✓ Good but needs improvementsApp developed better and better, but still has issues. Still don’t catch gps whereabouts when you come to site. Used to come notifications to Apple watch about changes of run, or cancelations, and it stoped, and you don’t fix that issue. Constantly need to manually override trailers to log in them in system, that you could get CMR. 4 stars, and you have still improve. Written from trucker perspective..Version: 1.46

✓ Pretty Decent AppMy only issue is it auto brightens my phone to the max. It's the only app that does this and I hate it. Please take this feature away. If we're looking at the load board... We don't need max brightness in bed. GPS is ok but could use some tweaks. Especially with the notifications of turns and better on and off ramp indications..Version: 1.66.3

✓ HGV driver... Jonnie LewisOnce you are aware of how this format works it’s easy to follow. Getting the screen zapped to say your in the depot or leaving sometimes does not happen, when asked I’m told a Supervisor is required and he is busy! As today, my CMR is signed and the paper chase of entry and exit is there but no zap on my screen. Being not a IT savy person this can bring stress as one does not want to fail for my employer and Amazon. Good system..Version: 1.26.0

I’m doing hard work all ways night shift whit these all companys at Amazon I know about all locations. if any time need cover city loads I’m available 24/7 just one call my number and all information about my carrier service company in Amazon system . Last winter time doing shunting at YGE1 UNDER TRULOAD DOING WORK ALOTS OFF HOURS. He pay me $32 hour and I’m useing my own truck and own fuel I know about how much money pay per hour Amazon. ✓ New update and safety summary reportWhats up with this. I mean come on u getting flagged for speeding and speed limits on app and on the road don't match. For example! I had issue with the app saying speed limit is 25mph but is not is 55mph . The speed limit 25mph is only during 15:30h-16:00h on school days while any other time is 55mph ..Version: 1.66
✓ HGV Driver FeedBackPlease fix the satnav! Around September 2022 there was a update to the satnav when approaching a roundabout used to tell you which exit to leave at so you would get a circle with a number three indicating that you were taking the third exit off of the roundabout. After the update. This no longer happens. You have to wait until you get to the roundabout and it becomes visible on the satnav screen which is usually when you’re halfway round the roundabout so you end up going to a roundabout and going all the way round it. Missing your turn in cause you’re in the wrong lane, because you don’t know what exit to take because the feature is now been removed from the app please fix this. It would also be nice to see alternative routes as an option. Also, when you are streaming from your phone via Bluetooth to the stereo of the truck once the satnav decides to make an announcement to tell you what your next turn is it turn the volume down of the streamed audio from the song that you are playing, but then never turns it back up again, so your audio for the song that you’re listening to, via Bluetooth is muted or very low If you exit the Amazon, relay up the volume comes back full blast..Version: 1.69

✓ App reviewWhen a load is cancelled the status should always appear on the app. I assigned my driver and used the app to navigate all the way to the sight just to be told that the load was cancelled without any notification on the app. This has happened only a handful of times but one time is too many because errors such as that really affect bottom of fuel/toll costs not to mention labor time..Version: 1.57
✓ OTR DriverLocations need to be updated too many last minute turns and the app requires too many refresh attempts. There needs better notifications of when the loads are ready. ✓ Pro AgMy only critiques would be when you’re on the app and you go from the regular load board to post a truck that it give you the same option as the regular load board. The option for one-way or round-trip would be nice in the post truck and. Also on the post to truck it would be nice to have an alarm instead of a notification when you’re selected for a load since it’s an audiobook if you happen to fall asleep which I did you could possibly miss your load..Version: 1.29.0

✓ From a drivers point of viewThe App is nice however the rates need to go up. For the the tolls we pay are expensive not to mention all the time we spend waiting that we are not born compensated for. Our time is just as valuable as Amazons and we should be paid for us having to wait because loads aren’t ready or something’s goes wrong on the trip that isn’t our fault. ✓ Great!!!They have a near perfect check in and out process. Its very rare if I am not checked in, dropped the trailer, and checked out within 15 minutes. It’s the exact same picking one up. They scan the load id barcode on your phone and you’ll immediately see what slip you’re dropping in/picking up. I’ve never seen anywhere have it set up so perfectly. Where they do have room to improve is on the majority of the loads mileage pay. But if you are watching good ones pop up on the fresh and you have to be quick lol.Version: 1.26.0

This will allow the operators a chance to accurately and effectively arrive at the desired location without further or waste or the carriers resources. This are has ben under construction for quite some time without effective leadership accepting responsibility in optimizing the time of logistics through surveillance and technology combined. There are some things the machines or machine learning cannot comprehend without the engineers direct involvement. Also when all pick up and drop off are complete it is no necessary for the driver to bobtail to their original location to check out. I also noticed that the speed limit on some roads are wrong in app. The biggest gps error I see is in Goodyear going to GYR1 WHY,, does it take everyone to Yuma road ? At first I was having some metal breakdowns about it and visiting my local priest to do some exorcisms on me, but nowadays the voices are pretty chill.
