✓ IntermittentI travel a lot for work so use a VPN for accessing unsecured networks. I was using hotspot shield but thought I’d have a change and give VPN360 a go. Started off quite well and was connecting first time then after a few weeks it started to fail to connect. Tried reinstalling, turning IPad off and on etc, made no difference. ✗ Waste of time and moneyBought this app but it doesnt actually work , the only free location which usa works but when you pay for a premium account to get all the other locations they all simply connect to one other location which is in my experience the arab emirates . You may press france or holland or japan etc it either takes ages and not connect or it does eventually but to the arab emirates . When you try and get a refund app has next to guidance on doing so , went to through apple store to sort the issue and did the whole report problem thing . Soon i as submitted the reason for refund all you get is something along the lines of “ your purchase didnt meet the criteria for a refund “ Surely if you buy something and it doesnt do say it says on the tin you re miss sold . Anyway save your time and money , definetly not worth it and potentially is a scam but i refrained to use/say as the free location worked ..Huseyin.1989Version: 2.0.4

✗ Absolute scamI downloaded this app and started the free premium trial, towards the end of the free trial I went to end it, there was no clear way to end it, even from looking at their instructions, i asked them to end my trial- nothing. Then I’ve contacted them asking to not charge me any more and heard nothing back. My next steps will be to contact the App Store for help. Absolutely disgusting that they take your money this way, it’s almost stealing, I don’t feel that Apple should have this app on their App Store. I’ve already paid for one months membership that I didn’t want I just hope they don’t take any more of my money!.Hattie2014Version: 1.2.2
