✓ What a FRUSTRATING HEADACHE!I wish I could give this app and this service 0 stars because that’s just how I feel. We have had issues with the app and with the website for Impact for MONTHS now! At one point, they were charging us TWICE per month because we signed up on the website, and through the app (we had to sign up in the app because it wasn’t recognizing our account from signing up through the website)! I just now sat here for 30 minutes trying to cancel my subscription because there is no way to contact this company! They say you can reply to an email, you try to reply, and the “email address cannot be found”. There is no contact number for support, only message request chat service on the website where they take your name, email address and message and will “get back to you as soon as they can”. We love impact wrestling and were looking forward to watching all the shows whenever we want, but this system, this app, and this service is severely flawed. We will not be rejoining anytime soon. ✓ Got potential but not thereThe old content is very nice to see but that’s were It stops. A common with on demand is being able to send what you want to watch to your tv or google chrome. This app you can’t do that plus not being able to watch Bound For Glory 2017 on the app has hands down stoped me from renewing with not being able to watch on the tv. ✓ Great content but very disorganizedThey got a huge library of content but no organization to find exactly what you are looking for. They pretty much have a tab notifying you that they have added more content but then proceed to encourage you to find it in a pile of content they have given you. Also, why can’t I find all of the latest ppv’s on the app. Wwe network gives you the latest pay per view events just for being a member. For $10 a month I’m garunteed to watch all upcoming ppv’s the second they are live through their network. I heard this years Slammiversary was so good this year. I can only give up to last years event. Do I need to wait a year? Is there a better membership I need to enjoy it? Am I expected to pay full price for the event? ✓ DO NOT PAY FOR THISEver since the update about 4 months ago, there’s always problems accessing the content no matter which device you use. Currently I’m on an annual subscription valid until June 15, 2021 but I cannot watch any subscriber content because it says I’m not a paid subscriber. Their help/contact us idiots absolutely will not respond to you any sooner than 45 days from the time you send a support email. Their Twitter account doesn’t reply to anything. And their executives on Twitter ignore everything you tweet to them as well. I *used to* love TNA/Impact but now I hope they go bankrupt and get bought out by a company who actually cares about their fans and good customer service..Version: 7.0.3
✓ Stay away!!!An Impact plus subscription does not include the pay per view?!?! That is highly disappointing and misleading. Your website is extremely hard to navigate and I had to get all my info about the service on Wikipedia (not the most reliable I know, but it was all I had to go with). It said there that all pay per views were included, which seemed to make sense since that seems to be the standard in other streaming sites. Also, when I went to your site to order the event, the first thing it did was to suggest the Impact plus packages. Why would I not at that point assume that the pay per view, that I went there in the first place to order, would be included? And once I downloaded your app and realize how clunking and difficult it was, you don't have a "grace period" to cancel? I cancelled my subscription within 30 min, now I'm stuck with it for a year?!?!? Well, congratulations, you won!! You tricked me out of my money. I should have done my research and seen all the reviews that BEG people not to sign up. I will spend the next year trying to navigate the labyrinth that is your app and vainly attempt to find programming in the disorganized mess that is your archives. ✓ Need’s a lot of workI do like the fact I can have access to these libraries. This app needs a lot of work. I don’t like that I have to search for everything. They need categories with ppv’s and weekly impact shows. Every time I watch something and want to stop, I have to back out to the main menu and go back in again. ✓ Always Restarting When Returning To AppThis is a great app but please fix the problem with the app refreshing every time someone leaves the app for a few seconds. This is the only video streaming app I use that does this. I watch a video and then leave for a few seconds to take a phone call and then go back to find the app restarts. Also, please allow people to continue where they left off if they choose to watch part of a video later. Other video streaming services remember where the video stopped. I shouldn’t have to remember where I left off so I can find that exact location later in order to continue watching an episode..Version: 5.0.4
✓ Subscription FailNever had an issue with the impact plus app before, now it seems to be not working properly. I can watch the weekly impact shows but not the PPV’s or exclusive shows. I’m hoping that you can help remedy this issue soon, I have already missed the Against All Odds and Victory Road shows. I am patient but will cancel my subscription. ✓ Don’t Waste Your MoneyHeaven forbid you try to watch live events. First I had to activate a device (my tv) I’ve already watch Impact Plus. Then Impact’s website is down for 15 minutes, I can’t activate anything. When I finally get the get my activated I get an “Sorry Something went wrong.” Yeah, I expected your app to work. 30 minutes I FINALLY get logged in. ✓ Worst AppThis is the worst streaming app I’ve ever subscribed to. You sign up for the subscription and you are forced to sit through a dozen commercials or more sometimes to load an episode. Also; at times, commercials will randomly play during the middle of a match. The tech support for this app is really of no use. ✓ Flaws after the upgradeI really like this app to look at all the old episodes of TNA/ impact. Apparently there was some sort of upgrade that was done and now I am unable to view certain things. ✓ $6.99 subscription unlocks dickI have subscribed to this before for the $71.99 yearly subscription and it gave me no content I couldn’t get without a subscription.I then had to pay AGAIN to get the $95.99 one.I contacted the developers and they were saying i didn’t have a subscription even though money was taken from my account and they said contact apple so i did and apple said contact them and they ignored me.So my year ran out amounting to a cost of almost $200 and i decided to get a subscription to watch victory road 2020 and because the$6.99 one also doesn’t give you anything you don’t get free already I can’t resubscribe until the month runs out at a higher tier.I tried contacting impact directly to no help but don’t get the $6.99 or the $71.99 on apple it doesn’t give you anything..Version: 6.2

✓ Upload times and app restartsI’m really liking the app; however, upload times are an issue with me. For example trying to watch the previous night’s Impact or Xplosion. They’re not uploaded the following day. Not even the following week. Impact is not too much of a deal because I can watch on demand on cable, but I’d like to watch Xplosion the next day if I could because I’m in the US... ✓ Skip forward or back?I absolutely love this app but my main issue is that there is no skip forward 10,15 or 30 secs or back 10,15 or 30 secs like there was before. Moving that scroll bar isn’t accurate and I either move too far forward or too far back if I miss something. Another issues is the save points, sometimes I would have to stop watching and close the app and when I get back to where I was I have to start over again. ✓ Needs WorkI like the UI and it’s rather easy to navigate. Plus it’s nice to re-live moments of TNA that I have seen and haven’t seen. The nostalgia aspect and the UI warrant three stars at best to me. However, app certainly has some issues that other streaming apps don’t have. Such as you can multi-task and let the video play and respond to a text message too. Also and this is a big one. If you exit out of watching a show, it’ll only save your spot once. If you plan on taking multiple breaks from a show keep that in mind. This will also linger past finishing the show. So if you finish the show, the app will have a pop-up that’ll say “resume from [timeframe]” or “watch from beginning”. It’ll remain in your Continue Watching from that point on. ✓ App and website issues.It bugs the crap out of me to stream the videos on tv through chromecast and I can’t even pause the video to get up to grab a snack, use the bathroom or anything else without having to start from the beginning. As far as the website goes, once I find the video I want to see on my computer, I can’t pause the video at all or even go full screen because the buttons do not respond to my commands. As a paying monthly subscriber, this is totally unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately or I will look into seeing if I have any legal recourse to pursue, because I’m not getting what I’m paying for when I don’t have full control of commands while viewing a video. ✓ Needs quite a bit of work- Glitches and freezes when attempting to full screen a video or rotate to horizontal - if a connection is lost, then regained it freezes up and you can't resume playing from where you were watching before - if you leave the app momentarily it takes you back to the main screen and again, you've lost your spot on the show you're watching I really want to support this product but the app is really becoming frustrating. ✓ Just a couple problems that really really really need to get fixedI typically watch impact the morning after it airs. I had been doing this via twitch which sucked because the episode would only be there sometimes and occasionally I’d have to scrub through a 24hr long video to do so, then I became aware of this app. I love that the most recent episode of impact is right there, clearly labeled when I open the app. Why isn’t this being advertised?? My only problem is that if I want to cast it to my tv I loose the ability to pause, fast forward, or rewind. Why was this overlooked? On every other steaming app if you cast to another device the rectangle where the video appears on my phone retains its other capabilities. Also, what is the point of subscribing if it doesn't give you access to PPVs????? I’ve never watched a live impact PPV but I would watch them all if the impact + subscription included them (and I would only subscribe if that was the case)..Version: 7.0.3

✓ Fix it!!I really want to check out Impact now that it’s under the supervision of the rat king and Scott D’Amore but this app is complete garbage.
