✓ I just want a refund totally not happy with the paid version.I really like the app but it lacked some features that I’m looking for like the ability to add sound for the videos within the app. I had to port the video to another app. Then after the trial I purchased the app by mistake trying to see when my trial period ended but decided to keep it. That’s when all the problems started. I sent an email and got a response but it didn’t help. The flyers I made during the trial when I look at them they look like the flyer but when I open them they are pretty much blank. I have software on my computer but wanted something on my iPhone for on the run that was simply and nice. At this point I just want to get a refund. The free version was better and I have the new iPhone 11 so it’s not an old phone issue..Version: 5.5
