✓ Good app, but... a bit elitistI love the idea of digitally storing cards. Obviously, it’s lot cheaper than buying real cards that will leave your wallet empty. However, while getting cards through collecting coins is easy if you have patience, it cost money to buy gems, which then purchase card packs. The packs bought with gems have a higher rate of getting better, rarer cards that you wouldn’t be able to get with regular coins. The “elite” part of the app is quite apparent, even going so far as to include profile pictures only gems can purchase in the latest update..Version: 1.1.3

✓ Where’s the info???I think it’s an awesome concept however I was a little disappointed. As a kid in the 80s and 90s I loved collecting the Marvel card sets. I had four complete collections of different year releases. When I saw this game I was ready for some nostalgia. I got through the tutorial and was excited to see my first cards. My favorite part about the cards as a kid was the power ratings and bios on the back of the cards. Imagine my disappointment when the app allows you to flip the card just to find a generic backing. No info, no stats, no bio. Without that, what’s the point of collecting? Please, please consider amending the app to include the bios and such on the back of the cards. It would make the game much more fun. Update: The developers are very courteous and professional in their responses to reviews. I was very impressed with the way they answered my questions and I’m looking forward to seeing the improvements made to this app as it progresses. ✓ Lives up to standard, but lacks a huge part of the gameI’m no stranger to playing topps. I’ve played Star Wars and Kicks Topps both in which I had an anazing time playing. After the release of Endgame, I was more than excited when I saw topps released a marvel card game. I instanatly downloaded. Due to the unorthodox menu, it took a bit getting used to. One huge problem I have with the game is that you CANNOT trade awards. This really ticked me off, because there really is no point to completing a set if no award is given. I completed two sets, but because I was a week late to the game I cannot obtain the award card for two sets. This isn’t a rant, because I know topps will fix it. I’m just disappointed. ✓ Great collection gameI love the aesthetics of this app and love collecting. The daily rewards and fusions are nice. Players are relatively friendly and help out. However, there are a few points that are lacking. Such as the Awards and character selections. The awards is often buggy and even though you complete a set, you don’t always get the set completion award. For example, there are set completion awards for Inhumans and Villains sets, that are obtained by the daily spins. However, once you complete the set, you still never get the set completion awards. Which is very disappointing. As for character selections, the X-men have tons of characters for example, but are missing staple characters. Like how can we have all the retro 90s cartoon characters but not include a single Gambit? Gambit is my all time favorite Marvel character and there is not a single Gambit to collect in this entire game. Super disappointed 😕 However, the overall game is very enjoyable and collecting your favorite characters or sets is a fun pass time..Version: 1.1.6

A little harder to get complete sets without spending real world cash but you always have to trade system, and there’s good ppl out there to trade with. My one and only think (if anyone at tops is reading this) in the “collection” tab, if you can set it to view cards by the collection they came in. that’s would be great. I wanna see the whole set next to each other. Even in the sets/reward tab could we see all the cards laid out so we can see what we have and don’t have, instead of the list view..... that’s all but awesome my wife has the Disney topps who’s here has some great epics and rare cards. ✓ Great app, 3 features are missingI absolutely love this app, but it would be amazing if you could buy players’ cards from them with in game currency, and get notifications when new trades come through. I believe that buying cards would allow new players to gather cards and complete sets without wasting coins on packs and getting dupe after dupe. I understand that this is a fun part of the game but I also would like a market for pulled cards. A levelling system would also be fun, with rewards as you collect more and more cards and increase the amount of cards you have in your collection. New cards could also give xp depending on rarity. ✓ Great entertaining product but have some mixed feelings5 stars out of 5 because it is fun to collect anything, let alone Marvel collectibles. Love how there is almost new products everyday. Totally sucked into buying diamonds as the envy for other collections grew. Expect to be the kid with the crappy card collection on the block if you don’t want to shell out for better odds at getting the premium product. Also not loving the card designs. I expect better layouts and designs for the epics and super rares especially if I am paying for diamonds to get them. If the only difference between a common and a rare is border colour difference, and you are okay with that, then shame on your creative team. Love the tilt and shiny features to some cards. Must have a small team if Topps keep recycling those two features. Hope to see some of the below suggestions implemented: - adding sound as a feature. A card with a quote from the character? - adding short animated clips/ video as a feature for a card - would love to see epics that can be put together to form a larger card, with multiple sensory features. - serially numbering the epics and maybe super rares - checklists. no great card sets are complete without a checklist - make it easier to check what cards a potential trading partner needs to complete a set. if this already exists please let me know..Version: 16.3.1

I’m an 80’s kid so I’ve never done the whole digital thing with cards because I grew up collecting the real deal but I figured I’d give this a shot for nostalgia. Overall I think One can you guys at least make us organize our cards better in the collections tab. I would love to organize my cards properly at least, especially if we’re paying money for these cards to own. Two where’s the stats or little history of the card on the back of them? That would be awesome to add as well. Three can you make at least a decent more amount of the super and rare cards for those who aren’t fast enough to buy them or can’t right away when it’s announced or on sale? I figure we all can’t make the sale due to priorities and all or were to busy trying to purchase diamonds only to come back to all cards sold out. ✓ Careful spending money on app*Update. After submitting a second ticket topps support got the missing card back with bonus diamonds. Though frustrating took two tickets to get card back, I think topps fairly resolved the issue. I had bought a $25 reserve box. The special card if comes with went missing from my account. Attempted to resolve with topps support but they just said they confirmed I never had the card even though I purchased the box. ✓ Good but please read.This app is very fun. The cards are something Quidd doesn’t even have, however the lack of notifications when someone sends you a trade, or when someone counters or accepts one is hard to believe exists. You would think that’s the standard thing to do. That and there should be messages between players, get rid of the gems and make coins the only currency, you can even buy coins if you want. Another thing is the fact that you can only look at the back of the card and the front and swipe to check another one. You should be able to pull it and hold it wherever you want on screen. The last thing is something that needs desperate fixing. The navigation of the app is probably the worst part, it is incredibly confusing. I would say change some things up you’re good. That’s it, I tried to list literally every problem the game has. Of course it has bugs but everything does. Hopefully I get a reply, if not thank you for your time 👌..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Hurt Me Twice!!!Let me start by saying I absolutely love this app! It’s fun and nerdy and gives me something to do. However, I’ve faced the same problem twice now! I had an account (I played normally, I trade cards fairly, and I acquired new cards legally) where I was banned or reported or something to where my privileges were suspended through trading and collecting (the point of the game) and I couldn’t enjoy the app anymore. So I made a new account even though I was so sad to loose my progress on my first one and the same thing happened! Currently, I am shut out of two accounts I would love to return to, but frankly, probably will never have back and I will end up deleting the app. While this was a problem for me twice, DON’T WORRY, if you are looking to get this app I recommend it- it’s fun- but be cautious, not too ambitious, and don’t get your heart invested. ✓ Great for CollectorsThis is a fun app that has tons of appeal and addictive qualities. If you are into collecting, give it a burn. You won’t be disappointed. There are a few niggles with how fairly trades play out but that is mainly to higher tier players trying to strangle out those who don’t know the rules. Don’t fall for their trap. To improve the app... I say placing a restriction on the number of a particular card a player can have. It would balance out the playing field a bit better. Too many hoarders who like I stated try to strangle out lower tier players. Another option to consider, is having a two layered trading post. One would be too actually communicate with each other prior to a trade is done to understand better what they are looking for. As it stands right now, it’s a guessing game and frustrating at times. Thirdly and lastly, an option to either stick with digital cards or physical. There are a lot in my personal collection I would love to have in my hand. Charge for the Postage and Packaging and impose a minimum limit, I’m sure I’m not the only one who would love this feature. Other than that... keep up the hard work Topps. ✓ Really good, but some draw backsI personally really enjoy this game, I love seeing all of the different art styles and collecting all of the cards, it’s not pay to play, but it is a lot more difficult when you don’t pay for anything, you will rarely ever get diamonds when you don’t pay, which I don’t, but diamonds are important for getting most rarity over rare. Another thing is that you don’t get alerted when a trade expires, is accepted, or is declined. My last thing I want to say is that the events and packs are very well put together. P.S. ✓ App is great!I am on all the Topps apps and pretty much like them all and always hope that they don’t lose there license for the rights like they did with Huddle and UFC because then we will run out of Topps apps. The only thing I don’t like now is the traders don’t trade like they use to. They want to hoard everything and it makes it harder to collect collections when you need one and someone else has 50 and they don’t want to trade one or they try and rip you off for a low count card. ✓ Fun way to scratch that collectors itchI grew up collecting cards, comics, coins, stamps… you name it. I’ll admit, that at first, I thought the idea of a digital collection was silly and too abstract. But the more i thought about it, where are my physical cards? Tucked away in binders and boxes. While there was always something satisfying about putting those last cards for a set in a binder, there is also something kinda liberating about allowing the app to sort, organize, and store your collection. Also, being able to trade w people to complete sets is very fun and satisfying. Granted, you have to weed through a handful of greedy vultures on the trade market, there are plenty of honest, even generous ones out there. Lastly, you don’t have to break the bank to play this. There is the option to spend, if you see a set that really catches your eye, but plenty of fun cards and complete collections can be had by accumulating free coins, fusing cards, and completing challenges. Ultimately, a fun way to pass time on the train, the waiting room, wherever you mess around w your phone.. except that you actually feel the sense of owning some assets w some value at the end of the day, as opposed to just high scores in a game..Version: 19.8.2

✓ Poor card draw chancesLove the app and have put tons of time in on it. Easy to collect even without spending any cash but for some of the rarer cards and sets you’ll have to fork some over. The big issue is that the insert odds are way off. For example if an insert has 1:3 chance of being pulled that means in a pack of 5 cards I’d pull one every pack. Or at least every other pack, no? Often you will blow through thousands upon thousands of coins and never pull one. Additionally, when buying diamond to get premium packs you will often end up with multiples of the same cards in your packs, forcing you to spend additionally to get those premium inserts. However is those odds were to ring true more often this would be a near perfect experience..Version: 11.4.1
✓ Addicting little game if given a chanceFirst off, I like that this Marvel game includes the X-Men and related properties. So props there! Second, I used to collect actual cards back in grade school and was skeptical about virtual cards being worth my time. That said, the game is very F2P friendly and so if you like Marvel and want something to pass a few minutes with some nice artwork every few hours this is a great way to do that and you’ve nothing to lose. Paid currency isn’t required but if you want a higher chance at rare cards it’s very cheap unlike most other games that cost an arm and a leg. To Topps: Thanks for the friendly customer service recently with an issue and efforts to bring card collecting to us phone zombies but please consider getting physical Marvel cards back on the shelves. However after downloading the app I can tell that has changed. Coins are easier to get now and the event cards are mainly free! However the app crashes after I play fo about a minute. ✓ Love love love!I just love Topps Marvel!! I play it multiple times every day. But not only that, my husband, daughter, niece, nephew, and even Mother In law play! There are many events such as watching a movie together and getting cards along with what your watching on the movie. It’s allot of fun and feels like a community. ✓ Need a better way to tradeTrading is a pain. Everyone puts up comments like base dups for base needs. The problem is there is no way to see what they need. So when you send them an offer most of the time they already have those cards and decline your offer and no one seems to take the time to do a counter offer. You should be able to easily see what they need just like you can see what you need. Also when you initiate a trade it is a shot in the dark if they even have the card you are looking for. ✓ Too priceyPlease integrate some kind of system that makes it so people can only buy the card packs that cost diamonds where you get a guaranteed card one time purchases. Because people always buy like 10 of the same card and then the prices it costs to get the card via trading are near impossible to match for free to play people and people who don’t spend hundreds of dollars.
