✓ No sirve, it doesn’t works!!I found it interesting as it is a spanish movies and series app, downloaded it and started the trial time, however I was unable to log first day, I thought it may need time, tried the next day and same it said my user wasn’t recognized, then I tried to use in computer and it said my account was expired?? Then again in iphone and never worked, the 7 days trail passed without being able to login so I cancelled to avoid paying for a service that never worked Encontre este app y me pareció intersante por que parece tener buenas series y películas, hize el download y me inscribi atravez de el app, despues de recibir la confirmación no pude login, pense talvez hay que esperar, lo intente al siguiente dia y fue los mismo, y asi paso el periodo de prueba, imposible accesar, antes del dia de inicio he cancelado mi inscripción y reporte al app a Apple, esto parece un scam, al contacar a servicio al cliente respondió con preguntas y pidieron datos, despues contestó otra persona pidiendo datos de nuevo, y nunca solucionaron nada, pero obtuvieron mi apple user, he reportado esta app a Apple y me sugirieron cambiar password y mantener mi información confidencial, este es un posible scam!!.Version: 4.3.2
✓ TV App produces no sounds!We were excited to watch a movie for Christmas Eve so we decided to download the app on to our Samsung TV. We selected a movie, a commercial came on but once the movie started, no sound was produced. We were able to hear the commercials but not the actual movie. Does anyone have the same issue? No sound system here, is there a setting we are missing?.Version: 2.1.1
✓ Not so much of a great appThis app could be better designed. The episodes dont have numbers, so its hard to know where i left off since sometimes i dont see the title. Clicking on the pause, next, and the forward 10 sec buttons, is kind of slow. It takes too long to show the option of the next episode once one is over. Things like that, can make it a better app. Over all its a somewhat good app and it does have good series and movies..Version: 2.0.5
✓ InconsistentWhen the app and streaming service work, they’re ok at best. But as others have said, audio frequently cuts in and out. Sometimes can’t play more than 10 seconds without muting itself. Rebooting helps for a couple minutes then it starts again. And don’t expect to watch with English subtitles as the translations are grossly inaccurate and many times sentences are cut off mid sentence leaving you wondering what was just said. Many many bugs and likely not enough server bandwidth to be useful or competitive..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Can’t view without WiFiPantaya use to be my go to app for streaming. The most annoying thing is not being able to watch without being connected to wifi! I don’t always have access to wifi so I don’t mind streaming on my cellular data but they’ve made that impossible!! Please fix this!.Version: 4.9.5
✓ No customer supportI’ve been trying to communicate with the customer support because the system isn’t allowing me to acces my account I’ve emailed them like 2 times already they only ask if I’m watching from the USA and to keep specifying what is the issue. I even send a image of what the issue is. ✓ Horrible experienceI like the movies that they have but unfortunately i cannot watch any of them I have tried so many times to get a reset password link sent to my email but I have not received anything is so frustrating that I can’t login into my account to watch some of the movies that I payed for the app I would really appreciate it if someone can help me get this issue fixed . ✓ WILL OVER CHARGE WITHOUT PERMISSIONI literally canceled my subscription the next day after getting this app and they are still charging my credit card.... this is a scam do not get this app they will steal from you..... i log in to my app and it clearly tells me i have to re subscribe but why are they still charging me is the question!????????? ✓ How can I cancel my subscription?I can not cancel my subscription! I wrote an email to this corporation and tried to contact them and no one responds to my emails. I don’t like application it freeze all the time, I cannot watch a movie with out interruptions. My internet is not the problem since I can watch movies from others providers with out a problem. Plus they don’t add a new movies frequently as the published and the movies they add every now and then are not the good ones. Is so many more good movies out there that unfortunately Pantaya don’t have..Version: 1.2.3

✓ Poor connectionI just downloaded this app on my computer n phone. While watching a movie it freezes n I have to delete n reload the app to finish watching a movie. This has happened with each of the 4 movies I’ve started watching, can’t finish them. I’m going to try it for a couple more days n if this continues I’ll definetely cancel my services. ✓ DISAPPOINTEDAs I was able to see the first episode for “De Viaje Con Los Derbez” on my Roku channel, I was hooked and bought the subscription. It amazed me how well the first episode played then as soon as the second one started it completely went to trash. Its audio would mute and turn back on frequently. Then it got to the point where it would completely exit out on its own. Really disappointed..Version: 2.3.1
✓ GLITCH NONSTOPHi Hello I love the shows but please fix the ios glitches I can’t watch my show without being taken to the main page again and having to restart the app very annoying quite frankly! ✓ Good optionI like to watch Pantaya because reminds me of Mexico and living in USA for 20 years is nice to watch all this Mexican movies. I have to say that I don’t like that ever time I start a new show I have to watch all the previews over and over and if I click Skip the “punish “ you because the next show takes fooorever to start. ✓ Does not work.I cannot download this app at all, I’ve tried it on iPhone 12 Pro, iPad, Apple TV. For whatever reason it’s not letting me download same issue on all the devices I mentioned. I click on get, it begins to act like it’s going to download then it stops. The Get button appears again I click to no avail tried rebooting devices and still doesn’t allow me to download . ✓ SubscriptionThis app lies to you. Tells you you can start a “free trial” then charges you for every movie you watch while on the trial plus after a week charges you 6$ then won’t let you cancel it. False advertisement! Who ever is in charge of this service please fix this. And won’t email me back. Y’all need to have a customer service number to call. ✓ Make sure you want this app before subscribingBy far the worst app for me personally. The shows lag and will kick me out of app and I can’t even stream onto my larger screens. I’ve been trying to cancel since April 2022 and NOTHING. Have sent emails and they send me a dead end link where it doesn’t even allow me to cancel my subscription. Please make sure you’re willing to pay month to month for years because they’ll just give you the run around. Oh and they won’t refund my money. I haven’t used the app at all since April . ✓ No wifi detectedThe content is ok. No super good, no super bad, just regular Latin movies all in the same place. But what I hate is the iphones app. Every time that I tried to play a movie they or series said no WiFi detected go to settings to change your preferences. The illogical of the situation Is that I always have reproduce with data. Y move it trying to put on and off and check if that way I can have streaming but does not work. ✓ Many App issuesI got the app several months ago under the free trial, before the trial expired I cancelled it however the offered another promotion with subscription being cheaper a month for only three months I accepted the promo to give it another try but till this day I can never watch a series or movie where I don’t encounter an issue. My biggest issue is it gives me an error that says WiFi no connection if I want to use my Data which is perfectly fine my data is always on, but it still gives me the error and doesn't let me watch anything. And I will say it’s only with Pantaya.. because I can stream Netflix with no issues and Disney+. As soon as I get the error I go into Netflix to try and no issues at all. So its definitely an issue with Pantaya. I have emailed them soo many times about the problem but it has not been resolved! It’s frustrating!.Version: 4.7.1

Let me tell you how special it is doesn’t work after I signed up and put my card info I was not able to log in, I tried the I forgot my password 4 different times within the 2 hours after I signed and never got the link to reset password. ✓ Not enough content.I got the app to try it out and see if they had classic movies section (like golden age of Mexican cinema, for example) for my parents since they love movies of that era and have difficulty finding movies online. Not only do they not have that, they don’t even have a telenovela section ( to watch, say, a past novela) They don’t have much of a variety, therefore not worth it..Version: 4.6.1
✓ FRUSTRATINGI absolutely LOVE De Viaje Con Los Derbez which is why I got this app. However my issue has to do with the app itself. I set up my account, and logged out and could not get back in. I tried resetting my password FOUR different times, never got the link in my email until I contacted support then was able to get in two days later. I didn’t have my account keep me logged in because I prefer to log in each time I go to use the app and again I cannot get in so I created a different account with a different email and a different card and I am no longer able to get into that account either. ✓ App is not user friendlyWriting a review from the son of this account holder. I've been trying to subscribe my mom to this for an hour and they just don't seem to want to take my money???? Why is it so hard to create an account, reset a password, and subscribe to monthly service? You would think a company would have the basics down so they can take peoples money faster and easier. ✓ FIX CHROMECAST / SMARTCAST !!I would give it 5 Stars because there’s many movies which I find good to watch and its basically a Hispanic Netflix. When I first tried to connect it with my TV it worked like a charm. But after that one attempt. It now doesn’t work at all. I uninstalled the app, logged out and in, used a different device. Closed the app. Turned my TV off. Everything possible. The SmartCast WiFi window doesn’t appear on the App anymore. So I can’t watch the movies I want on my tv with the whole family. Please fix this, because it did work, it isn’t now for some reason..Version: 1.1.13
