They have all ingredients that are whole 30 approved or not approved, which is great for a quick look up while you are in the store! Also if there is something you come across that isn’t on there which is rare, you can tell them and they will add it! Also has a daily tip/ motivation and a countdown on how many days you have left. So much is needed here.... a page to track meal plans, what you’ve eaten, recipes you want to cook, a log as to how your feeling... there’s just a few ideas.
