✓ App glitch?Been a loyal customer for years but noticed lately that the app keeps insisting i use the website instead of finalising my purchases on the app. extremely annoying wish this can be sorted and addressed..Version: 5.5.67
✓ WorstOne of the worst applications i used so far. Nothing is understood. I bought a razer card which I haven’t used, for 100$ 10 days ago and customer service still doesn’t know who used it or whats wrong with the card. The card is still in my account with the points but I can’t use them :)! I think they just want me to take a picture with..Version: 5.5.69
✓ ScammersI just purchased a 50$ iTunes American card, the card has been already used before I used it and the technical support insists that it was not, I talked to them many times they keep sending the same responses, If I really used it, I would not here writing this review wasting my time, but I don’t like being a victim for scamming I will never use this application again.Version: 4.1.1

✓ Trial of scam abortedImmediately after my purchased, a third party called me with the usual scammer scenario (there was a problem with your payment-though it was approved by my bank- and she was asking for my detailed credit card info (front and back), of course I didn’t . My question, how did a third party got access to my personal contact info ??? Any legit business will NOT ask you for your credit card info (esp over phone) and Banks always text customers to be aware of such scam calls. Please, Be aware and teach your kids and young adults. It’s clear either the site is hacked or inside employee/s is/are involved..Version: 5.5.86

✓ DislikeCardBy a mistake bought US dollars and couldn’t use them as my account is Saudi, tried many times to contact you, slow response and not efficient services. In the end after more than 24 hours they said your card is used by you,,, how come? After that I gave it to my friend in USA 🇺🇸 and he was able to use it..Version: 5.3.3
✓ Beware/Fraud?I bought an apple card, payment was fullfilled and money was withdrawn from my bank account. No redeem codes sent and when i spoke with the support team they told me please send us a pic of your master/visa card. When i declined they told me we cannot help you. So basically i thought that i was scammed. If its a legit app then its the worst costumer service i have ever encountered. How come the the customer pays the amount fully and then you dont deliver the things he payed for, but instead require further info and personal info after uou already withdrew the money. ✓ Problem with this applicationI tried many times to purchase an item and it say payment failed !! I tried to contact the team and no one helped me !! I tried to look for a contact # but there isn’t in your website no application or IG. I’ve been using this application for a while now and I’ve been liking it, but now I’m facing these issues and the customer service isn’t helpful at all! It’s unfortunate that this is happening after liking it for a while. I guess I have to find another application to substitute it..Version: 5.3.3

✓ Scam app Not recommendedI bought a Microsoft card worth 175$ and my order is still pending and my money is withdrawn from my bank account. I contacted the customer service and they are not helpful and probably they wouldn’t return my fund or even my order to redeem. ✓ Stolen my money.I bought 200$ worth of xbox money from them. and unfortunately it doesn’t get redeemed, and i’ve been waiting for over 10 days and i still couldn’t redeem it. my biggest issue was when contacting customer support, they told me to figure it out myself... horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible experience. ✓ Website or nothingThis app was amazing. I used it for so long and it always provided until the update where it will NEVER EVER let me use the app and I have to use the website. I dont want the best experience thank you I loved it the way it was but now whats the point of the app if I cant even use it. Whats worst is that even though I went to the website I still couldnt buy without an account and I try and they keep saying that this account is taken by the number I tried so many times to get a code and nothing. ✓ Poor customer serviceI gave 2 stars even though this app has been my go to any card and cheaper than most if not all. I’m very disappointed by their customer support. On the 12th of December I bought a $15 apple card and when I redeemed it, I only got $2. I contacted the customer support (even though it happened before and they were quick to fixing it) they asked me to wait a maximum of 48 hours, so I waited for 6 days. No updates, no refund, no any consideration of the time wasted in waiting. And every time I contact them, they ask me to wait. I’m afraid to say this but I am very much considering deleting this app and I will make sure everyone I know who is using this app to delete it as well..Version: 5.5.86
