogs that just go on and on. I wonder what my blood pressure was at the end of that session? They did an update April 2023, which erased all downloads and erased all user history. I contacted them about the update issues and how to fix them and I also ended up asking for a refund. But their customer service is a joke. I received a couple responses telling me that they could not locate my account and then they just stopped responding..Version: 4.0.1
✓ Unreliable.Unreliable. It logged me out and when I logged back in it asked me to subscribe to access videos even though I already had an active subscription. Eventually I cancelled my subscription because I couldn’t access any videos even though it was billing me every month and it said “you will still have access to all videos until the 25th July” however I still cannot watch even a single one. ✓ Wanted me to pay twice for continued access.At first I was very pleased with the app. I did the free trial and then purchased the subscription. After three weeks I progressed well into the second level but then the app would not let me continue and the only option it gave me was to purchase the subscription again for $95 plus tax. After checking my bank statement and verifying that I had an active subscription, apple directed me to the app developer. I’m sure they would have eventually fixed the account but I decided to cancel and get a refund. I purchased the app to relax and try to find some peace after the death of my son but found this relaxation app was causing me more stress than it was worth. I just got a response from the app developer saying they don’t block or cancel active subscriptions and that maybe I was logged out. The thing is my ring and level progression were still visible and well into the second level. It simply would not let me continue unless I signed up for the free week and then paid again. If I were somehow logged out I would think my screen would have presented itself as a fresh account starting at level one, day one..Version: 3.18.0
✓ Great idea but frustrating to useThe audio is great and I like the idea of this app. However in reality I find the 3D audio quite distracting and often have to listen to a track multiple times before I start to relax into it. The opening/closing door noises at the start of the intro track are, in my opinion, not conducive to a deep meditative experience. What’s more frustrating though is that there’s an enforced delay between listening to one track and the next becoming available. I listened to the first one at night and wanted to listen to the second one the following morning, but the app seems to be enforcing a 12 hour gap between them. I also can’t jump around to different tracks based on what I’d like to meditate on, I have to do them all in order. With a pay per month option I’d be tempted to persevere but I’m not going to pay nearly £100 for a year subscription based on my experience so far..Version: 3.30.3

✓ Different and impressive but....I usually listen to Sound bath and attend live concerts. I just started this journey. It’s very impressive and realistic however it became very disturbing when listening to it in the middle of the night when there is realistic sound of someone putting the key in the door, sound of door opening, footsteps, and honking! These sounds are so realistic and so not necessary in the middle of meditation and relaxation. It was very sudden and disturbing and more like a torture in the middle of the night. It killed all the other good parts because I had to jump out literally and dart out the relaxing journey because of those torturous disturbing sounds. Other than than I was enjoying it so much and I was so impressed with the entire journey. Please omit those parts if possible. I did read this complaint in the other reviews. Or have a warning before each journey if there is those awkward realistic sound of someone opening your door and walking in or honking! Really? In the middle of medication....honking? ....or sound of someone invading your space? Looking forward to the rest of journeys but I hope I don’t encounter any of those disturbing torturous sounds! ✓ Those with health conditions be careful!First of all, although I don’t suffer personally, I find it hard to believe that such a well researched app - doesn’t warn those with conditions like epilepsy, that this may cause more harm than good. Even Paul McKenna’s similar programmes warn potential users about this and other neurological disorders. Secondly - five days into this I was having the most horrendous nightmares and spent the days after listening with an almost hungover feeling. I didn’t dare listen a sixth night! I don’t doubt the many good reviews, however more care and consideration needs to be taken before embarking on this and similar programmes. ✓ Messed up my marriageKeep in mind that you will not recognize the damage until way past the 14 day refund window. #1, they should offer a 3 month initial paid subscription instead of just 1 year, #2, there should be a warning (just like any medicine, the response is not uniform across all people). I liked the concept of Synctuition, especially the progression idea. I am a chronic head pain doc, and have evaluated many similar apps and devices to see if they would work for my patients. I bought the expensive subscription, but it wasn't until 2+ months in that I realized there was a problem when my wife asked what was wrong. I realized the most likely culprit was Synctuition, so I stopped, and awhile later all is well again. I have, because of my practice for 40+ years, seen and used about everything similar to Synctuition. I gave it 2 stars because it is powerful, but there should be a period after the intro, where you can get a refund if you are one of many out there who have a negative response. Also, for the price, there should be a contact, partly into the process, to check on the subscriber, because there are certainly others who don't realize that it is messing them up. I was lucky to have a caring companion who noticed. Powerful yes. Universal, definitely not. Angry, less now, except when I look at my subscription payment..Version: 3.21.1

Downloading is equivalent to a subscriptionBe prepared to pay over $100 dollars for your first year when you download this trial app. I downloaded it and in a few days a debit in my checking account appeared for it. For me it wasn’t about the money, it was the principle. Is it worth the money? I can’t really speak to that because value is subjectional. Did it feel a little marketing slimy/sharky? To me it was a little too aggressive and handsy. A product should stand on its own merit and not support itself on the less savvy and naive of our society. Because I keep tight reins on my checking account I caught it same day and called Apple support. They told me to beware of any app offering ‘subscription’ in their download. So, I will parrot to same...beware! Apple actually had to walk me through my phone settings to prevent them from charging me again the following year for my auto-renewal even though I had already deleted the app. It isn't a free trial if you value your personal time to corkscrew out of their subscription. ✓ Unbelievably Annoying and a scamDespite paying really quite a lot for this app you don’t have control over when you can have access to the tracks. It forces you to listen to things that you may not like or enjoy before you get to the next ones which remain locked. As a consequence, despite having had the app for over a year noe I still only have a few that I can listen to as there are some (no 6 for instance) that if find too irritating to listen to all the way through and it won’t allow you to advance to the next one. - leaving the only option to go back over ones that you have listened too in the past. At 4:00 am in the morning when you are trying to use it to relax it has the opposite effect. ✓ Freezes Up Not Working Correctly After Paying Expensive SubscriptionI had subscribed to this app a few years ago and liked it except I finally got tired of paying for an expensive app and it is so governed the app will block you and not allow you to listen to as many meditations as you would like in a day. It only allows you to listen to one meditation a day. They have mentioned that it works better if you only do one in 24 hours but I personally think they just don’t want people going through all of them in a shorter period of time. Recently I resubscribed and after I paid my subscription a page came up thanking me for downloading and because it uses external tools through Google it needed my consent for privacy on the next page but the continue page is way below the screen of my IPad and I have to pull it up to see the continue button and it won’t work when I pull it up to push so it has me frozen out of the app I just paid for. It won’t let me out of that one page it freezes up. I went back in and canceled my new subscription I’m so done with these faulty apps. I would have been more than happy to spend $149 as a one off lifetime fee but I sadly cannot justify the cost every year. Many can financially afford that and it pleases me that people can access this app and all its features but for those depressed like me AND have anxiety who is on a fixed income and WANTS to better themselves with this app, the yearly fee makes it very hard. ✓ Nothing specialI have done ALL the meditations and don’t feel like I really grew in any way. They are not fully guided and I usually just find I fall asleep. It is difficult to stay focused on the “theme” and the sounds simultaneously.. With each level, I had some sort of excitement that I would reach a point of growth (like I would finally get to a binary level above my own vibration and feel a difference)… it never happened. Another annoyance, is they allow you to “rate” each meditation, however, your rating gets reviewed by them first and evidently if you want to rate anything less than a 4 star, your rate and comments don’t pass review and are not seen by others. So basically that’s a useless joke and every meditation has a five star rating, LOL!!! Also, I have been watching for level 7 to release for months now. I even found myself slowing down how often I did the meditations so that I wouldn’t reach the end of 6 before 7 released. Well, now I’m there and still no 7. I have read through many reviews and your cheesy repetitive responses that feel more insulting than helpful or understanding, so don’t bother wasting your time giving me a generic response.. like “it’s not for everyone”.. I love guided and unguided meditation, this app just doesn’t live up to it’s promises!.Version: 3.32.5
✓ Good content but app needs serious improvementI love the content but unfortunately I do not use the app as often as I would /should like to. Despite good WiFi in the house the app often tells me I have a poor internet connection. I wanted to listened to the 7th meditation just now and the app is blank with no possible access to the « home » page. the only thing that would click is « rate this app » well honestly I regret spending £95 on something I may not use again out of desperation. I needed to relax not loose my temper on something that does not work. I suppose I will go back to free mediations on the internet where Synctuition is advertising like crazy . Gutted.Version: 3.31.0
