Reflectly - Journal & AI Diary for Positive User Reviews

Well-rounded, very useful online journal appI very much enjoy using this app. I particularly take note of the interesting features to do with stories, and the inspiring question of the day. It has no advertising and does not pester the user to buy a full version, but the option to do so is clearly displayed, making the user far more likely to upgrade. I enjoy the freedom of the app and it helps the user to express their feelings in a confidential way, which can help psychologically. I would like to suggest that the character limit be increased or omitted because I often find myself wanting to write more. I also find that the app shuts unexpectedly which is distracting, but no information is lost when I return. The lock is a good idea but I am unsure why it must be a paid feature, but personally, I can easily cope without it. A thoroughly well-thought out app which I will continue to enjoy for many years to come..Version: 2.5.0

Amazing app please downloadI have downloaded this app when I felt like I was no one and no one cared. Once I downloaded it I felt like I always have someone there for me I felt complete. On my first story on the app I was down because of Coronavirus but over the time of use it this app I started to just feel happy in general. Sometimes I write about 5 story’s a day. A huge thank you to the developer of the app you and your team are so helpful. I hugely appreciate this app it’s amazing. And I highly recommend you give it a try to. Trust me ur not gonna regret it, this app is so sweet and try’s to help with your problems, so if your reading this just give this wonderful app a huge chance.Version: 2.8.20

Some of those ‘pesky’ bugs persistI love the app and enjoy using it, though the process to write a story is a bit buggy. The app gets stuck at the start of adding a story, often requiring several taps to actually open the daily reflection options. It won’t let me scroll through the range of ‘how was your day’ at the very beginning, and gets stuck quite often at the choosing of what made the day good/bad, requiring a restart of the entry or the entire app. I’m sure it’s not a huge fix and I’m working with it, but it does get annoying. Otherwise a super awesome app! Love the work you guys are doing!.Version: 2.8.17

Has helped me a lot. It’s unusual for me to give apps five stars. However, I just had to give Reflectly the rating. I’m on a journey (like I’m sure many of you are too) to better myself. I’ve dealt with problems like chronic loneliness which has led to quite intense anxiety. So I was scrolling through some apps as a small gesture for myself, I was looking for some good journaling apps or apps that keep track of my mood. That’s when I came across Reflectly. I was jumping into the app with high hopes and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve used the app for a while now and yes, after some deletions and reinstalling. I’m sticking with the app. It’s just a simplistic way to get that extra bit of motivation to get you through the day. Bottling things up is extremely unhealthy. So if you feel you can’t tell someone writing them down either electronically or physically is a way to help. I’ve chosen Reflectly because of the layout. It’s really simple to understand and I can easily access previous written journal entry's. Do I recommend? Definitely..Version: 3.21.7

I love this app it makes me so happyI lost my mum when I was younger and this makes me control my sadness i especially love ❤️ the widgets bc they change and when I turn on my phone it makes me feel better I have sadly been through sad times but I just love writing how I feel about stuff down u don’t rly need premium bc it’s such a good thing I would Defo recommend this app and pls don’t get premium bc this app is so so amazing ty developer when I feel sad I let it all out then use this and I feel a lot better u don’t have to have mental health problems to get this app ( I do ) but it’s just a safe place to go to and is becoming one of my favorite apps whenever u use it u will shine and make u feel better I hate a lot of peeps but that doesn’t make anyone a bad person but just don’t let them know if u suffer with grief then use this app I love it u r amazing and this app shows every one that they r amazing I have a lot of people helping me but this feels like a gossip mag but just for ur self.Version: 3.20.2

Awesome!I love this Game I’ve used it for 2 days but I’m inlove with it!!! It’s so calming and it helps you think about your day whether it was good or bad and you can revise and see what you can do better or have more fun with! It’s graphics and designs are gorgeous too. The little robot in the journal is also ADORABLE I feel really comfortable talking to it and writing how I feel. I recommend this game to anyone who’s wanting to talk to someone about problems or something exciting or anything! It’s gentle and helps you reflect on what your doing and how you can improve or learn..Version: 2.7.6

The app is great! It’s a great app but I feel as if the mood changes and the other stuff shouldn’t be included in the premium. I think people not wanting to buy the premium version, should be able to unlock the mood changes at least..Version: 3.1.0

Reflectly reflectionA lovely incentive to encourage the act of reflecting upon each day. The golden star reward system celebrates each day you return to the app to log your feelings or experience for the day - something unique that sets this app apart from other apps. The free version does limit the amount of characters you can log to 500 per section, and in order to unlock the full 1250 characters, you do have to sign up for the subscription based program. The app is fully customisable, encouraging you to pick a colour theme of your choosing, a display picture and a nickname to make it that much more personal..Version: 2.6.7

Great app for journaling.Such a good app for starting a journaling habit. I’ve done a month now and am quite looking forward to continuing on the journey. The stats are great as well to see how your responses change over time as well as encouraging me to actually look at my day and find the silver lining so to speak. Sometimes I have found a few questions repeat themselves a bit too frequently. I like having a bit of time between answering the same question to see how I’ve changed my response but that’s so minor it’s not really an issue..Version: 1.4.0

ReflectlyIt’s an amazing app because when I’m writing on paper I can’t think of any questions or ideas to write down. But with this app it tells you what to write down and keeps hold of it for you.Version: 2.8.15

Good app! This is a great app, it is helpful and has great quotes, I think what they could do to make it Better would be to include every feature of the app and make everything free for an app like this I don’t think people should have to pay for a premium... great app if you are looking for a way to track your mood 9/10 recommend.Version: 3.12.0

Really good, recommendedI like this app because it lets me record my feelings. I have a lot and I don’t feel completely comfortable talking to other people about them, I was really sad and depressed for a long period of time and this really helped me to come out of that state. It doesn’t matter if you feel sad or not, it’s a good app for just kind of talking to. If you’re like me and want to keep a diary but always forget to this is an app for you, the notifications help me keep on track and it’s very helpful. If I had one suggestion though I would say, let us have stories just to write in about your day instead of being limited to 1000 words and having to choose a date to write about, also I would like to have premium but it’s really expensive so maybe you could lower the price a bit. Over all great app, highly recommended..Version: 2.6.7

Love itI started this app yesterday and I’ve never been one to keep a dairy but this it’s great. Going through a break up it’s the perfect venting app to get everything out and stops you from talking about it in everyday life..Version: 2.4.5

It’s goodI think this app has helped me but I do not think you should have to pay for things in an app about self help because then your potential stoping someone from getting better or helping improve there self image and I don’t think it’s right personally and I think that there should be an area on the app where you can write about things that make you happy or things you like or maybe a planner or like a diary with info and just a notes section as it could reduce some stress from them forgetting important info or events like that. Besides that this app is great and I admire your passion to help. But I know you need to make income some how so maybe if you still want to make money off this app maybe pay for maybe naming Folders or fonts and colors or maybe adding a metal health chat you have to pay for. Hope you read this thank you 😁.Version: 3.0.2

Love the app! But there are some things i would improve/add.I’ve really enjoyed using this app so far and have found it so inviting and encouraging for someone who usually struggles to write down my thoughts. Because I love the app so much, i’ve realised some things I wish would be improved/added, such as: The wallpapers/covers for the ‘stories’ written each day is such a great idea, but I kind of wish the original wallpapers could be chosen by the user. I dont personally have the patience to go and add my own cover to them each time, and I appreciate the original covers enough to stick with them, but I do wish there was a little tab or something which allowed the user to decide which of the original covers suited our feelings for the day the most (while also providing the option to upload our own). Also I wish the app providing more statistics. I havent personally used the premium feature (as I dont think its quite worth it yet) but, even so, I think it would be nice if you provided some basic overviews of the moods of the week/month/year for non-premium users. Mostly, I wish there was a clear mood-tracker chart for these intervals where users could clearly see how they’ve been feeling the most in these times. Anyway, I love the app and will continue to use it almost everyday, while hopefully anticipating some new updates which will allow even more exciting functions for the app..Version: 2.7.6

BrilliantI had always been told by councillors that I needed to write in a diary and I always forgot but with this I can rate my day and what made it good or bad and elaborate on what happened! I have recently fractured my wrist so it’s also good that I can just type not have to write! I love how I can literally take this journal wherever I go and it fits in my pockets I love getting all the sweet messages like e.g good morning or sleep well and we can talk in the morning! It’s so easy to use and just brilliant! I love it so much and I would rly recommend! I just love how it’s literally like I’m talking to someone but I’m not at the same time. I love how you can look back on days which always reminds me of the good things in my life and all the good days I have had which cheers me up! It’s just like having someone to talk to 24-7 you just pick up your devise and write! This is one of the best apps that I have on my phone and it has helped me through some rough times. If ur reading this and your sometimes upset I love you so much and you are brilliant and amazing!❤️.Version: 2.8.20

Good place to let all your feelings out!!It’s a great app which makes you feel much better because you let all your feelings out. At the minute I am going through quite a lot, so I have been using reflecty. I’m so glad I installed it because I need to let my feelings out instead of venting infront of everyone on tiktok and stuff. The stuff you write and how you feel doesn’t get shared with anyone or anything, anything you write will never be shared with anything!! And you can also edit what you have written if you want to edit what you’ve wrote. Overall, I think it’s a really good app and I recommend it!! Also download all the other apps created by the same people that created reflecty!! I’m going to let you install it and look at it yourself, there are even more things to explore for yourself on there, go and look!! - Lacey :).Version: 4.6.6

A Doubter turned believerI’m not gonna lie, from my personal background, I used to think these kind of mental health apps were a scam. I haven’t been feeling like myself lately and found this app on Instagram and I have been going for about two weeks strong writing every day, and this is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I have been feeling so clear minded, and have been super honest and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Some parts are not available if you don’t have a membership, but even the free version allows a lot of access to the main features. I just purchased the membership, and with a year plan I’m literally only paying 3.33 a month, which is pretty cheap for my mental sanity. I like the questions about myself where I can reminisce on experiences from way way back, and am so happy I have found this app. If you need an outlet of any sort and semi-enjoy writing out your emotions, this app is for you. Thank you to whoever made this because every day I feel it helping me become a better person. You can even add pictures and stuff to help you remember specific events for when you look back on your entries, which I think is super dope. I highly recommend it to everyone, but suggest you try it out for free first and see what I mean. After like 7 entries, it even shows you data on how you been feeling on a day to day. This app is great and I plan to use it for a long time..Version: 2.8.6

Great app! This app has really helped me throughout the past month! It’s just felt like an actual person to talk to for some reason? The app is really great! I love the layout of everything and the designs too! And I love with the morning part as well, just everything about this app is great! But I would like it to be free for the personal stats tho because I feel like even tho you get your money of of it it wouldn’t be as great so it would be really helpful! What this app has helped me with is that since lately after a few family issues I’ve became part depressed and with friends ditching me and not real friends at all it’s made me really have problems with trust and now I have anxiety this app is really helping with that! I hope you see my report about the app and I rate it 5 stars! Thank you 😊.Version: 2.8.4

Really HelpfulDownloaded this app after i tested positive for covid. I was really worried about that and was also feeling very self conscious about my appearance. Reflectly helped me a lot! I have quotes all over my phone, daily challenges have made me so much happier, talking about my feelings made me feel so much better, and at the end of the day reflectly would let me know that everything will be okay and tomorrow’s a new day if i had done a sad check in, and told me that they’re glad i’m happy if i did a positive check in. Really is like having an extra friend that won’t judge you or make you feel down. The only thing i will ask is if you could make it so that as well as having daily challenges you have extra challenges on the side, just bc i have covid and i’m really bored so they give me things to do. Could you also add a meditation/ mindfulness part. and also could you add relaxing games that can calm you down? If you can do at least one of them it would make me very happy! Thank you!.Version: 4.5.0

This is what I sayThis app isn’t perfect but it’s helped me. I’ve only just started yesterday, but I feel better after writing all my feelings down I don’t know how I feel about the fact u have to pay to get better stuff but I guess they have to get money somehow. I think it’s a great app and I hope everyone who is having a hard time like me finds it and doesn’t take the death road... anyway I’m 13 right now and I feel judged all the time but when I talk on this app I feel like it’s a better friend then my “real” friends so definitely a 5/5 from me..Version: 3.16.0

Reflectly is my go-to app before bedEver since I purchased this app, it has helped me to get to sleep every night. There’s something so relaxing about writing about your day. It’s as if I’m telling someone about my worries and thoughts, but better! I love how it saves your stories each time you go on the app and that it asks you the ‘Question of the Day’. As I said, I use this app every night before bed, as it helps me release all my worries and thoughts so I don’t have to think about them the next day. As soon as I press that submit story button, all my worries dissolve! Long story short, I would most definitely recommend this app!! 👌💕🙏.Version: 2.8.10

Great app but has a couple bugsFor those who want to journal but struggle with keeping the habit consistent or finding the time this app is great. However while trying to journal and get all the achievements, my streak suddenly reset to 4, despite not having missed a single entry for 42 days. Hope this bug can be fixed..Version: 2.5.1

Great appIt’s great for me to be able to tell them everything and know it’s safe and to also tell someone about your life even when you feel all alone..Version: 3.3.0

Amazing 🤩💞Just when I had started to give up and think there is only one solution to my problems I got the life changing add I had got it many times before but have never really thought about getting it ever since I got this app I have been allot happier and more organized it’s very simple to sign up and set up takes some time to get used to and turning on reminders is definitely helpful! 🤩🤩🤩 but for real this has helped me cope with anxiety I feel much more put together and organized I wish I would have gotten it sooner it really helps me look at what my life is like in a different view I get to see what I thought of previous day weeks and months also the app recommendations are good to i ended up getting one of the other apps recommended called Done and it give me reminders for holes that I have set for self care like to remind to brush my teeth wash my face and even just to take a breath this app has really helped me though hard times and I know it will help me in the future as well I wish I could thank the creators of this app in person it really wowed me that there is actually good people in this world that care about others and not just them selfs 🥺🤩.Version: 3.4.0

Lovely!I have had this app for a couple of months now and I love it! I like how you write your diary, and then answer the question of the day, as it makes your mind focus of the task and not any worries that you may have. I advise this app for everyone who would like to look back on what they have done on the past few months and who likes to have time to themselves. Note for improvement: you can only do limited things ( writing and looking at your diary) if your not a member but it is quite expensive for an app if you are, just to look at your stats! So maybe you could add a couple of more features for the non- members? 😄 Also, ( note for improvement) when it asks the question of the day, you could have an option to do one, two, or three questions as I quite like them!! Thank you for this app.Version: 2.7.4

Amazing app (detailed review :)I love diaries and going back even as little as month and seeing how I’ve changed my mindset. I always forget to write in them though then found this app and was in awe. I love the fact I can just scroll through and read them and I got so much access to everything without premium unlike some apps where you can do absolutely nothing this app actually gives you lots of things to use. I’m starting to think I have moderate anxiety and this app has really helped me with thoughts and just getting out. Even if you don’t have problems or anything it just feels amazing to feel that fun memories are going to be locked in forever..Version: 2.6.7

AmazingI’ve only been on this app for 5 minutes and it really cares about you. It asks you to rate your day and based on that you answer some questions. It asked me what made my day so good and it came up with at least 20 possibilities. You can get help everyday if you want because the friendly robot is ALWAYS there to listen and help. It took me to this other app where you can communicate with other beings. You don’t use your real name. You put up a blog. Then if someone wants to check on you they send a direct message to you and you can even make online friends!!! I recommend this app for all users!.Version: 2.8.15

ReflectI rate it 5/5 stars because when you reflect on your day you really think about it and you can look back on other days, and I think that helps you relise today was a good day in a way. Also it’s nice to write down what happened it’s like telling some body your problems and feelings..Version: 2.8.20

Love this appThis app is amazing. I have tried to start journals before and have always failed. I am not much of a big writing fan, when I would write in a journal I would not get to write everything I wanted because I didn’t want to write that much. My mind was going to fast for my hands so I would write summaries of what was going through my head. This made for a not so good journal entry. I would also forget to write often or just simply choose not to because I didn’t feel like writing. Luckily I am a faster typer than a writer so I am able to keep up with the thoughts going through my head. It is also a lot easier to write everyday because I can choose to get notifications. The app also has an amazing design that is pleasing to the eye ,and all my little entries look super neat rather than my sloppy- tired of writing, handwriting. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t know how go express their feelings or feels like they have no one to talk to because it is a great way to get those feelings off your chest. That is actually why I got this app because I struggle with talking about how I feel so, being able to write about has allowed me to relieve a lot of stress..Version: 3.0.2

SO HELPFUL!I never write reviews for apps, but this app is amazing! Ahhh it helps alleviate areas so much. It’s relaxing and fun and easy to use (mostly). The only reason I gave it four stars is because of how laggy and slow it can be at times to load, save or make changes. I recommend the premium plan if you use the app daily, because it makes it so much better. Yeah, if you’re stressed and need to write it all out, this is the app for you. Also, a recommendation - why when typing doesn’t the screen pan down? When I begin to type over what’s visible to my I have to stop typing and then scroll down and it’s quite annoying. If the team could fix that, that would be amazing! Otherwise, great stress-reliving app..Version: 2.6.1

Amazing!First day and already made myself feel somewhat organised and ready to create a new me! I went into the app thinking it was boring and cringe but deffinitly wrong! Deffinitly recommend for people who need better wellbeing it helps sort your life out!.Version: 2.8.10

It was goodIt is a great app and it helps you reflect on the days even though u have to pay for better things on it it’s still really good and helps you think about what you are truly grateful and happy for in your life only 1 down point but doesn’t deserve a start knocked of is that u have to pay for the better features and I wish u didn’t need to because it would make me want to go on it soo much more than I already do since I normally do it every few days but free features would make it a lot more joy able and wanted more in my daily routines but overall and amazing app that calms you and helps you reflect on the good or the bad or both at times and it’s fun for me at least to right about my life in a sort of online diary journal type thing and I really would recommend this app to users! If you have got this far and are a human have a nice day! 🙏😁.Version: 2.8.4

Reflectly has changed my lifeReflectly has changed a lot for me not just the way I think mentally but physically it reminds me every day that I could be going through something worse that someone else could be suffering while I am here hating my life but living living a life that someone else would dream to have someone on the street would love would be grateful for, And as I say these words I am reflecting on my past self on how ungrateful and selfish I was so I’m saying thank you so much for helping me realize the pain that other people could be going through so that I can enjoy my life and be as great full as I can while I can because sometimes people don’t always get a good life some people don’t always get things like this some people don’t get gifts that make them special or that can give them money and honestly right now I am so grateful for what I have my past life I was suffering I had a really really bad past that I don’t think many people know about so I’m reflecting on my past self and I am thanking the lord that I could have this life and not be selfish anymore and I thank you God for this life that I’m given..Version: 2.6.7

Love it 💕I live for this app it really encourages me to get in touch with my feelings good and bad. I look forward to relax and journal at night with nothing but me , my thoughts, and my little friend Reflectly. I also love the questions that they ask you making you think of a genuine answer that sparks joy every time I do it. It really makes it feel like someone is actually there for you everyday like it’s their top priority. I love Reflectly and it’s changed my attitudes to life and it’s difficult situations. I couldn’t imagine a life without it 👏👏 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.Version: 3.0.3

I love it!This app is so great :) And it works. You do have it get a subscription to unlock certain things but the app is definitely usable without one. The app has a feature where you can talk about your day verbally or write it down. Whatever you are more comfortable with. Not only this but, you also get the option to turn on your notifications and it will remind to do a “daily check in” One in the morning, afternoon, and night. Any other check ins you do can be completely up to you! You can do as many as you please and throughout the day if you’d like. Its private so no one can see what you write down there wether it’s venting about a bad day or putting a picture to show how great your day was. It’s like your own personal digital journal. It also gives motivational quotes, and every Sunday you can practice thankfulness. If your looking for something to help with your mood if your feeling down or if you even wanted something that you’ll be able to take wherever with you without taking to much space up in your bag then this is the app for you! Have a great day! 🤍.Version: 4.1.1

New update has great new UI, but...The new update looks really nice! The font is great and the general UI looks really pleasant. The new way to write an entry isn’t as good as before, I think. It feels a lot more restrictive, and it automatically wrote a few sentences that seem redundant at the beginning of my entry (e.g. Today was a pretty good day. It was a good day because of...) This doesn’t seem necessary, especially since I can see outright that I put the day as a Pretty Good day. I think the question of what made today good and the answers with the little icons are really neat (like food, family, etc.) but you should find a way to implement it in the entry without having a redundant sentence placed in for me. I like my entries to be my personal entries, written personally by me. Also, it didn’t ask me what could have made the day better. I enjoyed writing about both the positives and negatives of the day. That was one of the things I liked most about the app: it allowed me to compare the good things and the bad things in my day (and I found out there were a lot more good things than I realize during the day!) Thanks for reading this review, and hope you take it to heart. I really enjoy the app, and I want to keep using it as long as possible. But again, I rather dislike the restrictive nature of the new entry system and the forced placement of a few redundant sentences at the beginning of each entry..Version: 1.4.0

Better then writing! This is an amazing way to write a journal and actually keep up with writing everyday with the occasional notification it is a lot quicker to write in and very confidential to you and only the people you want to show. It is a fun way to look back on the past and don’t need to spend money on a new diary every 2-3 years when you feel like getting a new one. The only problem is that the pro section of the app always pops up and it gets annoying after a while other then that it is amazing and I would say 80% of the app is free! Unlike a lot of other apps like this..Version: 2.6.7

ReflectlyThis app is good for thinking about how my day went although it gets a bit annoying with not being able to get premium and some really good features only being for premium.Version: 2.6.7

Very good for teensI’m a teen and honestly this helped me so much and it was like a little buddy to rant to your day about! Love it!.Version: 3.12.0

Amazing appThe other day I was feeling quite stressed and unhappy, I had been feeling like this for a while, so I downloaded reflecty as I have had it before, I just deleted it because I didn’t have time to fill it in everyday, but I downloaded it again because I remember it been quite good, I wrote my first log, and it was so helpful and friendly, you could pinpoint exactly how you were feeling, with guided help. It then goes on to a page where you can give the day a title and add extra notes, so I did so, and in the extra notes part, I wrote down exactly why I was stressed, I wrote down everything that was on my mind, and it was a pretty long paragraph, but luckily there’s no character limit! And after writing everything down, it helped me to see why I was really stressed, instead of not knowing, and continuing with this built up confusing, it separated everything that made me feel this way, which has really helped me. I don’t usually write reviews unless I have something really good/bad to say, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before, but reflecty is definitely worth talking about. Thank you for reading, I hope you have a great day 😌🌺.Version: 3.12.0

It’s such a pretty app but needs improvement! This app is visually BEAUTIFUL! It’s great that you can customise the colours to suit you. However, I’ve found in my first week of using the app that there are various features that need to be tweaked to work properly. 1) Sometimes you click a button when adding a daily story and it doesn’t do anything. You have to exit the page and start again to rectify the problem. 2) When you try to do “OTHER” options to your activities, they don’t save or let you continue. Again you need to exit the window and start again (but not fill in an “Other” option) 3) At the end of day 7, Reflectly offers you a free trial with your stats, however you physically can not unlock them! It shows you the payment screen for the paid version and you cannot get around it regardless of what you try (even if you exit the screen!) So again, great app, great concept, and it is STUNNING but fixing up those small bugs would make the app so much better!!.Version: 2.8.20

Why to get this app.Reflectly is a really good app. Im a 12 year old girl and this app helps me keep track. Being a gamer, and only having friends of games, it’s hard. Betrayal is common. So are heart breaks. I get to express my emotion knowing next week I’m gonna see it and think back. I’m no weirdo. I’m not like omg “I have anxiety and depression”, I don’t self diagnose. But I have been diagnosed with anxiety and adhd. And depression last year but I’m sure it’s gone. I’m doing half better now but things are falling again, so I downloaded this. All I can say is, if your in need I hope this comment helps you..Version: 3.20.2

Decent appIt is no doubt that the app helps people reflect on major experiences in their life while acting as a coping mechanism for anxiety and stress. I personally love using the app, and whenever something major happens in my life, the first thing I go to is this app and just rant about it. But after using this app for quite a while now, I believe there should be some modifications to make it an even better experience for users. 1. Saved drafts: I would appreciate if there was a way to collect drafts of stories and save it. Not only can people come back to the draft to write more, but it can also some tons of time. I once wrote about 1000 words about a day, and for some strange reason, my phone shut me out of the app and my writing was gone. It disappeared. I was so descriptive about my day and it just went away. But if there was an option to hold drafts in which stories would save automatically (such as google docs or something), then I could easily find access back to my story and it wouldn’t have been lost. 2. vertical display: I hope this makes sense, but I think it would be more convenient to slide up and down to access stories instead of sliding left to right..Version: 3.0.2

Ok...let’s be honest here...I loved this app back in December 2019, I WAS able to write a lot. Then later on,I deleted the app. I’m not sure if my memory is terrible and I don’t remember how it was then (in 2019) But it just doesn’t seem the same to me. I remember that I was able to write so so much. But now since I don’t want to pay I can only write, well I mean I can’t even write, but I’m just able to tell the app how I’m feeling. To my memory, it gave you a question on how or why I felt that way I’m pretty sure. But now like I said before, it only asked me how I feeling and why I feel that way. I mean I think you’ll be a great great app if you were to pay, but I’m a broke person so,I don’t want to pay... but until I find an app that lets me write about how I’m feeling and is just amazing. For now, I will just have to make do with this one. By the way I know that there’s the notes thing but that’s not the same thing as what I remember OK? got it? Someone please let me know if I’m right in the app has changed or I am terribly wrong you know that I’ve hasn’t changed whatsoever. Thank you if you read the whole thing really appreciate it, peace people!! -Valeria <3.Version: 3.3.0

Great.. few suggestionsI like how I am given differing questions everyday that help me think and of course, reflect. It would be nice to add more unique questions or type of reflections each day which would make doing entries more exciting or enticing to do. For example.. asking for a time in the day where you felt thankful/sad/guilty etc. Or a section to write your plans or wishes for the next day and what to improve on from the last day. Also, sometimes typing a lot can be very tiring so maybe add an option to make a voiceover which would allow users to just speak their mind without having to put it in sentences. This adds emotion and lets users listen to past recordings..Version: 2.8.9

Reflectly! 😀 (please read!)I absolutely love reflectly! BUT... there is one thing. The only thing I am a bit dissatisfied with is the lack of options that the people who do not want to pay a subscription for the “premium”. (Keep in mind that the subscription is QUITE a bit of money!) So reflectly, I would really appreciate it if you guys could add some more options for the people who don’t want to pay the monthly subscription. Other than that, I would love to elaborate on how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! First of all, this app helps so much with daily check ins (if that makes any sense) on how the users of this app days are going, and the way that this app doesn’t just leave us all struggling (this is me) to search our mind of what to write about the day we had— it gives us good and realistic questions to answer. I also must add that the feature of adding pictures to the journals is amazing because you never know when one of us users may want to sneak in a pic of a nice day at the beach, cool food etc. overall, I love this app and am looking forward to the future updates. Thank you for taking this time to read this rewiew!!! 👌❤️😁 truly pleased— these 5 golden stars are all shining bright and true!!!.Version: 3.6.0

It’s a shame. This app was so amazing when I first downloaded it, it was clean and well put together. Unfortunately though the new update that changes the whole interface isn’t really my style and I miss the old interface. There are some new things I like about this one, but if I could have them with the old way of displaying your stories and so on then that would have been perfect. I really appreciate the effort, not many developers take as much care in updating their apps as you guys do. But unfortunately this latest UI update has made me start to write everything in my notes on my iPhone, and now I don’t really see the point in having this app on my phone anymore.😞 it’s a shame because I really did love it! If there could be an option for people to switch Between the timeline view and the old way of viewing then that would be brilliant and I would 100% recommend this app. Anyone who is seeing this, don’t let this review change your mind about getting this app, this is my personal preference and you might love the way this app is now. Download it and decide for yourself. But as for me, i just can’t get along with the new UI change. 😔.Version: 3.0.2

GREAT app, but...For the past year I have had Reflecty installed on my iPhone however it was not until the start of this year that I had initially began to use it as a way to keep track of and journal my personal health. I truly love Reflecty because personally I feel as if writing acts as a form of escape, I use it as a means to keep me going in fact. It’s nice. However due to the apps new update I do find it difficult to want to write anymore; this is due to the fact that in-app you can no longer tailor a past date to write about. I found this particularly important because normally if I am having a bad day let’s call it, I lose that motivation to write completely (normally I would like to write that day or the thought would get lost in my head sometimes you see, so I would usually write something vague in my notes to then transfer to the app by selecting the day in the past). That however is my only qualm with the app but it is otherwise a great iteration to help those who cannot find the motivation to commit to a handwritten journal as well as a coping mechanism for someone hurting mentally :).Version: 3.3.0

Good app except that you must payVery good app that helps me express my emotions all the time, it can allow me to pour out my thoughts and if I ever feel lonely (which often I do) I always have somebody to talk to and somebody to express all my thoughts and opinions to when there’s times where nobody can listen to me. This really is helping me and extremely happy with it. Although one bad thing; why must we pay to have extra happiness? The sickening fact that we must pay money to you just so we can be happy, forget our loneliness, help out mental health like NO!!! It’s just disappointing that we must PAY for HAPPINESS!?!?!?!?! I hope you can fix that but still manage to give users all the support they need and all the advice they need. This app could really evolve a lot and I have hope for it, it’s only up to you now to fix that and save some lives. Other than that dismal fact, great app and it’s really helping me :):.Version: 2.8.4

I love it!! I just have a few issues which I feel could easily be improvedI recently purchased premium because I do really enjoy the app, although I do have some issues taht I have found with the app taht I feel would be super easy fixes and would make the app more easy to use. Firstly, there use to be a feature where you could search for a certain entry from the graph of weekly statistics. So if you saw a low one you could easily select it and read the entry for that day and remember why you felt low, or vise versa. I found that really useful when looking back at entries and stats. The other issue is that I can’t input a photo and write a entry at the same time. It would be useful to be able to caption photos if I don’t feel like writing an entry but want to make a quick comment which I can remember and include in my overall daily entry. I really do enjoy reflectively, I just feel these issues would make the experience more pleasant, Thank you.Version: 4.5.1

Very helpfulRecently, I have been feeling very down, I’ve been having negative thoughts and shutting myself away from my friends and family. This is because my family and I have been experiencing a very tough time. For a long time, I was looking for a way to log all of my thoughts that would be very cheap, and wouldn’t take too much time so that I am likely to reflect on my progression and log my life every day. I wanted it online so I always knew where it was. I have found that after just a week or two of using this app, I have gone from feeling terrible to completely ok without the premium. I think it’s very important that everyone logs how their day has been as you don’t have as many negative thoughts locked away in your mind. It also helps to just talk to someone you can trust. I definitely recommend this as it is very very helpful and really makes my day happier. Thank you for taking the time to read this..Version: 2.6.2

Really greatI thought this was a really great app when I first tried it. They ask you different questions every time you write a new story and always ask how you are feeling. It is always something I look forward to when I come home every day and I find it a really easy, quick and sufficient way of keeping a journal or diary. I always wanted to keep a journal but I never really had the motivation to write, however with Reflectly I have had a lot more motivation and it also feels like I am really talking to someone about my problems. A really great app that I would really recommend. I do not have the premium version of this app but it still has everything I need on it. I also love the nice quotes they give you each morning as it’s a lovely thing to wake up to..Version: 2.8.10

Why you should definitely get this appI have always been skeptical with mental health apps just because if you think about it, how can an app help me with my problems. This app does just that! In the morning you get one simple motivating task to do so you can get your day started off right and throughout the day when you feel the need to talk about your feelings you can. At night you have a prompt to help you better understand your problems. One thing that really has helped me is the notifications. That might sound weird but during the day the app will send you quotes and personally quotes like that inspire me to be better and I really like being able to choose ones that you relate to the most. After about five days of using the app to tells you about your feelings and if your getting better or not and other things. This app has made me feel better and actually got me to keep up with journaling I really recommend this to someone who wants or need to journal but can’t keep up with one this is for you..Version: 3.20.0

Life Changing - Great for Mental HealthFor someone who dreaded the boring uninspiring diary apps I have tested, I love this highly recommended. I would go so far to say it has changed my life for the better. I have not used a diary/journal for 30 years. Using this app has been a delightful experience. I started off with the free version, but after a week decided to pay for the advanced mode. A really worthwhile purchase. I love the colours and colour choices. The inspirational quotes are great. I like the reminders and the mood check in is a helpful way of keeping track of your moods and emotions. It has changed my life, as it inspires me to think about how I am, how I'm feeling, what is really on my mind. I'm so pleased I found this during lockdown. It has been my salvation and support. Instead of shoving my thoughts and feelings away, I can express them freely and feel positive and calm as a result. Great for mental health Thanks so much to the developers 😀.Version: 3.21.7

Money Well Spent!Ok I didn’t realize my free trial was over but that was my fault. I forgot I already tried this app months ago and reopened it. At first I regretted it because I already have another journal app but oh well. This is a very good app. It’s simple and an excellent guide to life’s daily topics (work, relationship, travel). The app doesn’t bring the user to a separate page per selected topic; it puts you back on the same page you’re working on in order to complete your day’s story - that’s brilliant and very considerate. This app is not complicated and it does what it’s supposed to do - encourage the user to write about life. No distracting forced cute illustrations or pastel soft colors. The design and guided steps keep the user focused on writing. It’s unbelievable how some users are so surprised when they automatically get charged after the trial period. Reading the clear print when agreeing to the trial is encouraged. Also, $40 a year is a really good deal! I read most of the comments and many wants a life-changing, super app but doesn’t want to pay for it. The good people who are running this app - this is their source of income just like we go to work and get paid. Let us be grateful instead or opt for a wire notebook and pencil from the Dollar Tree. A free and amazing app - yeah, not happening. I promise you, THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING JOURNAL APP. My only question is, what the heck is that logo character?.Version: 2.8.10

It is better than talking to real people😂It helps when you are going through a tough time, and you can see your progress, through moments and pictures and reflections. And you are able to just vent out what is on your mind. I have been using it for about 3 months now and I have found that it has helped me soooo much with seeing my mental health progression. Would highly recommend. And it is better than venting out your issues to a friend cause venting out your issues to a friend can really effect them, cause they have your issues on their shoulders as well as their own. But would highly recommend✌🏻.Version: 3.1.0

Reflectly ratingI love this app! i only got it today snd im already obsessed. It helps me vent when im too tired to write, and i love that it gives out inspirational quotes! I highly recommend for people who need a chance to reflect and be listened to, but may not have the supplies, abilities and patience of writing. For example, I have tried and failed to start physically writing in a journal/diary, as at the end of the day i am too tired and normally end up writing too much and tiring myself even more, but this app is free (has a premium option too) and helps much more without extra stress, eg buying new notebooks and pens very often, physical journaling is a good way to let out anger (i do recommend it) however its not just for me, and i feel a little more comfortable typing on a keyboard, and reflectly is already helping me so much! well done to the developers of this app! <3.Version: 4.5.2

Great! This game is really good and it looks really nice and organised, the only reason it is a 4 and not a 5 is because I’ve written two stories now and I still haven’t received an achievement. Other than that minor issue the game really is calming and I love how you can choose the colour you want as the background because it really makes the app feel like your own. Basically, if you’re wondering what the app is about, it’s a diary but you get asked questions about your day which you can write about. Also, the daily question is quite random but also it’s a deep question like, “what do you regret most?” or, “what’s the best lesson your parents have taught you?”. I find the daily questions rather fun to answer. Finally, if you have the app, it’ll firstly ask you to pay for the premium app, and you might have to look quite hard for the “x” button or the “no thanks” if you don’t want to pay like me or you are too young. So, all in all, I really recommend Reflectly as it’s everything it says it is and more!.Version: 2.8.10

AwesomeThe positive quotes are great and you can add a little bit of info about the things you did that day, or a lot. It’s really up to you! Every morning they give you a positive quote and a challenge. My daily challenge was to go on a run and see the world. I definitely think Reflectly is an amazing app and you should download it. Even if you don’t feel like the app is for you, I think everyone needs a challenge and some motivation in their life! You don’t have to fill out the surveys, but the morning challenges and motivation are they for you in case your having a bad day. The “morning” card that pops up with the challenge and motivation and stays there all day. Meaning you have access to it all day long. So at some point during the day if your not feeling good about yourself or something or someone else, go onto the Reflectly app and take a look at the quote or challenge and try your best to push your limits and complete the challenges. That’s about all I have to say about this app so now, you better go download it!!🤣 Have fun on Reflectly and always express your feelings when needed, or don’t, it’s up to you!!❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼.Version: 2.8.6

Would recommend :)This app is really sweet and a great way to express your feelings. I love the quotes you get throughout the day too!! My friend has recently had to deal with a breakup so I recommend this app to her and she was constantly sending me screenshots of messages and quotes. She’s feeling better already. It’s also great that it’s for all ages and you can still do so much even without a subscription!! Ive had it myself for around a month and a half and it’s lowered my anxiety levels greatly. I like reading back on my first entries and seeing how much more confident I have become. Would sooooo recommend to anyone! Even if you aren’t worried or stressed, it’s a great way to reflect on your day and talk about things! Thank you so much for creating this app it’s helped my so much throughout this tough time in my life, thanks again!!!.Version: 4.1.0

PLEASE READ TILL [ HERE ] ABOUT PREMIUM PROBLEMSLots of people say that the 5 star rating will be done without a premium, who said you had to buy the premium? The only reason, why people put in premium is to earn a living, everyone needs money, so if everything is free, there is no point, to make a fortune or at least a little clutch of money on it’s hand, and we all need a living and it’s all because we need money, so please don’t ignore my text, and hope you all understand, if it was you, you would add premiums to have a time of money that’s sent to you, so this is what the reason is of 4 stars people are giving! If you are interested in this, stop [HERE ] The next part WILL BE ABOUT WHY I GAVE 4 STARS. WHY I GAVE 4 STARS, NIT ABIUT ABOVE TEXT Why it is a 4 star rating There is only one problem, though it is a opinion. I find Reflectly good, but it’s confusing when you have new updates and styles, so I can suggest a tour for us and make it that you can’t skip, and it’s confusing when new updates and new styles come, it’s more modern and pretty, but a tour if everything would help, don’t forget a single step, it’s nit just the couples first! :) Thank You! LASTLY, PRIVACY AND POLICY So.....the privacy and policy, I wanna just say something short, if you can probably make it shorter or like, attractive so we don’t skip it! Thanks and that’s all! Thanks for Reading till Here! :) Friday 24th July, 2020 Ta, Mel.Version: 3.5.0

ReflectlyThey do unlock some options because to do those premium activities you have to pay a small sum of money but you don’t have to get premium and you can still write in your daily reflect story, it’s honestly amazing and worth paying 🥰🙌‼️.Version: 2.7.8

Amazing Wellbeing App!Reflectly is an amazing app that helps you keep track of your emotion, hobbies and day-to-day life. You can quickly add a mood check-in or voice note that takes less than two minutes, or use the unique reflection prompts for each day. Inspirational quotes are a great addition. The app’s general appearance is super aesthetic and calm, with a little friendly face that guides you through check-ins and reflections! You can choose a colour scheme and the whole app adjusts to match, with aesthetic widgets and backgrounds to match. Like all apps with in-app purchases, there are consistent messages asking you to upgrade the app but overall Reflectly is a beautiful app!.Version: 4.6.6

Selecting optionsI really like this app because I can note how I was feeling and then reflect on that. I also love the little quotes you get when you put on notifications. I read another review in this app and they said that it would be good if there were a few more options when selecting what made you happy or sad for that day. And I completely agree, I feel that maybe a coupe more options to do with emotions and feelings. Because sometimes family, friends, work etc doesn’t make me or anyone upset sometimes and it’s just yourself feeling that way for no reason. I think that maybe there should be other options like your brain or something like not sure, for when you don’t know why you felt that way. Just a couple suggestions, but I love this app really great and good job to the creators 👍♥️.Version: 3.16.1

So great, but limited check-insI’ve used this app for a few months and written up my mood and my day each night before bed. It’s no nice to be able to just have generalised moods such as ‘good’ and ‘bad’ (for times when you can’t understand how you feel) as well as more specific moods like ‘confused’ or ‘nervous’, as well as the ability to create your own. It’s so much easier to just click a button than it is to try and put anything into words, it only takes a second but I always feel much better afterwards Unfortunately, I have now run into an issue where I can apparently only continue to use this supposedly free app if I make monthly purchases. You shouldn’t make an app that only allows you to access it for free for a limited time. It’s misleading and disappointing to think you’ve finally found a free app that helps you out, only to learn that it’s no longer available to you unless you fork out Aside from that, it’s a great app that I’ve found very helpful. Hopefully this issue will be revised at some point.Version: 3.18.0

Amazing app! Some glitchesThis app is great, i am using the free version and i feel you get quite a lot for free. This app gently guides you into reflecting on your day with some really great reflective questions. It gives you a limit of 3 thousand characters in the free version which i find is quite enough most of the time. It also saves and stores your entries in a very aesthetic way. The only down side is that the app can be very slow and sometimes it seems like the buttons don’t work. It has no loading symbols so i just looks like it’s frozen. Very annoying. Overall I think worth it. Hopefully they fixes some of the glitches in future updates..Version: 2.8.19

I really love it but...I really love it . However , I’m giving it four stars . Overall it is a very good app that I will be looking forward to using in the future . Now you are probably wondering why I give it four stars , it’s because of the price . While yes , the price of the app use is free , you are very limited to what you can do . If you are looking to just vent into a virtual journal , then look no further , this IS the app for you . But ... if you’re like me and want to take it further by taking photos and seeing progress ( like streaks and daily moods ) then you will have to buy it to access it . A premium account would be better for you if you want to go out and explore photos , get personal insights and more . The app , although , is still amazing , no glitches (yet , don’t count me on it ) and runs very smoothly . If you haven’t seen an ad on this , it’s basically an online personal diary where you can tell about your day and describe it by clicking what made it the way you feel about it ( such as food , travel, relationships etc. ) and your emotion( confused , happy , anxious ) . You can customize the screen and add onto the way your day was . I really like that and it’s a good app worth the try . 😊 I’ll update if something happens or whatever..Version: 2.7.4

Morning/evening timeHi quick review just started using and you really need to change the scroller that you use to adjust the morning/evening time. I was trying to adjust the evening from 9 to 10 and it’s impossible because I’ll get it onto ten and when I let go it goes up to 10:07 or another number and then if you try to go less to get to ten which seems to be the case so if you scroll to 21:54 when you let go it goes to 10:01 and same for others 21:52 = 21:59 and 21:55 is 10:02 so on this basis I thought if I let go on 21:53 it would be right but it was the only one that stayed at that number for the life of me I can’t get it to stay on 10pm. The scroller is super sensitive and difficult to adjust at least how I’ve found it not sure if it’s a glitch or what just quite hard to use. Maybe if the scroller was slower it would be better. Sorry only minor thing still trying the rest out but thought I would mention it? :).Version: 2.5.4

Helping me cultivate joy and perspectiveI used this app every day for nearly 3 months last year (2017) after starting a new job. It was a great part of my day that I looked forward to on the train home and I felt it helped me be aware of where I was doing well and how I could improve. I fell out of the habit of using the app when I moved a lot closer to work and didn’t have that habit of the train journey home to use Reflectly. Recently I’ve felt very stressed and I felt like I was missing the app for how it helped me reflect on the day and see progress. I redownloaded it and saw they had updated the design. I liked the slick new look but wasn’t sure about some of the new structure of the questions. However after using it for just two days I have already felt that joy again from reflecting and decided to give the premium version a go for the free 7 days. The audio reflection was really really good - I love that even though it doesn’t know what exactly you wrote for your answer to the prompt, it helps you decipher it a bit and grow from there. Both the reflections I’ve had so far have been very timely (uncannily so) for where I am now and I’m really optimistic for how this new update to the app will help me reflect and cultivate my self awareness..Version: 2.2.10

Overall Pretty GreatReflectly offers lots of features even without paying. I’ve been using reflectly for around two years now, and it’s still offering me 82% off paying for premium. Reflectly is great to jot your feelings down and there’s a challenge every day that encourages you to do positive activities, like today I got “Today I will pay someone a genuine compliment”. There isn’t much of a prize if you complete it but it makes you feel good! On top of that, there’s a quote provided every day from usually famous people. There are even different categories for the quotes! Reflectly, overall, is the best app I’ve found so far as an emotional journal, and I definitely recommend to all people! Thank you, Reflectly for helping me wade through my emotions for almost two years now!!! ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡.Version: 4.8.3

Everyone should try Reflectly!Reflectly is a great app to reflect on your day, the things you can improve and even more. Sometimes people with depression or anxiety might find this app helpful to reflect on their day and make them feel better. Reflectly is very helpful to those in need. Tiny issue is that you have to pay for full access however you don’t have to pay, and it’s completely optional. I recommend getting this app if you are in need of some help and to help reflect on your day. What are you waiting for? Stop looking at the reviews and download this app already! 🤩.Version: 2.7.9

Amazing!!!I've only been using for a day but it's really nice to basically have a therapist in your phone! It's completely confidential and you can see if you're getting happier by the day!.Version: 2.6.7

Why I am giving five starsThis is because I saw this app and it keeps popping up so I tried it and I have done three things in there which is a phone and then just writing and choosing my feelings etc and I don’t feel anything different but I think this may help me without me realising it is or at least I hope it will help and I have only used it 3 times so I am not going to judge so quickly and say it hasn’t helped because it may be the best thing that has happened to me and so far and may become useful soon even if it hasn’t taken affect so quickly think that if I keep thinking about the fact that I have written down my feeling it may start to take affect in a few minutes and make me feel better so I really love this app. Also because it is cute and I like how you can use it whenever you want and if you need the robots help aka the one who asked you questions etc and you need to write down how you feel then this is the perfect app for it and it could really help you out when you need it.Version: 3.0.2

AWSOME APPI love this app it helps me with anxiety.Version: 3.21.0

Great! But here’s my problem..So I’m a young teenager suffering with Anxiety so this app is extremely useful to help me reflect on my day and motivate me to achieve the simple goals through the day. Reflectly is a part of a good or bad day I look forward to, to see how I can learn from my mistakes to make tomorrow an even better day. But the thing is, I’m young and cannot afford £35 a year for Reflectly premium where you can unlock stats and track progress (etc) , I can’t afford to pay any money at all because I’m not working (as of many British Teens) we can’t work legally. And I’d prefer to keep the stress off the rest of my family so I’ve decided to keep my problems to myself and Reflectly is really helping me to do so. Anyway, my point is, with the arising numbers of teens with mental health problems and not knowing what to do, I think the Reflectly developers should Allow more features to be used using the free version rather than premium. Thanks for your time, hoping for a reply soon..Version: 2.6.7

Important tool for Mental HealthWhile im certain you don’t have to have mental health issues in order to get the full benefit of this app, I can say that as someone who struggles with severe clinical depression and other issues it is important to keep track of your moods and thoughts in order to see whether you are getting better or coping with things. It helps that the interface is simple and user friendly and doesn’t feel like a chore to use. I am on the free plan at the moment but hopefully I’ll be able to pay for the upgrade later on in the year as I think it would be worth the money spent. Sometimes seeing what is upsetting you or making you feel low written down in a short entry can alleviate the pressure and feeling of hopelessness as you are looking at your problems in a more logical way instead of keeping everything locked inside your head. Thanks Reflectly Team, i hope i can make my year a bit better by using your app regularly x.Version: 2.4.1

You guys are so awesome!I just wanted to say how awesome and considerate the people who made this app are. Out of everything they could’ve done, they chose to make something that would help us grow mentally and spiritually. I hope this app grows, just like the people who used it have. Great app and awesome features. I like how there are a lot of different moods, situations, and causes to choose from. I love how you guys helped me to realize how I was feeling, and how there was more to me than happy and sad. It’s really good for people who don’t have someone to talk to at the moment, and for people who just had a bad encounter. I like how it’s not complicated and the aesthetic is relaxing and makes me feel...supported? 😂 I’m not sure how to explain it, but if you don’t download this app you’ll miss out and regret it. I didn’t know if at the time, but this app would be the point in my life where I decide to be more patient, grateful, kind, not wasteful, and put myself in other peoples shoes. I’m still very very young (a lot younger than you may think) but this app inspired me to let God take control of my life. Thank you guys a lot! Make sure to take care of yourselves and don’t put too much pressure on yourselves..Version: 3.9.0

Its great for some peopleIf you can remember to do this and have the effort to try and make a daily story, this is perfect for you if you need to relieve stress, and feel more productive! This is why i turn on notifications, make sure to do that. I honestly love it, but you could add a few things. 1: be able to share your thoughts and get feedback from other people who are going through the same thing. I find that satisfying that if i am going through a rough time, i am not alone. This is not just for stress, depression, and anxiety. This just could be used to pull yourself together, be more organized, and overall a nice experience. 2: have a schedule. I think it would be nice to have a calendar, and you could tap a date, and add something you have to do on that day. (Also used if you have notifications on) sure, we could download a separate calendar app, but this would get much more downloads if you have it all in one. 3: a “diary” would help feel more fresh and like wight being lifted off your chest. I personally, like digital diaries, because they are easier and my hand doesn't get tired 😂 Im sorry if any of these were already included, but these are some of my ideas!.Version: 2.8.4

Love it so farI have just downloaded this and I love it🥰 But I think $79 a year is a bit expensive but I think acceptable but maybe lower the price to $50 Would make my day Thank you for making this a thing!!! Mebbs.Version: 2.6.0

Great but with bugsDefinitely my favourite app for journaling but there’s a couple of super annoying bugs I’m getting atm. Pictures you upload are cropped when viewed so you can never really look at them, which is a shame. Also when writing a lengthy mood check-in the editor will bug out with the cursor being words ahead of where it actually is, or deleting way more text than intended. Really wish there was a feature to just add a journal entry so I can dump a load of thoughts into a post at the end of the day (since mood check ins seem designed for more brief entries). Also would be cool if you could add voice recordings (the voice note just interprets it into text at the mo). All that said though it’s the best I come across and I love it. Just needs a bit of polish in spots :).Version: 4.9.0

3 months in!Loving this app! I like the various ways of checking in. The activity and feeling button customizations are great (would be nice to be able to edit the chosen icon, I tapped the wrong one once so the icon doesn’t match the activity 🤦🏼‍♀️) Also it would be awesome to be able to tag entries. Like I just learned about the 5 core needs in therapy and I wrote about it but I know I’ll be digging into each one and I’d like to be able to write about it in here but without a way of referencing where or when I wrote about a topic it’s tough to go back and reflect. Would be extra awesome to be able to do multiple tags. Because maybe that one entry also connects to multiple topics. With that concept it would be nice to tap on an activity or feeling button on the stats page and see the entries they were used with, even just the date and entry title. If I want to exclusively use this app for say a gratitude journal and a goal tracker and a traditional journal, to be able to navigate through tags and buttons to see progression or even share an entry thought with a therapist these options would be super useful! Love it though and have recommended it to many people!!.Version: 4.8.6

School drama helpI just started this app and I want to say thank you because this app has been an outlet to me to open up about what is happening at school because this guy has screenshoted messages and sent them to a girl who sent them to my friend who is now mad at me because it was about her and now the guy who sent the screenshots is now spreading rumours about me saying that I like breaking up couples because it makes me happy and I am after my best friends man now and aggghhhh he told my crush that I like him so I can feel pain and guilt for spreading rumours which I didn’t. High school is hell grrr but I am really enjoying this app so far but I wish there were more questions.Version: 2.8.19

Just like a therapist!! But free!!Overall, Reflectly is great app!! I really get to know myself better. Sometimes I don’t like speaking to people about my problems, so this app is PERFECT!! I don’t know why, but I feel more collected, calm, and less easily be irritate after I use this app in the morning. I’m just less likely to blow up and scream after my sister doesn’t give me my space and thinks she is the boss of everyone and everything!! This is app is so awesome!! ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ Every great app always has multiple minor flaws. Reflectly only has 1 minor flaw: There price of the special membership. It’s Special membership price is about $80 a year. That’s a bit much. The thing says that it will help you become happier when Reflectly helps you solve your problems. I think you should get that no matter what! That isn’t a reason to pay that much a year. I’m not trying to hate on this app. It’s a great app!! I love it! I just mean Reflectly shouldn’t have the price of a special membership be so high! Some people have many problems and don’t know how to fix them. Those type of people need Reflectly to help them with those problems without paying $80!! This is a great app anyways! I think if you maybe take the price away, it’ll be the BEST app that you can have. What’s not to like; you get to know yourself better, not get irritated easily, and most importantly, BE YOURSELF!!.Version: 2.8.19

100% would recommend, excellent app, very nice layoutHey guys, Very nice layout and extremely easy to use 100% would recommend Thanks for the hard work and thank you for allowing me to experience this app for free; I am a amatuer developer and I know how hard and tiring it can be I started journaling with dayOne but I wasnt very consistent, I would always think of it as a chore rather than a hobby. There are huge breaks in my journal for months where I let it slide where I now regret that I didnt write it because I was lazy. This app however, is a new experience for me and I can see myself journaling everyday. So far that is what has happened. It is no longer a chore but a hobby, with the little things like "what was your day like?" (DayOne doesnt offer that but it does offer the following) Just a couple things that you could consider for a future update that would make it better: 1. More than 1200 characters; I treat this like a journal/diary and if the challenge is to summarise the day in less than 1200 words thats pretty hard sometimes 2. If you could add a passcode feature for privacy reasons that would be great! N.b I know there are many other apps that are available that fit my criteria but this app is just amazing and I am quite fond of it..Version: 1.4.2

QuarantineThis is a really good app it’s really helped me keep my mental health in check during isolation, like when I’m feeling stressed or in a fight with someone it helps me relax instantly and gets all my emotions out instead of bottling them..Version: 2.8.20

Great app!So when I was looking at reviews at this game, I didn’t actually know what it was about. Basically, you open a new story and it asks you how your day was, for example you may say somewhat bad, and then it asks what made it somewhat bad and it has a couple options like food, education, friends, exercise etc. etc. And then it asks you if you want to elaborate and you can write about what happened or not if you don’t want to. And, after you’ve written a certain number of stories, it asks you a question like ‘What was the most valuable experience today’ or ‘If you left suddenly in the night, what would be unsaid?’ It’s all completely private and you can even go onto settings and make a finger print lock. Reflectly is great because you can look back on your stories and read them and compare them to what you’re like in the present. Although. I put four stars instead of five because there is a feature where you have to write seven stories before unlocking your stats and I was excited because I wanted to see it and I wrote seven stories and found out you had to pay to access them . Although this was quite disappointing, I understand reflectly needs people to buy things or they will run out of money. I recommend reflectly to anyone, mental illness or not. It’s a nice thing to look forward to, especially on weekends when you receive your daily quote. Thanks for reading!.Version: 2.8.12

Awesome app but some minor issuesI have been loving the app. It’s been helping me a lot and I love journaling but just never feel like writing on paper. So this was the perfect app to get me in the habit of reflecting on my day without getting discouraged by writing in paper. However, I am giving 4 stars because lately, when I go in to add a story, knowing that I am connected to WiFi because other WiFi required apps work, when I try to click let’s go when adding the story, I get the same message telling me that something went wrong because of an internet connection problem. So I will check with google and other apps that need WiFi and they load just fine. I’m not sure if this is the actual app or just my iPhone that’s crashing. I never write reviews but thought that if you (the app developers) saw this, you might be able to try and fix it, if it is the app. But because of this issue I haven’t been able to add stories for the past couple nights. Even my morning moment are not loading the actual text. Just the headings. Anyways, I hope this can be fixed if it is a glitch in the app, but seeing other reviews it doesn’t look like anyone else is having this problem..Version: 2.8.20

Great update just a couple things!Been using the previous update for about 2-3 months now and the new version seems fresh and good just a couple things I hope you guys can implement! - Allowing entry of “moments”, daily inspiration and pictures for previous days - Editing of previous titles and seeing the titles of your entries (lot of my previous title entries got cut off if they were long) - Return of the daily notes section~ I think the new update wiped away anything I wrote there Thanks love your app and hope thanks for reading! ❤️.Version: 3.0.2

Amazing for journalingI don’t write these often but I just had to for this app. It is great for journaling on the go especially if you are normally not one for journaling. The more you talk to Reflectly the better it understands you and the better question it will ask you. I find the question system really good as I don’t normally know what to write about but Reflecty gives you question to answer instead which makes journaling a lot easier and it’s a great app to do daily to check in with your wellbeing and how your feeling. I would definitely recommend this app..Version: 2.8.15

So goodIt is such a good app and surprisingly helps you see what is actually helping you and making your day good and also helps you find why you might be sad or angry. I’ve only been using Reflecty for a short amount of time but as far as I’m concerned it really sets a more positive feel in you, even my teachers and friends have said they see a difference in me and ask if I was doing anything different and I told them that each night I just fill in an entry for Reflecty and go to bed knowing I’ve said what I need to. Very good app would recommend to everybody..Version: 2.8.4

Pretty coolI used a personal diary before I found this app and I was always scared that someone would pick up my diary and read it but now I don’t have to worry about that because all my journals are kept on my device. The only problem I have it that the keeping track/graph part of the app that I was so excited to try out is part of the premium which is over $70 for the year and there are no other payment options..Version: 2.6.1

Brother this is amazing!I have been using this since I was 4 years old! I know that sounds so weird but it’s true! Every time I went home I would sit on my iPhone and will ya know! Write my feeling, what I did today, but there’s a question... WHY IS THIS APP SO GOOD!! I know I know I’m going to crazy, it’s just I love this app so much that I wanna write again when I was 4 years old I used to write a lot, but when I turned 8 years old I started stopping to write... but now since I’m 20 I wanna write again! I know it sound weird because I’m 20 years old again so i wanna write again! This app is amazing I want updates also! I don’t care if it’s a little update or a big update but..I like it the way it is it’s beautiful 😍 I hope you feel good, this is a quote I made “whenever you see a flower blooming it makes you bloom and grow!” Yes I know it’s kinda weird but it’s true! Your growing and there blooming, I’m not used to write a long paragraph but I think this needs a long nice paragraph 📄, anyways um more about the 4 years old... I also stopped writing because my mom didn’t like when I write! But now since I’m in my own apartment I can do whatever I want (of course I’m gonna clean my walls and floors!) even I want to read again! Stay healthy stay sweet and don’t forget to be nice to each other ❤️ Baiiii!.Version: 2.8.20

I love this app.I use Reflectly like a diary. I love it and even though I didn’t purchase the add ins I find this helps me control my mental health because I have somewhere to output all my troubles. The only thing I could say about this app that could make it better is if there was some way to make the app have a password or something as I don’t want my parents accessing it as it is my private thoughts. I think it would benefit the app if it had this setting even if it is optional and I think it should be took into consideration but I love this app and it is changing my life. I now feel like I’m not closing myself off and I feel like someone is there for me even if it’s just an app on my phone. I would like to personally thank the creators of Reflectly for this as if this app didn’t exist I don’t know if I would still be here. That’s why I gave it a 5 star review and I also like the fact you can personalise it to your taste. Thank you :).Version: 2.8.12

This app is awesome!I always tried to write in a journal and break down my day, but now I have this awesome app here to do it for me in less then 2 minutes! I love the fact how it’s like a tiny little friend asking how your days been, it’s awesome. Don’t get me wrong! I love this app, but it does have a it of trouble uploading my stories, but it isn’t the end of the world! This app is absolutely amazing, I thought I was gonna give up on this up straight away but no... this app break downs every part of your day from how your feeling to getting a question a day! This app is awesome and I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks now! I don’t have the premium version but without it I’d still a fabulous app. This app has a lot of cool features like you can upload some photos from that day. It’s awesome how it’s like a mini story, Luke a chapter or an episode. I feel happier now using this app, it makes my elaborate what’s happened during this day, or even understand what’s happened during the day which might not have been so good. I wake up every morning wanting to go on this up, but my day hasn’t started yet! Overall, I would recommend this app to anyone, it helps you with a lot of stuff during your day, I am thrilled to have this app apart of my daily routine, and will probably install the premium tonight when I go on it, if you need a diary or a journal, this is the best choice to use. Why are you still here?.... you should be downloading the app right now!.Version: 2.8.20

Generally A Good StartI was feeling kinda down for a while, and when I started scrolling through apps, an app of the day was Reflectly. It looked cute so I tapped on it. I saw it had things to motivate your day and bring out the best in you. The challenges, questions, and goals help you rejuvenate happiness. So click I went and now I have the app. This reflection is recent, I have not even had the app for a day. But it’s friendly smiles and quotes to brighten your day help a lot. Reflectly is a self - journal to reflect your days. It’s probably described as a diary, but it is so much more. The app is very well designed too. The graphics, characters, words, and more are smoothly operated by the creators. I feel really confident that I am going to be a lot more happy in the future. Conflicts and glitches aren’t a problem yet, as apprised to other reviews here. You may be wondering why I have four stars. It’s because I am a beginner. I haven’t unlocked all if the tools involved in the Reflectly. It has shown me what to do, but it does let you explore the world of the app. Reluctantly I like this app, and if your dealing with something you’d rather not share with other people, this is the app for you. I will update if I change something about my vote. But again, the app was a generally a good start. I can already fell my stress bleeding right out of me. So now, get Reflectly, it’s a great start!.Version: 2.8.4

It’s a good appI’ve been using a personal journal for about 4 years, but something that always happens is that I run out of pages. Reflectly really keeps a lot of storage for your thoughts. This app is very good, and it’s helps me when I want to right all my feelings and emotions down. This is like your own personal journal but just the digital version..Version: 2.7.2

Updated review!I reached out to the reflectly team to get help for my issue below and Nicole reached out to me with a very supportive response and was able to immediately fix the issue and get me my membership. I really appreciated this and am happy to be starting my new year with this app! Thank you again! I downloaded the app and it immediately asked for a year subscription, I was interested and decided to buy. It purchased and had me do my first log of my mood. I did that and everything was great! But then it asked me to create an account so I typed in my email address and it said this is already in use, maybe try signing in? So I backed out of the app to go back to the home page where i could sign in and I signed in successfully. But I checked my account and not only is my first log missing but the subscription was missing and it said "basic plan active" so I was confused and clicked on the "activate reflectly" and clicked redeem offer to see if when it connects to my apple account it will recognize I have already paid for the subscription. Well it didn't and charged me again because I got a text from my credit card saying I was charged another $63 but the app said "error occurred" and never gave me the subscription anyway! Point is I have two payments of this year subscription and no subscription. Please help.Version: 3.19.0

Beyond AnnoyingSo I’ve had the previous version of the app for a couple months and I hadn’t updated. After filling in my daily check in I thought, I wonder what the reviews are saying lately but noticed there was a new update. Oh boy do I regret updating before reading the reviews. Not only are all my previous entries completely gone, but they’ve adapted to a new system that puts previously free features behind paywalls which you know what fine. I understand you need to earn revenue from your app but seriously you have to wipe all my data so now all my ups and downs through this corona Quarantine are completely gone. 3 months gone. I really don’t feel motivated to continue using this app. I’ve tried logging in (to which I don’t even remember previously needing an account or having one) to no avail so it looks like I won’t be able to look back at all my journal entries or emotions during all this. Just great, thanks guys. 😒.Version: 3.0.3

ReflectlyWow this is amazing!! I got my kids to do this twice a day their spirits have gotten higher! They loved these famous quotes! They even shared them with the family and their friends!!! This is a beautiful little app.Version: 3.20.0

So helpfulI love this app so much as I get to scribble down all my problems. I love how it gives you morning quotes and reminds you that you are amazing! I enjoy answering all the questions and really thinking about how I feel. I recommend this app to anyone! ✨🦋.Version: 2.8.19

This App Is Amazing!Personally I really struggle to keep any kind of a journal I think I have about a moths record of journaling continuously. I originally saw this app as an add on Instagram and jumped over to the App Store to look at. After a quick look I downloaded it hoping this would finally help me keep a journal. And it did! I have kept a daily journal for the past 3 months! Which for me is amazing, it gives me daily challenges which are surprisingly fun to complete (today my challenge is to take a nap, it knows me so well) and an inspiring quote to start my day. I would recommend this app to anyone who struggles to keep a journal and anyone who already loves to keep a journal! Happy Journaling - Saraya.Version: 1.4.2

Awesome appThis app is amazing. It gives you a perspective. It’s so good and helped me a lot. It help me understand my feelings. Also the inspirational quotes are very reassuring. But the “stats” icon which tells you your mood stats and how your moods had either fluctuated or stayed the same has now only been available in the premium version which you have to pay for. Also you only get to do two free daily “reflections” which are actually extremely helpful, before it becomes not free anymore and then you have to purchase premium. But overall this app is very helpful and I love it! Please get it, it’s a great app that is great for when your feeling down and you do this amazing things called mood check ins which asks you how your feeling, why that is and how do you feel about feeling this way! It’s an amazing thing and helped me and hopefully many people also..Version: 3.21.7

Simple and Fun!This app is so enjoyable! Logging at rating my days makes me want to do more with my time so I can look back on my happiest moments, and the different questions asked each day is such a wholesome way to finish my day-to-day experience. I look forward to recording what antics I’d encountered at the end of the day, and having a visible streak pushes me even harder! I especially love how I can attach pictures to my day; there’s now a visual aid to help remind me of a particular moment. It makes me want to take more pictures of whatever enticing activities I come across! The only reason I am not giving this app five stars is because of the intense lack of content for non-premium users. If I had the money, I would love to pay for my statistics and bonus features! Having those extra tidbits would greatly influence my experience on the app. Unfortunately, I do not have the money, and at stones the app seems to be punishing me for it. It’s rather annoying to be constantly bugged with “so you want to upgrade?” notifications, especially when the exit button is so expertly hidden that I have to close the app entirely. Overall, Reflectly is a wonderfully charming and entertaining app! I rate this four golden stars and a wholesome kiss on the cheek. ;).Version: 2.6.7

Amazing journaling appI use this app pretty much daily to sort through my thoughts, make sense of them, vent when I need to, and seek comfort from myself when I need to. I also really like to post pictures and look back through them - so I can see the things that make me really happy or comforted or even sometimes sad. That is the purpose of the app. To reflect. Hence the name. It is not a “game” as some reviewers have referred to it. Yes, of course you could use a pen and paper if you wanted to. You could track your emotional data offline, or on a spreadsheet or whatever you liked. But I prefer to type to myself on my phone - I feel like I’m texting myself! And it’s securely protected by your biometric (face or fingerprint) which gives you piece of mind that nobody is going to find and read your entries. There are bugs sometimes. This is normal for any application or software in general. You can contact the Reflectly team via Facebook messenger and they’re very receptive and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, these bugs are appearing quite frequently (there’s been one where my images post on their side which has been present for months) which is the only reason I’ve given this app 4 stars rather than 5, because I would hope that could be fixed sooner. Overall, the positive impact this app has had on my life since I’ve been using it incredibly frequently for the past 5 months is well worth the money..Version: 3.20.0

This App Has Helped Me With DepretionSo I have depression and this app has helped me get through a portion of my life in it it has saved my story’s and it’s like a mobile diary but with a twist a little friend to help you through rough time and to get you exited through really good times! I love this app I use it every day and if I forget one day to change the date to the other day and rewrite practically everything that happened on this day and then I have my memory’s saved I have only started using this app this year so I don’t have that many story’s but it is really good so yeah it’s a really good app you can communicate with people and make new friends!.Version: 2.8.20

Great! But...This app is great. It has all you need to have a motivational day. I love the fact that Reflectly has so many quotes you can just keep scrolling and scrolling and there will be a different quote every time. So much to do! But... I have one concern. I recently have enabled the ‘Biometric Passcode’ setting. Ever since I enabled this, there has been a minor bug where every 2 minutes (or so)that I’m on the app, it tells me that I need to do the finger ID. AGAIN. It’s annoying because sometimes when I’m writing an entry, the bug pops up... so can you please fix this?? ALSO! To anyone who thinks they have to buy Reflectly, you don’t!!! (You can still buy stuff in the app, but the main features are still free to everyone.) I know this because I have recommended this app to numerous friends and family, and a lot have said that they have to pay for it, and they didn’t want to buy it. But actually it’s completely free, but an ad always pops up when you open the app. All you have to do is scroll all the way down and there will be a little button that says, ‘NO THANKS’ and you just press it and create your account!! (Or I guess if you already have an account, you can just log in...) I hope this review was helpful!.Version: 4.8.2

Great app!I’m curious to see if the app takes note of your answers to its goal planning questions (e.g. where do you see yourself in 3 years?). Unfortunately it still has a few kinks to work out (e.g. app doesn’t consistently remind me to write a journal entry) but I still love the idea and no doubt updates will fix the bugs :).Version: 2.2.5

Great appThis app it great you can express your feelings and let out all your stress and once you have a lot of story’s you can look back at them and can finally say to yourself I have came a long way. I recommend this app to people who are going through a hard time or maybe like to write down your memories or favourite things thankyou!.Version: 2.8.4

DiaryThis app is the thing I’ve been looking for. I’ve tried paper diaries, notes and texts but it was never really pleasing and when I saw this app I thought I’d give it a try and now I can never wait till the evening where I can write all about my day!!.Version: 2.8.4

Amazing appSo wonderful and relaxing to do. After a day it’s nice to review and when I get anxiety I just read through all my past days and it calms me for some reason. Love the app highly recommend and you wish to have a more peaceful mind and wholesome life..Version: 2.8.19

This really helpsThis app is great for people that stress a lot as it helps to relax and reflect on what had happened that day, good or bad. It also lets you get to knows YOURSELF better which is great as you will start to find things out about you and your body that you didn’t know before. When I use this app it helps me take all of the weight off of my shoulders and helps me find out what I can do to have a good relationship with my body. If there is ever something that is bothering you or stressing you out then you can just tell the app ( by typing it from your phone or whatever it is you are using) and you will see that it actually helps to deal with all of the stress you are going through. I really recommend this app to absolutely anyone and if you do get this app then have fun. xx.Version: 2.8.6

AmazingI love this app it helps me keep on top of things and breaks down my worries! I can look back at how I felt in the morning and see that what I was worried about didn’t matter!!! This app is addictive 😅😅 ! If you need help unpacking your life this app IS FOR YOU!.Version: 4.8.6

A great overall appI’m not one to write these long paragraphs for reviews or even write reviews at all but honestly this is probably one of the best apps I have that helps me cope with my anxiety and also express the good things happening to me at the end of everyday Here’s something to improve on. I feel like if you complete all the achievements which shows lots of dedication you should be able to unlock at least some of the premium features for free because it shows developers that you have spent lots of time on their app doing what you are doing for free. Now I’d you buy the membership it’s a different story but for the people who can’t really afford it even though it’s cheap or the people who are too young and need parents permission which isn’t being granted to them it would give these people 1. a good reason to keep using your app and 2. Be able to unlock features that they can’t buy. I am one of the people who can’t get the membership so I’m just writing and I haven’t even had this for a week so I can’t see my stats yet but either than that it’s overall a really awesome app. It’s nice to come home from a stressful day of school and just sit on my phone and write what happens during the day. It’s also great that unlike other apps it doesn’t force you to remember everything that happened to you that day. With Reflectly you can focus on either the whole day or just a small portion of your day that either made it bad or good..Version: 2.8.9

Reflectly reflection 😂😂It’s a really good app. i have anxiety and a bit of depression and it has really really helped me. i’m still in high school so a lot of stress and it’s a very good app where you can just write down your thoughts and you get asked a couple of questions. if you only want something quick it can literally take 5 minutes or if you want something where you can go really deep you can also do that and take seriously as long or short as you need the only thing i wish it had was more questions. it may just be me but i love answering questions, i know you can buy that but i don’t really want to spend money. there should be a place on the app where you can answer like 10-15 questions a day. i don’t know though just a thought. but really love the app overall!.Version: 2.8.10

Best app everIn my opinion, I think this is a really good app and if you have maybe some anger issues it really calms you down so I would recommend this to everyone. When your stressed it is really helpful and in the morning and evening it gives you a little message/notification and I think it is really nice. Also this app makes me smile and if I don’t do a story one day then I get kinda sad because I missed a day. If you have a diary then I would recommend this app because it is basically the same as a diary just online/on an electronic. Some apps i in particularly don’t like because every time I go on there it comes up with an advert but Reflectly doesn’t have any adverts like NONE. Honestly I think this is the best app on my iPad and as soon as I downloaded it I felt so happy and less stressed. If you are a stranger reading this/other reviews then I would highly recommend just downloading it because you will most likely regret not doing it especially when you have had a really bad day and are really stressed. So bye! But have a nice day once you’ve finished reading this/other reviews and maybe downloaded this app ‘Reflectly’..Version: 2.8.10

Excellent appApp is easy to use, very simple but excellent idea. Things move freely and smoothly whilst using the app and so far i actually look forward to my daily reflections on reflectly. I am sad i didn’t get this app earlier, i would have (and currently do have) one more thing in life to love!!!.Version: 2.8.9

Hi ReflectlyYou make me so happy when I write to my journal! Your awesome and it’s great to see you trying to help calm people down if they have anxiety about something that could of happened at school/work etc..Version: 2.6.0

Amazing AppThis app has helped me a lot in finding out what’s the main causes for me being upset and it’s giving me a way to think about the past few days and how I can do things to make me happier. So it does work for me However I dislike the amount that you have to pay for. Until recently I was able to get the daily questions and answer them when I didn’t have premium, but now I have to pay for it. The questions weren’t particularly good but that does make me wonder whether the questions were improved and so requires payment for them or if they wanted to take away from those who don’t pay to give to those who do Also, a suggestion. There’s a way in settings for a Biometric Password but I’d love for there to be another way to stop other people from reading my passwords. Even if it’s just a basic 4 digit password to be able to get access to my account when I open it, it would make me feel better than to have to log in everyday.Version: 3.0.3

Love this updateI used to never journal, but now with reflectly on my phone i do it everyday. At first I thought it wouldn’t be private, but you add in your thumbprint so it’s only accessible to you. Love this app and definitely recommend it!.Version: 3.12.0

ReflectlyI like how this asks personal questions and questions you don’t normally think about. It keeps you thinking about what your actually doing/ what you did that day. I can look back at the stories and remember how that day was or remember when I achieved something exciting. This App makes me feel organised and centred..Version: 2.6.7

AMAZINGSo I downloaded reflecting a while back I was not feeling really well I just thought that it would help me reflect on myself and improve my lifestyle habits so the first few times I use it I was like OK blah blah not that big deal and then I stopped using it for a while because I was just not that type of person I was so consistent with stuff like that and then I saw the premium I was like I don’t think it’s that much of a big deal OK and later on just recently I started using it again and I just bought premium and guys really like the title is literally what it does it helps reflect on yourself so I can see how much happiness I’ve been having throughout the week and how mad I’ve been all hell down I’ve been what makes me happy or sad I also love the reflection questions it asks us Because they really ask personal things that we need to think about and makes me realize some things so I know with premium they give you those types of questions every day you can add photos and moments which is really cool because like if you’re feeling a certain way you can add a photo to just describe it you know anyway I would 100% recommend reflecting to anyone and guys just don’t like it and it will make your life so much better love you guys.Version: 3.2.2

Amazing AppThis app is pretty awesome! It’s sorta like the friend that you want that you can just talk to and doesn’t judge. The only downside is all the features that are only available with premium. Like I understand you need to make money but a lot of the great features only come with premium..Version: 3.12.0

I don’t want to payIt is an amazing journal app and allows you to write down everything in your day but every like five minutes it asked you if you want to do your free trial and then pay $20 per month I think that’s a lot for just a bit of details for the app but otherwise it’s an amazing app.Version: 2.6.6

I totally recommend this app.I know I rated it five stars but Im just upset because first off, I’m 13 and don’t have a credit card so I can’t subscribe to a priemium Account. I’m in seventh grade and I have a lot of work and homework. It’s giving a lot of stress and Recently I lost a couple friends and on top of that, I’m not doing so well in school. Also my dad isn’t very close to me. All these things are making me feel not myself. Some nights I can’t sleep I’m so sad. Anyway enough about my life. I’m pretty sure this app would’ve helped me but like I said, I don’t have a credit card so I can’t really do anything. That’s why I rated it five stars because this app looked helpful. Anyway I know the priemum membership is the way the app developers make money and I understand that. But maybe you could put some ads in there and take away some payments that would be fantastic. But if you can’t I completely understand that that’s how You make money (the app developers). I totally recommend this app for people who are sad and can afford 40 bucks a month..Version: 2.8.19

AMAZING :)This app is so good for those who just simply don’t have the time to write out a whole page of their daily reflection. This is just a simply amazing way to keep track of all your journaling and if you want to you can always go back and than read the previous days if you would like. I love this so much it’s quick, easy but yet extremely relaxing definitely recommended 😊😁.Version: 1.4.2

Different thingsReflectly is an amazing app it helps me with my anxiety and my stress a lot because I can just type it down without having to bottle it up inside, it also helps me notice how I am feeling at the time and why I am feeling that Some things they should add is pictures they should make the user pick what cover they would like to have like in setting or something so they can fit it to there feelings, letting the user pick more then 5 feelings like stressed anxious and scared it would really help me with it It’s an amazing app and I will continue to use it everyday but hope they will consider using my feedback and others feedback because you don’t really get feedback that often anymore. 👍.Version: 2.8.4

Awesome app!Lets start off with how AMAZING this app is! This app calms me down when i do check-ins and lets me kind of express my feelings when there is nothing to express them too. I also love the inspirational quotes i get everyday, and how i get to chose how many times a day i get them ( I personally set mine to 8 x a day)! And i love how i can view my stats , i also love how you get to CHOSE if you pay for premium and if you don't you still get let into your app and get to experience other features unlike other apps.. and to end off my review it is amazing and i definitely recommend it ! Its not like other diaries and then again keeps me calm because Reflectly asks me questions that if i was writing in my diary i would just be straight forward, wright about it and be done! But here they ask you questions so its like talking to a person but now having secrets and people talking about it and sharing things that happened to you when its none of there business( i experience that alot). Then again i love this app and I totally recommend it! Get it if you don't have it already! Thanks for reading , bye!.Version: 3.21.4

This helps me journal like never before!!I’ve never really been one to write reviews before - must be because I really love this app. But this has changed the game for me in being able to reflect on my day and journal! I’ve journaled in notebooks before but was never really consistent with it. But this has helped increase my consistency, ease of journaling, my “want” to journal, and include more details of my day - like being able to upload photos of it. I like how it asks questions to make me thing and reflect, although I don’t find all the questions worth answering, I definitely do like when I see a good question that helps me reflect! The only things I wish that were improved on this would be increasing how much you can type per section, having something to save all this data to, and idk if it’s desktop friendly, but if it’s not, then being able to use on a laptop/computer as well. But overall, I love this app and how convenient it is to journal. The hassle with journaling is being able to capture your thoughts and ideas at any given moment, meaning - having something to write on and write with. But the convenience of having this app on your phone to journal whenever really helps to simplify things and journal whenever you want.Version: 1.4.1

Totally Recommend!💕Reflectly is an app you can come home (or start of your day) and express your day, and/or how you feel. First, you do your daily check-in. You can write notes about your day, and they can be as long as you want. Say maybe a special event happend, or something really frustrating happend. Next, you can do an optional daily task that can be as simple as a bubble bath. You also have mini-challenges. To all my over thinkers, don’t worry! For an example, today my challenge was “Currently, _____ is the most challenging thing to accept about myself”. I simply had to fill in the blank, no right or wrong answer, just expressing yourself. I have moderate anxiety, and I overthink everything. Oh! Don’t forget the daily quotes. I once got one from Will Smith. I love his movies! Overall, Reflectly lets me get my feelings out and really let it out. Even though you have to pay for certain things like custom quotes, and free access to all of the other apps, I’m inlove. Totally recommend for anybody! Have a great day!.Version: 4.4.1

Impressed.I didn’t think I would actually end up using it, but I just felt like it was a safe place to share my thoughts. And you can lock it with your fingerprint too which is pretty dope bc then it’s private! Genuinely impressed..Version: 2.6.7

My reviewThis app is so useful to me, I fill it out daily to remind myself in the future all the memories I have with friends and family. It’s so easy to use and even without premium it still works great!! Definitely recommend:).Version: 2.6.7

A really, really good appI don't usually write reviews but after traumatic experiences, I have suffered from a lot of mental health issues despite being quite young. Of course, this app can't magically solve that, but it really, really helps. I tell everyone about this app, my therapists, other people with mental health issues and even just my friends who would enjoy it too. I enjoy writing in reviews and sometimes when I'm in a bad mood I even think of the app and I'm in a good mood because I want my statistics to improve😂 this has become part of my everyday life and being able to record my progress is really inspiring and rewarding when you look back on it. I love this app, the design, the personalisation element... Everything! It's tailor-made for you and only you, each individual and each worry on your mind. It's not just an app, reflectivly is a motivation friend helping you through life. It reminds you it's ok to be sad. It is. 5 stars for the quality app that it is..Version: 2.7.4

Weird but worth itI really like using the app, but a lot of the features advertised on their apple store page aren’t available unless you go premium. I thought it was weird, but I didn’t look at their page too hard, so I didn’t mind it. I love the way the typing feels so easy and the atmosphere the app sets is nice. It makes me feel like I’m safe when I’m writing it, like I’m talking to a therapist or writing a sick novel. I was put off by the missing feature, which was being able to track your progress in happiness, but I don’t mind it because I’m not the only one using the app on my phone. However, I don’t like the fact that you can only write one story for every day because sometimes I want to write other things, an entirely different story, but I can’t, which is ok. I’m fine with it since it makes the app feel much more natural, but it would be nice if you opened a specific day on the calendar in the app and you could choose which story to go over, but, again, I don’t mind it. (Also it’s cheap that you count spaces as a character since you’re making it limited for people who won’t or can’t pay.) Great app, nonetheless, would recommend to my friends if it didn’t make me uncomfortable to tell them I use an app diary..Version: 2.6.7

Great app, got to figure out my feelings and write it downThis app is like no other! I only got it two days ago and I already love it! I had a bad day today and Reflectly helped me through it and when I wrote down what I felt like went wrong and what had happened today it felt like I was talking to someone and letting my feelings go, I highly recommend this all if you are looking to improve mental health and even just your own relationship with yourself, I’m very satisfied with this app and I don’t even have premium! That’s how good this app is!.Version: 2.8.12

In love! This app is so good for winding down at the end of the day. I love being able to write about my day with no judgement. The questions really get me to think and reflect on myself and my life style. It’s great seeing how my mood has improved everyday since I’ve started this app. It’s also super easy to use. As someone who really isn’t good with technology or finding my way around the place, this app made it super easy for me to understand. I just wish that I was able to write more, the word restrictions make it hard to say everything that I want to say..Version: 2.2.7

Worth it.Didn’t think I needed an app where I can write about my day, rate my mood etc until today. Highly recommended for high school students as I am one and in total distress..Version: 2.6.7

Great Self Reflection AppI really like how user friendly and easy Reflectly is to use. I have looked into a few similar apps which are not as pretty and so I choose this over them. I like the affirmations. I think Reflectly could have some more options like “money” or “comparing yourself to others” for example as options to talk bout when reflecting because sometimes the options given don’t link to how I’m feeling. It would also be good if it gave me ideas for how to improve areas I’m weaker in and strengthen the areas I’m good at.Version: 3.0.3

SimplicityI love this app because it’s very straight forward and minimally functional. Some apps try too hard to make you write or log every little emotion you were feeling throughout the day and it makes you stressed and anxious to try and thing back to these feelings you forgot you were feeling that day. I don’t write everyday which is normal for me but I feel like this app reminds me to write at the perfect times, when I’m not busy and have a little bit of downtime to type out how my day was. The only thing that I am still having trouble understanding is the rating spread. I understand the whole idea of it, and think it’s a good one, just needs a little more information or maybe a nice info graphic on how to enhance your mood when you’re feeling down or ways to relieve anger or stressful or anxious feelings based on what you wrote that day. If you wrote that you had a great day and everything was perfect maybe incorporate that with relatable quotes or articles on how to keep your motivation up and what you can do to do so in your work and personal life. I don’t know, this is just little things I would enjoy so maybe other people would too but I do love this app it’s relaxing and helps you get out the emotions you need in a way that doesn’t take up too much time yet lets you reflect on the important parts of your day..Version: 1.4.2

Love this app!I write in my online diary on this app daily, and love too use it. I love how it asks me little questions daily like “What are your Number 1 priorities right now”. I love the app but there is a little glitch... when I first go on the app and click on “Add Story” it takes a while too pop up. I think it might be my phone because it is kind of old. Overall I give the app 4 stars!.Version: 2.8.20

ReflectlyI love it so far. You can record your emotions each day and explain why. It also keeps stats on you so that you know how you have been feeling. This helps me very much and I love how you can take notes each day. You should definitely download and keep track. It also has a ‘morning moment’ where it tells you something nice about yourself (for me it said: you are perfect in every way!) and it suggests things for you to do like a challenge for the day. It also gives you a nice quote. Mine was my John Lennon and it said: ‘Count your age by friends, not years. Count your life by smiles, not tears.’ What a lovely thing to wake up to! And at the end of the day it says how excited they are to start a journey called life with you. I love it and it keeps a smile on my face!.Version: 2.8.17

Love itBeing someone who suffered with both chaotic and moderate anxiety as well as depression this is amazing for me. Being a 20 year old women people are really surprised to learn I have any mental health issues due to my persona and confident demeanour. However I have bad days, I have days I want to be alone and this is when this app helps the most. I can write down my feelings, I can also keep track on how often I have bad days( this helps since coming off all medications) but still visiting a counsellor when and if I need to. I could t thank the creators of this app anymore if I tried and the random daily questions really take things back and help when I try and find new ways of releasing any symptoms of both issues. Very happy to pay for this and will be using for however long I can.Version: 2.8.12

Extremely helpful!Hey, I usually don’t like journaling or writing down how I feel or anything, but I decided to give Reflectly a try and it’s helped a lot! I’m not able to get the premium but the free version has plenty of features that I wouldn’t expect from an app with a premium feature. I also like how the app automatically saves your notes so you can look back on them. I also really appreciate the quotes, it can be very nice to just sit on the couch and scroll through quotes that can inspire you. One thing I’d like to note is that if you click your stats, it will say you have to complete a certain amount of reflections to unlock it because the app doesn’t have enough information about your progress, but once you complete those reflections it will say it’s only available with premium. Although, in the background you can still see stats that are slightly faded out. I’m not sure if that’s just an example to show you the layout or if your progress is there but just faded. Anyway, this is getting long but the gist is that if you are thinking about getting this app to help with your mental health, I 100% recommend it! If you read this whole thing, have a wonderful day/night!.Version: 4.6.6

Good but...I like that platform but I just wished it wouldn’t suddenly not be able to save edits to journals sometimes and it would be great if the pop-up to upgrade/purchase premium for Reflecty would stop continuously popping up before you finish your journal then asking again. I find myself only to be able to type half-way before needing to continue onto other reflection questions, otherwise the Reflecty premium would keep popping up. I actually would also like the app to have more options on the scale of emotions when Reflecty asks you how you’re feeling. I think that’ll be nice..Version: 2.6.7

:3I have stoped therapy cause of this it’s way easier for me to write stuff than talk to someone about it and my friends do read the stuff I put on there from time to time and the are starting to understand my behaviour problems and the life problems I have to deal with on a daily basis -unknown :3.Version: 2.6.7

Reflectly is great for your mental healthI’ve been on Reflectly for about 5 minutes it has already mad me feel happier I haven’t even used premium and it’s made it easier for me to express and understand my emotions a lot more just by it not being cramped up in my head with everything else..Version: 3.5.0

WOW! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLEASE READ!Hey there. This app is great and I’m not just saying that. You can still do what the apps meant for even without premium. Also there’s always a great amount of selection or choices to complete. You can read quotes, look at your stats, you can reflect, and say something that your thankful for and why. It’s an amazing app and I would definitely 100% get this app if you are interested in amazing content anywhere from ages 8+. This app lets you reflect more than just once a day; In the morning, afternoon, and evening. It’s always open. It makes you feel piece in your life even when you don’t always have it. When you do have piece it just gives you hope, bless this app. It helps. I was a bit sceptic at first but now I absolutely love it. I’m never getting rid of this app! So far I’ve found no glitches, no problems, and no security issues. Your privacy is guaranteed! Trust me on all of this. Yes, I’m young... but I know a great app when I see one. Have a great day, and thanks for reading. Bye..Version: 4.4.3

ReflectlyReflectly is one of my favourite apps. From the ritual aspect, to the journalising aspect, this app is great. It’s made me feel really good, and I’ve kept up a fifty two day streak. I have kept the free plan, and so far thats been absolutely great! I can only imagine the amazing enhancements premium would make to this wonderful platform. I’ve suggested this to all my family and friends, it’s just that good. I love all the settings, and that there is a daily question, and lots of fun options to customise each entry. To anyone looking to download this app, do. It’s one of the best apps out there..Version: 2.8.5

It’s alright.I like using the app, it’s a beautiful interface. It always runs great. But I wish there was more to it. Yes, it helps me reflect on my day, get out my feelings without having to have a heart to heart conversation with someone. But having the premium version of the app, I expected more. I wish the developers would add the option to reflect on more than one category. “Work, relationship, school, food, exercise, etc.” Why wouldn’t I want to speak on more than one category? I also expected a more personalized approach. Give me more places to type in my goals, habits, something else. I can spend less than 5 minutes on the app a day and feel like I didn’t do anything to better myself. I would also like daily questions that seem of some significance. They always seem random, and at the end of a bay day the last thing I want to do is talk about what i think is most important in a friend. I challenge the developers to dive deeper into their customers and explore a more personal connection with the app other than. “How was your day? Bad? Sorry, Good job!”.Version: 2.8.18

Love this app! But it needs some improvementsI’ve never been persevering when it comes to jounaling; I almost always end up ditching the app I’m using and find a new one. But Reflectly somehow keeps me hooked on writing stories, adding images (or just admiring the beautiful ones that go automatically with every story), and reflecting on my day. Overall it is a great app. But it could use a number of improvements. Firstly, the twelve hundred character limit has proven quite short for me on some days where I’ve wanted to delve a bit more into my thoughts and feelings. Furthermore, the constant Internet connection needed to use the app seems a bit far-fetched; I think it can’t be that hard to make this app work offline. Also, when it comes to choosing the mood of your day, being able to choose more than one (or simply to write your own in more than the one word allowed) would be a very welcome improvement. And, finally, some more options for the AI questions would do no harm☺️. The app in itself is truly amazing, and adding requests like this into it I believe would make for an even better experience!.Version: 1.4.2

I love it. Honestly.I’m not usually a sappy–wanna write in a journal about my life kind of person, and when I saw this app on an instagram ad I was a bit skeptical, but lately I’ve been going through a lot and I’m trying to come to terms with my emotions. I’ve tried many “log your day” types of apps.. and none of them have been as good as this one. It’s very calming, easy to use, straight forward, and efficient. I think the idea behind this app is awesome and it’s been executed very well. This has easily made its way to one of my favorite apps in such a short amount of time. I’ve already suggested it to my friends and I personally just think it’s perfect for someone like me.. someone who’s going through a bit of a rough time and just needs a place to vent. The app is already wonderful how it is, but of course ideally to me it could maybe have a section for something like breathing exercises, or a way to calm you down. I personally have a lot of anxiety and so I feel that would be very, very helpful. Even maybe some calming sounds, or videos. Just a suggestion of course! It’s still amazing how it is. I thank the people who made this app. I never knew I could care so deeply about a small little Icon on my phone. Thank you Reflectly team..Version: 2.5.4

Great app with beautiful UI, but improvements are welcome.I love Reflectly. The UI is absolutely gorgeous, the animations are slick, and the whole app is great to use. The check-ins are great, and the voice notes and photos are also a great addition. I love adding a photo or two that highlight my day. The app’s been doing a lot for me, and I love it. However, there are a few improvements that could make it even better. First, the iPad app is pretty bad. It works, but there’s no trackpad support, so things are still pretty awkward. The text formatting is awkward (there’s no cursor, so you don’t really know where you’re typing). I’d like to see a more advanced text editor for journaling with rich text formatting, inline image support, different (preset?) text sizes, bullet lists, the works. After all- the app costs $60/year. Apple Pencil support would be wonderful, it would be great to have a hybrid journal with typed entries in addition to handwritten entries. Support for scribble would also be a welcome improvement. Another great improvement would be the ability to add videos along with images. I’m unsure if Reflectly is already encrypted, but it would be a great idea to include the option to encrypt your journal and its entries with a custom key like Jour does..Version: 3.19.0

This appSo I suffer with depression, having no one to turn or talk to because my parents don’t believe that people my age (20) can get depressed, also being a student I don’t have time for a councillor. Writing is my passion and this is why this app helps, it helps because if you’re like me and likes to run a diary but can’t and loves to silently write this app is for you. You don’t have to have a mental problem healthy people also can use this app but I have only now just started and already filled in two pages of my thoughts believe it or not it does help. The app do not judges and the little faces? And the questions added They.... they make me feel welcome and friendly. I like this app and I will definitely use it every day because I strongly feel that it will make me better, every time I wrote in it it makes my day or night, I believe it could change me and help my depression anger issues and anxiety. The only problem I have is that I have to pay for the extra stuff, well that will always occur in apps but, thank you for making me better and creating this app to make people feel better.Version: 2.5.4

GlitchI love the concept and the idea but I don’t know if it’s my new phone or the app but the app when I go to make a new story it glitch’s and stops working or does all the answers for me and then won’t let me go back please check this as I would be very grateful I loved this app until it started glitching so I’m trying very hard to try and fix it so yeah thanks and keep up the good work!.Version: 2.8.15

Thoughtful AppThis app has been amazing for me. I have struggled majorly with mental health recently and this app is perfect for recording it and helping me along when I can’t think of something to say. The lay out is very sweet and inviting, even when you’ve had a not so great day..Version: 1.4.2

I love it, but there’s one thing I’d like added :)I really like this app! It’s made me feel good tracking my progress and it feels like even though it’s just an app, someone actually cares to check up on me. But I was just wondering if you’d be able to add more options where you select the activities that have made you feel good/bad that day. There’s only 10, and majority of the time none of those things impact me much. But I have to click something, otherwise it won’t let me complete it and move onto the next step. May I suggest something like involving just that person emotions and brain? Instead of it just being things like “school, family, food, health, work, friends, relationships, etc.”. I just feel like a lot of people rely on themselves for happiness, or they make themselves feel upset or angry. This is just what I think; but it would be good if you have more options to why we are feeling the way we are. But overall, I quite enjoy this app and I’m thankful to the creators. Definitely recommend :).Version: 3.14.0

Amazing! It advertises all the free parts of the app instead of the overuse of only advertising the expensive parts of apps. There’s an unlimited amount of inspirational quotes from the app and famous people, it even gives you a notification with a motivational quote! There’s a daily challenge every day, and it’s completely free and you have 10 hours to do it! You can do a mood check-in of a line, you can move the ‘percent’ of the line to show how good/bad your day has been! If you’ve had a bad day, it asks what’s bothering/upsetting you, if you’ve had a good day, it asks what made it good! You have to do a week of daily check-ups so you can review your ‘stats’. In the app, you even have a sort of timeline off your daily checkups! When you open the app, it asks “I hope my future self is proud of me for______” The __ is where you get to write! It changes daily, today it was “What’s your favourite pair of shoes:___”. I 100% recommended the app..Version: 4.3.0

It’s Really Great!Reflectly has honestly helped me a lot. I’m a junior high student and there’s a lot going on in my life. It can be stressful. But Reflectly helps me to relieve stress and express myself. It’s really good and I would recommend it to everyone!.Version: 3.12.0

Love the new updateI love the new update of this app, they gave way more options for emotions during the day and it’s awesome. This app is great for reflecting on the day.Version: 1.4.0

Ok to sum up my experienceI got the app and it’s good, and I read the rest of the reviews, firstly you don’t have to pay at the membership area just go down and you can find a way to go past it. I have no negativity and the only thing I’m not sure of is the Limit that I read in another comment but so far I’ve done 1 journal at night for around a week..Version: 3.12.0

GoodThe app itself is great. It has a really nice concept, it isn’t glitchy, it’s calming and entertaining. It does what it says it’s going to do. So the reason I put this as a four star rating is because to get the fully version you have to pay money. This is the case with a lot of apps, but this one in particular has not a lot of features without paying. I personally don’t want to pay money to get extras in an app that’s meant for writing. But the point of this app is to pretty to much have an online diary so it’s great. The other reason this is not a five star rating is because the app will sometimes delete what I have previously written and make me start over. For example, a few weeks back I wrote in this app every day. I stopped for some time and I today went back to look at my old writing and it was gone. I had to start from scratch with all of my preferences and my name. It isn’t the most convenient but it is overall a good app. It works for me, but if you’re looking for something a little bit more reliable it could be a little bit frustrating. But it has a nice aesthetic and calming effect, so I would recommend for those who need some interaction and somewhere to just process your day or something you are going through..Version: 3.0.3

So important for my mental healthAt the start of the year I had already been writing my thoughts down to start feeling better with anxiety. I saw this app and decided to give it a try when I was properly beginning to document my feelings on the daily. It helps me think more logically with my moods and figure myself out better. I am 18 and have started a new job and also have been aiming for a better headspace for myself and writing really does help. This app is so good because it gives a good aesthetic to write on and also the organisation is really useful :) it asks all the right questions that I think everyone should be asking themselves and really makes you think about YOU. It sets a tunnel vision for your goals and what you need to do to improve, or to reflect. Thank you for creating this app :D.Version: 2.6.7

Awesome!Great app, it’s perfect for those who want to reflect on the day but don’t like using a diary. There is also an interactive Facebook page run by the creators where they post helpful things about keeping positive and just things about life in general!! Love it!!! Xx.Version: 2.7.8

A wonderful adventureI’ve been using Reflectly since it first came out on the App Store, seeing the app progress and build with new features and updates is really fascinating. It’s like the app itself is still getting better just like you are with each story you add. I think that the layout of Reflectly is great and I really enjoy adding a story and writing my emotions down every day. It’s a great way to relieve stress, it’s just for you and none of what you write has to make sense to anyone else. It’s really great for self reflection (hence the name I guess😂) and relaxation. Writing or even just noting down the events from every day of your life and your adventure takes a huge weight off of your shoulders. The app is quite simple, but in the best way. There is room for improvement but there is definitely nothing that I would remove from this app. I’m sure that it’s way better when you’re paying for it, but this review is only on the free side of the app and I still think it’s really useful which says a lot I suppose..Version: 2.6.7

Great for Remembering to Write and Let Your Thoughts OutReflectly does exactly what it says, creating an easy and effective platform to job notes about your day. While similar to the notepad function, it offers a bit more with interactive elementals like describing mood, asking daily questions, etc. Where this app has a problem (it seems like a bug) is when you try to edit something you said, it often freezes and you have to go back to the top of the page, close your keyboard and then go back. This is a really frustrating issue (happening as if patch 2.8.4.). When this happens it makes me just want to use the notepad function, because it feels choppy and rough. I also don’t like how you can’t paste text into your descriptions. It makes transferring things from my notepad really frustrating and hard. Other than this bug, I find Reflectly to do exactly what is says, and guides you through your thoughts. While you could just use a notepad, the features are a nice addition for staying on track and engaging thought. Hopefully they’ll fix the above-stated issue and improve fluidity is the app..Version: 2.8.4

Super cool appI really enjoy this app. Iv been needing a journal again but I write so much my hand starts to hurt so I stoped journaling. Well that didn’t help. I need to get my thoughts out one way or another or they reply in my head. So I was on reddit for a while… that doesn’t last long because even in the most wholesome subs you get trolls, and one troll can ruin everything you’ve worked on. So I googled journaling apps and this popped up. It’s very versatile and has a lot of cool features. Quotes everyday, reflection prompts and then you have your check ins. And this is huge you can type them, use voice to text or if a photo says a thousand words you can always add a photo for your check in. It tracks your check ins and after a while you can start to see what might keeping you going and whats pulling you down. You can set it to remind you to check in, but honestly after you do it a few times you really love it find yourself just checking randomly throughout the day. Like before a class or after dinner. I love this app, I got the full version before the first week was up. It has helped immensely and I can also bring it with me and easily go over my month with my therapist..Version: 3.21.7

Great 🤩, but 2 ridiculous bugs!🤬I would love to rate this app five stars (because that would mean it is perfect 👌 🙃!) but the the two bugs spoil everything! One of the bugs happen when you first click to do your entry, but when you go to click- “Let’s do it!” , nothing happens at all! Most frustrating! It takes a lot of tinkering just to do the entry for that time!☹️ And once you’ve done That, the other bug sets in! This bug happens when you go on to say what made your day good or bad got this bug is pretty much like the first one, you just can’t move on to the next thing! PLEASE GET ON TO TO THIS developer/developers, or reply with some advice. Pleeeeaaaaaaase do this😊. From ****.Version: 2.8.15
