✓ Excellent game but a little scatteredThe gamification is solid and keeps me coming back, even if it’s just to collect awards. But they are everywhere. So scattered, in fact, it’s easy to lose track of everything. There’s so much of it, and you upgrade so slow, that you could be playing for ages for free, and it quickly goes stale. I get it, they want you to buy stuff, and I have, but I could be spending a lot of money to not get very far. That said, it’s one of the few games I’ve justified spending a little money because I e enjoyed it so much. I just wish that it can move me a little faster. ✓ Great game but can always be improvedI would of gave this game 5 stars due to the fact that it isn’t a pay to win even though there is in game purchases and ads. Game is smooth, concept and layout is great. Haven’t been around long enough to see if there is any online events but I’ll keep an eye out. Last but not least, some recommendations would be FULL SCREEN SUPPORT FOR THE IPHONE X with an option to toggle it on and off based on personal preference. PVP could be better or more exciting if there was more battle information other than the ship type and score. Wave details, end game bonus score multiplier for x amount of ship changes, meteors/gifts destroyed, and power ups attained . More PVP game mode information. I can't obtain enough ship cards playing it to make my ships powerful enough to move past current levels. I’ve really enjoyed the updates and additions over the years from when I first downloaded the app. There is only one thing I can’t stand and that’s the “option” of the other ships falling during the game. Its terrible for me because I’ve spent time and money upgrading the ship I want and there’s been very few occasions when switching ships has benefited me. So the abrupt change usually kills me because the other ships aren’t as convenient or upgraded as the one I like. If I wanted a different ship I would have chose it from the beginning or paid for it. And sometimes theres no way to avoid them if you are trying to avoid something else. Or you can drain your bank account to compete at the highest levels. Something for everyone. For the people who complain about paying anything, boo hoo. ✓ Good game but could use some improvementI recently got this game and I love that you can go straight to boss battles if you want, like me, or ease your way into going against the bosses. I don’t really see a point in PVP mode and it is almost the exact same thing as the regular battles. When you only have one heart it is extremely hard to beat some bosses without using coins or gems, the bosses are sometimes so hard because you out only have one heart. I like that you don’t want your game to be easy but in some cases it’s just to hard to beat a boss or level without reviving with coins. I suggest adding 3 or 2 hearts so it’s not as challenging and aggravating. ✓ Fun game but requires a lot of resourcesI have been for just over 100 days now and for the most part I’ve really enjoyed playing. I joined a great guild that is very helpful to new players. There are daily objectives and events to help you earn resources to upgrade your ship without having to pay real money. Having said that, unless you are willing to spend money, it will take quite a while before you can upgrade your ship or merge two ships for a better one. Some ships can only be obtained through events or must be purchased with money. They don’t cost that much but for someone who doesn’t have money to spare it puts me behind those who can. I do think that the drop rate for resources and the upgrade costs are too far out of proportion. The PVP areas need to be reworked. The best thing you can do is join a guild that fits you and has players that can and will give you good directions on how to play and get stronger in the game. I was in a bad one that gave no assistance. The second one was fantastic and I basically out grew them, was strong enough to go it on my own. I am still in their chat room and assist the guild as I can. I have joined a much stronger Guild that makes a middle of the road player and get advice from them. The best guild must give you advice but most important is that you align with the guild in game and non game chats, if not find another guild. ✓ Excellent Arcade GameThis is a full on experience in arcade gaming, however you do need to learn very quickly the different levels as it seems utterly overwhelming with so much happening at each stage and level of play. It does have a few glitches and fame freezes and oddly it for no reason whatsoever every now and then phases during actual game play and automatically goes into a three second count down before resuming, however those aside it has a fantastic level of functionality and great enjoyment. The graphics and sound affects are truly amazing.
