✓ Why are there so many bugs?I’ve had this game for over 4 months and have spent money on most of the paid content. Now why is it that this game is already $8 and has major bugs? Every few or so days when I play this game sometimes the loading screen will turn white and never buffer or anything. Then I have to delete the game and re-download all of the trains and routes again only for it to probably not work. And a side note, where is the track builder? ✓ Good game with so much potential, but…*edit* *The game desperately needs a route editor and to improve the battery draining still* Let me start by saying I absolutely love this game and have been buying most of the new routes/trains. Not to mention the incredible graphics and good driving. Despite this, the fact the route editor hasn’t been released yet is quite a shame as I loved creating routes on the previous edition. However, since downloading some of the more recent packs, like the TGV duplex, I was getting the error message saying that some game assets have not been loaded correctly as some sort of game cache error or something. Furthermore since then, I have been unable to load the app. I get past the first loading screen and am just greeted by a white screen, with nothing happening no matter how long I leave it loading. It’s got to the point where I’m considering requesting a refund for the price of the game and the in game purchases that I’m now unable to access or use. If it wasn’t for the fact that I respect this game studio and am holding out hope for an update to fix the game and introduce the route editor, I would’ve already requested it. This isn’t even including the problem with the game occasionally crashing and losing progress… Overall, a good game, beautiful graphics and driving with lots of potential, but held back by some significant bugs to the point my version is completely unplayable on what is a relatively new iPad..BozzaLewisVersion: 1.0.77

✓ Hoping for improvements and new features over time.I was really excited when I heard about the launch of Trainz3 coming having enjoyed Trainz2. My excitement was short lived once I started playing. The graphics are great I can’t deny that but the overall UX while using the menus and in game controls feel clunky, confusing and dated. I was annoyed there was no free drive but that was fixed within a couple of days. Still no free drive for the premium routes such as market easterly though. I am hoping that the devs push updates over the coming days to improve and add more content to the game. ✓ SuggestionForget whistles on steam locomotives, we have the worlds loudest pop-off valves, especially on the Nickel Plate Road locomotive, please fix it, it’s very annoying I do believe that they aren’t that loud in real life you can keep ‘em because that’s realistic but just lower the volume on them so I can hear the locomotives actually work if it’s a simulation then you make them to the correct volume. When ever you place a locomotive you should have it already set to the correct amount of coal and water level and teach people how to get your pressure down in the game. ✓ A little bit of a step backwardsMy first impression of the game is it’s very very clunky to use, toggling between screens difficult and feels like a step backwards from T2. A lot of the locomotive context from previous versions has been removed suck as some of the Australian locomotives and rolling stock when this could have been added too IMO. The routes are pretty good and the graphics have been upgraded so that’s a big tick. Pretty disappointing cab reconstructions and some don’t even match the locomotive you select in the free use locomotives which is very shabby and poor for a train sim game. At that time we were promised world building / track editing like we had with previous Trainz sims. The UI takes up 70% of the screen, and for $7 you think the developer of the game would put in the time to have interactive controls in this game such as Flight Simulator X on IOS (its a free game btw), but nah this dude has the most outdated and ugly UI imaginable. Almost zero interaction with passengers, trains, etc. You have incredibly basic controls, and even those aren't in the slightest realistic. Graphics are decent I guess, but again for $7 it's you'd except more HD textures. The game overall just seems very bland, all you really do is go forwards and backwards, and nothing else. The other reviews for this game are definitely written by 11 year olds that have no experience with trains. It takes long to render going from cab view to outside and vice versa. There’s no true “main menu”. Again no settings tabs or game menus. It’s just “choose location, session, go”. No free drive from what I could find. Only sessions. That’s really disappointing in my opinion. Rolling stock is kind of limited. You say you have 50+ cars but they’re just different paints. So really you only truly have around half that. Audio sounds recycled. I recognize some horn and engine sounds from your previous games. ✓ Not as realistic as the older onesA lot of things are better than the old ones like moving cars and such but I tried to see what happens when a train derailed and it’s completely lacking. In the older sims the trains would actually derail and go off the track and everything, this one they just instantly stop where they’re at and have yellow x’s above them, which is kind of disappointing, especially saying this is the more advanced and realistic one out there.
