✓ Unreliable GarbagePassioGo is extremely unreliable as times listed for buses are never accurate. Times constantly fluctuate from 1-2 minutes and then randomly spike to 10 min and then sometimes the bus goes completely off the grid. Extremely frustrating. UI is trash and app crashes so much. ✓ Laggy, unreliable & misinformativeSimilar to another reviewer, my university also just started using this app to track shuttles around campus. My school promised the app will show the shuttles location in real time, while also providing the schedule for each shuttle route. This isn't the case. I can't view the schedules, as I get a message that says something like "information not publicly available". It's also just very buggy, filtering through each shuttle on the map is a pain. I think it's very telling that the last update made to this app was A YEAR AGO. It's a poorly developed app that makes students lives harder, not easier. I wish apple would let me rate it a 0/5..Version: 4.91

✓ Awful overallI am a college student that relies on buses to move onto and around campus. Passio is great for finding out where a bus currently is, but is unreliable in nearly ever other respect. In my experience, Passio consistently underestimates how much time it takes to get from one place to the next. ✓ Won’t even let me create an accountI’m not sure how to make this app work but I can’t even really use it because it keeps asking me to redeem my account in my email and never sends any confirmation. I’ve tried 3 different times deleting the app and retrying. I have no idea how to see the bus times and am so frustrated, all I want to do is see the bus schedule and get to class..Version: 5
✓ Literally unusableThe app claims that I have no connection. This is not true. I have tried literally everything: disconnecting from the wifi, reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, nothing. ✓ Worst bus app I’ve ever usedI’ve used over 10 bus apps in states all over the country and this is the worst one, by a lot. It doesn’t show any bus schedules, it says no connection 90% of the time even with full bars, you can only see buses AT a certain stop (that you have to click on the map) which is idiotic, and you don’t even know the next stop. It’s also slow, stupidly designed, and practically unusable. Might as well do eenie meenie minie moe instead of use this app. If your school forces you to use Passio go, they hate their students and don’t care about them..Version: 4.91
✓ Oh my god this app is horrificIn my experience the info in the app (locations, estimated arrival times) are all pretty accurate. But oh my GOD the app itself is such a nightmare to use. -Navigating around the map is impossible to do without accidentally triggering some menu that you won’t be able to close intuitively. -If you accidentally press the arrow in the bottom left corner, it reorients your screen to whatever direction your phone is facing, but theres NO WAY TO TURN IT BACK. Clicking the button again will make it stop tracking your phone’s compass, but it WONT revert you back to North/South -There’s a menu showing all the routes that displays by default, but blocks part of the screen, so you’re gonna want dismiss it at first. Fair enough, but i CANNOT figure out how to pull it back up. And many many other things When I’m using this app, theres a good chance I’m in a hurry, so it’s REALLY frustrating when navigating the app is as obscenely difficult and clunky as it is. I just wanna know when the bus is coming man.Version: 5

Though it shows where a bus is located it says different information for its location. ✓ Poorly designed and buggyI’ve been using the passion go app since 2019 as I've used it both at my university and now for work. The ui is not set up for iPhones making the notification banners awkward and difficult to utilize. The buttons are also difficult to press as they are very small. When trying to view a stop on a route, for example, if you don't hit the exact spot, it will pull up a new menu that you can’t exit without tapping somewhere else on the screen that brings up the same menu….Version: 4.91

✓ No connection. All the time.The bus system I normally take moved from one app to this and I cannot explain how complicated it is. It continuously says “no internet” “no connection” “offline” when I very much DO have connection. From the reviews it looks like people have the same issue. I feel like this app could be great… if it worked!!! The UI is a little funny but I would be willing to look past it if the app properly connected. Update: the connection is working a bit better and I’m bumping it up to a 3/5! ✓ If you are military, don’t get this appThe thing constantly miscalculated the time it’ll take for buses to arrive and I get stuck having to walk all the way back across my base or other times it’ll say a bus is coming in 13 minutes so I’ll wait until it hits 0 and then it says it’s going to be 42 mins until the next bus when the first one never even came. ✓ Worst app ever for bus serviceI am perfectly connected to the internet fine as I can load other things but the app says am disconnected. Half of the time it won’t even show the bus times and if they do it’s wrong. It will say 30mins one time then another second 1min away. So inconsistent and annoying. ✓ Ineptitude and lack of careThis system is intended for colleges and the students who attend said colleges. Despite this, in systems where punctuality and knowing when you have appointments is so crucial, Passio Go makes it extremely difficult to stay faithful to those obligations when it is impossible to know what the schedule for your bus might be when one of the frequent connection issues or app crashes force you to reboot the app and input your agency and route just to find that your bus had arrived and left in the 5 minutes you spent trying to fix the app. For a concept so simple, this app consistently manages to drop the ball, and when it is the only option that many of us have, it is frustrating to say the least. If I could delete this app, I would. I write this not to say this app will never be better, but as a wake up call for the developers to treat us students more cordially, especially when they profit from our tuitions through our administrations. I mean seriously, it’s just a map app with some dots and a glorified RSS feed of times. This shouldn’t be this hard. I understand server issues happen from time to time, but being complacent in there happening and frequency is poor work ethic and sets us college students up for failure when we can’t get to our classes or group meetings in time..Version: 5

✓ Terrible since the updateMy phone updated the app on its own and I wish it hadn’t. Ever since it downloaded it says that I’m not connected to a network in spots that the app worked perfectly prior to the update. The ui (or lack thereof now) makes the app more confusing and way less convenient. Used to be able to tap and immediately see stops and routes but now I have to go in a completely different menu to see them. The names of the stops also don’t show unless you’re zoomed in close to them. Why would they remove a feature that lets you see the name of a stop you need?.Version: 4.9

Why do we have to press another button and find the bus number cause I can never find the number since there is also no organization for them.
