✓ The New NormalMy introduction to Freshly was during the pandemic. Fresh food was limited in stores (or so I’m told) and I rationed at home for nearly three months, as I waited for a safer time when more people had been exposed and were hopefully not contagious. I lost 30 lbs and was no longer obese, but I wanted to find a healthy alternative to do a lifestyle change so I didn’t pack the fat back on. My daughter introduced me to freshly. I found the app easy to use, well developed, informative, and the prices were pretty good. The meals came in a wide variety that allowed me to try international recipes without the restaurants. I could adjust my selections to suit my tastes as each delivery date approached. The meals are made and delivered unfrozen in chilled packaging, so no need for preservatives or excess processing methods that our diets have fallen into; just look at the pronounceable ingredient lists. Did I mention the meals taste great? It’s a win-win for your health and your finances. Restaurant quality meals without parking, fuel, or tips. The ability to pause a shipment until you are ready means you can control the costs. Depending on your plan, even with shipping, the meals are much cheaper than dining out. ✓ Delicious & the customer service is A+Flavorful meals, easy to change meals, change # of meals, skip deliveries, it’s all easy. You have any problem whatsoever? Message them using the chat option and they are quick and efficient. I’ve even used the option to leave chat (if there’s any wait time and you don’t want to wait) and they e-mailed me so fast already taking action on the problem I described in the chat. I had an issue with change of address and they did make a mistake but I called them and they reviewed the last chat I had with someone giving my address, they owned up to it quick and fixed it ASAP. SO genuine and didn’t act like I was an inconvenience. Customer Service is beyond great and the meals are great too. ✗ The worst experience !!They failed to deliver my food two times in a row and I was depending both the times on the meal that was supposed to get get delivered instead of making one by my own. By the time I figured it out that they messed it up, it was too late in the evening to start making my meal for that evening. You would need to understand that you are dealing with very sensitive part of our life, our meal, our time that it takes to prepare that meal and our entire planning (that we make depending on that meal) for that evening . Evrytime I reach out, I get an apology and a refund. But you do need to understand a refund at that mkment won’t help to fix the situation that you created for the person at receiving end. And by this time I see there to be three addresses, and one of them without my apt no. To mention I have not added the 2nd and 3rd address. Everytime I call customer care, they ask my address for veryfication and somehow that creates a new instance of address in my address list. Please understand my account information is my information that only I should have control on, how some other person can add address to my account? There is even no way to find out the amount of store credit from the app that one has. Each time they fail to deliver, they says they are also adding store credit as compensation (and which is not enought considering the sensitivy of the servise the are responsible for) and one has no visibilty to that store credit..Poorly serverd customerVersion: 1.6.1

✗ Advertised as Keto?I have been doing freshly for about 2 months now. The meals are great. Just enough food in my opinion and tasty. Super convenient between work (with a commute to the city), gym, life.. Freshly tastes the thought and hassle out of it. As other reviewers have said, packaging needs improvement but wasn’t enough reason for me to cancel. However, I signed up after they advertised specifically with “keto friendly options.” There are approximately FOUR true keto meals available weekly (the menu changes) and I am definitely stretching. I was really looking forward to this and was even enjoying it, but when only 3-4 options out of 25 on the menu are under 25g of carbs, there is too little variety. Also, the app should let you sort by carbs, same as the site, while also breaking down Net Carbs - if you’re going to claim to be “keto friendly.”.S_scanVersion: 1.7.1
