✓ Not blind friendlyI have yet to have a virtual/video visit with my provider because of a glitch with the question about whether I have bee there before. I have tried to no avail on iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad mini purchased 2 urs ago. No dive. The only way I can do it is to go get somebody’s tho can see to select that one darn radio button. Without it, no appt. nobody trying to use it or giving it lower ratings is the problem. I am fully Independant and the button does not work. I have been using apple’s voice over since my iPhone 4. Please fix that button? The clinic told me lots of other people also have that same issue. I hoped the last update would fictions it but it did not. I need to be seen or go to the emergency room in person. This is ridiculous..Fire EllaVersion: 1.15.1

✓ Keeps sending me to the wrong waiting roomI have missed two appointments now because VSee sent me to the wrong providers waiting room. I see 3 providers at this practice and twice now I’ve ended up in the wrong one. This caused me to miss a vitally important appointment and I was charged a no show fee. Well VSee can pay my no show fee this time! And I have to communicate with my provider by text message instead of face to face. Defeats the purpose of VSee if I don’t see my provider in real time..041203010479080373Version: 1.23.0

✓ Works OK, Needs Better UITechnically the app works fine and I have no issues seeing providers. The interface to join a session is clunky and doesn’t remember me, though, so I always have to manually type my address. The state field is especially bad because it’s a separate screen instead of a regular form field. None of it allows autofill. Overall it’s clunky and I’d rather not use it if I didn’t have to..DavmillarVersion: 1.26.1

✓ Convenient but has its issues.I’ve had a great experience with my therapist. I don’t drive, so being able to have therapy from home is very helpful. The problem is, I always experience connectivity issues. Both my therapist and I have pretty good internet connections but, for some reason, the app starts acting up. The audio always starts cutting off and I can’t hear my therapist, which it’s kind of important. We have to restart the session a few times and connecting and disconnecting wastes valuable time..Amilcar1990Version: 1.24.0

✓ Not blind friendly!!I tried and tried to use this app it will not allow me to choose yes or no when you get to the button that wants to know whether or not you’ve seen this doctor before after two months you think that will fix this problem since I know someone else also reviewed it for the same issue said maybe if they get enough complaints then actually fix it.Danni2467Version: 1.16.0
