It is a bit confusing at first but the instructions and arrows at the beginning did help. We recently had a group of 28 students and teachers visiting our community from France. They were staying with host families and traveling into the city nearly daily. It was necessary to keep the host families updated regularly with reminders and schedule changes. This program proved invaluable to accomplish that. I wanted to be sure their return messages didn’t go to a group but just to me. Yes!! They only come to me!! But, I was super disappointed that you have to press OK for every contact in your group. Then I watched the video and it showed me how the app puts their name into every message so it is personal!! Exactly what I wanted, but wasn’t aware it could be done so easy. It got rejected immediately because the tech said my 1 800 number (which I never asked for in the first place) had to be verified and that could take up to 10 days… really!? ✓ Great for mass textingI’ll tell you what an awesome app this has turned out to be! I had my doubts but it’s works great it’s only had a couple of hiccups. So if you’re looking for a app to send one text to a lot of people like I do this is the app for you. This does cut the time way down as you don’t have to copy and paste every the message to every person/customer. You just have to hit send repeatedly. At first this seems annoying, but so far I haven’t found a way of sending a mass text any faster. I usually send a message to around 150 people it takes about 2 mins to send them all. I saw that the app uses Apple shortcut’s program to send automatic without me needing to do it myself . Can you make a shortcut to auto delete messages sent . ✓ Update:After using this application just one time, my iMessage stopped working and my FaceTime doesn’t connect to my phone number anymore. It’s been a week that I’m trying to fix it and apple customer service did everything and finally I was told that this application has made this issue . Even I uninstalled the application and factory reset my iPhone but still the problem is not fixed. Update: the customer service from Reach sent me an email and explained where the issue comes from. ✓ Great App and Great Customer Support!I contacted Customer Support with a problem in the way my messages appeared for sending after I installed iOS 13.2. They immediately responded and after some info exchange and troubleshooting, determined it was a 13.2 problem but they gave me some nice workarounds and suggestions. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The App is perfect for me also. I like to send an encouraging Word text to a goodly number of my friends and family every day and if they respond with a need or comment, have it come back to me only. Before Reach I was sending over 50 individual texts a day so imagine my delight at discovering Reach! It saves me over an hour a day of being glued to my phone and lots of other hassles. ✓ Great customer supportI recently asked Reach customer support about an issue I was having with my iMessages, which turned out to be an Apple related issue. Reach responded to me within the hour on a weekend! The Reach staff was very helpful with providing information on how to resolve and also prevent iMessage errors. Although my problem resulted in an Apple issue, nothing to do with the Reach app, I was very impressed with Reach and how they cared and provided information. Additionally, they went that extra step and followed up with me to make sure my messages were fixed and working properly. I use this app for my business and it is great! I’m really happy with Reach and how it has allowed me to organize my customers and potential customers. I am grateful for the staff for also providing me support and tips to keep the app working smoothly even when my phone was not working properly. I highly recommend this app if you need to communicate with a group at once. You can personalize it and when they respond it just goes to you, not the group. And it is easy to use and fast. The only thing that is weird is that I could not personalize emails the same way I personalize texts. Then I’ve had others reply to me and others who also received my message also receive their replies. ✓ Reach makes you life easierThis is the best tool I found to communicate with families. I am a bilingual teacher working in different buildings. My district have other apps to communicate, but nothing is more efficient than Reach. I have more than 100 students, and probably 60% prefer translations. In the app you can set up the language you want for each contact individually… So, I write my messages in English, and then I just have to hit the send bottom and the magic happens. You can also personalize these messages, by adding a recipient’s name or a nickname. My opinion is that this app is a must own.
