Standard crypto.com trading fees are 0.1%, but by using cro native token Cro, you can make considerable reduction to the fees, currently 25% less if yo the option to pay fees in cro (instead of paying them in the coin you are buying). There is no buying limit if you want to do crypto to crypto transactions. There is a withdrawal limit of 2 BTC for unverified accounts which gets lifted once you go through KYC procedure. They use service called Simplex to execute these orders. Simplex charges 3.5 percent of a transaction with a $10 minimum (flat fee). The daily limit is $20,000 per user, while the monthly max is $50,000 per user. Since main platform used to be crypto only where you could do deposits in any of the 150+ supported coins. ✓ Great appSo far I am very new to this app, however from what I’ve experienced, most of the negative reviews are from beginners that did not take the time to read and understand what they were getting themselves into. I currently have the jade green card and I can say that I have already received my Netflix rebate so that works. I have not tried to withdraw my funds yet as I’m waiting on my money to transfer so I can test everything, however I have spend money with the virtual card and got my money back in cro that way as well. So far it has done everything it should. Also, I have experienced one problem with my card info not displaying on one of my devices however the customer support has been great and they are working on it. If you find yourself with that problem, I would recommend trying a different device if possible. In the end customer support has been kind and respectful and if you take the time to understand the fees that this app should help you earn some serious cash. In the end, just do test payments and be 100% sure of what should happen and be patient. ✓ By far the safest crypto app for retail tradersI’ve used this app since early 2022 and have well over 6 figures worth of assets here. I genuinely don’t understand the reviews calling this a “scam”, and think it boils down to their own incompetence. The app is constantly updating new features, and is a great place to hold your coin, while also investing it in term deposits. The VISA card is great, but it only gets really good at the Icy White/Frosted Rose Gold Tier. Below that, the card is quite average. I wholly recommend this app, even if all you plan to do is hold some Bitcoin or Ethereum. It’s safe, you’re insured for up to 300K, and tbh with all the legal troubles surrounding FTX and Binance, I frankly don’t trust anywhere else. It’s extremely reassuring to know that this app is (as of writing this at least) the most regulation-abiding crypto platform. With numerous security, trust & regulatory compliance awards spanning from many bodies of government. So yeah just my 2 cents. The app is only really worth it if you get the VISA card imo. ✓ Great for new usersBeen using app for about 8 months, easy to use, you do get harassed with proving your income, way beyond reason, in to things that is frankly none of there business, wife closed her account as a result. Also it’s said buying at true cost, but the fees hidden on exchange from trading a coin. Was not easy to find costs ahead of time for me at least. It is easy on and off for through ACH with Chase bank, had trouble with 2 other smaller banks limited to 1k and 5k transfers, chase allows 25k, once I did a withdrawal and had no issue. They just now opened up US to use a separate program to exchange tokens ( coins), so should be less expensive fees in trading and remember you will pay transfer fees to other crypto wallets ( called gas fees), but the coins moved dictate the amount, due your research before trading to check tax consequences for each and every transaction, can be a nightmare! I gave app 4 stars, over all better that Coinbase as far as I’m concerned. Look at there debit card choices, nice options and rewards. ✓ Mr. ERI downloaded this app a few days ago and attempted to download some money, the transaction being declined by my bank. At 8.30 am the following morning I was called by the fraud department of my bank and was given a Soviet Union style interrogation about what I had been attempting to buy with my own money. My debit card was blocked and they wanted me to provide evidence of any conversations I have had with friends either live or on social media, and asked if anyone had discussed investing with me. It was unbelievable how long it took me to get my card unblocked, 3 hours of interrogation to be precise. Whatever has happened to banks, are they fit for purpose anymore in broken Britain? ✓ Account hackedThis is a fast growing crypto exchange and you see their logo everywhere they are marketing heavy. However, my account got hacked and they emailed me, stating there were abnormalities and unusual activity in my account. They locked my account and made me jump through hoops to get it unlocked, (sending at least 10 different selfies, stating pics were too far, too close etc. and some other steps.) when I regained access the majority of my tokens/coins were gone. I made them aware of the missing coins/tokens and they said they would investigate it. Again, they made me jump through hoops to start the investigative process. (Again with the selfies and other steps etc.) After a few days they sent me an email and said, there are no abnormalities with your account, we concluded you are responsible for the missing coins/tokens. Very strange since they informed me there was unusual activity with my account and locked it. I wasn’t even aware of it. I guess they didn’t want to replace the tokens/coins or admit they were hacked, who knows. I filed complaints with the SEC and FTC. ✓ Great crypto appTried a few and this one is the best for my experience in the uk. Make sure you set up the prepaid crypto card and send some funds from your bank account so that when your selling the crypto you can withdraw to your fiat account. There is a percentage that is taken off when you sell to fiat but given the gains that can be made that is to be expected. If you deposit funds to your fiat account there is no fee to buy but 3% on cards. Overall a very easy way to get into crypto with minimal money or a few hundred grand 😁. This one has it all and although I was sceptical, first of thinking it was a scam then slowly warming to it, now it is my go to platform. Took months to get my MCO Visa card and again was worried about what I had put my money into but now use it daily. If I have a question the staff are fairly quick to answer it online. I have found the charts misleading and it seems the fees built in to each transaction are unpredictable % and often much higher or lower than the chart prices. Additionally by listing so many inaccessible tokens and coins, it makes scrolling for research exhaustive. I have submitted suggestions to ‘enhance user experience ’ such as more detailed user portfolio including cost, cost average, profits or loss etc. at one point it seemed they were listening by replying that my ideas were ‘forwarded ‘. ✓ Great app once the kinks got worked out.I have been using this application for all of my crypto buy/sell/sending needs. Once you understand the “flow” of the app, like how to send crypto, it made sense and builds a lot of trust in the user. It is near impossible to send crypto to a wrong wallet, it simplifies the “bridge” to the off exchange wallet functions, it make it easy to add and subtract fiat from bank to bank. It does a lot of different thing well. And with less restriction like daily limits and what not. A lot better than some of the other apps like coinbase and the like. Yes there is a learning curve so on a scale of 1-5, one being cash app simple of just see bitcoin buy bitcoin, to 5 being the full exchange with stop losses, shorts, leverage trading etc, this is a 3. ✓ Canadian UsersThere are a lot of reviews on here saying that if you are in Canada, you cannot use this app. This is not true ( at least not as of April 2021 when i started to use the app). I have successfully etransferred my money into and out of this app. There is no fee to transfer money in and out ( unlike some other apps). I have had nothing but success every single time i put money in and took money out. For me, this is an excellent app. It has plenty of crypto to buy, it also has plenty of platforms (Crypto Earn, Supercharger, credit ) and a credit card ( visa debit ) that you can use. That’s well more than other apps. Overall, its a very well rounded app with plenty of options and easy to use interface. It did take some time to get the Visa card, but not that much beyond the time frame they indicate. The only thing i woudl say is that it takes close to a day for a customer service person to respond to the query. However, all in all, my questions were not very urgent, and they were answered within the 24 hr period. Also, all the dialogue is kept inside the app. Overall, i think this app should be rated higher than it is, and the reviews pertaining to Canadians not able to deposit or withdraw funds should be removed as that is not the case..Version: 3.98.1

✓ Good and badI really like using this app to trade cryptos because it is fast and has great coverage of many coins out there. I think it is shady that there’s a magic “premium” added to coins when BTC is rising, and this is a money grab in my opinion because that premium is not applied when you sell. For example, CRO was .1210 when I tried to buy, and after doing the math (which is not provided because they know it’s shady) my average cost was somewhere around .125. Not a huge difference but that is hard earned profit by this point. I have been trying to get my CRO card for weeks now and I have been told that the only way I can continue with my application is to provide a picture of my SSN card. This was due to me moving addresses multiple times in the past few years because I am a college student. It is very frustrating and the support, albeit responds in a timely manner, does not seem like they really want to get you to your end goal. ✓ Great service but....There service is great. Very easy or somewhat easy to navigate, it took me a little while to understand everything, but now I get it. I was able to deposit money on my Crypto account from my debit card pretty smoothly. Taking money out is pretty straight forward as long as your bank is on the list of compatible banks (which are big name banks and credit unions) I have a very small credit union so I had to open a bank account that was on that list. Pretty common with most app involving bank linking. The only thing I would like to be improved is faster customer service. They will always help you and resolve your issues but you just got to have patience. After reading some of the reviews, I noticed a lot of anger and one star ratings for (in my opinion) some stuff that could be avoided, but also some disrespectful feedback of people that wanna drag this app down for absolutely no reason. Minor inconvenience? 1/5 stars. Ridiculous. This is my experience with the app, and why i’m rating it 5 stars. The verification system was quick and efficient, the deposit was easy to use and withdrawals are all easily done through e transfer (IMPORTANT : when you guys send your deposit through e transfer, PLEASE include your unique code in the “message” section, or your money will be lost. Dont rate the app one star …. It is difficult for the company to track otherwise which is just common sense) . One time I forgot to write the code, so i sent them a message in the in-app messaging support, got a response in UNDER 5 MINS. I got 100% AMAZING SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person named Shawn tracked down my e transfer and gave me a code to deposit the next day. He was kind, helpful, patient, understanding. ✓ Great experience so farI have been using for a couple of months now, you can deposit cash into the app and buy bitcoin, ethereum, doge and loads of other coins. It has nice charts and tables to track your funds. Transactions are quick, no messing around. You have to work out how to send money direct from your account to avoid 2.99 fees which kick in after 30 days on card transfers. It is easy to swap coins and also easy to swap back to real currency and transfer to you bank account (can take 2/3 days). Only slight criticism is that it can slow down when the market is very busy, but this is likely the same with other others binance, coinbase etc. All in all a good experience and slick and easy to use interface, similar to using my HSBC banking app..Version: 3.97

It just unlocks without needing to use my face although I turned it on. 2- we can only buy coins by typing in the amount of COINS we want to buy but I also want to be able to type in the amount of Money I want to invest.
