I sent my first email and less than 24 hours later Daniel, from customer service, had responded back to me. I was quite surprised that I even got a response, much less to get one so quickly. Since then I have had several emails back and forth with Daniel and each time the response was prompt and polite. Today we had one last email that did resolve my issue. Wow, not only did I get prompt prompt responses but to have it seen through until it was sorted out was quite impressive. ✓ Wronged PlayerI’ve been playing this version of spades for about 3 years now and I’ve recruited 10+ ppl to download the game as well to play. But I’ve been cheated out over 68,000 coins. I will win coins but they will not add to my balance of coins. I don’t really play the big amounts unless I have 20,000+ coins and I’ll will and won’t receive the coins or the game will exit and reopened. I’ve had card packages that will just disappear when I go to open them. For example if I happen to have 7 blue decks I’ll open one deck and the rest will disappear. I’m just tired of it and if have anything less than 6,000 coins when I say I do not win a game I mean I do when a freaking game. ✓ Loved it at First butAt first I loved playing! I like that you can stay with a partner for another match so when you had a solid partner the game was even better. I always had decent amount of money and could bet varying amounts. ALL FREE so the pop ups when opening the game were tolerable and relevant. But in the past few weeks since Super Bowl there has been heavy push to watch more commercials which you HAVE TO WATCH IF YOU RUN OUT OF TOKENS TO BET and still want to play for free, which seems to be the case every time I play anymore. But it has made me not want to even play the the game anymore and I’ve seriously considered deleting app altogether. All of a sudden I have worst hands over and over again which at this point is statistical impossibility. It’s as if they have stacked odds so much against a player it has taken enjoyment out of game. I tried to tough it out watch the commercials but after my win percentage fell probably 50% I stopped playing. I wish the developers would create a positive association with the ads with little reinforcement instead of waiting till ones in complete deprivation state. I can’t tell you how much money I’ve spent on coins (which was stupid, I know), just to lose most of them because this app is terrible. It freezes up, causing you to lose games, CONSTANTLY, despite having a perfect wifi connection. If you do download it, don’t be stupid enough to pay for anything. Customer service told me I’d complained about losing coins because of the game freezing too many times, and they couldn’t help me. ✓ Excellent with 1 major issueThis is my favorite game except for one bug issue in my opinion. Only needing 100 points to win the game should be changed. If on the first hand, no matter how good your hand and normally how many tricks you take, the opposing team will win if someone goes nil and wins. That is the hundred points and the win for them. Even if you take 9 tricks and an overbook, the other team wins with a nil and 2 trick bet. The minimum to win should be at least 150 points, especially on the first hand. I don’t think counting overbooks should factor into the ‘total’ score either. If the 2 teams have 130 points but one has 2 overbooks, the other 5 overbooks, the team with 135 will win. Overbooks are bad. They shouldn’t be considered in the total. 132 and 135 should be a tie score. If the major issue was fixed, and maybe even the overbook issue fixed, this game would get a 5+ rated game for me..Putski115Version: 1.25.206

✓ The Best Spades App With A Few ProblemsI really like this version of spades better than any other one that I’ve played. The scoring system is good, the graphics are great, and I like how everything is formatted. However, I do have a few minor complaints. The main complaint, which I really classify as more than minor, is when you win, you only win 70% of your wager. But, when you lose, you lose the whole amount. Where is the other 30% going?? Another complaint is you can’t type comments to the players. I consider that a minor complaint, because that probably does eliminate the arguing, and fighting, and it eliminates the need for another site moderator. Also, I wish you could upload your own picture, for your profile, even if you don’t have Facebook. I think, and I may be wrong, that sometimes the other players in the game are computer players, and not really humans. Again, I may be wrong with that assumption.
