Zero: Fasting & Health Tracker for Positive User Reviews

Needs a clearer way to address cheat days!Great app. I’d love for a few different functionalities. 1... the calendar(and notifications) to be more functional for scheduling different lengths of fast for the week in advance because the biggest thing is I forget to think about what time it is and when my fast will begin/end. Sometimes I’ll forget that it’s 30 minutes until my fast end time and I have to make food and then eat which pushes me past the cutoff. I want to automate more of my fasting schedule. 3 days i fast for 16:8 and 2 days I will fast closer to a 20:4. 2... you’re gamifying fasting, which is good, but this is problematic when we cannot schedule cheat days or a clearer way to incorporate random schedule changes into the dietary restrictions. There are certain days that I know my eating schedule won’t follow a normal fasting pattern but I can’t indicate that in the app in any way so it ends up looking like I had a 24 hour eating period or something like that. It’s messing up the data and usefulness..Version: 4.9.0

Keeps me on track!I started intermittent fasting as a way to keep myself out of the prediabetic range (due to family history) and this app keeps me on track with its nifty timer and little daily tips. I thought IF wasn’t going to work for me based on my schedule but Zero has proved me wrong 😁.Version: 5.22.0

Literally life changing! This app has been literally life changing! I accidentally stumbled upon it, just wanted something SIMPLE to log my fasting hours when I first started learning about intermittent fasting but it has sparked my interest in all things related to fasting and health. Im not able to afford paid version and Im extremely grateful that the free version has enough basic information and tracking features to inspire change and at least plant that seed to help people want to learn more, and to want to live with more insight, regardless of economic situation. I was that moron.. the one watching with suspicion while wolfing down pizzas, thought people fasting were just weird food hating extremists. This app has been a revelation, and has been instrumental in opening the door to a new world to me so to speak. It has been invaluable in changing my attitude towards food, fasting, meditation. If you have the means to buy the paid version do it, it will be a small investment for what you get. For me sadly the the price point for the paid version for this and the podcast is not doable but the free version can be very eye opening. Dont just log fasts like I did at first. Dive in and discover everything on the app thats available for free and listen to the podcasts. Fasting and tracking my glucose is now my normal way of life. Grateful..Version: 4.18.0

Why require sign up?!Love the app. New update looks great, but pretty frustrating you force users to register. There no reason for this other than analytics. Why?.Version: 3.0.0

Helpful for fasting and to know your fasting "windows"Pretty well done and simple.Version: 2.0.1

GREAT APPI have been using the original Zero app for approximately a year now and love it. Just as is, the original is a fantastic app for tracking fasts. It also has graphs available to show your progress as well as the ability to log weight and other health info which you can sync to other apps (optional, of course). BUT NOW... WOW!! I’m on day 3 of the free trial of the new ZeroPlus and it’s amazing!! It will break down your fast in real time and describes in detail what stage you’re in with a detailed account of what your body is doing at that time. There are tons of other new features with the PLUS as well. I love the “Learn” center and it’s large amount of science-backed information on fasting as well as exercise, different diets, recipes, just to name a few! I’m still learning all the new features for I’ve only scratched the surface. But I will definitely be purchasing ZeroPlus once my trial is over. Highly recommend!!.Version: 4.0.3

Nag wareIn the last few months this app has become nag ware. Its constantly asking you to buy a 1 year subscription for extras I see no value in. Can you stop nagging once someone says no? Edit: developers told me this was a bug. Updating didn’t work but deleting and reinstalling solved me issue. Rating changed to 5/5..Version: 4.21.2

AwesomeReally helped me lose weight.Version: 5.22.0

Great app, but basicI’ve been using Zero for a couple of weeks now and it’s really helped me find my fasting flow. While the app is well designed and has a good experience, it’s a bit confusing as to how things are organized. I have a hard time finding things again. The features that exist are good but very limited functionality. The learning section is a bit frustrating as it doesn’t seem to recognize the videos I’ve watched, so I find myself scanning wondering if I watched something or not. Lastly, I’m a bit lost trying to read the content itself. It uses a lot of lingo that makes it confusing to read. I find that either the content is too simplistic or too complex. Giving 5 stars as I want this app to succeed!.Version: 4.16.1

Great for old guysAt 60, gaining weight is easy; dropping pounds however is not so easy. Case in point, April 1 I weighed 310 pounds and felt miserable. Realizing I was literally eating myself to death, I knew I needed to make some changes. That’s when I found the Zero App. I figured I’d just use the free version to see what intermittent fasting was all about. 2 weeks in and I was down 18 pounds and not really struggling. However, when I purchased the full version I really kicked my weight loss into high gear. I’ve been using the full version for a little over 4 months now, and I’m down 67 pounds. The articles, challenges and tracking make it easy to stay motivated, and more importantly, provide really helpful information that has helped me learn more about my body and kept me excited about reaching my weight loss goals. Anyone that has struggled loosing weight should give Zero a try. It has changed my life..Version: 5.17.1

Helping me track my fastIt’s great. Does exactly what it says it does and helps keep you honest!.Version: 2.2.0

Great motivationI first learned about the new subscription level on Zero from the Tim Ferris Show. I was excited to check it out because the free version has been a daily part of my life for over a year now. I’m more than happy to play a bit of money to an organization that adds so much value in my life. The addition stats and content library is amazing and help me validate in my mind I am doing the right thing for my health when so many naysayers think the idea of not eating for long periods of time are crazy. For all the folks complaining about being offered a chance to access to more information at a cost, think about how you get paid. You provide a service to someone else and that puts money in your account. How do expect app developers to operate any differently. And, at a subscription rate at less than $3 a month, they certainly aren’t taking advantage of anyone..Version: 4.0.1

Used to be 5 stars...The previous version of this app had a much more refined UI. I gave the previous version 5-stars while I give the current version 3-stars. This version is still functional, and it provides more information. That said, the current UI is unnecessarily busy and lacks simple but powerful elements of the previous version. One of these elements is when a person reached their goal the whole UI would change from the red to green. While this is a seemingly simple thing, it had a powerful effect on my experience. With the current version, I no longer get the satisfaction from glancing at the app during my day following reaching my goal nor do I get the resultant motivation to keep pushing on beyond my minimum goal. Another example is the interface for initiating my fasts. The previous version of the interface was more simple and in my experience more inviting to initiate a fast. For me, it was actually a small joy to press start on the previous version. Now I am faced with several pieces of unnecessary data surrounding the start button. It fees more like a chore than a pleasure now. There is too much noise surrounding the experience I am seeking I really value this app, and I believe it can help people. I hope these deteriorations and others are addressed and not worsened. The first version was so much closer to nailing it.Version: 3.0.2

Highly recommendedFantastic easy to use and inspirational being able to track personal data and achievements. The app lets you see what stage your body is in during faster that encourages you. I was 124kg and am now 95kg. Just absolutely amazing I absolutely could not have done this without the guidance and encouragement from this app. So very very happy.Version: 5.6.0

Love this AppFasting is like meditation for me - really difficult habits to stick with. This App has helped keep me motivated through the tough times, through the periods of hunger that would have made me give up in the past. I love the visual aspect of the timer, the prompts to force me to check-in on how I am feeling, the data, and the articles and virtual "support" peeps. The app has made visible times of the day that give me the most trouble and tips from other users have helped me deal with them. The bottom line is that the fasting has created a stepped improvement in my energy levels which has carried over into my work productivity and relationships with friends and family and coworkers. I eat when I get home at 4pm and end up making much healthier food choices (food has never tasted so good after a 20+ hour fast). This has become the too App that I engage with throughout my day..Version: 3.3.3

Full Featured App With Nice User InterfaceI’ve been on a calorie restricted diet for years making very slow progress on my weight loss goal. I decided to start recording the time of my last food each day knowing that the time you eat may be as important as how much you eat. It quickly became a burden and a clutter on my calendar so I went looking for an intermittent fasting app. Since my original interest was just recording the time of my last meal I wanted a simple low/no cost app. I found only one free app that didn’t have in-app purchases to goof up features. Zero was that app plus it had the bonus of a 4.9 rating. To my surprise this is a full featured app with a very high quality UI . It has historical tracking of your fasts and can read or write to Apple Health. The app had so much IF learning information that I began a 16:8 schedule. I’m only on day 4 but my progress has improved while keeping exactly the same calorie goal. No matter what your needs to track IF or TRF you are in for a treat with a professional app to assist you..Version: 3.3.1

Very helpful and useful! Not having the subscription, there are some things you can’t read / watch / do in the app, but what IS available has turned out to be incredibly helpful. I love being able to see the calendar with fasts and the weight log, getting reminders. The app’s simplicity and usefulness has made it easy to keep on track daily. I’m about 2 months in haven’t missed a day. One suggestion as an addition would be a place to log measurements —- perhaps with fill-in-the-blank body parts for those that measure more than the standard bust-waist-hip. I’ve been consistently (SLOWLY) losing weight. What’s been a big help for me is my measurements, which have decreased fairly significantly already. I just add it in a Note app currently. A second suggestion would be to add a different color on the calendar for days you surpass your goal..Version: 4.19.6

ReviewBe nice to see progress over the time period ie what’s happening to the body over a time frame.Version: 5.16.0

Wow, I love it.I appreciate to many, especially intermittent fasting experts, the free version may not have everything, but to me, a novice in these things, it has been amazing. I’m undertaking the 16:8 fast, as it was the most popular and I am loving the results. This App has given me so much focus and an ability to challenge myself on a daily basis. I’ve just finished my 17th straight day, following the fasting plan and coupled this with doing more exercise on my treadmill and seriously overhauling the food I put into my body to have a more healthy diet, packed with all the macronutrients. It is depressing to think of the junk I was shovelling into my mouth less than a month ago. I’ve easily been able to work it into my life and work pattern and altered the length of my fasts on certain days, dependent upon what I’m doing. I’m proud that I’ve never done less than the 16 hours suggested on any of the days and on one occasion, even managed to do a 22 hour fast without feeling hungry. This clearly shows me, what I am eating is clearly giving me enough energy to sustain me and a healthier lifestyle. I weighed myself today and have lost 1 stone/6.3kg in those 17 days. My clothes fit better, I’m sleeping better (without snoring) and feel so much more full of energy in the day. I’m definitely sticking with it. Thank you Zero!!!.Version: 4.0.3

Finally A Way Towards A Better Life!!I just love this app. I chose the 16/8 fast and this app makes it so easy to fast. It will tell you the ending time based on when you start your fast whatever time that is and whenever I feel like breaking my fast before the time I look at how much time I have fasted and how much time I have left and just drink some fasting tea or bone broth and keep doing it!! I also placed reminders to let me know when I had gone halfway or to just check in to see how I am feeling while fasting. I love how it has the tracking that lets you know how many days you have fasted and the badges given for the days you have fasted. My next one will be the 25 day one and it is coming fast. After that is the 50 day then the 100 day and so on. It will be a great since of accomplishment to meet all of those goals, all thanks to this app. I love it!! Thank you so much!!!.Version: 3.6.3

Love This App!I absolutely love this app, it makes it so easy to keep track of my fasts! I also like that it is simple to track things like exercise. I would love to see a way to customize the order of the graphs on the "me" page. I mostly just use the app to track fasts, weight, and activity, so I would like if I could move the activity graph up below the fasting and weight graphs rather than having to scroll past so many other things I don't use in order to find it. Would make the app flow a lot better, and also work better for those of us who don't have Zero Plus and aren't interested in it (for financial reasons or otherwise) so that all of the blurred graphs that say "unlock correlations" aren't cluttering the page either. That's my only suggestion. Other than that, one of the best health apps I've ever used!.Version: 4.10.0

This used to be an excellent helpful appI used to freaking ❤️ this app. I’ve done 99 weekly 34 hour fasts over 2 years and Zero used to show all the data. Recently Zero pulled the data and hid it behind a paywall. I could jump to another free fasting app like Fastic however I would lose the data I have here. Really disappointed Zero. I’ve turned a number of friends onto you and now I feel jilted. 😢.Version: 4.23.0

Obsessed! This app is fueling my fasting and fitness obsession! I look at this app for hours everyday, looking at the same content but it keeps me super motivated and I haven’t caved away from my goal once since. The free trial is almost over and I’m devastated because there’s absolutely no way I’m forking out over $100 for an app… but it is pretty great and very insightful..Version: 5.8.1

Very helpfulI like the App, I find it really motivating. I wish I could add info about my daily routine e.g I’m a night worker. Feels silly when it tells me to ‘rise and shine’ in the morning. I’m not shining for anyone until after 2:00pm! They could probably skip the journaling of how your ‘feeling’ or at least tone it down a it. I just stopped the app’s push notifications because it was asking me to enter how I was feeling only 1 hour into the fast. Bit over the top..Version: 5.0.0

To many plus featuresThis app has too many plus features, also plus is quiet expensive, like joining challenges shouldn’t be plus!.Version: 4.20.0

Life changing habitsDear Zero, Your app was introduced to me by my Republican friend Frankie Vertullo. Even though we are on opposite ends of the political spectrum I consider him one of my closest friends. We constantly argue and break each other’s chops but one thing we both agree on is that your Zero Fasting App WORKS! I always thank him and keep him updated on my progress and he always encourages me to keep going. I’ve now lost 45 lbs since October 15th, 2019 and my goal is to lose 35 more pounds and get to 165. I am taking it slowly and don’t want to yo-yo back so my goal date is September 2021. Thank you for reinforcing my habits every single day. I want to hit my goal weight so that hopefully I won’t have sleep apnea and will be Happy, Healthy and Peaceful for the rest of my life. Enjoy. Tom LoCascio.Version: 3.6.4

An essential download for weight lossI’ve tried countless diets and none of them ever felt good. I have severe anxiety and major difficulties with memory and would get torn between eating out with friends or sacrificing my diet, both options sending me into an attack. Until I found Intermittent Fasting. It’s the first time I’ve felt truly free and in full control of my eating, with the added bonus of giving me tons of energy. And there’s no way I would’ve been able to lose as much weight (20 pounds in less than two months!!) without this incredible app. It’s simple, efficient, sends beautifully easy notifications, and even has a dark mode. The app shows you how many people are fasting with you, has options for the different kinds of fasts, helpful information, and much more. If you’re even remotely curious about weight loss, control over eating, or IF at all, you need this app. It costs a whole 0 dollars, so why not give it a shot?.Version: 3.2.7

App would be Great with a Few TweaksI’ve used this app for 3 years, only taking one short break from it along the way. It has been great for tracking my fasts but I’m noticing a few glitches lately. My “weekly metrics” often show a fasting average that’s inaccurate. I’m assuming it’s supposed to be showing the previous seven days. If so, mine is currently showing an average of 16 hours 45 minutes, when in reality my fast has been 19.1 hours on average over the last seven days. The two-week average under this section seems more accurate. It’s a little challenging to go back to a previous day when I need to make a correction in my fasting time start/finish. But at least it’s doable. Wish there were some basic directions for navigating the app better. I would like to go in and take my “weight” off my main page but once I entered the weight, there was no way that I could find to go in and delete it other than changing the “focus” (gut rest, etc). Sometimes, it calls today “yesterday” or vice versa. This seems to be a newish glitch I’ve noticed over the last couple months. Overall though, I had to give this app a 4 because it has truly been a big help to me over the last few years. I like the design of the app much better than most others I tried..Version: 4.29.0

Amazing app!I was fasting without this app for weeks! but now with the app it makes it easier! makes everything so visual, it makes everything just so easy from a person with adhd’s perspective!! the only thing i would really love to make it just that bit better/easier would be: when you stop your fast and the non fasting timer starts it would be awesome to edit your reminder to fast again by tapping “remind me when timer reaches near 4/6/8 hours (or whatever non fasting window)” instead of having to calculate this time yourself. i know! i’m lazy! haha love this app so much! thanks guys!.Version: 3.2.0

Best fasting tracker in the marketI’ve been intermittent fasting for about 2 years on and off. When I’m fasting, I find it extremely motivating to track my taste on Zero. I love that it has a few of the standard preset fasting times, but more recently I’ve been using the custom fasts which is an excellent feature. I’ve been back and forth on the 16-8 and 20-4 fasts so I set my custom to 17 hrs at the moment knowing I can build my way back up to 20 hrs. When I was regularly fasting and tracking on Zero consistently for about 3 months, I lost 15 lbs pretty effortlessly. I’ve fallen off the wagon a few times but I’m back on now and am exciting to keep tracking. The UI is really beautiful and easy and I love that it automatically updates my weight from my Bluetooth scale through the Health app. The only update I’d like to see is to have a more interactive view with the recent fasts feature. I feel like this page could be more helpful. Overall, 100% recommended to anyone looking for an IF tracker..Version: 3.6.3

Day 3 of Fasting with ZeroThe app is basically a timer or count down, with lots of information on how, when, why of fasting. What I really like is that it gives you a goal, something to watch. When you e already started, slept you’ve done a fair chunk so why stop now. Really good motivator to last till your end goal..Version: 3.6.0

So far I’m loving this appI’ve only been using this particular fasting app for a few days already I love it and I’m considering upgrading. The upgraded app appeals to my need and love for information and it says it provides ongoing updates information on fasting, which I’m sure I will love. I also love the reminders. It’s easy to use, it’s just taking a little while for me to get used to the layout as I’ve been used to using a different fasting app, but so far, this app is the clear winner..Version: 4.6.3

Fantastic appI have now fasted 12 times since getting the app and I’m loving using it, it’s so easy to operate and understand. No problems with it whatsoever. Today however, I haven’t managed to keep my fast as long as I would’ve liked, so had to end it early and I was expecting to get some horrible comment like ‘you didn’t reach your goal’ or something to make me feel horrible about myself, but instead it said ‘nice effort’ which I thought was so nice. It doesn’t put you down instead it’s motivated me to do better next time and doesn’t make me feel like a bad person for not keeping a fast. It also gives you badges to collect sometimes after you complete your fasts which I think is encouraging..Version: 4.0.5

Used this app to lose almost 70 lbs in 3 monthsThen the pandemic happened and I stress ate my way through. Now there’s a vaccine coming and I want to get back on track again. I highly recommend this app for weight loss, health, energy, anti-aging, etc. I wish I’d known YEARS AGO that fasting was healthy and a real way to stay healthy and fit. We were lied to fir decades, but it’s not too late to take control of our bodies and health! I tried a lot of apps for fasting and this is the most flexible. You can edit your start time after starting the fast so if you forgot to start the app, but remembered to fast, you’re all set. It has some scheduled routines and a lot of freestyle, so lets you do you. Notifications are inspiring as it shows how many other people are fasting. You can eat a wider variety of foods if you fast regularly with far less negative impact on your weight and health. I don’t feel like a failure or dread coming back to this. I got anew iPhone and it triggered me to get going again. I’m really excited! Join me in a fast today!.Version: 4.8.3

I really dig thisFirst started using Zero in November 2018. The app was less tricked out then. But I lost 48 pounds and Zero came along for the ride. Really helpful. After a while fasting became so natural that I gravitated away from Zero. Unrelated to this, I started putting on the pounds again after managing to keep the weight off for a whole year. Just yesterday downloaded Zero again (love what you did with the place), set me a 24 hour fast and, whereas in recent weeks I really struggled on my own to even skip dinner, somehow a stupid app helped put me on the right path again. Just completed my first 24 hour fast, about to embark on a second one today (probably risky but I want fast results). Anyway. Awesome app. Something about that nice orange timer that help lock down that commitment. Can’t explain it. Thanks to the whole development team though!.Version: 3.4.1

Absolutely the best app!❤️🙌🏻❤️I am so happy I discovered this app! I am new to fasting & this app is my companion, it is full of useful information & tools to help you be successful with your fasting. I truly don’t think I would have maintained my fasting without this app. I usually don’t do reviews because once I’ve downloaded an app like this I’m usually quickly disappointed, it’s either too complicated to follow or not helpful at all. This is hands down the best; changed my life for the better! Definitely makes you feel that you are not doing it alone. There is a subscription if you choose to do the coach, the fee is very reasonable for all of the help & resources they offer. The free Zero is awesome too, just depends on how much help you may want. Thank you to all that helped develop this app & continue to make it great! I can’t tell you how awesome I feel!.Version: 4.0.2

BrilliantThis app has really helped me. It is simple to use and has just the right number of features for my needs. I’ve never been able to keep to any sort of diet and lack will power in all areas of my life but intermittent fasting guided by this app has helped no end. I have started to lose weight and beat cravings for junk food. I have more energy and I’m sleeping better. Also unexpectedly I’m finding I’m more disciplined and motivated in other things not just eating habits. I wouldn’t stick to it without the app..Version: 3.2.4

Zero fasting trackerI love this app, it’s very user friendly and loads of information on fasting correctly. I have been doing the 18:6 fast to control my glucose levels, I’ve had great results. I highly recommend this app 😀 I am just updating my review to say that I have been told by my diabetes nurse that my diabetes is going into remission and I am ecstatic. Intermittent fasting has helped me so much and this app has helped me keep on track and keep track. Give it a go, intermittent fasting isn’t for everyone I know, but cheers Zero 👍😀.Version: 4.7.2

Pls helpHi This was my favorite fasting app. However, I cannot save my fast anymore. Not an option. The button is not a link. Is the free version of this app gone? Thank you.Version: 4.17.1

Water measureHey so started intermittent fasting last week and started using the app from Sunday and it’s going great! Amazing trackers and love the layout it’s very clear and easy to understand. There is so much useful stuff in there that you can track. Except for water intake as I have upped my water intake the past couple weeks I would love to be able to add in the amount daily to the zero app and therefore have everything neatly together. If you would be able to add something like that it will elevate your already amazing app. Many thanks this is so helpful!.Version: 5.3.1

Simple and useful! Not too complicated. For fasting just click start/end for fasting and start/end for eating window, That's it!.Version: 4.0.6

Best App to use while FastingThis is a great App Keeps you motivated to keep going with your Fast Plus it has really good options to suit anyone who wants to give it a go !!!!.Version: 3.6.2

Absolutely...I absolutely love the app, however I would like to recommend adding in the ability to make your custom fasts longer than 24 hours. Specifically for those people who love doing longer fasts, such as 36, 48 and 72 hours. I myself am a big advocate of longer fasting, however the moment I got my iPhone, I knew I wanted this app. The sunset counter is amazing and the app is beautiful. But again, I’d love to be able to track and be notified of fasts longer than 24 hours. Seeing the pop up say that my fast is up is the most satisfying feeling in the world. Thank you for such an amazing app and keep up the good work! EDIT: This review was typed up BEFORE the 3.0 update. This app literally because the BEST fasting app on the market as soon as they allowed the custom fasts that go as long as 7 days. 😎.Version: 3.1.0

FEATURE SUGGESTIONGreat simple app! A cool suggestion would be to make a widget for the lockscreen with a simple fasting start button so you never forget to start it and have a more accurate reading something like a purple play button with a live timer would be so handy.Version: 5.26.0

Fasting is easyI really like this app, and the reminders. Mostly I like the graphs to see our progress. It provides lots of information from peer reviewed sources and the support group on Facebook makes it easy to see we are not alone. Why not also mark ketosis, autophagy, growth hormone increase and minimum insulin on the circle ⭕️? Just so we’re able to see what happens in our body as the hours pass by. Also a water reminder would be nice. Some of us forget to drink water. Or a list of drinks we can have while fasting, forbidden items like fructose etc Keep up the good work..Version: 3.2.5

Great appSuper easy and very organised. Even with the free version you can still do a lot. Definitely recommend this app. :).Version: 4.19.0

Awesome appReally enjoying the Zero app! Keep me in check and has great info.Version: 3.3.1

Simple timer but efficientI’ve just started using this app because I kept forgetting when my fasting period ended because I could be up to an hour early or later depending on my day. Now I just set when I start my fast and I don’t have to think about calculating anything. Simple countdown timer but it works..Version: 2.2.0

1st dayI have just joined Zero, my second full day fasting and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was gonna be, I’m pleasantly surprised. My one drawback is finding my way around the app, I not very techy as I’m a bit of a dinosaur but I’m not giving in to it, it might be nice if there were someone you could speak to while your getting used to the app, just to point you in the right direction, i did think they may have had a guidance list of foods best consumed when not fasting. I will review again and let you know if I have lost any weight and as to how I actually feel health wise. Wendy.Version: 4.17.1

Really useful fasting app! This is a wonderful fasting tracker. It has a beautiful interface and I love that it integrates with Apple Health. I also find the widget and notifications useful. Two things that could make this app more awesome are if it also included the Waist Circumference data from Apple Health and graphed that along with weight. Secondly, adding milestones like the Life Fasting Tracker app would be great. Seeing when ketosis, autophagy, etc kick in is a real motivator to keep at it..Version: 3.2.4

Bug?? Bad update??I love this app. And never had an issue with until yesterday. I haven’t been able to basically use the app. I’m giving one star only because when I click app support there’s no way to tell them about a bug. So hopefully they see this!! What’s happening is the app is having a really hard time starting/ ending a fast, changing a fast, and keeps kicking me out of my account. I hit end fast and it’s saving them with an incorrect time and type of fast. For example: I ended my 13 hour fast that started at 8:25 but then saying I have ended a 18:6 fast while having a 18:6 fast still on going from 10 pm. And while I can edit the times from the journey section I can’t edit the type of fast. Gave 1/5. Edit: With the new update everything was fixed!! Thank you so much! Now a 4/5 because I’m unsure if they improved how to report bugs..Version: 3.3.0

Simple but so motivationalI’ve been fasting in tandem with this app for a week and it’s great. What it does is simple, but it does it very well - and where it really scores is in motivation. To me, it’s proved incredibly encouraging to see the graph of how many times I’ve fasted and for how long - plus, thanks to the integration with Apple’s Health app, on the same screen I’m also seeing a graph of my weight, for once showing a distinctly downward trajectory after the excesses of Christmas. Brilliantly simple, but so compelling once you start using it..Version: 3.6.1

Awesome app!I love this app - it keeps me on track and provides great motivation while fasting!.Version: 3.2.4

Keep it upUsually I dont write lot if reviews but these guys are doing great job keep it up.Version: 3.6.0

Great but can be better!Simple and easy to use. Definitely will keep using but it could be better if you enhance complication features on Apple Watch. Particularly countdown on inforgraph modular would be my no. 1 wish. Simply countdown to start scheduled fasting and to complete fasting in the middle; text and bar type complication. Cheers..Version: 4.16.1

Great helpful appThe app really helps motivate me to keep going with the timer and badges, and also has great facts and articles to clear up any questions I had. Friendly and helpful incase you forget when you started your fast the timer keeps track for you. If you forget to start the timer you can simply go back and change it to when you started you fast. Very easy to use, would highly recommend.Version: 3.6.4

Great app, the best data visualisation of any fitness appGreat app, easy to use and very motivating..Version: 4.0.4

Quick & easy to use.Great wee tool to save your fasts. Recommend. Simple to use..Version: 3.6.2

Get this if you’re new to intermittent fastingThis app is really great. It’s clean, has small nudges to help with your fast and the new iOS 14 widgets are super beneficial in helping with my motivation. I also use the ‘start my fast’ Siri shortcut a lot. The interface is so slick and I love the countdown timer. There’s no adverts and I like how it tells you how many people are using the app. There’s a sense of community even if you can’t directly see it. Absolute kudos to the graphic design and UX team, a wonderful job. My only qualm is that the plus subscription- it’s a double edged sword. I love supporting app developers and usually take out a plus subscription or in app purchase where I can to get the most out of an app and support development. But at £70 a year it’s not worth it unfortunately. Due to the simplicity of the app, I personally wouldn’t pay more than £2.99 a month. Apart from that, very happy to be seeing use of Zero and I’m looking to try out the other developers apps to help with my health..Version: 4.8.1

Motivating.Just got put on to this by a friend whose doing i the fasting & it’s really motivated me so big thanks. Have improved my diet and eating more “productive” food. Perhaps I don’t have the timer set up properly but think it would be awesome if it sounded for starting and finishing your fast, I find myself having to clock watch. A bit difficult when your in the middle of something. I’ve set the times and days of week but don’t see the point of that if you’ve got to clock watch.. other than that huge thank you for the motivation..Version: 3.6.3

Amazing but...Loving Zero’s intuitive UI and ease of navigate. I have been using it since last year and been fasting for a while(before the pro upgrade) but after the pro feature, they get rid of some cool features for the free mode like the mood graphs etc 😭 it broke my heart. The pro subscription is a bit expensive for a student like me..Version: 4.0.7

Love it!Thanks for the hard work team.Version: 3.5.1

Great for Intermittent FastingI follow a keto diet and lifestyle and eat in an 8 hour window. Zero helps me track my 16 hour fasts. You can create a custom fast time period and then press Begin Fast when you’re done eating for the day. When you meet your goal, an alert pops up to let you know you have been successful. I am VERY grateful for this alert because I would probably forget to eat otherwise. My appetite has really diminished on keto, and since I’m a First Responder, I can’t risk rushing off to a emergency and suddenly realizing I’m famished and haven’t eaten in 20 hours (it’s happened and it SUCKZ). Zero helps me remember that I’ve given my body a rest from digestion and it’s time to refuel for the day’s adventures. I simply get my meal 🥓🥦🍳🥑☕️, press End Fast, and chow down. After dinner I just repeat the same steps. So simple and so effective 👍🏼.Version: 2.2.0

Helpful for tracking fasts. It tells you how long you’ve been fasting. If I could make a suggestion it would be to display the time remaining on current fast on the widget as it currently only shows time fasted..Version: 4.18.0

Awesome appIt’s a very nice app, keeps me from eating in off times..Version: 4.7.2

Updates version where WiFi / online connection affects usabilityI started with the earlier version when first launch which I prefer to this current version because of current version requires WiFi/online connection of app for it to register a fast. So if no connection then a fast can’t be logged/completed. This badly affects usability. Update - another annoyance. Just started app and for odd reason asked me to create account and all past fasts gone..Version: 3.6.3

Simply genius.I love it. It’s easy to get into, simple to use, and has seriously helped me kickstart my process of slimming down. Just 6 days in to the 16:8 method my clothes fit better than ever, and that is largely aided by having an uncomplicated app like this one to track my progress and keep me motivated. If I forget to start (or finish) recording my fasts I can easily edit them in the app. If I could add one thing I’d love to be able to switch views on the main screen, between counting the number of hours you’ve been fasting for to just showing the time you started and the time you can stop. So at a glance you can see the time itself rather than counting hours - particularly when you’re adjusting your fast period to fit with social activities (I.e. fasting usually begins at 6 pm for me, but that’s when yoga finishes one day a week, so I move it back to half 6 so I can get a light bite in after, and start later the next day). All in all a simply brilliant app, and I’ve been recommending it to everyone. So grateful that this was put together and shared for free 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻.Version: 3.2.1

Good appDoes the job but it would be cool if there was a chat room or something..Version: 3.0.5

Fantastic app for fastersI have been using a variety of apps for fasting over the years and this is one that is new to me, but it’s made me delete the rest. It has no annoying ads, a simple and succinct interface that does everything I want in a fasting app. Highly recommend this app..Version: 2.2.0

Simple, well-designed and perfectI love this app. I’m writing it after using this for over a week. I’ve been doing IF for a long time, and this app makes me feel silly for not organizing it using this. Having a reminder to start and end fasts is useful and helps me to remember things for busy days. Or days where I have to end/start fasts and different times. It keeps me accountable without getting annoying or all encompassing. It hits this sweet spot: allowing you track progress and making things fun, without overloading you with information and interaction. Also, the information and videos are really useful. They helped me stick to things and draw inspiration/tips for IF..Version: 3.6.2

Simple enough to be perfect!Great support app just to help keep track of times. My body works best not grazing all day long and this app is so simple yet perfect to help keep track. I’m not a zealot and if I have to break a fast because of an occasion or want/need to eat at a different than my usual time then there’s no judgement, it’s just me! #fasting #lchf #keto #carnivore #ftw.Version: 3.2.5

Awesome and helps keep me on trackSo glad that my sister recommended this app... user-friendly and easy to navigate and edit times. This app helps me last those extra hours or minutes needed to complete my fast. I have now recommended it to family and friends..Version: 3.2.5

No editing? We have to sign up now and we can’t edit fasts anymore. Going to look for a new app :(.Version: 3.2.1

WonderfulI started fasting just so I could use this app. Super clean design!.Version: 3.3.1

Awesome appAlways found keeping track of my fasts confusing until my boyfriend showed me this app, have been using it for roughly 4 months now. Highly recommend, it’s great and easy to use too!.Version: 3.6.0

Happy userEasy to use - not over the top don’t feel disadvantaged for not extending options - very happy user.Version: 4.13.2

Takes the hassle out of it!I didn’t think I needed an app to count 16:8 but in reality it’s brilliant as I don’t always manage a regular eating window and it’s very easy to get back into fasting, or tweak your schedule, if you can see it clearly. Staying with family over Christmas could have derailed IF completely but the app kept me on track even if I didn’t complete a 16hr fast every day. I’ve also been surprised that I’ve made it to 18+ hrs on occasion too. It’s a good personal accountability tool if you need that kind of thing, and also means you spend less time thinking about food!.Version: 3.5.0

New update makes this 5*Freaking love this app now. Badges clearly are for chumps... But I'm admittedly one of those chumps who secretly gets motivated by them. The new graphics for timers is somehow much more motivating. Dark mode is very welcomed. Integration with Health App is major win, with the history section being a very useful integration of wieght data. All round, totally love this now. I've not used the Learn section yet due to being 10years into seasonal water fasting and well read around the benefits and need for wisdom/safe-decisions, however, having Dr Attia as point of advice is very reassuring and adds further credibility to the project behind this app. Thanks for hard work all!.Version: 3.1.0

Cool appThis app is really motivating, I have fasted more than I ever thought I could and it’s really surprising to me. I only wish you didn’t have to purchase the nutritional part of it. But it’s probably for there benefit for the app. Overall I love this app 🥰.Version: 4.19.0

I gotta say I really like the appHowever plus just doesn’t do it for me. I’m already a pretty healthy fellar... I’m fasting fir autophagy and the app just doesn’t provide enough value for me. Lots of great info from the experts, like it like it like it. However what I’m going for there isn’t wnough information out there to privide the type of value I’m looking for. Will be going with the free version after my trial. And personally even if I was trying to lose weight the features probably wouldn’t do it for me. There is good info but most of it just seems like weight mongering(which is the typical marketing for weight-loss related strategies) But I think the price is steep. Overall great app concept, but there needs to me more value even before i’d consider paying that price for the app. I understand a profit needs to be turned but we broke. However I really like the app and will continue to use it and I’m happy to help the creator make money thru advertising. 4 stars!.Version: 4.16.1

Great appAwesome app. Works great! The old app icon did look better though (just personal preference/feedback).Version: 4.28.0

APP/IT Support When On Boarding as a New CustomerI have been using plain old Zero happily and successfully for a few weeks. I was sent an email with a discount offer to purchase Zero Plus due to Black Friday. The link took me to the APP and a page that said ‘oops something went wrong- refresh’. Reaching out to Big Sky Health informing them of the issue, they responded to the first email with a custom made response (very thankful because this is rare) with assistance that unfortunately failed. Upon writing back (complicated by time zone separation) for further support the issue has now been resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the APP. I’ve persisted because even prior to the full suite of the APP features being available to me this suits my personal requirements for IF and provides useful data points. IT have provided ongoing support and are happy to troubleshoot to ensure a good user experience. I’m really looking forward to using the paid version to enhance my fasting. Being an avid follower of Peter Attia for many years, his association with this APP meant it was my first choice when needing an IT fasting tool. The APP is there to lean on too when in the middle of a fast the going gets tough..Version: 4.8.1

Helpful Fast TrackingThis app is really helpful for tracking your fasts and giving you information on how to fast in a healthy way. Even if you don’t subscribe or have premium, you can still use it to do these things. If you do use premium (which is a bit more expensive than I’d like) you can get access to heaps of helpful tips and information, and reach goals and compete in challenges. The design of the app is also quite nice, it’s visually appealing and easy to understand and use. It’s the best fasting app I’ve come across..Version: 4.18.0

Recommend by a real experienced fasterI have been fasting for around 6 to 7 years now, and I’m always looking for useful apps. Give me more knowledge or just keep me on track and zero certainly does that. A lot of friends are family asking about fasting and this is settling one app would recommend. I started with a free version and decided to give the paint version ago. I can honestly say I think I’ll be sticking with the paint version now. Great insights and very professionally presented to help to you make your decision..Version: 5.2.0

Really helpfulI suffer from IBS and fasting is always the best thing for me when it comes to food. This app is really good as you set the time you want to fast for and you can set notifications so they check in with you during the fast and you can keep a nice goal and track your weight. It’s really helpful to me as I tend to break fasts due to cravings but with the journal it keeps me focused to not break and I feel better for it after the next day has passed..Version: 3.3.1

What this app does is very simple but effectiveThe features of this app that I use are the fast timer and calendar of completed fasts. It’s very simple functionality that’s not in the other health apps I use and it has never failed me after a month of fasting. The app will allow you to track other data, but the offering isn’t comprehensive in that regard, even if you pay for the premium upgrade. It also has some advice content but most of that is in video form. I prefer to skim than being stuck at a presenter’s pace so video isn’t my format, but if it’s yours, maybe that’s useful. The little bit I did check out didn’t tell me anything I hadn’t learned with help of Google. Finally there are challenges. I’ve joined a few of these but they don’t change my motivation. Maybe there’s fun in collecting the challenge completion badges..Version: 4.8.3

Very motivatingGreat app..... I am hardened faster, but took a break few months ago and ever since had difficulty getting back into fasting. Well, I downloaded the app last night and it created an accountability..... a sense of duty to see it through. App suggested 18 hour fast and I stuck to it..... thank you Zero! Loved various info videos. Best thing is that big orange dial that counts back to end of fast and visual on fat burning!!.Version: 4.0.1

Explore function needs some workI love everything about this app, except the way the explore tab works. The articles and videos are great but I can’t locate information very effectively. Regardless of the word I type in I always get the same handful of articles that come up, and I can’t locate earlier articles I’ve read unless I happened to bookmark them..Version: 4.16.1

Surprisingly addictiveI was already doing 16:8 fasting when a friend introduced me to this app! I laughed and said "I think I know when I've fasted 16 hours" but downloaded it anyway. What's been really motivating are the green bars over the last 7 days showing you've completed your fasts, the count down clock has been helpful on occasion and most importantly, the app is designed to help you gradually increase your fasting windows! I mostly now do 20:4 but may reduce this window a little at weekends to 18 (or 16):6 (8) and today I'm aiming to complete my first 24 hour fast after having a big celebratory lunch yesterday. This app would be even better if you see an all time graph of fasts or are able to export this with an interposed weight graph..Version: 3.2.3

Fantastic AppSimple, easy to use, effective.Version: 4.0.12

Great app. Does what it’s supposed toLove this App. I use it daily. Would love to store breaking fast images locally rather than just sharing with others. Also ability to share the fast result would be good. I currently take a snapshot and send. The share feature shares the app link. Minor things but overall a great app.Version: 3.6.4

Zero Easiest Fasting AppI love Zero it’s the easiest fasting app to follow. I live the way you can change fasting times and days so easily and even change the ones you have started if something happens. Tried other apps and found them no where near as flexible or easy to use..Version: 4.14.0

Great app, with 1 really annoying “feature”I really like this app. It’s got a great UI, lots of excellent information to help learn about fasting, the mood tracker is cool, and I love the graphs that show progress with customisable options to map against (eg: view weight changes vs fasting time etc). BUT, one thing I hate about it, and it’s enough for me not to pay for the full product, is the fact that I can’t log food when a fast is active. Considering I spend 18 hours a day fasting, that’s a very short window to eat AND remember to log all my food before my fast starts. I get the sentiment, but really why stop users from being able to enter food retrospectively? Fix that, and I’ll consider signing up and paying for this app..Version: 5.16.0

This app has changed my life!Every kid loves being timed and this app brings out the kid in me! A simple easy to use timer for fasting and for eating time is so efficient, love it, lost 15 kg so far I'm very happy. The only CON for me is that the interface has changed in the me section,so that when I go to see my results over the previous months is just a Calendar with little, hard to read dots, with the hours of fasting on them. Instead of the long line graphs which gave you a really good feel for how well you're doing. I miss that graph,I felt that it was very motivating..Version: 4.19.6

Cool fasting app / resourcesI mean it’s just a timer but certainly much better than just running the timer on your phone. I guess not much else you need when you’re fasting, it’s not like an app can make the process easier for you :) well I suppose reading the articles and resources does help push through any particular hunger pangs - I just logged my first ever 5 day fast btw (and feel awesome) so I thought it was a good time to also review zero as, simple as it is (and again, it doesn’t need to be anything else), it’s been with me through all this journey of building up to a point where I can be without food for 5 days and be completely unphased. Even if you don’t buy into the benefits of fasting personally I think that’s a pretty cool mental and physical achievement. Good luck on your fasting journey!.Version: 3.5.0

Great app!!!Very user friendly! I wanted to give IF a go for a long long time now and never was able to start it until this app! I started with 13:11 until I was comfortable to go to 16:8, and the fact that there is so many people fasting as well it feels like your not on your own makes me a lot easier.Version: 3.3.3

A very useful app for beginners, could not recommend it enoughGiven that it’s free, you don’t expect much. But it’s actually exactly what you need for beginners. Only one criticism maybe - it’s a bit too basic. It would be helpful to have some additional features, e.g.: how much time do I have left before I have to start fasting again? Having a timer for this would be highly useful - just like we have a timer for how long we have fasted for. Another example is, perhaps having a table of how often I was able to reach my fasting goal per week/ per month/ at the end of the year, etc. Or like a red, green, amber pie chart or something (red=not achieved, amber = very close to the goal, and green = goal achieved). Nothing too complicated, but it will ultimately make it really motivating to continue to use intermittent fasting for achieving health goals. Would otherwise highly recommend..Version: 2.2.0

Awesome little appI’m just starting out with IF and this app is going great. Does what it’s supposed to do!.Version: 2.0.1

Very helpful fasting toolI use zero to track my intermittent fasting and it’s really handy having it on hand as a reminder. I used to think of fasting as the number of hours I ate in a day but Zero has helped me see it as the number of hours I let my body rest. This has dramatically improved my fasts..Version: 3.0.6

Great AppI was introduced to this app by when I started intermittent fasting. This app takes all the guess work out of figuring what time to break or start fasting. I needed flexibility so that I don’t have to stick to an exact time every day. When your ready to fast you press start fasting and it will indicate the time you will need to break your fast based on which fast you choose. You can also customize the type of fast that you want. The app also lets you know how much time you have gone over past the scheduled fast if you don’t break when your scheduled to. Whenever I have my last meal then I press fasting and the count down begins. Even if I stop eating at 2 o’clock in the morning the app will tell me the next time I need to break my fast. This app is extremely helpful and has been so useful in my journey with intermittent fasting..Version: 3.2.7

Great app!Love the UI - clean and beautiful. The only thing I wish this app had is a way to update mood directly from your Apple Watch or from the home screen widget. Currently it can only be updated by going into the app - a lot of steps for a basic action. Keep up the amazing work!.Version: 3.6.4

Useful fasting appThe timer which goes both ways either hours left or hours done which is useful and also being able to design your own fast length. It also tracks weight and other stuff. Highly recommended..Version: 4.9.2

LOVE THIS AP!Love it! Easy to track my fasting and a lot of information... I’m go glad I downloaded this..Version: 3.6.2

Simple and easy to use. Love the learn sectionThis app provides anything you could really need to monitor your fasting periods. It comes with several presets of fasting times that are recognised as known fasting regimes and also has the option to create a custom fasting period by the hour for up to 168 hours (7 days). The best part about the app is the learn section, which you will all find useful if you wish to learn more about the theory and science behind fasting as well as information regarding the different regimes, their scientific merit and the origins of them. All in all a brilliant app. Even has Apple Watch comparability to keep track of your fast and start/stop the fast quickly and easily. Thank you for a brilliant app..Version: 3.2.3

Nice counter; sufficesI’ve only used it for three days so far, so haven’t yet “earned” a week’s average, but it appears to meet the minimum metrics I’d need to challenge myself against my past fasts. However, I wish it had more metrics, such as monthly and annual averages, as well as other means to push and gauge my eating decisions. However, in my almost three days, I’ve been prodded to review the app 4 times, including the very first time I opened it. If I had had more time to evaluate it before the first prod, I’d probably know it better and provide a better review. However, I’m doing it now hopping the review prods will stop. If they don’t, I’ll try another app. Edit: with a (very few) quibbles, I’ve been using this app for a few years and certainly rely on it not only for a daily tracking app, but for the morale-supporting and challenges provided by the metrics that come from consistent use..Version: 5.10.0

All goodPretty self explanatory. Pretty User friendly. Barely any ads. Research links. Aesthetically pleasing. Low admin which is what I like.Version: 2.2.0

Favorite iOS health appI have been using this app for the past year or so (intermittently, pun intended), and must say ur is by far my favorite health app overall. Part of why I like Zero so much is its gradual development of new and useful features, while keeping the interface minimal and functional. I never struggle to find settings, and their UI design updates never leave me feeling lost about where anything is, due to the simplistic and functional fast-tracker homepage. Unlike other fasting trackers I have tried in the past, Zero is more concerned with supporting a healthy lifestyle as opposed to just fasting, with regular check-ins on weight and goal-setting. As a student, I find the pro subscription a bit on the high-end, although I do feel like they offer a lot of content and features for it. I hope that they offer a discounted version in the future, but for now, I am also extremely satisfied with all of the free features that come with the app..Version: 4.18.0

Love this- really simple to useThis app is simple and straightforward to use ie it does what it says on the box. 😀👍🏻.Version: 4.7.0

Brilliant simple to use appI’m in the premium free trial and just finished my second fast of the week as part of a 5 fast program that I selected from a list. After inputting my goals and restrictions I was given a choice of different programs that varied in difficulty. The app is very supportive and informative, with regular wellness/mood checks and regular notifications during active fasting giving you the scientific information about what is happening inside your body during different stages. It gives you the option to input other information such as sleep and calorie consumption etc I would like to see better cross compatibility with other apps and devices, for example, I use a Fitbit Versa 2 and would love for the information on that and within my health app to automatically update within the Zero app as I don’t have the time to manually input food, water, exercise, weight and sleep into multiple apps. The app comes with a section containing educational information in the form of videos, audio and articles and although this is really good as is, I’d like to see the developers expand on this library of information. With a few improvements I think I would be more inclined to continue a paid membership after the free trial. All in all a great app with a simple and well designed user interface. As I use the app more I’ll update my review if anything changes. Hope this is helpful and happy fasting!.Version: 4.0.3

Great app!!I love this app so much, its helped me consistently stay on top of my fasting. The new function of seeing how many people are fasting at any current moment and which fast type they are doing is really encouraging. The only thing I would change is an additional count down to your next fast (instead of just how long it’s been since you fasted) and an automatic reminder. Highly recommend this app..Version: 3.2.5

Technology for healthZero… What a simple, beautiful app. I love what Kevin Rose has decided to invest his time and resources into. I look forward to the growth of this app and it’s sustained success. I trialed the Zero+ membership but couldn’t find adequate value. Will always support the app and I think there is serious practical utility in appealing to insurance providers, employers as well as the fulfilment of committing to a healthy fasting practice..Version: 4.6.0

Love this journey for me.Absolutely thrilled at the mental result of my first fast which is literally minutes away from being over. The 15th hour got very hard. I made some black coffee which I hate and drank it and now I’m almost done and it did suppress my appetite and I did get over that hump. I made a commitment to myself and I stuck it through and that’s huge for me and that’s why I’m doing this. For self-discipline. To prove to myself that I can. The rest of the benefits are just a plus that I happily will relish in. I started the seven day free trial scoffing at the idea that I would ever pay nearly $70 a year for this app but intending to get a lot of use out of the seven days no doubt. Just minutes away from my fast ending my first one that I’m actually truly intentional and committed to, that $70 ain’t looking like a lot right now and I’m definitely contemplating taking this lifestyle more seriously..Version: 4.17.0

Free app that has everything you needI was looking for a fasting timer and this app let’s me set, edit and get reminders. It does lots of other helpful things including connecting with Apple Health. And it’s free for all the functions you need for multiple fasting patterns. Really happy..Version: 3.6.4

Ease of use is fantastic!I absolutely love this app! I use it nearly everyday. It’s great for tracking your progress, HOWEVER there is one improvement I would like to see done. I’d like it if when setting your goal weight it could be set to the fractional decimal number. For example, you can enter your “weigh-in” as 227.6 (including the decimal) but you can’t set your “goal weight” to the decimal point, only a whole number (225, for example). If the “goal weight” number could be entered including to the decimal point, then the actual weight loss tracking would be more accurate. Thanks for reading!.Version: 3.4.1

FabI never take the time to write reviews for apps, and I mean never but this deserved it. The simplicity of it to stop and start a fast, the notifications to remind you your fast has ended, the content available to learn all about fasting, the tracking of your fasts and being able to see a graph of your progress, the little feedback when you end a fast - this was so helpful to me realising it was getting easier to do! In conclusion - if you want to start fasting and logging it then this is the app you need. Absolutely brilliant. Bravo team zero!.Version: 3.6.4

Set up, sync problemI downloaded the app on my iPad and iPhone, unfortunately I started using it on my iPad first which allowed me to Sign In with Apple. I used it for a few days then tried to sync with my iPhone, no luck it only let me sign in with google or Facebook, no option for Apple. When I tried to use my Apple email address it said already taken. Now have to start again which is a bit disappointing as I am finding my trial of the app very good so far. Would have liked to continus with my already saved data..Version: 4.9.2

Great app but can’t justify the premium priceI’ve been using Zero everyday since June this year. The interface is super user friendly & easy to use, the history section is super clear, the email updates are helpful and don’t give a barrage of junk, and the stats are super useful too. However I cannot justify paying £68 a year/£10 per month for the Plus version. It doesn’t give you anything extra worthwhile other than maybe extra stats if you’re into that, but even then I cannot justify it. Everything else you can teach yourself. I’d be more willing to pay no more than half that price a year..Version: 4.7.0

Mistakenly MonetizedZero has decided to charge $70 a year for a timer… or so I thought. I opened the app to start my timer for my fasting window and I was hit with a pop up window that couldn’t be closed and was asking for money to subscribe. I couldn’t close the window. So I thought zero had made some upper management decisions and I deleted the app. Then I set my timer for 18 hours on my phone since it’s the same thing. Ive recommended this app to friends because of the links to the science and info behind intermittent fasting, not because of the timer. I came to review and give feed back of how I was disappointed that the app would be subscription only going forward. The ZERO team got back to me and informed me of the unintended subscription window a couple days later. So kudos to them. I reinstalled the app..Version: 5.10.0

Money Grab! Next!Don't waste your time. Skip this app charges you almost right away.Version: 4.16.1

Five day fastSeeing the hours increasing and the % achieved helped keep me on track, Thanks Zero.Version: 3.2.7

Would Like a Bit MoreAs I’ve used the app for 3 weeks I get the sense it is more for those who run on emotion - how do you feel? That is not so much me. The guy who does the videos to help you understand fasting does a fantastic job - love that part. Timer for fasting is also great with the exception if you stop eating close to your new fast time and 30 min decide to start fasting you can’t adjust the start time or at least I haven’t figured it out. So here is the one thing that is missing is any kinds of recipes. It only tracks good by what you say you ate no nutritional value or what you should eat during your fast. So at the end of the day, it is good if you want someone to give you motivational talks and a timer, but if you want the step by step eat this when you are fasting this is not the app for you..Version: 5.20.1

Easy to useI find the app really easy to use. I really like how the timer allows for me to check how long I have left in my fast. I can also change the fast that I am doing doing half way through and it doesn’t affect the timer. For example I switched from the 16hr to the 18hr fast because I wasn’t hungry, and there was no fuss. Easy to use and easy to follow..Version: 3.6.4

Fasting companionI do full extended fasts, and I’m always alone. This app is a personal cheerleader and companion during your fast. And you get to see that other people on this planet are fasting too—you’re not alone. You can tract your stats, even your mood and see your progress. This is huge for motivation. This app is a must have for anyone fasting. It makes a huge difference. One function I wish this app had was a pop up of the physiological milestones that occur during a fast, ie: Day 2 you are now suppressing the hormone Ghrelin and autophagy is commencing...something like that would be hugely motivating. And I’ve not seen it anywhere. Love this app..Version: 3.6.4

FitbitLove the app super easy to use, I just wish it had the capability to pull sleep/exercise pattern and weight from my fitbit..Version: 3.6.3

Very usefulI have been using the Zero app since March of 2019 and have found this app very useful to reach my health and other goals that I have. The developers keep improving the app in many useful ways such as improving journaling, adding more knowledge to the learn feature and improving the stability and function overall. If you are wanting to track your first fast, look no further my friends this is the app to get. Also be sure to check out their Oak meditation app, it is amazing. One suggestion: I would love to see new features on the Apple Watch. For example have the fast tab show up on the Apple Watch that way I can quickly select the fast that I need. Also if you could please add the Oak app to the Apple Watch and have the ability to select and download a meditation or breathe to the Apple Watch. This would be awesome to have while away from my phone, that way I can put on my AirPods and do a quick mediation or breathe session while on break or lunch. Thanks for the hard work..Version: 3.5.0

It’s a beginning point for meReasons why I purchased a subscription and in priority order. 1. I need to sleep better - not just in hours but also in quality. 2. I need to break my obsession with food as a crutch for my stress. 3. I need to not feel so sluggish during the day. 4. I need to avoid the ups and downs of a sugar / caffeine rollercoaster. 5. I need to lose weight. Here’s the scoop. Eating before bedtime is bad. Why? Because it causes your digestive system to continue working which means that your sleep is going to not be as restorative as it should be. The first week, I did the 13 hour (fast) / 11 hour (not fast). I made a few tweaks to what I’m eating but for the most part, my focus had been on ensuring that I adhered to 13 hours of not eating and specifically, avoiding eating 3 hours before bedtime. I was able to stick to the 13/11 all 7 days however, one day, I ate within an hour of bedtime and it was not a good night’s sleep. The other 6 nights, I consistently slept 7+ hours without waking up once. The second week, I switched it up to 16/8 and so many things improved. My sleep was still 7+ hours but the added bonus is that over the course of those two weeks, my resting heart rate has fallen by 8 points. This is a solid investment. If I could suggest improvements it would be to allow for integrations with other apps..Version: 5.10.1

My healthI was just diagnosed with sibo which I’ve had for about two years. It’s left me completely fatigued and depressed and always bloated. I’ve been fasting now for just over five weeks and in that time I’ve lost one stone and a quarter. My bloating went down instantly after my second fast. It was quite difficult for the first ten days getting headaches and a bit shaky but after that I’ve had energy like I haven’t had for years, I feel amazing and so much happier. The app is absolutely amazing with all its tips and a wealth of information. I’m getting friends involved now cause they have seen a massive shift in every aspect of my life. I don’t ever write reviews but I feel compelled to do so because of this could really help so many people. I started fasting because of my bloating and it’s given me so much more. Danny Brown 🙏🏻.Version: 5.11.0

AmazingI’ve been using this app for quite a while now and I absolutely love everything about it. It’s so easy to use. If you forget to log when you’re fasting or when you’ve stopped then it’s easy to put in the times. It shows you your history of fasting and how many times you’ve met your goal. Your goal is also customisable. If you decide to fast 18 hours but feel that you want to fast less when you’ve already started fasting it’s so easy to change your fasting goal. Same goes for if you want to fast for longer. 100% recommend the app. It’s amazing!.Version: 3.4.1

Great appHave tried umpteen fasting apps and found all of them next to useless! This app is great and I’m super happy with it. It is simple and effective. I recommend it! 👍.Version: 2.4.4

Slow syncing since last uodateI have been using the free version of zero for a while and i was very happy so i upgraded to zero plus last month. Since then i have been experiencing slow loading at times but the last couple of days is VERY slow. Everytime that I visit the “coach” or “me” tabs it start syncing and takes like a minute. And then if you scroll down it start syncing again, and that really spoils the whole experience. Also now that i am on it, and in case it is related. The sleep log is not syncing with my health app. I have check the permissions and it is activated but it doesn’t read the data. i am very happy with the content but it is useless if it takes so long to load that i’ll skip it..Version: 4.9.4

Great supportI’ve really felt my foray into fasting has been supported by this app. It’s very simple to use and has some background info and tips. It allows you to think about and plan your fasts. It has a timing function and you can compare a range of fasts - and it lets you know you’ve done well too. I’ve got into doing 20 hour fasts quite regularly and it’s because of the app. Thank you!.Version: 3.6.4

Compared to others this is greatIn the past month I have tried the fasting trackers with zero, Simple, Fastic, and MyFitnessPal. Zero, at first I thought was lacking in the fancy visuals, so I tried Simple. Simple was a nice tracker that includes calorie tracking. The food tracking was terrible for the amount paid for the subscription, none of the food I entered was in their system, it was not worth it. Fastic was glitchy in tracking my fasts, like if I had to modify any start or stop times, it would not save any changes I tried to enter. MyFitnessPal is way worse with options to modify start/stop times, but wouldn’t actually take any changes outside the pre-planned fast times. I am still using MyFitnessPal for the calorie tracker. After seeing the bells and whistles of the others, I came back to Zero. It’s simple and allows editing of starts/stops. I’ve seen all the recent unhappy user reviews, but Zero by far is better than the competition..Version: 5.0.2

Best aroundSome of the things I love about Zero is that it is practical , useful, easy and the free version works. Unlike nearly every other app who force you into buying, Zero doesn’t, which makes me use their full version because of the extras but, principally because of their service. WELL DONE ZERO and thank you !!.Version: 5.29.1

Inflexible regarding deletion of mealsWon’t delete accidentally put in wrong meal times; impossible to retrospectively delete meals I’ve wrongly put in Now crashes every now and then when I try to log food or how I feel The newest update won’t let me add glucose or ketones! Please fix this. Otherwise I hav to take off 2 stars.Version: 5.27.0

ZeroPeople you have to jump on this. It’s life changing trust me..Version: 4.0.12

Too slow to loadThis app was simply perfect. Did everything I could hope for. Now with new v3 it seems to be trying to do too much. I don't object to extra features, but it takes over 10 seconds to load on my iPhone 7+. No other app takes this long. Even huge ones like FB load in a couple of seconds. Sometimes I want to quickly open the app to see how long is left in my fast. And it takes forever. Please developers work on the load time for the next update.Version: 3.0.1

App is great but the price is not.Honestly, the title pretty much sums it up. The app is great at what it does but it’s crazy expensive in comparison to the competition doing pretty much the exact same thing. If you want to get really simple about it it’s just a timer app. All phones come with one. And I do like some of the pro perks but I can’t justify $70/yr or $10/month. I will say they do make great apps as Oak and Less are also phenomenal apps. Update: you know what? I take back my negative criticism. I’ve been using the free parts of the app more often and have come to the conclusion that I very well may subscribe. In comparison to other fasting apps it just blows the competition out of the water. Thanks for the Developer response. I do appreciate that. And thanks for the app!.Version: 4.40.0

Beautiful app! Seamless and simple ❤️I absolutely love this app. It is so simple to use and the help docs/links are full of info that answers queries I always had about intermittent fasting. In future if this could integrate with My Fitness Planner or to other people fasting in some way, I would be over the moon and this would be pretty much perfect...update 02/12: There is an issue with updating weight. For example, if you make a mistake on a previous weight and update it, in your history it is showing all the incorrect entries you make and the graph doesn’t update properly..Version: 3.3.3

Fantastic AppThis app is extremely helpful throughout your IF process. It’s user friendly, and if you a beginner to IF like me it offers plenty of tutorials specific to the fasting process to address any questions or concerns you may have along the way. You choose the daily Notifications you feel you need in the settings. My experience is they have had a positive effect in keeping me on track. Like I stated earlier, I’m new to fasting, I’ve been doing it for less than a month and already see it’s benefits. My one con is: the app doesn’t provide a way to track your fluid consumption, a feature sorely needed. Overall, this app has made applying consistency to my fasting program so much easier. And you know what they say,“Consistency is the key in all successful journeys.” I highly recommend this app, get it, and get started!.Version: 4.21.0

Awesome service for an awesome appHi I had previously given Zero a 3 star. My issue was that there was no 'confirmation' before ending the fast. I was wrong. Developer replied to my review politely, directing me towards confirming by 'save fast' option. I give them a 5 star now but again with a suggestion of making the 'confirmation' more prominent that now. Kudos to team. You have got a great app here..Version: 4.26.1

Best Health AppI have tried so many but none come close to the functionality of the Zero App. Fantastic App!.Version: 3.3.3

ZeroLove this app, it has made fasting a breeze, tracking my progress is quick and easy, all without having to pay a subscription!!!.Version: 3.6.2

Actually free and very usefulThis app is simple to use. Very intuitive. I only have the free version and I don’t get hounded by adds which is great. I don’t mind paying for Apps- I just basically refuse to pay subscriptions. I tried a few apps for fasting together and I didn’t like the others nearly as much as this one. I love that you can just hit a button to start a fast and another one to edit your start or stop time (meaning if I ate 30 mins ago but didn’t mark my fast as ending). The other apps were way to ridged. They would make you schedule all fasts for the week then would even automatically start and stop them. That’s not how my life works. I can’t eat and fast at the exact same second every day. That’s why I love Zero. It isn’t annoying. Doesn’t make you hate yourself if you break a fast lol. It’s just a great simple tool there to HELP you. Not there to overpower and run your entire schedule.Version: 4.0.2

Easy to use.Excellent for keeping track of time fasted. Also great for looking back at your fasting history..Version: 3.2.4

The best App in town! Highly recommended!I can never fault this app, it reminds you when your fast is about to end, and also when you’ve finished fasting. You are able to reset the beginning of your fast even if you forget to press start to begin your fast in the first place. There’s also Facebook group to motivate and also challenge you when you see other people doing the fast and you see their results. The app also has different fasting methods that you can choose from. It tracks your weight and many more for FREE!!!.Version: 3.2.5

Easy-peasy achieve your fast goalI be been using this app for a week and have downloaded a few to try - and this one is definitely a winner. Easy to use and modify, great reminder and countdown system. Fantastic fast info from “does green tea breaks your fast” to “when should I fast and how often”. Love the app..Version: 3.5.1

Love this appIt’s great for recording when you started the fast and it will go longer than the 16 hours intermittent fasting time if you require it to. Keeps a great record of your previous fasts. I tried others but for me this one is the best. When we are intermittent fasting we obviously stop the fast and then begin to fast again on the same day. This app records this accurately. Not all the fasting apps allow that. This app is simple and it works. Highly recommend..Version: 2.4.7

Enjoying the appI am really enjoying the app! I love the fact that it gives so much insight on the different stages of fasting so you gain a better understanding as to what is happening to you physically. I also think the coaches are brilliant and the immense value and information they give to help you maximise your fasting as well as educating you on a variety of things to help with prior and after a fast! Amazing app great coaches!.Version: 4.28.0

Fantastic toolThe new update took a few minutes to get use to but easily grew on me. It is more pleasant to look at and easy to browse thru. The badges section is a welcome change and serves as additional encouragement for users. The weight goal, though has no bearing on me, also will serve as an encouragement for first time users. I would like see more articles and videos in the learn section. What’s already there, I think, appeals to people with no science background; easy to understand and well explained without having to google every sciency scientific word in the articles. Thank you, Zero Team. Fantastic tool and fantastic work!.Version: 3.2.0

Close to greatZero is a timer and not much more. I've fasted on and off for years and haven't ever needed a timer, let alone an app. I just remember what time to break my fast. But I've enjoyed using Zero to extend my fasts and appreciate the occasional notifications that I'm half way through or have one hour to go for instance. My main gripes about the app are 1) the page / tab about the fasts is almost pointless and 2) the learning tab takes you out of the app and often into Medium, which I read occasionally but don't have an account for, which has a maximum daily(?) article limit so I'm forever having to wait to get to the articles linked to within Zero, which, needless to say is a pain. And 3) the navigation around the app (for instance where to "weigh in") is often unintuitive. These are minor issues and overall I'm enjoying using the app after a couple of weeks. I'm hopeful that there are good things to come in future updates (I'm looking at you Peter Attia!)..Version: 3.2.2

Should have tried this soonerI’m 47. I was about 40 pounds overweight, five days ago. Now I’m only 30 pounds overweight. I’ve alternated between the 16:8 and 18:6 fasts and been a diet Nazi on myself. I’ve switched to a Mediterranean diet, and probably eat between 1,000 and 1,500 calories a day (I don’t keep an exact count, and that’s just a rough estimate.) Basically, I’m eating about half of what I normally do in food, and have cut out all alcohol and nighttime snacking. Have tried to walk/jog about a half mile a day and run around the yard more with my 5-year-old. I imagine if I exercise harder, I’ll turbo boost this process even more. On a scale of 1-10, my hunger pangs while fasting have sometimes hit about a 5. But it’s totally manageable and takes just a little bit of discipline. With this app’s countdown timer, it’s easier to hang in for the last hour or two, because the end is in sight. And when you do eat, you want to eat as healthy as possible so you don’t feel like the fast was for nothing. My beer belly’s days are numbered..Version: 3.6.4

Fantastic, but..Its fantastic and have been using this app for 2 years, but i have an issue with notifications? It used to send notifications when the fast should end and when i do break my fast i forget to check the app and record it until i check it in bed and it says i’ve been going for 24+ hours!.Version: 3.0.5

Gives you feeling of being rewardedPsychological as humans we get addicted to games because they trigger a dopamine reward. This app is brilliantly set up to do the same thing. You receive rewards for fasting mile stones. You learn the best ways to fast with plus. Then you get your weekly summary emails. These all help you to feel rewarded for fasting when you can’t yet see the change on the scales or on your body. Great for anyone trying to intermittent fast..Version: 4.9.2

Exactly what I needApp is efficient and makes it easy to track the fasting window but also allows you to make changes to the window if you choose to extend or shorten. I also like being able to look at my data from a few years ago and compare my fasting hours..Version: 4.34.0

Siri command not workingSiri command not working recently, not sure why..Version: 5.29.1

GreatGreat app for encouragement when fasting. To see 100s of thousands of people all fasting at the same time is fabulous. I highly recommend you download this app. It’s so easy to use and understand. It really does train you to be mindful of the amount of time in your day/night that you spend consuming food without thinking about it..Version: 3.2.4

Love it! but where’s the iPad version? This is an awesome app. It works first and foremost (does what you it’s supposed to do). The timer allows you to easily and conveniently stay on top of your fasts (even customizable ones). There is also a great learning tab chalked full of great articles from experts as well as summaries from Zero itself. All in all it’s simple, easy and works. That being said! If you’re someone like me, who is on their iPad far more than their phone, you will definitely desire an iPad version of the app. Nothing worse than using scaled iPhone apps on an iPad Pro 🤣!.Version: 3.2.6

Simple, elegant and inspiringI had been dabbling with intermittent fasting in a haphazard way until I got the app, trying to go until dinner.. feeing awful, no defined endpoints, no overall vision.. and was finding it tough, demotivating and demoralising, and has given up several times. I found a link to the app on a blog about intermittent fasting and thought I’d have a play with it.. and it’s mind blowing simple.. choose a fast start it, it times it for you.. but that’s just the beginning.. by tracking I’m the fats with a clear goal and endpoint. It allows you to hold on a little linger and go the distance, helping with motivation and will power. The different fasts and predicted end times allow you to plan to help fit fasting in with you life.. and the overall tracker gives you a little reward and inspiration. It’s very well designed and executed, allows you to edit start and end times, and even coped with me fasting across multiple time zones on a long haul flight without any issues! Good work! There also a section with articles and a little of the theory behind the fasting. Overall I’ve found that fasting consistently has helped my body really adapt to it in a way that I just couldn’t do with keto, and I find I’ve got plenty of energy to train and exercise, and trimmed down a little.. is definitely recommend checking it out..!.Version: 3.2.7

App forcing me to pay for premiumI loved this app and found myself using it for over a month. The mechanics are simple and it’s a great way for me to keep track of my fasting! However, recently it began trying to force me to subscribe to premium. Every time I open the app, a pop up comes onto the screen and tries to force me to subscribe to premium. There is no way to get off this screen and access my fasting timer again unless I actually subscribe to the premium feature. Whether I update the app or restart it, it stays stuck on this subscription page. It’s very frustrating that now, an app that was meant to be free with optional paid features, is forcing me to pay to access features that were previously free for me. I really want to continue using the app but I’m so frustrated that I’m considering deleting it. Update: the app just sent me a notification claiming my access was “unlocked” for me to use the app for free again without premium. Once I opened the app the pop up appeared again but this time with an “x” on the top right corner. While I will give this app an extra star because the problem is fixed, I still don’t find it fully enjoyable to use an app that temporarily forces you to pay them despite marketing themselves as a free app with “in-app purchases” which are optional..Version: 5.16.0

If you are the fence...About this app or about fasting in general, go for it. This app is a very well designed helper with first time fasters. If you cut yourself off, and forget to start the clock, you can edit the start and stop times by tapping the corresponding number on the screen. If you forget to start the app- or that you intended to fast at all, (hello me) there is a gentle reminder shows up on your lock screen. Overall, I started a 16/8 and feel amazing, AND I’m cutting out (yikes!) thousands of calories I’m not eating in the evening. I’ve been starting around 4p and although the app congratulates me for completing at 8am, I go for a few more hours. I’ve found I’ve lost weight, but most of all I have more energy, I don’t crash midday. Yes, at night I feel my stomach whining for food, but I know if I get thru it, I will feel great in the morning. Try fasting, try this app..Version: 2.4.7

Overweight and AutoimmuneI am overweight and have an autoimmune disease. I’m only at the start of using this app, and have launched into 18hr day fasting which suits my lifestyle. I’m already loosing weight, and my legs have stopped aching (inflammation of connective tissue). I’m so happy with the progress. It’s an excellent app with superb supporting documentation and tools. Can’t wait for the results! Thank you🙏.Version: 4.0.7

KetosisIt would be nice to see when you enter the ketosis period.Version: 3.0.1

I love it especially the Apple Watch app 🥰Love ❤️.Version: 3.6.1

Does the job and does it well, premium tier price is insaneIf you’re looking for a speedy app with a slick intuitive UI design and great integration with Apple Watch, you can’t go wrong here. However I just can’t help but mention that charging £10 per month for the premium subscription which unlocks some stats, ‘expert’ tips and the ability to create a fully custom plan is utter lunacy - I wouldn’t pay more than £2 a month for these ‘premium’ features..Version: 5.8.1

Zero fastingThis app is a Godsend for me and husband. Our son recommended it because he has used it for the past couple of years and he looks and feels fantastic. Now we know that feeling and it is wonderful!! There was not a bit of anxiety or discomfort for a single second. Once the mindset is there the rest is a song. Our biggest downfall was snacking in front of the tv at night Now I have my hot water with me at all times. And knowing I can snack during the day is a gift but I rarely do because It was never a habit in the past. So it is win win. And the most interesting thing was that when I got a hunger growl I just stopped and experienced it and found that it’s not as uncomfortable as I thought. I understand now that it’s my body shifting things around in there to my benefit! Holy cow!! I love this feeling of good health and looks!! Thank you Zero people!! ❤️👋.Version: 4.18.0

Great now please add partnershipsReally nice app with lots of content. I’m already into IF so I was surprised at how much I enjoy the articles. Wish all the videos had transcripts though. Some of the Q&A ones really need it. I also wish you guys would partner up with Garmin as well as Apple watches, there is a lot of nice looking functionality that I’m not getting. (Maybe even MFP?) However, overall, I did a simultaneous free trial of different fasting apps and this is the one I chose to pay for. It looks good, easy to use, interesting, loads of challenges to keep you motivated. Good job!.Version: 4.9.1

Amazing team...I originally had trouble resetting my password, I have to say the support I got from Rachael (part of the team), was amazing. She never gave up on me and we sorted out the problem (my fault, not Zero’s). Now I’m starting to use the app and it’s great. Thank you. 😁.Version: 4.6.1

Love it‼️I’m really enjoying the app. 😌 The app has awesome features that monitor other aspects of your health. It does this by allowing you to log the amount of hours you sleep, regularly encourages you to document how you are feeling throughout the entire fasting process and keeps records of all previous fasts partaken in. This app offers a lot more, this just names a few. 😊Thank you so much to the creators of this app. I really encourage everyone to try this out. xx.Version: 3.6.2

Extremely Helpful App - Review UpdateI love this app. Very informative and helpful when it comes to health. I’ve been fasting for a while and having gotten this app makes the process much more enjoyable and educational. Previously, I had an issue where the app wouldn’t update the settings I had left for the notifications I wanted. It was very frustrating and annoying for me. I left a detailed review about the error and within about a week the developers fixed the issue and left me a response. Thank you so much to the team of developers who worked on the issue. Since then, this app has only gotten better and better. The Zero team is adding more educational content and adding new features that enhance the user experience. My favorite most recently added feature is the change in fasting zones. The Zero app now allows you to add a little bit of information regarding your lifestyle. Based on your lifestyle the fasting zones change. I’m currently on the ketogenic diet to lose wait and the change in fasting zones is very motivating for me. I also love the charts that Zero displays. For example I can see a trend line that compares my weight loss/gain in front of a bar graph that shows how long I’ve been fasting. This app is really amazing and is helping me meet my weight goals. Thank you so much for the great work and please keep the great content coming!!!.Version: 4.19.0

Brilliant.Awesome app for tracking my fasting. Simple , effective and very easy to use. A+.Version: 3.2.1

Keeps you focussed and is exactly what’s neededGreat little app and easy to use. I have been using this app daily for a few months and really enjoy the simplicity of its ‘start fasting stop fasting’ function. There are no complications, no adding to calendars, no sharing with friends or on social media, it functions as it should and keeps me focussed on the two goals of starting my fast and stopping the fast for the duration I have chosen. It is working well for me and I intend to keep using it daily..Version: 2.4.7

The edgeThis is a very handy little app. I’ve been fasting on and off for awhile now, but this is the first time I’ve really tracked my progress. Watching the countdown get closer and closer to my feeding time, is the encouragement I was looking for. Also, not wanting to stop the clock short, has saved me more than once, from snacking. All said, Zero is a powerful fasting partner and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking at making fasting part of their lifestyle. Well done Zero team!!.Version: 3.0.5

My Fasting RecordHi I’ve been fasting only for a short time so trying 16/8 hours but thinking I will extend the fasting time very soon. Love this app as I can see everything very quickly and I understand exactly where I am and how I am succeeding to reach my goals. Am in Ketosis according to my strips and feeling great! Monday morning is weigh in time so I just know I’m going to be down....even just a small amount is special for me. Lost 8kg so far maybe 5kg to go. Subject to how I feel and look. I’m relaxed and enjoying my adventure, first time I’ve been so relaxed while loosing weight! This is an add on, as for some reason the original didn’t get sent! I’m only having one problem and that is my iPad and my iPhone are not working in tandem with this app. I’m a 75y young person but I need help to get my full potential and 100% use of the app. I’m finding it a nuisance to have to go from each place to update and use my zero app and it’s so upsetting! I’m hopeful that someone will be reading this report and then let me know how to fix it!.Version: 3.3.3

Easy Peasy!!This app is amazing! So easy and informative thank you Zero. Have already completed two fasts and I feel great!.Version: 3.2.4

Love itIt was way easier than I thought it would be..Version: 3.2.4

Almost perfectReally great app. I’d been struggling with trying out intermittent fasting for a whole but this helped me build some great habits and they’ve actually made a huge difference. I’ve lost weight but mainly just feel much better day to day. My only reason for not giving it an extra star is because the watch app is a bit of a let down. It is just a toggle for the fasting timer and a complication with no options to edit it. It would be great if it just had a few more features like being able to edit your current start time and maybe add entires to the fasting journal, both things that a very convenient on iPhone..Version: 4.9.2
