✓ Broken game.This game is shocking. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it, I even bought gems however hear me out. Once upon a time in this game when you completed a machine you got only coins to drop. The eggs are pointless since you can't gain anything from them anymore. About a year ago there was an update and they for some reason added eggs back to completed machines. When contacted about this big more than 5 times they said it would be fixed soon. Fast forward, here we are a year later and the eggs dropping in a completed machine has not been fixed. There's no way to contact the devs from the app either. Looks like they have just given up on this game to Dev other games now. Very sad as it wouldn't take much to fix. DEVS IF YOU CAN SEE THIS FIX YOUR GAME IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR!.Version: 1.20.4
✓ So cute!! (but bugs need fixing)I love the game, the way it is set out just keeps me coming back for more but I do have one major issue... On the first World I can't access the second puzzle. It's glitched to a point where I have half of the pieces but I can't even see them.., and that's a problem because I'm a completion list type person and I can't realistically check my progress. If that bug can be fixed my enjoyment of the game would greatly increase and I'm sure others would. Otherwise it's another supremely cute, humorous and all around wholesome addition to hyperbeards catalog of entertaining and addicting games..Version: 1.10.3

✓ Lack of coinsReally cute and I love unlocking the different islands but I’m loosing money sooo quick!! When I first downloaded it, clicking on the piggy banks gave tens of thousands of coins but now it only gives 245 :( so I have to wait hourrrs before I can open one egg and it’s usually a small amount of coins. If I loose all my coins I doubt I would continue playing.Version: 1.13
✓ Game keeps glitching.Game glitches, won’t open eggs sometimes, absolutely will not load the puzzles and freezes. I love this game and have been playing for awhile, never had this problem till now on two devices. Please fix.Version: 1.10.3

✓ Spellwords not working anymore, bit mean ☹️My daughter and I used to love playing this game. Sometimes we would take a break and come back and do a bunch of the spell words. Now they seem to expire. Seems mean spirited. Disappointed (and yes we do make sure we use correct capitalisation etc) Please correct this or you will have a lot of annoyed users. ✓ Cute concept boring actualWhen you spend more time watching adverts than game play you know its a bad game. Sure it allows you to earn coins which is great but that actually ends up with you watching adverts every 60 seconds or so just to do anything. I even bought the starter pack to see if it helped but no. Its a pity because i love the gatcha game concept and the graphics are super cute. Its just too slow in game play in my opinion. Even the valentines island, the eggs were all coins no toys. There is no fun in that..Version: 1.20.4

✓ GlitchesI got this game a day or two ago and I love it. The cute animals and other objects to collect. I only have one problem. I can’t get my puzzles to work. I’ll get a new piece and go to click it so I can try and see the picture and it won’t even show it. I’ll try sliding back to the first one and I get a brief show of the completed one but it’s for a second. I’ll try going back to the second one and the same thing happens, shows for a second and then disappears! I have almost completed the second puzzle in the first world but I can’t click on it. Please fix it and then I’ll change my rating to a 5 star. 😊 Update: I only have 3 pieces left of the puzzle but still can’t touch them or see the picture. It’s starting to make me very angry. It’s staying at 1 star until it is fixed. If it isn’t soon then I’ll keep it at 1 star forever. 😡.Version: 1.10.3

✓ Eggcellent!This is an adorable little game, cute graphics and characters and witty descriptions about them. However the eggs take forever, you never have enough coins and 3 times in the last couple of days I’ve opened the eggs that have taken years to hatch and received a toy only for the things to vanish, there is no trace of the in the collections, so more that a little annoyed and disappointed. Please hurry and fix it! Update and things are still vanishing, and now when all the tasks are checked off it won’t let you press the button to get the final daily reward. My autistic daughter plays this and is obsessed by collecting them all, only for it not to be working properly, it may not seem much but an autistic child it’s distressing and obviously lack of communication verbal and aural makes it harder to calm the distress and meltdowns. If this was fixed the rating would be a lot different. Yes, I have tried deleting and reinstalling. Pleeeeeeaaase fix!!!.Version: 1.13.1
✓ ADDICTIVE! but...This game is fun, cute, and very addictive! I have heaps of fun with clawbert and the excitement of opening a new egg! But... I got scammed! I found out about the great deal of 3000 coins and 150 diamonds for only $3! So I got it straight away, and the first time I tried it kept on loading and I’m not sure what happened, so I tried again and that time it did the my purchase was successful! But it wasn’t! As soon as I got back on clawbert, I had no 3000 coins or 150 diamonds! And I’m pretty sure that I spent the $3 because it DID say that my purchase was successful! But, anyway, this is a very addictive and cute game and I recommend it to anyone who loves Kawaii...Version: 1.8.5

I was half way through playing valentines island, I have tons of proof on my Pinterest account but I open clawbert today and not only is everything gone but I have to pay again for the same event I was half way through. This is bad juju man. ✓ They refuse to respond to meI downloaded this game as a suggestion from a friend. I love the art style, the idea, and the look of the game. After playing it for months, I got a new phone. The game didn’t fit the phone. It was stretched and some buttons too out of the way to press. They updated the app and fixed that problem. Great. Good company. Then the freeze problem started happening. The game would freeze or slow down to the point that it was unplayable. No matter how many resets, or power downs you would do. I contacted them on Twitter about it, no response. Many people messaging them about these issues, no response. When asked about their loot box probability (a part of the Apple stores policy), no response. When asked about why their website is down, no response. When asked about a “spell word” that no one could use, no response. When asked about their use of KIIP Rewards as a 3rd party violation of apples AD terms of service, no response. This is a game by another company exploiting loot box AD revenue, to pour their money on themselves instead of improving their game. They aren’t transparent, or forthcoming with information that should be public knowledge. They actively ignore their fan base, and implement fake accounts to reply to. I do not recommend this app solely on the developers lack of responsiveness. If you really cared about your game, or the people playing it, you would actively engage them, and fix the problems with it..Version: 1.8.5
✓ Fun but...OK, the game is cute and fun, no question over that. But the fact that you have to wait HOURS for the machine to reset is extremely irritating. Geez, I know you guys want money but this is just too much. Also, it's annoying how some of the eggs have coins in them. You spend let's say, 80 coins to speed up the process (because the process takes way too long as well) and when you open the egg it's 30 coins. This pretty much defeats the purpose of the whole thing. I want cute kawaii toys in the egg, not coins. Especially not coins that aren't even half the amount spent to open the egg! Also, the "precious gems" are literally impossible to get. If you want to get a game where you sit and wait hours for some stupid egg to hatch or pay an overpriced amount to open the egg, go for it. ✓ It Crashes A LotI used to have Clawbert but deleted it after a while because I progressively stopped playing it, but after a few months I decided to get it again and the first time I used it since installing it again it wouldn't get past the screen with so and so color with a cute face that was blushing without crashing. I tried again after the first crash, and it crashed again. And again, and again. It go so annoying that I deleted it and the next morning I decided to give it one last chance. And you guessed it, it crashed! So I deleted it. Clawbert used to be amazing before I deleted it, no crashes, the main reason I really deleted it was because I lost interest due to long egg hatching waiting time. But now, that egg hatching problem is nothing compared to the crashing now that I can't even play the game. Hyperbeard, your games tend to crash a lot for me, and I don't know why. I just really hope you guys can fix this issue so that I can play Clawbert again!.Version: 1.12.1

It was fun at first but then I realised when you open the eggs they were getting more and more expensive and you had to wait longer if you didn’t want to use your coins on one single egg. It is very disappointing because I have nearly finished my second jigsaw, and I won’t be able to see it completed. I deleted the app and got it again to see if it will fix it ( I knew my data would be saved) and I tried powering off my phone then switch it on again but still won’t work 👎🏼 Even if not a lot of other people have this problem, please do an update with a bug fix or something to do with this problem! ✓ ClawbertI have lowered my rating because this game is nothing but a cash grab. Firstly, the notifications are constantly bugging you to come back and grab an egg, or encouraging you to play because ‘Clawbert is sad’. I mean he’s pretty much smiling all the time so there’s no way he’s ever sad. Or maybe that’s just face paint, who cares. The lack of things to do. Eggs start off taking like 5 seconds to hatch, but eventually once you collect a decent amount of eggs the time goes up by far too much. You are constantly forced to spend money to rush them. Gems are scarce and there’s barely enough to even unlock the second slot. A cute game ruined by greed. I wanted to like this..Version: 1.19.6

✓ Fun BUT could use some improvementsThis game contains a very cute ( and kinda addictive ) claw machine. I am obsessed with the amount of things there are to collect. HOWEVER the opening of the eggs you collect takes wayyyyyy too long. I understand that you can pay coins to skip the waiting but it costs so many coins AND I know you can buy a new slot but it costs ALOT of diamonds compared to how much you actually earn. You need a good bit of patience to wait 3 mins every time you collect an egg which literally takes 2 seconds and is really easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.Version: 1.18.1
✓ BORINGThis is an adorable little game with cute witty descriptions about the characters you unlock ,however it is so boring waiting for the eggs to hatch. When the eggs finally hatch all the characters do is sit there in my collection box doing nothing. I am also disappointed to tell you that when you have grabbed all the eggs inside of the machine you can reset it. That is one of the things I found good about the game apart from a little bit. You have to wait hour’s to make it reset or you can buy gems to reset it which cost real money. That’s another thing, to get gems it says there is also a button saying free but when you click on it you have to sign up to websites with a valid credit card. I am keeping this game so I can play it when it is actually a game - and not a waiting game . Please read my review and improve this game because I think it has a lot of potential. ✓ FunThis game is cute, fun and easy to play. You really look forward to ticking everything off on the daily checklist, however after playing for a few weeks the checklist often doesn’t reset. The countdown will reset, but the checklist itself is the same, already completed list. Lost a star for that bug..Version: 1.21.0
