✓ Terrible Service - I Gave it an honest chance...I signed up for the service a few days ago and have been watching a lot. Freezes constantly and I have to restart the app on my TV. I gave it one last chance today watching the Barcelona game and so far it’s frozen 3 times only in the first half... This gives a lesson that the cheapest service is never the most stable and best. ✓ This app is a complete JOKEThese guys charged me a “monthly renewal” on my DEACTIVATED account. I DO NOT recommend this app at all. Their contact support is also miserable. They don’t have a phone number that you could call to speak to a manager or someone that could explain the situation to solve the mistake that they made. ✓ You get the games with minimal video quality.As a seasoned cord cutter I have been very judicious about my video provider selections. One thing I have had a problem with here in the States is the lack of anyone carrying La Liga without subscribing to additional content I wouldn’t watch. FuboTV is just to expensive but a great service. I just don’t like Sling. A friend told me about Fanatiz, so I tried it out. The app is functional on the iPhone and the picture isn’t bad. I was watching with a friend that uses FuboTV for the Barcelona and Valencia match and there was a 3 second delay on my end. Next I used the app on my AppleTV. I found the app to not be visually appealing but it worked. That said, the stream was utter garbage. I found it painful to watch. I would guess it was 480p upscaled to 720i. The ghosting was constant whenever there was any movement of the camera on the ball. The picture was not very clear unless everyone was standing still on the pitch. The more troubling thing is that this was a recorded match, it wasn’t even live. So for $7.99... I don’t know. I like the price but the video quality is iffy on the iPhone and unwatchable on anything else. If Fanatiz upped their game on a better quality steam and didn’t compress the heck out it I might consider coming back, but it’s just not worth it at the moment..Version: 2.0.5
✓ App is not workingOn Wednesday, November 8th, I suscribed to the Fanatiz App on my iphone. I paid $9.99 plus taxes for the FRONT ROW MONTLY PLAN. After the payment I tried to watch a soccer game and the app doesn’t work. Also, the App asked me to pay again, and when I tried to pay the App said that I am already subscribed, but still I can not watch anything!!! I tried to contact costumer service, but there is not any phone number. I tried to contact them via email, but I didn’t get any response. I tried to contact them with Facebook but again, no response. ✓ Very bad customer serviceI sign up by mistake for the yearly wanting to watch only one game I notice it and immediately I sent an email to cancel and refund the subscription after 5 min of doing the mistake I got a response back more than a week later asking me for proof of payment with I provide only to get an email 2 days later saying that the refund was not possible what a waste of time no phone numbers to call only e mails that they respond to weeks laters to just waste your time ..Version: 2.0.3

✓ Good range of games - TERRIBLE SERVICEThe platform constantly crashes. There is no “stats” showing at any time even when the championship is on. I have missed matches before because of the app failing to sign in or so many other issues. Every match a different issue. ✓ CancellationI literally spent the last 45 min trying to cancel my subscription... they wanted me to send them proof that the website was allowing me to cancel. I tried to cancel at least 10 times on the website with safari & google chrome... no luck.. I just kept getting the loading signal. When I called customer service she kept telling me to use a computer(which I don’t have). While I was in the phone she told me send her proof... and kept asking to use a computer... ✓ Hide scores!It’s a decent app. Does what it’s supposed to do. I would like it much more if you could have a setting to hide the scores. In addition, once you pass the free trial period their customer support is not interested in helping and proactively tries to close the tickets with no resolution. ✓ Terrible experienceBuggy app, AirPlay and screen mirroring doesn’t work, the UI feels unfinished and the quality is mediocre at best. ✓ Great content poor appI used Fanatiz for over 2 years now. I primarily use it to watch French Ligue 1. But also enjoy having the CAN games and also South America qualifying games. However the app itself is not great compared to competition. I use it mainly on Apple TV. I keep on getting logged out and have to login over and over again. This is annoying as it should remember the login/password. Also sometimes upon login, I am getting « no subscription error » and have to kill the app and restart and login… not a smooth and great user experience (please try to fix this as it is annoying). Also, navigation is not great. I am unable to choose my preferred content. I mainly watch Ligue 1 and have to scroll many screens to find the live game. Unable to pause, rewind if you want to re-watch the goal or action. In comparison the Paramount + app is way better. I would say they play in another league compared to Fanatiz..Version: 3.4.7

✓ All the beIN channels that I lost on DirecTv and moreHas all the beIN channels, including connect. GOL TV, TyC Sports too for other South American leagues as well. I have a high speed internet connection. A great streaming service if you’re watching on a mobile device or iPhone. However, if you watch Fanatiz using an Apple TV or Roku on a big screen TV, it’s pretty obvious there are severe bandwidth limitations on all of the channels they stream. I’ve had the service for about a week and have seen pixelation on every broadcast. It’s as bad as when beIN was still carried on DirecTv and that awful beIN Connect app was available to us-same bandwidth issues. A very reasonably priced service to get your La Liga fix. ✓ Fanatiz not Fantastic2 stars only because it has leagues and tournaments you can’t get anywhere else. I got this app as a last resort to watch AFCON and it was a beating. I don’t know how it works for live events, but watching it later streaming… where do I begin? Luckily I have Directv Gemini on one tv because the app isn’t on Roku or Fire Stick. I had to Airplay it to Roku. It doesn’t pick up the game where you left off, you have to remember where you are and fast forward to that spot. You have to sift through every game in every league played after your game to find it or find your league and tournament and go to the game. You can’t search. In my case it’s a forever search either way because AFCON is buried in the league and tourney queue, behind such events as junior handball, league 2 volleyball and AFCON qualifiers..Version: 3.4.7

I have been with you guys for a few years now, you’ve increased the price for the service but I see no improvement to justify the price hike; I have a few problems: *By far the most annoying is how many times I have to log back into the app either my tablet, phone, Apple tv (all my devices are iOS). ✓ Great app to catch South American football. BUT !I will say I love the service, I particularly watch Brazilian football and watch all the Serie A and B games. It’s a great service for that and I follow along by watching the Copa Libertadores and Sul Americana competitions. My only complaint is, and I am primarily watching on Roku and recently switching to Apple TV, the app is clunky (hard to explain but it’s not very well organized out) this is something Fantiz should be looking to fix since a lot to folks probably watching using a set top box than streaming on iPhone or IPad. So I would just recommend Fantiz to clean that up, and oddly enough on Roku you can find all tournaments uploaded but on Apple TV it says there is no tournaments available to watch. Though while using the IPhone app, they are all there. That’s just an example. Overall, I’d say good app, but needs the format worked out, organize the competitions and make sure they are available to people who are using set top streaming boxes. It matters..Version: 3.4.6

The games are all over the place they dont list the correct channels that the games are on, they sometimes dont list them at all you just have to click on every channel till you find what you are looking for. ✓ Fana rip offI have been an on and off subscriber, I was very happy two years ago when I first got the app, I watched many games from the Bolivian league. I canceled because I found another way to watch the Bolivian League, however, I continued to contact the app to see if anything changed in their programming. At the beginning of the year, I again subscribed and noticed that none of the Bolivian games were available even though they still had the logo on the menu. When you clicked the icon you got the image of no matches at this time. I emailed the app and told them what is going on and they said that they would show the following weeks game, no I have been waiting a month and half, and no matches during this time I have sent several emails with my concerns and I get the same response that a third-party provider isn’t providing the stream. ✓ App Becoming a DisasterThe iPad app hasn’t worked for 4 days. I was told over the weekend there would be an update on Monday March 11 and nothing happened. The app is broken whether you install, uninstall, reinstall. Asking for support leads to nothing. They also avoid responding when I ask about them adding airplay support and other basic features. Moreover, the apps audio issues have been at “80% repaired” for weeks. It seems nothing is being done on this app besides promoting it on Facebook. The Boca-River final is tonight. ✓ Simply lameI thought I’d be saving money by paying $9.99 or whatever, instead of $40 to watch games every now and then. Every time I would try to watch a game I wanted, like River-Boca, the app would fail, or it wouldn’t transmit some game I was expecting to watch, because of the limitation of the channels it offers. I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for a bit, and they make the process extra hard to do so (no app makes it easy to get out, because they are loosing business) I’m writing my first review to express the frustration these domino of failures has created, and, consequently, my attempt to unsubscribing, and failing. Hopefully I can get some help here, because their customer service is non existent, and I don’t want to pay them $10 come the next billing cycle, ‘cause they’re not worth it. ✓ TerribleThe app is glitchy, the match signal sometimes doesn’t even work even after a match has already started. Fanatiz states that their matches are in HD but resolution is clearly not HD. They also do false advertising and implement pretty disgusting marketing tactics, where they mislead paying customers. For example they post on their instagram matches that they are not even transmitting, to get customers to sign up and then hide very important details for bundle matches with hidden disclaimers. Also they automatically add you to a paid monthly plan, so if you don’t cancel before you get charged. Overall disgusting company with terrible customer service… I honestly feel robbed by them and they make fans have a terrible experience, specially for the south american world cup qualifiers, offering games by a disgustingly high price. You deserve absolutely zero stars and stop scamming honest paying customers, I really hope you get sued and shutdown at some point..Version: 3.4.6

✓ Never works when i need it.This is the second time hat happened ! I was trying to watch my favorite team Boca Juniors and it didn’t stream it. First tame was against talleres, they apologized for the inconvenience by email, but that’s it. Second time it happened against River plate. And i am not happy about it.
