✓ Excellent game - worth the investment with a few caveatsThis game is still in development but I’d say it’s worth it for what is there so far. I guess it depends on what maths concepts your child can already do. If they are just starting and already counting, the challenge will be sufficient. Otherwise they would finish what’s there quite quickly. My daughter has finished the Oxford sections that are there and is patiently waiting for the next instalment. In the meantime, she has been working through the Lessons section. It gets gradually harder and she has been learning maths concepts at her own pace. Unlike other apps it’s not repetitive drills but lessons. They are very well designed with proper voice acting and chances to try and try again. But if she gets stuck, there aren’t alternative lessons so I get her to practice in other apps or I show her. But she’s motivated to complete the module she’s on and that’s magic. As for the game section, I’m not so impressed but my daughter likes them (ABC game is quite poor, there’s a healthy eating game with a bossy chef which is quite amusing, others which are okay). The other apps in the bundle, I wouldn’t bother at all. The language one is really terrible and the parenting one might be good if you aren’t already signed up to other stuff. There’s a video app too which looks good. All in all, without the pointless extras, the main app (even though it’s not finished!) is excellent and worth the money. We really love IntellectoKids in this house. Big fans!.Version: 4.7.2
