✓ Calls with videoWe mainly make video calls to Dubai. The voice quality is alright, but the video (picture) is always fuzzy - never a sharp picture. As this is a charged service, i would have expected a perfect connection with good sound and picture. I would give 3.5 out of 5 stars..Version: 1.2.5

✓ App for iPadI’m really happy using the BOTIM app and will continue using it. However, I will be really pleased if you would launch an iPad version for this app. As of now I’m currently using the iPhone version on my iPad and not really happy. There are dark thick borders on each side of the screen as it’s alignment is more of an iPhone. Sum it up - Launch an iPad version of BOTIM.Version: 1.2.0

✓ Message sending problemIm using BOT for 3 years now and its a perfect app for me. When i updated my iphone to 13.0 my only problem now is when i send messages, i need to ring the recipient to be able to received my messages coz there is no notification on his/her side or unless he/she open BOT app so they can received all my messages. From my side it shows only one check from my message box but i am connected through data even wifi. Is there any prob on the app or from my phone? Please help. ✓ ProblemLove this app! It has helped me talk to my parents in the UAE with ease. However either her or I get a strange feedback glitch where it repeats what I say back to my until it just becomes painful static. This happens both when I use speaker mode and regular, and happens just about every call now. I don’t know if this is just an issue with my phone or hers, but if you all could look into it that would be great! ✓ Works greatI was nervous about all the negative reviews on here, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works for calling. Video and audio quality was smooth and good. My guess is that those having issues are running the app on older phones or poor data connections. It uses roughly 1MB per minute of video calling just so you can budget accordingly..Version: 1.2.5

✓ Not so badActually surprised. Not as good as mainstream VOIP apps but it does at least work. Quite a few bugs that need sorting out so I hope the developer keeps investing in improving. It does work on both WIFI and cellular in UAE which is a bonus. Of course you have to pay for this with the telecoms co. Please keep the updates coming.
