Perfect for quarantineI was feeling stuck in a rut in isolation - I think we’ve all seen the numerous preachey Instagram posts telling us to use this period of time to become better people etc. But that message just wasn’t getting through to me, it made me feel bad about myself. Then through Instagram as well I saw an advert for this app, I downloaded it and I am so grateful that it has come into life! Initially I was sceptical about whether I was going to pay after my free trial came to an end but after the first day it was a no brainier to me. I feel on track and I feel good about myself thanks to the little nudges that Fabulous gives me throughout the day. This app is like a life coach in your phone! Amazing and helpful but would add stuffAfter 2 weeks of trying out this game, I felt many changes to my life. I would always wake up tired and I would stay that way throughout the day but now this app helped me be more motivated and energised in life and even setting habits into you that work a charm. I love this app and what it has done for me. I would request that there should be more stuff for the free subscription e.g in the ambiance music. There’s only 2 out of like 10 that are free and I find that a bit annoying but it doesn’t really matter if you don’t change it. Would recommend to anyone. Keep it up devs.Version: 1.29.0

Fabulously designedLove this app. I’m not much into online and app related stuff but this app was shared with me by a friend and Its so useful to me, the daily reminders really help and love that you can choose different challenges and focuses. It’s been really well designed and really makes a difference in my life. A good core idea but not very user friendlyIf you’re very new to the whole idea behind it, it can be fun, informative and very useful. However if you read and/or tried similar things before it can feel a bit crowded. You only need the core checklist that unlocks bit by bit, but you’re bombarded with stories, poems, push notifications etc. I understand they provide a sort of push for when we’re feeling down but I don’t think everyone needs that all the time. I used the app for a while then I stopped because I felt like the app added to the distractions I was trying to avoid. I came back to it months later when I was looking for something similar, only because I already paid for the premium. This time I’m enjoying it more, being there before I ignore the fluff and find the UI more manageable..Version: 1.44.1

Thank you for helping me save my life.Fabulous has been the friend and guiding hand I wished for but didn’t think I’d find. It’s really the small things. The little messages of support when I struggle to be consistent. The coaching about soothing anxiety made me cry. The night before I had a panic attack because I had a driving test in the morning and found it difficult to sleep. I felt so destroyed by the power of my negative thoughts. Has improved my moodI have struggled with depression since my early 20s and I’d tried Fabulous before but never gave it a true chance. Having a routine is so important for our mental well being now more than ever and the app is designed so well to instil good self care. It starts simple so you can manage the tasks and gives helpful tips and information along the way. This app gives you such a range of resources there really is something for everyone. When you first start using it, it will ask you about what you want to focus on to improve on your journey, another lovely personal touch. I’m now building a routine for 21 days but if I manage to stick to it I maybe investing in the premium version. Fabulous makes it so easy for me to be proactive about self care which is what I personally require. I’ve tried other well being apps but this one is definitely a cut above the rest..Version: 1.38.0

MotivationalI’ve been using this app for a little bit now, I can’t explain how peaceful and relaxing it is to achieve my goals with such calm and nurturing energy. I guess I’m just pleased that this app is letting me slowly figure out my own routine and place in this life. Sounds dramatic but I think it’s been a great addition to my life. Great app, but UX + UI needs consistencyI’ve found it very helpful and simple to motivate small changes that are fundamental to a healthy lifestyle, both physical and mental. The one thing I notice continually is the app feels like it’s been ‘made from a few different Lego bricks’ - 1. It can be a little confusing when tasks are completed exactly how to complete them, or how to accept further tasks. Task flows can sometimes lead you to a video where you accept a new challenge, but you have to input data (“I’ve drunk water for day 3”) on another state, which takes you to a slightly different task flow. This can be resolved by crafting a core task flow pattern, and rinse and repeating. 2. It would be great to see more consistency in UI components / look and feel. I’m unsure if you have a design system already, but creating cohesion between states and task flows will make the experience feel like a contained, singular environment rather than multiple evolutions of designs bolted on together. I feel this would be a natural iteration of the great experience + intention that’s already going behind the app..Version: 1.38.4

This is app is greatSo I just got this app because I saw it on Instagram and is so far so amazing like I would 100% recommend but… these are some of the thing I would absolutely love if you put in so instead of making a lot of it premium make like the morning routine thing not premium I struggle a lot with stress and organisation and I would really love if you didn’t make lots of it premium because I really want to strive as a person and become better but I can’t unfortunately do that without there being restrictions. Great, but there’s just a couple things that I would changeGreat app, really enjoy it. Has changed the way I do things. One thing that maybe a concern: there’s a feature au quite like that I don’t use. It’s the Fabulous Moment, where the timer ticks down for your list while playing music. Why don’t I use it? It makes my phone really hot and drains my battery. Not a huge problem at the moment, but so don’t understand why it drains so much power or makes my phone so hot. Also, I’d like to have a freedom about where activities from my Journey can go, which routine they go in. I do my exercise later on in the day, and I’m not going to move it to the morning, for example. Although I would really prefer not to have an afternoon routine at all, and replace it with a really long morning routine, but I can’t delete it. Absolutely wonderful app!I’ve been through so many apps looking for something that will support and encourage me to set goals, create healthy habits that stick, and get into beneficial routines- 3 things I have struggled and failed to achieve for so long. Honest reviewI have tried so many times to build habits. I would say that the biggest problem I have faced is my inconsistency and ability to create change. I want to be a productive, healthy and happy person and this feels like the first big step I have taken to achieve that. Fabulous!Good review: It’s a great app that shows short animations and videos to show Guide you through your that path you take. If you complete a Target you get a feeling of achievement and it gives you a good well done. They use inspirational letters and rewards to keep you going. Improvements: Obviously it is a good app but there are a few things I think it would make the app easier and better to use! - multiple notifications for a task that is set - a tutorial at the start of how to use the app Overall review: I think that app is a great app and it makes amazing results when you get the hang of how to use it. It’s good for all ages and sets good habits in at a young age; even if you are older it’s good to learn new ways and this app is perfect for this. I downloaded many other apps before this app and they are all useless in comparison . Love this app! & you will tooWhen I decided I wanted to change my life into the vision I had of myself in my head constantly, I kept putting it off because I didn’t understand where to begin. I wanted to change basically everything about how I led my life. But how do you just stop doing what you have been doing for so long? How do you get out of the perfectly confortable bubble you've built for yourself? I downloaded Fabulous. It was out of no where, wasn’t expecting much. I promised myself I’d give it a try, there was so many resources, categories to help with whatever I was struggling with & even a community of people sharing their stories. Unfortunately I wasn’t consistent for a while. It took me about 3 months on & off the app. What I liked about it is that it was always there, no judgement, I’d open it a couple times & some days I wouldn’t open it at all. That is the truth about change. I am now fully committed to bettering myself & wont stop until I feel like I’ve learned all of the information & techniques Fabulous has to offer. Great for building better routines and habitsI have been using Fabulous for a while now and have noticed a drastic improvement to my overall health and productivity. With the help of this app, I have gotten into the habit of getting up early and exercising for 30 minutes, eating healthier, drinking water and meditating twice a day. For me, knowing that I’m ticking it off in the app and building a ‘streak’ is what motivates me. The small steps it asks you to complete each day help to build the mindset for the habit you are creating to make it more appealing and easier. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my productivity. Great for starting routinesThis app is well designed and the idea behind it is good. It does definitely help encourage you to create good routines. As others have said, there’s a lot available for free in the app and there are no ads. The only thing that bugs me (and why it’s not a 5 star for me) is that the app creators use premium membership subscription as an incentive for doing well in your routines. Eg “oh wow, good work you’ve unlocked an awesome offer, get premium for $xx a year, this is really rare!”. It makes me not want to upgrade because what are they going to incentivise with if I was a premium member? I feel like they should keep the two things seperate..Version: 1.23.1

Doesn’t feel like a burdenI struggle with ADHD so O frequently get caught up in my head. This app helps me keep on task without making me feel like a failure if I miss a day or two. Best app on my phoneThe old me wouldn’t believe that an app could change her life so much, but in truth, this app has made a huge impact on my daily life. Before Fabulous, I would wake up 10 minutes before I had to leave in the morning. I never ate breakfast, I didn’t make my bed or clean my room, I almost never had enough time to wash my face, and to be quite honest, I didn’t always remember brush my teeth. And it wasn’t just in the mornings that I struggled. During the day, I would hardly ever exercise outside of activities I needed to do, and overall I wasn’t making time for myself. Now, because of Fabulous, I have routines that I follow each morning, noon, and night that I customized to fit my interests and time schedule. I always remember to brush my teeth btw, along with many other things I used to struggle to do, and I’ve become more aware of my feelings, and my goals. I even feel that I have become more ambitious. I’m honestly super glad I got this app, and not only that, but I also highly recommend paying for the subscription. Through that, I got access to meditational practices, the ability to customize my routine, start new interests, and build many new habits besides the first sets. Slightly confusing in the beginningReally wonderful idea, I think the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it was slightly confusing to follow along in the beginning and it kind of pushed me away. Good but ExpensiveI really enjoy using this app. It has some really good features and a good philosophy backing it up. It’s slow to progress but the challenges start small. I have been more consistent with this than similar apps, and there is more all in one place. Eg, Yoga/stretching and meditation exercises built in. I do, however, think the pricing model needs a change up. I’ll be subscribing for 1 year - but would prefer a lifetime pass. At $400 it’s too much of an investment - and I don’t feel like it is a good deal - when apps sometimes disappear off the face of the planet with a couple years. 1 year sub is more affordable, better cost vs risk - than other popular apps, but I would love to see the price lowered as adoption increases and the business is more viable - just because I think better, more affordable access to these kinds of tools would be a good thing for humanity in general. Not everyone can afford these things and it breaks my heart. Wishful thinking I am sure - but I had to bring it up!.Version: 1.33.0

The Jump Start I NEEDEDI used to live my ~dream~ life and I had my set of habits that worked. I was always in a great space and nothing could have brought me down. Then I moved away for college. The freshman 15 happened and I just went up from there, I started sleeping later and waking up later, and I lost focus of the habits that made me happy. Since then I’ve been trying to get the motivation or the will to do the things I love and I always feel the need to start it all at once which is difficult and unrealistic. Bit this app has made that more of a reality. I might get a later start to my day since I’m still just trying but the practices and talks on this app, the realization that motivation isn’t real you just have to do, and the checklist all give me the push necessary to bettering me and my daily life. Honestly, can’t really find the words to describe it but try the free trial and see if it works for you. Personally, I used it once and didn’t really understand it, forgot to cancel my trial and here we are. Best accident to happen yet. But you have to want it and be willing to really make some changes or it’s not going to work. Fabulous is just a tool, it’s up to you whether or not you use it..Version: 1.34.3

Feed back on app after 6 days of useI have found this app to be of great value and am challenged by the app to ensure I achieve my daily goals as set for me. They are simple ones, and I feel already changes occurring with my thinking and behaviours. The app is a none judgemental way of changing behaviours, and already I am finding I am willing to accept instructions and achieve them. I do not feel like I am being nagged at or spoken down too, as is a common trait of humans who want to see me change, but after a while, I am not listening. With the app, a bond is already established. To some reading this you may feel I have flipped my lid, however already 64% of workers surveyed trust AI over their manager. Perhaps AI is already smarter than we are giving it credit for. I am not surprised; AI is already replacing middle manager roles..Version: 1.29.0

Useful so farI’m reviewing after using the app for a week, so it’s possible I’ll wish I’d rated it more highly once I’ve seen more of what it can do - but since it is already asking for a review, here it is. I’ve found the app useful. It starts off getting you to drink water as soon as you wake up for 3 days in a row, and builds other habits from there. So far I’m drinking water, eating a good breakfast, and doing a simple workout 3 times a week. The effects of this aren’t clear yet as it’s still early days. However, it’s already improved my mental state and attitude towards routine. The app is very aesthetically pleasing, and I think a lot of people would enjoy the visual appeal. I personally find the interface a bit overwrought and would actually prefer a much simpler layout and format, without all the distracting sections and narrative frills. However, it’s clear enough to keep me coming back. I am going to keep using the app and, as things stand at the moment, I would sign up for the paid version. Be FABULOUS - download this app *RIGHT NOW*It’s rare I write a review for an App, let alone TWO reviews for the same App - and let alone in such a short space of time (less than a month apart). From the psychology and evidence/research-backed exercises (and easy/layman’s explainations of why they are so important), to the super simple execution of such, the personalised letters of support and easy, set-and-forget reminders that (5 weeks in) literally have me moving, singing, smiling, laughing and dancing (use the app for a month and you’ll find out why ;) ) - this app is one I use repeatedly on a daily basis to embrace my own excellence, be the best and most fabulous version of me I can be. Feels more fulfilling than social mediaThis app is beautiful, sound effects, graphics, storyline, regular interactions and messages for us on our journey, it’s more exciting and fulfilling than social media. After using Fabulous to actively work on my own health and goals, I don’t feel a need to check in on what everyone else is doing. The scientific research proves itself in this app, offering the regular hit of dopamine that social media creates, without all the tension and anxiety. I’m loving this app. Will retain it for as long as I’m able, even after the habits are established, it’s such a beautiful companion to my day, with morning and nightly 2min meditative coaching read to me, it keeps me focused on the here and now which is vital to health in our modern world..Version: 1.38.4

FabulousThis has been, so far, the most effective and life-altering app I have ever downloaded on my phone. It’s easy to use, has beautiful design, is clearly very mindfully constructed with solid behavioral research backing up its structure… it just seems to have everything that all the other apps that I have tried didn’t have. I enjoy using it and it helps me make change enjoyable and easy- and that’s the only thing that works! My only feedback for the designers/users would be 1. Slow down; even though the program cautions the user to not try and take on too many habits to quickly, by the end of the first month of using the programs/journey as directed you can easily have a ton of “new habits” you have to keep up in order to meet your daily goals and it’s too much. 2. The support circles are kind of open message boards that any fabulous user can participate in and it’s too chaotic to feel inviting. There are other apps that I have used where people are put into small groups with moderators, and/or work with personal coaches. That I know that would make this app cost quite a lot more because it would have to be employ human beings to act as moderators or coaches, that to me would be the next level up..Version: 1.39.4

A simple yet great way to remind yourself that you are amazing!Yes, my title sounds a little dramatic but this app is so simplistic in it’s approach yet reminds you to take small steps and implement subtle changes in order to just be human, relax and realise your potential. It begins by setting small challenges, for example, drinking a large glass of water on waking, for three days consecutively. Moving forward it sends you ‘letters’ in order to keep you motivated and open to mind to the humanistic aspect of your existence. Life changingThis app is amazing. I suffer with (what I think) is undiagnosed ADHD, the app has been invaluable in helping me stay on track. Mundane tasks and ‘life admin’ feel like a fun game or reward system. It guides you along spiritually, wise and intelligent advice, alongside moments of mindfulness and healing. I love the visuals, sounds and aesthetic, enhancing the feeling you are on an internal journey. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I have tried other apps, but they either feel too dry, or not based on research and genuine spiritual wisdom. Here I feel drawn in, but also guided with evidence based research. I will say that if you want to reap the rewards, you have to actually listen and do the tasks advised. If you don’t play along, it won’t work. Finally a app that lives up to all the hype!!I have tried self-help books, journaling, special organizing & decluttering journals, joined and listened to bloggers… well you get my point. Very good app.A good app. You need to be disciplined with yourself and keep using it every day. Results aren’t instantaneous and it can often feel like progress is very slow however this is because it takes time to change/start new habits. I was frustrated at first as I guess I wanted instant results and change, but I have persevered and am now in to my second week and can see the small green shoots of change appearing. Amazing!This app is so cute and motivational. lots of these reviews are saying that it “forces” you to pay, which is completely untrue. there is an ‘x’ in the top left corner of the screen where it asks you if you’d like the free trial, which leads to you paying for the app. most people would understand, once the 7-day free trial is over, you pay. and when you put your fingerprint or apple id password in, that is you signing up for the free trial. i would 100% recommend this app! don’t make the mistake of purchasing, unless you want to. fabulous is my new favourite! 🤍.Version: 1.33.0

Great appDuring the 7 day trial I found myself making better habits to help myself out during the day especially my morning routine. I work a night shift and have to balance out my day accordingly but this app really helped me with that with the alerts for something that used to escapes my mind early in the morning, which is to drink water it became a great habit I developed even when I’m off of work I still wake up and drink water which keeps me on the same schedule. With all the options for: the morning, afternoon, and evening routines, it’s getting a little used to but none the less I’m gaining better habits to help me throughout my day. I can say I appreciate this app and look forward to gaining my life back with healthier decisions. InspirationalI truly do love this app. I have been using it for about a week now, and it has been more helpful than any other app I have tried. I am a young mother to two young boys, I work full time, and go to school full time. I have struggled for years now to learn how to take better care of myself due to my priorities are always making sure my children are taken care of while my health and wellness, both mentally and physically, took the back seat. For the first time in my life, I am actually creating healthy routines for myself. In the morning, I meditate, drink a glass of water, take my vitamins, and stretch. In the evenings I tidy up, read for 30 minutes and write down what went well today. And I’m still only using the free version! I think that is the best thing of all. Due to a strict budget, I cannot afford the premium version of Fabulous at the moment. However, I can still access a lot of the features that are essential to me bettering myself through this process. This also allows me to make sure that this app is everything I need it to be before I make the hefty $50 yearly subscription (I know $50 is not a lot by any means, I just can’t afford that right now🤷🏼‍♀️) and that’s okay! Beautiful ideologies if you’re readyThis app offers a beautiful journey and great insights within the day to day life. It also comes with an aesthetically pleasing, well designed and well managed interface. If you have the capacity to pay for this app I would highly suggest getting it. It won’t however be worth your time or money if you aren’t ready, to the very core of your being, for change. Making a new habit is hard let alone turning your life and your mentality around completely. That is where this app is so handy, it is an easy and fun app to use with adorable, heart warming content all throughout. The app however won’t help if you don’t have to have the drive and self love to take care of and change your life. If I had of found this app a year ago or even earlier, I would’ve probably used it for a short time and then decided it was no longer interesting or helping me in any way. Truly Fabulous = Voice for everyoneI’ve just completed my first week using Fabulous. I’m really happy with the experience and am looking forward to working with the app throughout the year. Having said that, it’s unfortunate that the voice in the app has a distinct way of speaking that is potentially off-putting (like a permanently smiling yet impatient tourist). I would suggest having options for voices of different genders, ages in life and cultures, i.e. voices of colour. Otherwise, go with the global majority. There is a read-only option that silences the voice, but if Fabulous is trying to maximise accessibility or to create the impression of a coach who travels with you, then being able to select someone with whom you trust/identify would be really helpful. 4 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟.Version: 1.44.1

Encouraging and rewardingI am only a new user but so far I have found this app encouraging and rewarding. The app compliments you when you do the simplest of tasks and these days - that is exactly what I need. I like the graphics, sounds, daily inspirational stories, mini challenges which are completely customisable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I find the home page a little busy and confusing. Always upliftingThis app will allow you to understand the idea behind small steps make for a grand adventure. Motivations, challenges, journeys and support really cause you to look within to better understand your own individual methods for how you handle day-to-day tasks. Now whether those day to day tasks are positive or negative are another thing. Every positive move that we make get us further along on our betterment. Negative or regressive moves can be evaluated further and then turned around. I’ve always found this app to take small tasks and equate them to bigger and better things. As someone who could easily become overwhelmed and then dog on myself for eventually falling wayside when it would come to completing a whole huge list of tasks. Fabulous allows me to begin to rethink how to manage everything. The app itself is gorgeous and well thought in the amount of motivation and inspiration you receive. Bear in mind that if you subscribe you will have access to an amazing amount of features. However, do not get ahead of yourself. Awesome App!!!!I can’t say enough about this app. I’ve been in therapy for years for some losses etc. I’ve currently been enrolled in a DBT course,8 weeks to get through 4modules. You can’t reach knowledge or gain enough practice to be great at this in one course. This app you have here is the perfect in between classes to work with as extra coping mechanisms.. it brings in soooo much helpful information for personal care and development. It’s very easy to use. For me, it is not overwhelming, you can do as much or as little as you want during the 3 parts of your days. It has given me more practice in becoming one mindful where everybody should learn. This mindfulness can be done in 5 minutes or less or longer. It’s giving your mind a break. Instead of racing around thoughts, you learn to focus and remain calm. The meditations here are very easy to sit back and listen. I’ve even been so relaxed I fell asleep which is very hard for me to do. It has done wonders in just these few days to work with your app. I love the challenges! I also like the way you can choose what you want for your daily routine. If what you offer isn’t enough you provide a way for us to add our own routines in, if it’s not working on the list. This is going to save my lifeLike many over the last year, I’ve found something close to rock bottom. This app was a suggested ad in my Pinterest searches. I’ve been using it for just under a week, and I’m so grateful. This app can cater to everybody including all gender identities. If you’re working a full time job and juggling lots of responsibilities, or living with debilitating depression or chronic illness and spend your days in bed. This app will help you to improve your life through very small, achievable goals, that actually make a difference. Better yet, they are catered to what matters to you based on small quizzes. If you have the $5 per month, you can’t afford to lose by using this app. I do wish that when you ‘like’ a discover post, it would save somewhere. Just What I Needed 🌱💜I don’t usually bother to review apps, but I’ve only been using fabulous a few days and I can already see it making a ‘fabulous’ difference in my life! Overall I’m simply thrilled with the app. However, there are a few features I’d love to see added. One of these is an easier way to make a repeating action throughout the day; something to regularly remind you to drink water or take a moment to breathe, or another action. It’s technically already possible to do this, but only through making a long list of alarms. I’d just love to see a simpler and more visually appealing way to do this. Maybe also make it so these repeated actions move down through the list of of rituals throughout the day, so they’re always in the order you should next complete them. As well as this, it would be wonderful to have a way to personalise the app just a little, particularly more in visual terms. I LOVE this app, BUT…I love love love this app! The coaching content is so wonderful and so beautifully presented. I adore the artworks and I feel so inspired every time I open the app… BUT the user interface has some obvious issues! For starters, there is no way to ‘favourite’ the coaching series or particular audios you find. You can download them, but there is no way to find your downloads?! Secondly, there is no search function? If I find a coaching series I like, I have to scroll through them all to find it again the next day. A search function would be SO helpful. And lastly, the navigation of the app can be so confusing. I often can’t tell the difference between coaching series and other resources, and I find that things are grouped together in weird ways. Just let the app guide you.This app has brought me out of the COVID-19 quarantine feeling of helplessness and confusion. I am so happy that I did the trial and didn’t let my tendency to control things take over. My advice on how to do the trial: just let the app guide you. Content is slowly dripped to you. You don’t know what is next. Just accept that and trust your new coach, which is an app full of a ton of science-based content. The first thing you are told to do is start a morning routine of drinking a glass of water when you first wake up. If you already do this, then just check it off and be patient. If you must, start one of the challenges so you have something new to do, but try to start small. For the first few days of the trial I felt like the app was asking me to just totally trust it, even though it hadn’t given me a good enough reason. I also felt that 7 days was not long enough. But by day 5 I was feeling really good. I had set an alert on my phone to cancel if I didn’t want to start a paid subscription, but I decided that this is worth it. Why’s everyone so mad?It’s only day one but so far I’m loving this app! I read all the reviews and was like woah this sounds so dodgy i better be careful what i click on. But after going on the app it’s pretty clear what to do. But maybe some people aren’t familiar with subscription apps, because i knew exactly what to do to ensure i didn’t get renewed... even though it clearly states a step by step of how to do it on the subscription area? Also everyone’s so annoyed at the water thing! I think it’s a perfect way to start off! You can’t have day one doing yoga, drinking 3 smoothies and a marathon 😂 that has no longevity to it. I really like the principle of building that foundation. I know it’s kinda pricey for an app. But it’s also pricey for a personal trainer, a therapist etc. These are just some investments that are worth making. I’d rather get this than another coat or something. I have a mental health journal i keep, and i pretty much track all these things. So having both with really compliment one another. Motivating and Fabulous and Fun!Loving Fabulous so far! Within just the first week of use it’s motivated me to drink water upon waking and have a nice healthy energy-lifting breakfast for an efficient day ahead. I love how it gives you the option to take things slow if you (like me) struggle with organisation and routine and staying focused. It doesn’t throw a bunch of tasks at you in one big clump. It gives you the option of adding daily tasks when your feeling more confident in doing so and, once you’ve finished your first task of drinking water upon waking for 3 consistent days, you can then start doing weekly challenges which are used to help you complete actions that you normally struggle with (such as exercising, meditation and creativity). I’ve noticed that it has also improved my sleep because I’m not spending time lying awake anxious about what I’m going to be doing the next day. It’s improved the symptoms of my ADD as organisation, staying focused and procrastination has always been a HUGE problem for me. These problems have always caused lots of anxiety, thus this is also great for anyone dealing with anxiety or depression. This app makes routine fun and gets you motivated! This is a winWhoever made this app, I physically love you. It has everything that ticks my brain just right to be able to finish goals and set them easily enough so that I can check them off and while that may seem easy to some, I’ve always struggled with sticking to my word. This app is worth itI had previously come across this app in the past, downloaded it to see what the hype was and instantly deleted. Recently I came across this user who had recommended using fabulous to get back on track, and creating good, healthy habits. I’ve always been a routined person, but would fall off and struggle to keep track or stay on track. I would beat myself up and feel disappointed that I had to start over. After taking some needed time off for myself (especially during the pandemic) I am and have been working on myself to heal by getting back into creating healthy and happy routine for a better life. Effective ... butI’m very much enjoying this app. Although I do a lot of the things suggested , sometimes it’s a great push and a reminder as I (being human and whatnot) can get lazy. This app has helped me wake up earlier even on weekends and go for walks. It reminds me to drink water which I may need a push with on occasion. The daily coaching is great too. The woman’s voice is very soothing. One thing I can say as a negative, is the app continuously tries and gets you to promote it, which I do not appreciate especially having paid for the full version. I would like to suggest you take away that feature it gets annoying to be quite frank, being asked to send a link via WhatsApp Facebook twitter etc after every complete task. FabulousFabulous is a useful app and helps build healthy habits and break unhealthy habits. Before using fabulous i would wake up late , not set an alarm, inadequately hydrate myself and have an unproductive and unstructured day. Without a consistent morning routine I can confidently say you will not have as productive of a day than if you had a repeated routine you enjoy and are excited to complete in the morning. You may think it sounds hard making a custom routine made and catered for your needs, well its not because Fabulous makes a routine for you based on the answers to a couple questions asked once you download the app. The only reason Fabulous is not 5 stars is because you have to have premium to unlock certain things. I love this app but….I love this app it is one of the only “self help” “self improvement” apps that I have consistently used for at least 2 weeks now HOWEVER it is ridiculously expensive and there is only a very limited free version that is hard to find (they push everyone to subscribe) so if you don’t have any kind of disposable income this app is not for you. It looks free but it’s not. I bought it because I can afford to but if I was having to tighten my budget it would unfortunately be one of the first things I cut. Loving this app so far!Today is day 3 of me being on the app and it has truly motivated me to better myself, for myself. Game changerI want to give the app five stars but the Premium thing is an issue. Whether you can use the app for free is not mentioned anywhere, yet I am on the ‘Standard Fabulous Free Plan’ simply by ignoring the prompt at setup to join Premium. Is Premium just for added extras, or is it necessary to continue after your first week? Very confusing and misleading; it detracts credibility from an app geared towards transparency and unconditional positive regard. Aside from the payment thing, I absolutely love this app. I’m awful at making habits but this keeps you on track in the most positive way possible. All the extra goodies (coaching, exercises etc) have been super effective. The sounds and overall aesthetic of the app is a huge bonus, I feel completely immersed when I open it..Version: 1.34.2

Life SaverI’ve never been the type of person to steer towards the “self-help” or “self-improvement” section. In the last year, however, I began a journey of self discovery. It wasn’t on purpose. It just sort of happened. The more I learned, the more I wanted to learn. Some things need to change entirely. Some things I didn’t even realize that I was doing. This app is so well researched and written. The content is amazing. Especially for someone like me who is usually a total skeptic. I decided to give it a shot, and I am actually seeing results. I have always been a cynic, pessimist, and grew more and more neurotic as I got older. That pattern kept growing until I would have bouts of depression that I literally could not get out of. Spirals of self destruction, and I couldn’t stop the thoughts. Well, let me tell you - the thoughts will creep up. But I check myself. It’s starting to come more naturally now. Changed my lifeYes, I’m just not that type of person. I’ll leave five stores and go about my day, but this app actually deserves a written review. It has changed me, even in a few short months that I’ve been using it. I no longer drink caffeine, I don’t want to drink, carbonated, beverages, and for the most part only drink is water and tea. I’m more mindful meditation exercise I eat, right, and I generally feel much better. As somebody with chronic health conditions, sometimes it is difficult to keep track of these things. However, it is of the upmost importance to my health to track these things. I realize due to my physical health, my mental health is beginning to go downhill, so I was looking for apps like any other person. I had started this app many years ago, but couldn’t keep up with it. I tried again and positive outcome has been more than I can even put into words. I’ve discovered things about myself that I didn’t even know. I finally found new doors to open so that I can start doing the hard work. Game ChangerI am a 24 year old nurse with mental health issues and I have a couple of bad habits I’ve been trying to eradicate for months. I’ve tried dozens of apps from habit streaks to accountability apps to online counseling. I installed this app with the intent to explore it and nothing else. But this app is so cleverly designed, it is hard not to love. There are attractive features in this app that will help you build positive habits. Yet, I believe the real hook is the story about you that develops, which happens when you successfully complete your goals. This app does an excellent job of not just making you think, but making you do, which is what I think is the epitome of mental health. It doesn’t just strive to improve your mental health, it strives to improve your overall function. The app engages you in multiple ways, which sets it apart from the traditional templates of regular one-on-one convos with people who only roundabout with Pinterest-like “inspirational sayings.” I’m genuinely more motivated, more functional, and have made more changes in my life the past two weeks since I’ve downloaded this app than I have in the last three years. Fabulous mysteriously makes it fun to remind you to be yourself and be healthy and happy at the same time, and keeping those streaks up can be pretty satisfying too. However you use this app, whether it’s for a day or for a year - strive to commit to it, and you will reach your happiness..Version: 1.38.3

Why’s everyone leaving bad reviews?!?I bought a new phone and with a new phone comes lots of new apps! I saw fabulous and it caught my eye! And WOW I’m glad I didn’t read the comments. I don’t understand why everyone is so mad!?! 🙂fabulous uses a simple system. You fill in a quick goals quiz at the beginning then the app chooses a goals journey for you. U get set goals by the app you have to complete them 3 times before moving on! This really encourages me to complete these goals! You can also choose up to 4 other personal habits as well in each routine! You get a max of 3 routines digital templates you can customise! Fabulous offers so much more as well! A path to a better meThis is actually my second time attempting my "journey". I started once last year, but due to a lot of mental and environmental issues, I had to delete the app just to relieve some of my stress. Recently, though, I've wanted to improve myself and my life, and have been working on my own to pick up a few new projects to focus on (learning a new language, learning an instrument, etc.). I remembered how great Fabulous was at helping me keep up a solid routine, and so decided to download it again. Now that I'm past the "drink water" challenge once again, I'm really happy to spend a little on a subscription so I can fill up my "rituals" with all the things I wanna do! The only reason I can't give it five stars is because I feel there are many places it could improve, such as the ability to add custom "habits", and the option to skip the "drink water" and "eat breakfast" challenges if you've already been doing that for however long (like me, hehe). I also find it a little bit of an oxymoron that the app continuously tells you to get away from tech, yet says to make sure you use it as often as you possibly can, as well as follow all of their social, but I suppose that's just a part of running an app, haha..Version: 1.33.0

It grows on you.I forgot to cancel the free trial and at first I was kind of 😬 about it because I feel like I had unintentionally spent $40 for an app that reminds me to drink water…. then I realized a) it’s $40 for an entire year b) if you take the time in one day to set your habits and routines for every day in the next coming year then everything balances out. Now that my routines and reminders are set, I love it. I’m a single 29 year old who lives alone and has ADHD with Autism — It’s very important that I stay on a routine or my days can crumble. My old way was tolerable but it consisted of reminders and notes and alarms on my phone in different apps as well as calendars and random post it notes scattered throughout my life. After almost a month of fabulous I’m starting to feel like a lot of those things are becoming easier keep track of. On the surface it’s an app that reminds you to drink water and stretch but once you dig just a little, it’s a whole world of help. My only complaint is that they should maybe consider ways of making the app easier for beginners, older people or people who are technologically challenged. I’m a millennial tech-nerd so it was fairly easy to maneuver but I recommended it to my mom, 58 years old (who could also benefit) and she gave up after two days. Fine app, way too much clutter.My annual subscription for this app is about to expire and even though I kept up with it for the better part of the year, I’m not going to renew. This app utilizes some great techniques for motivation and accountability but it ultimately dogs itself down with too much content. It is constantly putting more and more information in your face about things to read and new challenges to accomplish and so on. It’s not abnormal to open the app in the morning to begin my morning routine and be confronted by two or three messages that I have to swipe away or close out of or decline just in order to use the app. Every time you finish a routine, which it encourages you to have three routines in a day (morning, afternoon, evening), it loads a motivational picture that you then must click out of to use the app again, and you have to wait a few seconds for it to even be close-able. I don’t need three motivational messages a day. So all in all, this app could benefit from simplifying its UI and content a bit. Being encouraged occasionally with small messages or goals or streaks along the way would be helpful, or at least the ability to customize or opt out of most of these features. This app is all kinds of wonderfulI feel like this app was created for me. I never was able to stick to simple plans, diets etc because I don’t like change, and I struggle dropping bad habits and taking on new, I always got overwhelmed at what was expected from me. And I felt I had failed before even trying. But this app is different. You control it and it also helps you by giving you very small tasks to begin with. The app doesn’t allow you to unlock too much in one day because even if you feel like you’re ready, it knows it’s too much info for one day. It’s JUST what I needed. This is a life changerAs a sophomore in high school who is currently taking ap classes and college courses while still trying to be mentally and physically healthy, this is it. When I was a freshmen I LONGED for a way to engage myself in my studies and my mental/physical health. I had to find an equilibrium. I had no motivation or reason to try at anything. I was looking for help everywhere: talked to my parents, friends, counselors, and a crisis hotline. I couldn’t find a solution so I pushed myself to do a lot of good habits, but in the end, it only deprived me of my motivation and will. I was overwhelming myself as I wanted to find a solution to my ailment. An ailment that ruins many lives. Lives ruined by procrastination. Now as I was looking for help online, I came across fabulous. The app seemed to good to be true and I gave it a shot for my own well being. Needless to say, I am grateful for this. As of now I have completed the courses: “An Unexpected Journey” and “Staying on the Road.” I’m currently doing “A Fabulous Night.” I know it sounds cliche of me to say this but it has changed my life for the better. I now feel happier, motivated, focused, confident, and passionate about my studies and life. Skeptically positiveI actually got this app a couple months ago when I needed so positive affirmations or medications to just kind of get through the day... as I started slinking a little further into a pretty dark depression I didn’t use it I actually deleted it for a bit and frustrated that I couldn’t get into to app. I thought this little story’s were annoying... then a few weeks back I had gotten so bad I wasn’t eating or taking care of my self at all I started searching for routine apps to just try and get myself taking care of myself to feel better... As I was searching I saw this app pop up and I remembered it did have routines as well. I re downloaded it and I can actually say for the last few weeks of using it. I’m starting to like the story’s and the guidance because I WAS READY... had I reviewed this app a couple months ago it wouldn’t have been positive because that’s not where I was... but I can now say thank you! My Saving GraceOne of my biggest issues is feeling lost even tho my business gives me a sense of purpose I’m all alone in the basement and have no schedule. I always thought my life would be different. Now I know it’s up to me to execute the life I one day will have but not to worry about it or dwell on my past but literally just live day to day improving myself and loving myself and laughing and being grateful and giving each step of the way. That’s how you live. Fabulous is helping me get some structure because I sort of just get lost sometimes not knowing when or how to accomplish things. Like do I really have to go to bank everyday? Quite useful structure and functionalityWhat I really like is you can add items to your routine in really flexible ways. You can add an item to morning afternoon or evening. You can be more specific and add it for a certain time. Or you can be even more specific and add it for a certain duration starting at a certain time. Other apps force you to add in every habit at an exact time, but that’s not realistic. Sometimes your morning routine starts a little earlier or a little later. With this app it simply prompts you to do the items in the order you’ve entered them however long it takes. You can just check one off after the other and if you have to pause in between one or one takes longer one day, you just do it and then check it off whenever you’re finished and go to the next one. It’s lower stress than feeling like you’re behind, or have to stick to very exact schedule. But you can also input I have to always be doing yoga at eight if you want to.. it’s your choice. I do find the requests to sign up for year long or lifetime memberships off putting and pushy. I also feel like the voices and some of the little inspiring animation things can be sappy and condescending. I like the British voices. But who doesn’t? That’s just the aesthetic stuff though. Personal preference. I think a lot of work and thought went into the development of this app..Version: 1.41.4

Hopeful, at long lastI’m 58, and have not taken the time to care for myself, like, ever. And now I realize: it’s now or never. I live in my head, not my body, which, intellectually, I understand makes my risk of earlier death much greater, not to mention the effect on my quality of life. The breakup of my 26-yr marriage in 2019 and desperately trying to teach vocal music online (MS & HS kids) during the first year COVID broke me. So I guess it took reaching rock-bottom to make me take action 🙁. I retired early in June, sold my condo, and took off for Portugal. It is here that I stumbled across this app. Fabulous uses the metaphor of a hero’s journey to teach, suggest, remind, and encourage in the gentlest, sweetest way. As corny as the Disney-esque animations and rhyming, seem, I think it’s working! The only reason I decided to try it is that it is created by Duke and is based in science, but I’m seeing the advantage of presenting the information in this manner. I’m as shocked as anyone that it is helping me build healthy habits, which I’ve always been terribly undisciplined about. I’ve tried other health apps and have never stuck with them. Fabulous is .. well .. ok I won’t say it but it is!!I have found myself off track & wandering through life after a few years of retirement and then a great deal of personal loss. 2018 resolutions were filled with hopes of finding something to restore some normalcy to my life; that reading a good book in front of the fire on a rainy day kind of normalcy. I had already made the commitments to weight & fitness long before resolution season & they were going fairly well. I just happened across the Fabulous app when I was in the App Store looking for a To Do list app. It has truly been the answer to what I’ve been looking for, although I had no way of knowing for what I was searching. Fabulous is taking me back to the basics, and teaching me how to instill habits again, something I had unknowingly given up. Having this structure is giving me something to lean on as I begin to learn how to be myself again, after so much sadness and misery. Many apps into oneI enjoy so many things about this app. It sends you on a journey of building healthy habits small steps at a time - exactly what works for me. The habits are suggested to you so you don’t have to wonder where to go next but are also customisable. There are habits records, reminders and celebrations. It has inspiring and sensible encouragement messages as you go on every day. It has separate coaching messages well. The tone of the writing is gentle and poetic with references to studies, experts and artists. The graphics and animations match that tone. I use the journaling feature as well and the sleep meditation. It’s really one ‘stop and shop’ for building balance, self-care and aspirations. Love it so far!.Version: 1.40.5

Loving the app. Making a difference alreadyWill be upset when trial ends as I can’t afford the yearly subscription. It is such a motivating app and one of the best I have used in the year’s I’ve been using Apple. Honest reviewI thought that they were just another company out to make money and that I wouldn’t benefit from anything they had to offer. Omg was I wrong. After a few months yes a few months, I decided to give it a go on the free trial and right from the first day I started to cry, lol. The messages of encouragement and support I received really touched home for me and kinda woke me up. I actually turned my way of thinking towards certain issues around in my head. This is an app that I will definitely keep using. I feel so empowered considering the year I’ve had with covid. Love it! But there’s room for improvementThe thing I really love about Fabulous is that you can do a lot of the things a goals without having to buy anything(there are a few things you must buy but I get it. But you don’t have to buy anything to use and enjoy the app). Which I feel adds more to what this app is trying to achieve. Most people wouldn’t want to have to buy something like a membership to basically continue on with using the app. I love that there’s a “journey” and I think it’s a very creative way to make people calm and enjoy learning about themselves and learning how to be happy. Although, I think that there are some technical problems. Fabulous is a little confusing to handle and kind of awkward. For me, I’m confused on how to connect with people on it. What I’ve seen with other mental health apps is that they check on you to how your doing every time you open it up. For example, you open it up and it asks “how are you feeling right now?” I think that this would be a good thing to add but it’s nothing to really worry about. Fabulous all together is a really good mental health tool and I would suggest it to a lot of my friends and family ❤️.Version: 1.44.1

I think this is the oneI have tried a few and know straight from the set up if I’m going to keep going or back out of the app straight away. This app is clever. I am still using the free version, and if their links to sign up after 30 free days offer were in NZD (or your local currency) not US pricing I would have done it by now. I am day 5 of using the app and 3 days into intermittent fasting and I actually think this is the app that I needed. It hits just the right amount and seems to say all the right things to ensure I stay on track. I wish my will was strong enough to do it all on my own but solo working parent... getting stuff done takes all my energy and after WAY TO MANY years of giving others my energy and commitment i think this is the app that will push me to do so. Try it. The free version is a great intro and doesn’t cut you at the knees. It is Fabulous!This app has truly helped me break the habit of going for the shortcut (or should I say curse) trying for the all or nothing, failing, giving up, beating myself up spiral down. It helped me realise or remember that “the journey of a thousand steps starts with one” (apologies to Lao Tzu! Life is a journey, self improvement is a journey, not a destination, there are ups and downs and it is all ok. You have to lay foundations, you have to do the ground work, you can’t build a magnificent building or life without them. I am still very early on my fabulous journey but so far it has lived up to its name. If I did have a critique it would be small, the computer generated voices in the guided meditations or running prompts are terrible and demotivating, but I can look past that to the strong foundations it is helping me lay down. Love itI tried a lot of apps to help me with my mental health. But this app is way better. I love the thought of giving me enough challenges and letting me know that one step at a time as it might overwhelm me. I started at drinking water to have a glass of water next to me and eating breakfast. I have eating disorder and I just follow the app and didn’t realise I am starting to eat (although it’s not big breakfast) but I keep on challenging myself even just a banana or a small ball of protein bar. What I love the most as well is, you can choose what you want to accomplish. Try the app and worth the purchased. You won’t regret it, as long as you are willing to help yourself of course. This app is the best as you are just following it then it just became your habit without knowing it. I hate telling myself good things but I just put what I think of me by being loved for the sake of doing the challenge but it grows on me. I am not fully healed yet but this app is very helpful. Truly is fabulousI think this app is gonna save lives. The amount of support you can get from one little post in the ‘circles’, or if you simply state « hey guys... i need some support/encouragement ».... there are many strangers out there who may be going through something similar to what you’re going through, and those strangers are there to bring you up with them as they pursue their journey to better themselves. and that’s the main thing that i think would be super beneficial to not only younger kids who may be struggling, but also teens growing up, and even adults in their busy lives. that together, you can personally work on yourself, while someone else is there to not only work on themselves but to help you too! and it also goes the other way - if you feel you have knowledge that you have learned from going through, for example, depression, you can reply to other’s posts and spread your wisdom. what may have helped you could possibly help someone else! overall, it’s a beautiful app, an incredibly effective way (by using routines) to help better myself and others, and i think i would 100% recommend it to anyone that may need a bit more good in their life. thank you so much <3.Version: 1.39.0

This app changed my life!!!About a week or less ago I got this app and honestly I thought how I NEED to tell people how good it is. Like I said I got this about a week ago and it’s already drastically changed my life! I love going to the discover section of the app to get motivation and it’s helped me eat better too and lose/gain weight! Sometime I’m too skinny and hardly eat and other days I eat like a pig so now I’m always just right. Today I was challenged to eat a good breakfast and honestly it’s been a year since I had a proper breakfast so I made blueberry pancakes and had some strawberries and now I’m going to eat breakfast everyday now! I’ve also had insomnia since 4th grade and would stay up until 1 AM but now I go to bed at about 11 AM and that two whole hours of sleep back and all of that happened within a week! I’ve also started to wake up at 6 every day and workout an hour and have a to do list too! I’m also meditating every day now and I love how you can give advice to a fellow fabulous user and request advice after you write them a message about what they can do! I just helped a person with their laziness today and am going to get help on how to be more motivated to wake up early even on weekends,workout, and table care of myself etc. This app changed my life and I 100% recommend this app to somebody who needs to turn the tables!!! Enjoying itI like how this app is keeping me on track with small steps, and making me feel oh well accomplished many things in my day. As a perfectionist high-achiever this is something I struggle with, I never feel I’ve done enough or got around to doing the important tasks. This also makes me terrible at relaxing or taking time to work on myself because wi feel guilty. Fabulous is really helping me with these issues and I’m feeling a lot better for it. Great app for creating good habits and routineI started off with the free version, but eventually paid for the premium version to unlock all the features. It is a great app to creat new habits and train yourself to follow them. Lots of helpful resources and suggestions of good habits. Overall a great appI have recommended this app to multiple people as it has been a great way for me to track my progress and receive consistent accountability. I love how customizable the routines are, and while there is guidance from the app, you’re ultimately in control of your experience. As far as feedback goes, I’ve grown to strongly dislike the background music. I understand the healing and relaxation properties that music can have, but I find these specific tunes very annoying compared to meditative sounds I prefer. I have muted the sounds during the routines and also went to settings to turn them off. Unfortunately it comes back on no matter what I do. I also believe that celebrating overall progress would be nice. In addition to longest streaks, acknowledging consistent attempts will encourage people even more I believe. For instance, I have never completed an entire week of my routines, but there was one week I tried everyday, and there were only two days I couldn’t fully complete. I like to celebrate small wins, and that to me was one. Other than that I love what the Fabulous team is doing with the app. All I ask is that you either offer different selections of background music and/or allow a muting option that actually works please..Version: 1.38.4

Amazing app!I would recommend this app to anyone! I was using it for about 3 days before I started recommending the app to my friends and a Facebook group I run. I joined the app to gain more structure in my daily routine, gain more energy and to lose weight! I’ve been using the app for about 2/3 weeks now and I can definitely see an improvement in the structure to my days and my energy levels. The app gradually gives you new tasks to do based of the information you give it so you’re not overwhelmed with too many tasks at the beginning. Excellent appI’d really recommend to use the app if you’re looking for a smart and simple way to start changing your routine. It sets simple goals, that you have to do over three days in a row before you unlock the next goal. This is very useful as it helps you focus on one element of wellbeing at once. It covers all the key areas I’ve been looking to improve on over the last few years: fitness, mental health, sleep, diet, self esteem, and more. So it’s comprehensive. Helpful, a little MetaOverall I really enjoy the app. I appreciate it’s approach is backed by actual behavioral science. I’ve really enjoyed the coaching as an added motivator as I get started for the day. There are a few things that aren’t dealbreakers, but stick out. 1. The app heavily self advertises. It actually distracts from the moments they try to create by mentioning fabulous at inappropriate times during coaching, constantly pushing you to share with friends through email or power-ups for habits, and through letters on your feed from the CEO. I’d rather not see any of it since it’s not relevant to me and I already paid for the service. 2. The communities aren’t actually built for discussions like a forum, they are a feed of posts from people you don’t know. This part of the app would need to be reworked or heavily moderated to be beneficial. If you don’t engage you’ll always have a little notification in app that won’t go away. 3. I’ve never gotten the apple watch app to work, just to various stages of broken after uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s ironic when one of the suggested habits is unplug but you have to get on your phone to mark off the habit..Version: 1.41.2

Making a changeI’ve been stuck for so long in the same place mentally, and physically that I was just so sick of trying, but after trying a few days of this app I can feel myself starting to change. Not drastically or anything big, but just small things. Amazing app and easy to use!Fabulous is such a great app, it has helped me want to become a better person so much and really makes me feel like i can do it with its motivations comments. I like how personal it feels when you read the texts as it includes your name and there’s such a large variety of challenges which are so fun! I love how u can invite ur friends and go along the fun with them. My one query, which is most likely a “me” problem, is that I need there to be more notifications which are almost telling me to keep up with the progress as I tend to forget. So for people who are abit more lazy maybe there could be more notifications/ reminders that could be set but still it is a great motivator with the super powers idea that helps u keep to ur challenges!! So far, so great!I just got this app this morning so I’m basing my rating on user friendliness/ set up/ and its ability to hold my attention. The app kept me going, probably one of the easiest apps I’ve set up, definitely one of the fastest. Some apps can be work in just filling out the info but, this app was smooth & explained things clearly. I’m looking forward to seeing how this goes. I need something motivating in my life right now and I’m hoping this does the trick. I had always been a very disciplined, driven, fun, outspoken, and in great shape but, the last 18 mos~things have become very difficult for me. I had several big surgeries which left me in lots of pain but this pain is nothing compared to the pain in my heart... after loosing 3 loving people in our family. As my dad use to say... “Life happens kiddo”, but it seems I let it go on w/o me. I’m really hoping to find my fire again and hoping it’s as easy as finding this app~ something tells me... it’s not. All life’s greatest things~take work and I’m now desperate & willing~ just need reminders to keep going and I hope this app is a piece of the puzzle which makes the difficult times bearable. CoolI love this app already (I haven’t fully used it but AMAZING) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app! It was everything you need, e.g drink a glass of water, love your self, daily routines etc. I would suggest one thing though. Finding this usefulI’ve only been using this app since new year, but am starting to feel the positives in a change in my general outlook. I’m using this, combined with another well-being app. They compliment each other quite well. In this one, the initial habits being learned are kept very simple. Drinking a glass of water. Eating a good breakfast. Doing 8 minutes of any sort of exercise. Each builds to the next one every 4th day. There are various podcasts to listen to, from just 3 or 4 minutes to longer ones. The voice is pleasant and soothing. There’s no commitment to having to log in every day, although obviously regular use will give much better results in seeing an improvement to your outlook. All in all I think this will be a beneficial tool for living a happier, more content life day by day..Version: 1.41.1

Seriously worth triallingEveryone is different when it comes to wellbeing apps. I’ve tried many. This one builds gradually which can be frustrating but by doing this you cannot overwhelm yourself. It’s a large app but for a good reason it has a lot of content and a large range of content from relaxing sound and music to reflective podcast type audio. Totally loving FabulousDidn’t think this type of thing would help me set and achieve my wellness goals but it’s actually bringing together everything I’ve been working towards in terms of self care starting with a great morning routine. I love the fact Fabulous brings together meditation, journaling, exercise, self reflection, motivation and uses fun gamification techniques. I don’t have time to switch between journaling and meditation apps that chug data so this app works for me! I already have a routine but need reward, positivity and motivation not to stray from the path and Fabulous makes me feel like I’m part of a big poetic mythic adventure creating my best life and adding in more good habits. Feeling great after just a week of small changesBeautiful app with such immersive graphics and artworks that takes you on a mythical and inspiring journey to building a life of rituals and habits that will have you feel great and being more of how you want to be. In a week, after starting hopelessly depressed and defeated in inaction in my life, I now know at least that these growing habits are something I have control over and make me feel good too. Fabulous is changing my life.I started fabulous just 4 days ago, last week i had a turning point in life and knew i needed to change.
