Garmin still can’t write softwareApp sucks..Version: 2.20

HorrendousConsidering how much they charge per month this app is the most underwhelming piece of software out there. Clunky, bug riddled and not even slightly intuitive. Want to follow the same dirt road you just traveled down? Nope, you can with those app. Your map is just covered in colours lines that you can’t easily remove. Automatically plan a route? Not a chance. Save your money.Version: 3.8.1

Asked me to sign in while in the back country!I’ve used the app to send messages many times I the past, opened the app today far from cell service to send a message and was asked to sign in which required an internet connection and would not let me proceed! Being able to communicate without cell service is the entire point of this product and it didn’t let me do that..Version: 3.3.1

Don’t explore for too long…Quote Garmin: “No mobile phone signal? No Wi-Fi® connectivity? No problem. The app is your off-grid planning solution.” Or it would be, if it didn’t SIGN YOU OUT after a few weeks and then require an internet connection to use it… then you have a problem as you can’t use the app at all for navigation or communication, so you better have a backup plan for getting home… or make sure you’re not planning to be off-grid too long. And for the love of all that is holy, if you must force a login, why would you not be able to use your Garmin satellite device to do so? Would be nice to see Garmin consolidating some of the 21 apps currently available into a smaller number of stable, workable products that you can rely on when far from home..Version: 3.7.1

Poor quality mapsI want to like this app but the maps are just too low quality in my area (Australia) to be useful. Every other OpenStreetmap app has much higher resolution..Version: 2.5

Fails to see my watchApp fails to see my watch and to sync anything. Pretty useless..Version: 2.16

V3.4 killed use with Zumo XTYour recent updates killed a perfectly working workflow for Zumo XT users. I’ve written to your support groups with no response. Very disappointed now. This has crippled my usage. Importing routes from Basecamp GPX files as courses and not routes any more has killed this established workflow. Not everyone uses Explore for hiking purposes and you’ve lost sight of that..Version: 3.4.2

Unsafe level of topographic detail in NZEasy app to use, apparently syncs with other devices, but won’t be doing that. Has the same crude tooographical maps as Garmin Earth. And why have two apps do the same job? Why not make app to rule them all? But my main issue is the abysmal level of topographic detail. Missing huts, landmarks, bridges etc and no details such as marsh’s, saddles, swing bridges or bluffs/cliffs. This is not a navigation app, it’s a Garmin social media tool..Version: 3.2

Clunky 1990s-style softwareAll garmin software is the worst I’ve ever used. Nothing works properly. Design is horrendous. Features are appalling, Bluetooth connection is a fight and only to 1 device (you have to delete the other first). You can’t even use software to add a custom map. And can this software update your GPS? It syncs with it. It has a button that says ‘Software Update” and it tells you what software is available for your device. But, no, it can not. It tells you you have to download another app for that (Garmin Connect) and although Garmin Explore (after a fight) shows as “Connected” to your device, when you open Garmin Connect to finally update the thing, it tells you “Not Connected”! On the same device!!! Then there’s the mapping: they discontinued Garmin Homebase before adding its features to Garmin Explore, which replaces it! The horrific software also forces you to use a PC to upload maps (I only have an iPad Pro and iPhone so I have to borrow one). I could go on and on and on. You only have to go online to see how many people in the world have wasted hours of their life pulling their hair out trying to get Garmin software to work for them. How can this company have got away with churning out such total garbage for so long? I’m praying the day someone produces dedicated GPS kit with REASONABLE useable software. How many thousands of Garmin devices will hit eBay that day!.Version: 3.5

Needs inReach subscription settingsThis makes managing the mapping features easier, but I was under the impression the app had settings to manage everything with your inReach subscription, but it doesn’t. There’s no reason not to, and it would make the app that much better in complimenting your GPS..Version: 3.5.1

Not suitable for use in Great BritainI wish I had read some of the comments on here before spending hours trying to upload a route to my new 65s. Hello Americans… we live in GB… we need to upload our waypoints too!!! Please can you do an update asap so I can upload OS GB waypoints for my upcoming trip from the Explore App. I’m sure everybody across the pond would be grateful!.Version: 2.20.1

Decent appI like using this app to plan routes, explore new areas, and review my activities. I have gotten used to the interface, which was difficult to navigate initially. All in all its a good app. The reason i gave it 3 stars is due to a missing satellite map around where i live. The map just turns black with topo lines instead of seeing satellite view. Isn't this a mapping app? I thought the reason the satellite views might be missing were due to my old phone being outdated or something, but the same areas are missing with my new iphone 13..Version: 3.3.1

Unable to download required regionsIt would be great if I could just download the area I need to navigate in rather than the whole country. I am in France and want to explore a very specific part of France (also bordering Switzerland), but to do so I need to download the whole of France and Switzerland at about 650Mb, when what I need is probably no more than 50Mb. It’s not complicated to allow the user to select the region they want and only download this..Version: 3.4.2

Hunting OPSThis app is absolutely amazing but it does have one draw back, I run dogs on multiple public land and private land and I use this app instead of my Garmin handheld. If I could see property lines and property owner information from the app then I could easily rate this 5 stars. Maybe that’s something you could incorporate for a few or something..Version: 3.6.1

Is better than Earthmate butThis app is a lot better than the old Earthmate but it lacks a feature , given that my Montana is going to be mounted on my motorcycle it would be great if I could trigger the SOS from the Explore app in the case I get thrown away from my bike on a crash. The old Earthmate has this feature but is not compatible with Montana 700i..Version: 3.4.2

Garmin ExploreWorks quite well. Some sync issues at times..Version: 3.8.1

Unique, but old fashioned deviceToday this is a must have device for everyone hiking outside connectivity. Tomorrow it may be crushed by satellite 5G (likes of SpaceX - T-Mobile collaboration) Garmin should take pro-active action: - Add topo active maps and UI from Fenix 7 to “mini 3” (including touch display) - Add dedicated email and sms addresses like competition already has - Offer data plans (even if they would be super expensive and very slow). Being able to send that hiking story and a picture would be worth it for some..Version: 3.5

Courses Created in Explore App lock up Syncing with Garmin Zumo XT & IOS Drive App V4.20.23Courses are a great new feature in the Garmin Explore App. Only problem is that any created course within this app (not 3rd party apps) will cause your data Sync (with IOS or Ipad OS using Garmin Drive App V4.20.23) to freeze while transferring to a Zumo XT device - Syncing just keeps syncing and never finishes. This then stops you from transferring your tracks, routes & waypoints wirelessly using BT. The work around is to toggle On/Off BT settings (for the Drive App Connection) on the Zumo XT. This is done under wireless Networks in settings. You must first delete all courses created in Garmin Explore App (IOS iPad OS logged in under same Garmin account as device) for this to work..Version: 3.5.1

Waypoint coordinates issuesOnce I add a waypoint, I cannot edit the coordinates manually to relocate it on the map. I used to be able to, but not anymore..Version: 2.16

The worst thing about GPSMAP66i is this appApp is a disgrace! Simple things are impossible. It should be simple to create tracks that can be seen on the GPSMAP without faffing about with unfathomable collections and routes and tracks which you then can’t find on your GPS….. This app has been crap for years and Garmin arrogantly refuse to take onboard the feedback. It need writing so a user can use it when out in the field. It needs to be simple and intuitive - which this app simply is not….Version: 2.20.1

So much potential, so little delivered. This has untold potential. But unfortunately it delivers nothing. I don’t understand why a Company like Garmin, who are world leaders in this sector can think it’s appropriate to field an application this poor. It’s a genuine opportunity missed. I really really hope they sort this out..Version: 3.8.1

FenixAdd support for the Fenix watches..Version: 1.2

None of my devices are supportedUm, I have 14 devices registered with Garmin. Many are no longer in use, or sold on but the newer ones are. So very disappointing to find that none of them are supported by this app. I’m not going to buy a new device just to use this app..Version: 3.2

Constant ‘sync failed’ errorsHonestly, reliability of this app (already a low, low bar) has been backsliding in recent updates. It will no longer sync reliably at all!.Version: 2.16

Loved the app till the last update.Nothing to say. It’s easy to use, precise, useful and I have no issue with sync (as I can read for some review). I use Gpsmap 66 and 66sr. The only point perhaps to correct should be to be able to modify the type of « activities ». Some of mine are wrong and I’m unable to edit them. But since the last update, explore refuse to sync my last activity (this is a bug because Garmin Connect show it!) After 2 years, this is still impossible to modify the type of activity on the app. This is a bit discouraging and also confusing with the application « Connect » which seems incompatible with the GPSMAP 66sr..Version: 3.4.1

User Friendly but Could be BetterIt’s pretty decent. I wish it had a heat map of trails by activity so you can creat routes using that. I wish it you could create a course and send the location to Apple/Google Maps to start your cars navigation to the trail head. Other then that, it’s really simple to download GPX files from other services and have them available for offline usage on your device. If it had the upper two things I’d give it 5 stars..Version: 3.3.1

Ok. Huge potential. Big frustrationsGreat 😃= route planning Ok 😐= Bluetooth sync with watch Extremely frustrating 😡 = deleting courses on watch, deletes corresponding course on explore. Why??? Just why Garmin? I want to clean my watch and save / sort routes on explore. It’s also very annoying that you can’t pan / easily zoom in and view a saved course without editing. Potential ✅= gpx route import could be better and allow you to rename / choose sort folder - the current implementation is annoying. Needs to support more maps and satellite map view. Would be great to be able to buy and sync maps to my watch. Os maps would be great. Viewing all my routes on the map and zooming out would be useful. It would be cool for example to navigate with watch and use the explore map as a high res os maps backup device if the route reaches a tricky bit - I love that the route / user location shows on explore, whilst navigating using my watch..Version: 3.7.1

Very limitedI own various Garmin maps associated with my Garmin ID; would be great if those maps were available for use on Explore. All about the maps. — Garmin, if you’re reading, please add a “train” icon to the list of waypoint symbols. Worldwide aerial mapping would also be appreciated. Ta muchly — Poor map support here in the UK; no Ordnance Survey maps and no aerial imagery. No option for an OS subscription; such as with ViewRanger. With such poor mapping what is the point? I own various digital mapping that is associated with my Garmin ID; would be good if these were available within the app. Garmin sells many map products yet none are available within the app. This lack of mapping is a huge oversight. Routes created in the app are limited to 200 points. Very limited support for hardware, hopefully existing products will be added in due course. No ability to filter multiple routes within a single collection; all routes show making the map confusing if sharing common tracks. Garmin Explore and Garmin Earthmate do very similar things; be nice if there were a single unified platform. Will give Garmin some credit, there is a an update to the app. The app does have huge potential if Garmin does things well; time will tell..Version: 1.5

Outdated maps in CanadaApp works well as a whole, but the map for my province is at least 8 years out of date. Major roads are missing and old highways still show as being there despite their disappearance. There are no updates available for Manitoba which makes this app unusable..Version: 2.9

Korea MissingDon’t seem to be able to add any maps for Korea. Not able to find it with the ‘select region’ function (which shows me repeated tiles saying ‘zoom out’ and never showing any sort of location) and random panning got me only as close as Taiwan. Have the Korea maps on my Forerunner 945 but hopefully will be able to use the Explorer app to map routes with it soon, will change the review if so..Version: 2.15

Epix ✅ Edge 1040 Solar ❌Have enjoyed using Explore for many years with a 945 then the Epix2, treated myself to an Edge 1040 Solar and it’s not compatible, really? So all the waypoints etc will have to be transferred via a PC/Mac, is it the 90’s??.Version: 3.6.1

Display always on?The app is okay but we need a feature that allows the display to be always on.Version: 3.8.1

Crashes Forerunner 935Everytime it tries to sync with my 935, my watch will crash and reboot. Garmin, fix this software!.Version: 2.20

TerribleThis app is terrible. You can’t even do software updates..Version: 3.8.1

Good for walking, pants for geocachingNo way does this app replace BaseCamp. Not even close. It’s great for producing walking or hiking routes - I’m very happy with that aspect. Geocaching is not so good I’m afraid - I can import a geocache .gpx file, and even create a course with the imported coordinates, and this will even save as a route - however, for some reason, this route will not then transfer to my GPSMAP 64s. No idea what the problem is..Version: 3.3.1

Useless connectivity for any gpsmap 64Great that the “successor to basecamp” is incompatible with my gpsmap 64st. Garmin connect does absolutely nothing so there is no mobile connectivity for my 400$ GPS less than two years after I bought it. For such a big company Garmin really sucks..Version: 2.13

Needs ImprovementUsed with InReach Mini2. Took 12 HOURS to sync with website and update my preset messages. Tapping a preset message sends it immediately without warning. Should be 2 steps. Went to the Give us Feedback option and the only two options were a happy face and a sad face. Really???.Version: 3.3.1

Tracés manquantsJ’ai 14 tracés d’enregistrés que je vois sur le Web mais je ne les vois pas dans l’application pour iPhone.Version: 2.16

GPSMAP 64stPlease, add support for GPSMAP 64st..Version: 1.7.1

Signs you out!Mid way through a lengthy Antarctic expedition, using the app as the main method of comms back home (via InReach Mini 2), and after approx 30 days offline the app signs you out. Where you can not sign in without an internet connection. This happened to each member of the team. This is obviously a massive flaw in the software. Additionally the Mercator projection within the mapping function doesn’t correctly display any track/route below approx S85 degrees. The ability to authenticate sign-in from a paired device and to switch between Mercator and Stereographic projections would make this app usable..Version: 3.7.1

Not very easy to organise collectionsNot very easy to organise collections. I found it very easy to create a complete mess. Also I cannot see how to rename routes..Version: 3.2

Explore is no Express!I thought it would enable me to see my devices and define or alter my routes… nope… and the map loaded there is not even supporting zoom when going beyond something that must be close to 20km for 1cm… a complete wastage in my experience… Try to see if you can use it, maybe it is just me… but I think sticking with Garmin Express for my ETREX for my routes will work just fine for me….Version: 3.1

Zumo XTDownloaded app, right away is telling me it doesn’t support synchronization with my Zumo XT? The Zumo XT does come up in the list of supported devices….Version: 3.3.1

Was OK but now totally uselessThis app used to work as advertised, but since an update was released back in May 2021, it has been totally useless. It refuses to exchange any data at all with my GPSMAP 66s always bombing out with a ‘Sync failed’ error message. One star rating only because no stars is not an option. In response, Garmin e-mailed me a set of instruction on how to ‘solve’ the problem. When they didn’t work, I went one stage further and deleted and reinstalled the explore app. That did not solve the problem either. I was even less impressed by a ‘contact the developer’ link in the e-mail which did no such thing and simply took me to a web page that repeated the content of the e-mail. My review currently stands. I have an explore app that is permanently attempting to sync with the GPS unit pausing every seven minutes or so to issue a ‘sync failed’ message. Update: I have just discovered that the ‘map’ feature uploads the current track to my iPhone almost in real time as expected. This proves that Explore is communicating with GPS unit. The problem would appear to be that the GPS is not sending activity, route, waypoints or tracks in a format that Explore understand hence the ‘sync failed’ error..Version: 3.0

No GB OS Grid searchGood app for sending routes to device. However, absolutely beyond belief that it doesn’t support British OS Grid references. My Fenix 6 and Oregon both support it out of the box. This Explore app has British OS grid as an option under Datum but is not supported for coordinates. Checked the forum and people have been complaining to Garmin for over two years about this simple omission. Still not fixed. Ridiculous..Version: 2.20

Mot able To connect 404 server errorJust downloaded the app but it si just bugged ans i can’t connect Kind of frustrating Ans support us mot available.Version: 2.11

Not all features work. The snap to route or magnet function doesn’t work..Version: 1.7.1

App logs you outThis app is quite good when it works. However you need to remember to log in because it seems to log you out every week. This is really annoying because you need internet to log back in. Obviously most of the time that this app is in use there is no internet access. Would be a 4-5 star app if it stayed logged in.Version: 3.5.1

Useless for trail runners or off road cyclists. This only has a map showing roads so if you want to go off-road there isn’t a means to follow tracks so you cant pre-plan a run or off road cycle..Version: 3.8

Lack of supportWhy is the vivoactive hr not supported it has built in gps as and is one of your mid tear watches could you please add support for the vivoactive hr because as a loyal customer I like having a lot of useful features.Version: 2.6

Same company, different terminology!!??I find it fascinating that a company like Garmin would develop apps and products that are meant to be compatible, but use different terminology. This app could be incredible if it would use the same terminology as the products it’s meant to interact with..Version: 2.0

App doesn’t work with GPSMAP 64stI have been told I need to download both the connect and explore apps to be able to utilize my 64st. The truth is neither app works with my device. I cannot send a route/course to my 64st from either app, I cannot connect via Bluetooth to the explore app, connect app connects via Bluetooth but says my device is not compatible to send info to... so what’s the point in being able to connect to the app..Version: 2.20

Encouraging but not yet fully integratedThe Garmin ecosystem is a mess. The app is actually very cool and highly useable.... the challenge is the lack of compatibility with existing Garmin devices and software. Basecamp won’t play nicely and import/export is challenging and requires an interim step via the website.... I’m holding off upgrading my existing Garmin hardware until this is sorted..Version: 2.5

Good app but needs updatesThis app has awesome potential, but needs updating. It feels like Garmin made this app then abandoned it for Garmin connect. The only problem is Garmin explore can do things that connect can’t. If Garmin will update the maps and features in explore it would be a 5 star rating all day..Version: 3.3.1

Difficult learning curveUser experience and a gradual learning curve are important when using any app or device but ESPECIALLY when this app is made under the same roof as the physical equipment used with it. 1) the map layers button should let the user quickly toggle between map layers. NOT pull up a bar at the bottom of the screen to scroll thru. It the different map types slid out from the side (longest part of the screen) it would be much easier to toggle between topo, osm, etc.. the current method is very slow and clumsy. 2) creating a route, like in Garmin Connect, should exist in this app. It is not a good user experience to have to open garmin connect, make a route with the snap-to-road feature (which works very well) and then import into garmin explore. 3) there is no key! This is a basic map requirement..Version: 2.20.1

Incompatible with inReach MiniDespite claiming to be compatible with inReach devices, the software is not compatible with the popular inReach Mini..Version: 2.6

Major pain in good ecosystemMy experience with Garmin fenix is overall very positive. but this app is the dark side. Management of routes , tracks, courses (what is the difference?!) is a major pain. Importing gpx can result in explosion of waypoints created instead of something you can navigate over. Sync has issues, works in general but not always. Map is ugly and hard to read read. When I want to create a route directly in the app it hides my current position so I don't even know where to start, loose other tracks reference as well... It is hard to use, I want to like it because I need it for my watch, but it is pain..Version: 3.7.1

Just awful.I bought myself a MAPGPS 64sx and because of this app, expensive TOPO maps and pc interface I’m having to return it. Seemingly impossible to transfer a gpx file to it rendering the GPS pointless..Version: 2.19

Should be better with inReach deviceUseful for syncing waypoints etc between watches/devices. When using inReach the Explore mobile app and Explore web site show different tracks in collections sync’d with inReach. Can’t manage MapShare data from Explore mobile app!.Version: 3.6.1

Must do betterPulls outdated maps, regular sync fails. Not a pleasant UI experience. Great at hardware but Garmin has a lot to learn with regard to software and apps. Inaccurate maps are inexcusable and pulling maps that are over 5 years old that don’t show major highway extensions is pretty pathetic. Take a look at Highway 407 in Ontario. OSM has accurate up to date mapping of Ontario. Where are you finding these out of date maps you list as being OSM?.Version: 2.20.1

No communication abilityI’ve been using Basecamp, for better or worse, for many years now and am currently planning a trip to RMNP. I loaded this app because I would like to share the itinerary on MacOS with my iOS devices, and I really hoped that would be a feature of this. Alas, not so. App is useless for me because I have a Navi 4.5, and an eTrex 20 neither of which is wireless (or at that I am aware of). Sigh! My Macs are wireless - don’t see there’s a way to shake hands there. Sure wish M$ user guides limiting communications between systems didn’t rule developer world. I’ll give it one star in hopes that the app can grow up..Version: 2.12.1

So much potentialThis app works fine as described. But as often with Garmin software, so much potential is wasted on an unintuitive or clumsy UI or lazy software development. For instance, people using the app are very frequently out of cell range, but with some GARMIN devices you need the cloud to sync with the app—it’s so annoying if you happen to be using a Garmin for interesting adventures. And why can’t users edit tracks on the move—just seems dumb. I need a computer—seriously!.Version: 3.3.1

Seamfull...in a seamless worldIt’s nice, I have a Fenix 5x sapphire and it has issue syncing my watch to my phone all the trails don’t seem to make it over if my phone isn’t with me. There is difference in verbiage for way points and routes, and tracks which is needlessly confusing. It’s good like I said but from a company like Garmin it should be excellent and boarders on crappy when it come to interconnect-ability.Version: 2.11

Not bad but one major flawI loved the ability that Basecamp offered. You could take a track from a third party and convert that into a route. The Explore app NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS this ability. C’mon Garmin....Version: 2.14

Horrible mappingPay $2K for a watch and find out that none of the services actually work. GET METRIC. For real, not just in data points, but in the topo maps. Seriously if someone was trying to make a bad app they couldn’t do this bad. This app and the iPhone one do NOT sync with your expensive watch. You’re stuck, on the side of a mountain because Garmin don’t care about improvement..Version: 3.9

App not syncingHave deleted and reinstalled this app several times and yet fails to sync to Strava, takes forever to sync any local walks that I do. Not happy, waste of an app. Going to have to use my phone in the armband again like old times..Version: 3.3.1

Can not send to my garmin!I created a map for my walking sessions. But this app never sync with my Garmin Instinct! Waypoints never sync!.Version: 2.18

Bluetooth doesn’t connect to iPhoneAlpha 200i the flagship of the dog tracking gps will not connect to Bluetooth iPhone. It used to work but will not connected tried everything even a full data reset. This is what the app is meant to do and it doesn’t work!!!!! Can’t even connect on the Inreach part!!!.Version: 3.1

Lack of anythingCan’t add more map, can’t import gpx from ViewRanger, can’t change maps, lack of detail on map I do have. Really poor effort XS running 13.6.1.Version: 2.13

Not compatibleWhy would you remove older devices compatibly. My device works just fine and used to work with this app. 0 stars if I could..Version: 3.3.1

MehNot the most exciting or dynamic app. I think any serious outdoor user knows topo maps are crap. Garmin you have an amazing opportunity here. With the demise of Viewranger next week, the terrible app that is Outdoor Active and the shonkiness of OSMAPS, to pull a blinder and create an amazing all encompassing nav set up. Especially as folks are using your devices anyway. Get proper maps such as IGN and Ordamce Survey. Put in proper nav features including snap route planning etc and dont fill it with bloatware. Best bit!! You can charge for it. Pleeeeeeeeese.Version: 3.1

Importing GPX is a painI am trying to import some GPX files for some hikes that I am planning to do. When I click Add>Import GPX File from the library screen, I can see the GPX files in my library but I can’t click on them. I managed to import some by sharing the GPX to the app from the files app but then it comes in without a name and I have to manually copy and paste the name over from the GPX file which was already named correctly. It’s far more complicated that some other apps I have tried. Surely you can make this better and easier..Version: 3.5

Good start but went down hill. This app has been great for transferring routes and finding new ones. However after a few runs the routes now seem to have lines from the start to every waypoint making them impossible to see on the map. I’ve deleted the app and will reload to see if that makes a difference..Version: 2.20.1

Totally Let DownThe Zumo XT is a brilliant device. This software is incomprehensible and frankly should be a disgrace for Garmin. Garmin, produce a decent piece of route planing software for your hardware, not this rubbish. This really sours your reputation..Version: 3.7.1

ActivitiesUpgraded my phone (iPhone 12) and now activities don’t sync. Maps don’t download..Version: 2.20.1

Log-In WallI don’t know what this app does unless I log in. All I want to do is see how the app works and what features it allows. Because Garmin has unfamiliar names for their features and I’ve already bought and returned one device because it didn’t do what I thought it did/should do. Waiting to see if that device is fully refunded before I decide to buy another..Version: 3.6.1

Another poorly implemented Garmin appCreated route using Garmin BaseCamp. Synced Fenix 6x Sapphire to this App. It destroyed the route. Wanted to use this to plan route because BaseCamp is so frustratingly slow. Just too difficult in Explorer and so basic it was a waste of time. There seems to be complete confusion in Garmin about to call routes or tracks so apps use inconsistent terminology. Given their poor responsiveness to requests for help beware if you considering buying their hardware..Version: 2.4.1

Sync problemsMy device has been unable to sync for 11days.Version: 2.20.1

UnhappyFor some strange reason, the app sync data is ALWAYS different than the data on my Alpha 200i. For this reason, I find it useless..Version: 3.3.1

Cannot edit waypoint coordinatesGreat app, but I cannot edit my waypoint coordinates as of update 2.16. This glitch will need to be fixed as soon as possible..Version: 2.16

Its confusing. So, I am trying to understand the meaning of this app. Look like a mini basecamp for mobile which is nice, definitively something I need. But, can I sync my traces with basecamp desktop? Where do I go if I want to access the GPX of those traces on my computer? What is the saved format? .FIT or .GPX? The magnet does not seem to be working with the routes. Somehow it says I don’t have available storage anymore for one of my collection but there’s only 30 of them, well less than the gigabyte available. Also, I don’t understand why it use a different terminology, it’s extremely confusing. Is there also a reason why the Edge 1030 is not on it? It’s the top cycling device you sell, and it’s not cheap. I definitively think the need is there and the idea is good but the execution was.. special. Nice touch for the adoption of the Apple UI guideline by the way. Please continue the developpement of the app but with Basecamp in mind..Version: 2.1.1

Please let me pay you to upload local mapsI would dearly love to use this app to upload local maps for use with my inreach/Fenix because in my region the Garmin maps aren’t detailed enough. PLEASE consider allowing me the privilege of paying Garmin to upload my maps..Version: 2.5

Better if you can sync device maps.I use this app with my Tactix Charlie. The hope was I could use the installed maps on my smartphone in the same way I do in Basecamp. The downloadable maps are good however they are lacking the detail the map on my watch has. App is a great way to store and sort data from the watch. The map issue is the reason for 3 of 5 stars..Version: 2.13

Maps? Not sure what Garmin understands about maps . But users need current and detailed Maps. The ones for BC Canada available on the explore app download option list are useless. The free Maps.me app has up to date Maps that are useful around the world . Come on Garmin! You should be embarrassed!.Version: 2.10
