✓ Useful but expensiveIf my fax was sent successfully (it says it was but I haven’t received confirmation from the recipient yet) then that’s good but their way of charging is deceptive. ✓ Works well, billing is subscription onlyThe app works well and is easy enough to use. While the app is free you must purchase a subscription to actually send a fax. Fair enough the company deserves to be paid but I would have preferred a pay per use model. I’d rather pay 99 cents for one time use that $5.99 for an unlimited week. Add this option and I would say four stars. For five stars how about a simple cover sheet that I can edit and add to the fax? ✓ Auto renew ripoffI thought £3.99 to send a single fax was already way too much. I didn’t need unlimited for a week, just 1 fax. I paid, begrudgingly, as I had to get it sent and no choice. Now, a week later, I get charged another £3.99. Why not offer both? When I need to send a fax, I don’t need to send unlimited faxes for any time period - and usually it’s months apart from the need to send one fax until I need to send another. ✓ Poor attachmentFirstly the $1.49 does not buy you the ability to send faxes worldwide(as stated in their listing)It buys you 15 credits, which can be used to send a one page fax worldwide. However that was not my main problem. I uploaded a word doc from gdrive to fax and it reformatted it and looked ugly. Plus despite it being a one page fax, it added a blank page 2 which would cost an additional 15 credits. I condensed the fax, saved it again to g drive, uploaded it again and still blank page 2 that was not on original document. Won’t use this again. ✓ Bad app don’t waste your money.First of all the app is a little clunky. If you have multiple pages to fax it and you select camera it should go directly back to camera for subsequent pages unless you select otherwise. Having to reselect the import via camera option is annoying but not worth a one star review. The reason I gave it a one star is because the app requires a subscription, which is usually a red flag as they are hoping you forget to cancel it so that they can continue to charge you. Not many people need to send a ton of faxes. The other reason is because it doesn’t work. Even after paying for the subscription and scanning in the docs it wouldn’t go through after more than an hour of trying. Don’t waste your money this app is a rip off..Version: 2.6

✓ Make a purchase but won’t workPurchased a weekly plan just to send one page, after the payment the app told me there is an error, then asked me to purchase again. Received an email from Apple to confirm my subscription. I got confused and checked my credit card, the payment was already done. ✓ Furious!This App has really changed since it started. In the beginning, I could purchase pages as needed for faxing. Now, I have to purchase “at the very minimum,” one week of “unlimited faxes.” That wouldn't be bad, except the cost is more expensive this way. And I have no fax pages left over to use at a later time. ... The other issue. They now delete faxes older than 90 days! ... What? You should have warned your clientele prior to enacting this policy! ... I literally had just reviewed my “sent faxes” that were over 1 years old on this app about 2 weeks ago. Fast forward, I just signed in to the App again this evening, to discover that all of my faxes over “90 days old,” (which encompassed all but 2 of my faxes), have been deleted! ... What? ... ✓ Functional app that lost sight of its selling pointI've had this app for a long time now and have had no issue with the service. The interface is great and it works everytime. The biggest issue is that the developers have lost sight of what made this app great in the first place. With the loss of the fax credits/pay per page, the app is now obsolete. I do fax once in a blue moon and the credits were a great idea. If I wanted a subscription there are definitely cheaper and better options through online service providers that gives unlimited faxes and even give you a fax number to receive faxes for less than what this app charges. ✓ Find another way to faxIf you’re like most people in the US, you almost never need to fax something. When you do, you need something very easy and inexpensive. This app was my “go to” fax solution for several years because it was super easy. I bought some credits and slowly used them over time. It felt wonderful to not have to stress out whenever I needed to fax. Now this has switched to a subscription-only model. I’m sure the developers are making much more money as they’ve already said in responses to other reviews that this is the only option they can offer at this time. Obviously they could bring back the credit model (pay per page) if they wanted to. After my credits are used up I’m deleting this and I’ll find another way to fax 🤪.Version: 3.2.1

✓ Doesn’t Work and Unresponsive Customer ServiceI've very disappointed with this app. I have been using this app for almost a year with no issues. Then it came up for renewal in March 2023. I renewed and then realized it double charged me for the same subscription on the same phone in June 2023. So, I canceled my March 2023 subscription thinking I had the most recent renewal that I was CHARGED the full annual fee for and is supposed to be good until June 2024, but when I went to use the app this month, it is promoting me to choose a plan. This makes absolutely no sense because my Apple account shows that I've paid for the subscription, and it remains active until June 2024. Thinking maybe it was a glitch because this was the first issue I've had. I tried to reach out to customer service as soon as I recognized the problem when I went to use it the week of 8/1/23, yes, almost two months after the renewal. I use it for occasional work faxes. It doesn't work. I email the app's customer service support and no response. On 8/5, I file a complaint with Apple, and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this app at all. There are more reliable, affordable, and free apps that offer better customer service vs paying almost $100 to be able to use the app, get the issue fixed or get a refund!.Version: 4.1

Update-the insurance company told me the fax came out illegible and that the paperwork is useless. While sending the pages looked clear. Neat. Good colour. The company said it was fuzzy. Not clear at all. I asked the company to resend my fax and it refund me the credits so I can retry. No response. Bad service. Their app says to request the refund from Apple. I see all these good reviews and I wonder....my fax was sent to an insurance company so their technology should be up to par. My phone is an XR. We are on attempt number 4 and each has failed to go through. Getting your money back is never an easy process. ✓ High importance / urgency items - AVOIDThe overall fax transmission is INCREDIBLY slow. For a four page fax, I was given an estimated 32 minute time frame. What is not clear in that time frame estimation is that it does not include the queue time. If your pages are queued it takes even longer. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with the IRS trying to transmit the fax multiple times only to discover on the second transmission nothing could be read on their end (despite my output showing a very clear image). Unfortunately this did not work at all for what I needed it for and I would not recommend for time sensitive/high importance items..Version: 3.9

A few years ago I wrote a bad review and I wanted to delete the bad review because they immediately took care of all of the issues I complained about. I was relieved and extremely grateful. I am hoping they will do the same thing for me now. I’m not sure if it was a problem on my end or theirs. I had the annual subscription and the last 2 1/2 months I continued getting error messages and was unable to send faxes. I tried to contact someone multiple times and no one responded to my emails.
