✓ Great but...This game is amazing and I love all the tap tales most. They are really fun to make but I feel like the tap tales are the only fun thing you can do. You have to use too many diamonds in other storys and I hate it. I feel like we should be able to not only make tap tales ourself but also just regular story's themself. Out of tap tales(as in choices) we should be able to get diamonds ourself but not be too greedy and ask for over twenty-two diamonds! My only favorite ever chapter was believe me I'm lying but the others are a little boring sometimes. I think you should lower how many diamonds you ask for but also get diamonds by making your own. What would be fun to do too is give stars or rate it out of ten on each story so the creator of the story could know what to improve and redo it or do a part 2 with a better content or storyline. It might be helpful to get more diamonds at the end of a story, you just get twenty and you'll waste it too quickly. I know I might be asking for too much but it could really help the game. So if your reading this you might in joy it but it depends on what type of story's you like cause most are all romance and barley any LGBT+, horror or any other thing that you might like..Version: 1.4.5

The one thing that annoys me is that I started some stories or added them to the list I wanna read and when I go to play them they’ve been removed from the bookshelf. Why does that happen? ✓ GlitchesI love this app I’m on it at least 5 times a day for long amounts of time, but the glitches are crazy when I try and go into the app it will say that there is an era so I’ll leave the app for a good 30 minutes and come back then as soon as I go to open a story it will glitch out the app and with the tap tales it never saves the progress, and takes so long to get back to where is was. Wether or not you read this I don’t care and if you do I hope you can fix it.Version: 1.4.3

✓ Love this app!This is a great app! It’s not perfect but if you are a lover of romance (in pretty much all its tropes) then there is something for everyone. There are a lot of complaints about diamonds here and the truth is, it does take time to collect them but if you save them for the stories that you really like, it works well enough! One of the best parts of the app is actually the community part as amateurs take their shot at writing novels. Some of them are terrible but there is also plenty of talent free to read. ✓ I love this App Except the StarsI love reading books on this app. There’s a variety of stories for each individual person. I can remember a time when readers could read stories without stars. However, since the stars option has been added, it makes it more difficult for readers to be able to read the stories they are interested in. Most every day Citizens, cannot afford to pay a boatload of money just to read a story they’re interested in. Additionally, chapters does not have a way to earn or collect stars throughout the app. Every day citizens are having to buy stars with their own hard earned money. It is unfair to the reader to get interested in a story and not be able to finish it, because the author added stars to it. It’s also unfair to the reader to find a story that they are truly interested in but not be able to read it because they can’t afford to buy stars every couple of days just to read a book. Something needs to be done here to correct this because authors are losing readers due to this stars option..Version: 1.8.5
✓ The good, the bad, and the less than ideal.I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now, and it really is a generally well-balanced interactive story game. I’ve downloaded pretty much all the different (at least popular) games that are similar to this one, and I will say this one has the most polished feel and best range of stories, in my opinion. That being said, I understand it’s important as game developers that you are supported for the product that you have put out, so I understand requiring gems for certain outfits and progressive choices within the game. However, I’ve played similar games where gems are used to unlock extra parts of the story, instead of demeaning you or ruining relationships because you don’t use them. It’s encouragement to use gems, to gain access to extra scenes and to support you as developers in the process, versus a feeling of getting punished for not doing so. The first leaves a positive connotation on the player (even when they don’t have enough gems to unlock the choice), while the latter that is currently being used feels more like force or punishment. Overall, it is a great game. With that simple shift, I feel it would be a fantastic game..Version: 1.8.1

Both with my last phone and now my current one, I’ve had to offload so many apps just to make space for Chapters because I really don’t want to delete it, but it’s getting really hard to keep it on my phone. ✓ AmazingI love the game it’s way more cheaper options then the game episode and I personally prefer this more then episode but sometimes the gems r way to much and we only get 2 by watching an Ad if u could make the options cheaper or could we get more gems watching ads more? Instead of getting 2 gems could we perhaps get 5 or so because the options r normally 12-20 gems but getting 2 after each episode isn’t enough. ✓ Amazing app 🤩Firstly - The characters are so beautiful and the story plots are so interesting that it can be for anyone! One thing, I personally love is that you can comment and read comments from others, which is cool to see what others think too! Although, sometimes acquiring diamonds can be hard, but there’s different ways to get diamonds 💎. In kinda like a fun way. AND, the fact that you can create your own stories blows my mind! So since I’ve always loved writing stories in my small office, gives me peace and some freedom is a some way to do whatever I want! Also, people are so talented! Seriously though. I highly recommend this app, like if you’re into romance/CEO/arranged marriages/LGBTQ+ stories this is for you! I honestly was surprised to see lesbian and gay stories which I love, we need to see more of that. And being surrounded by LGBTQ+ individuals myself, made me so happy to see these stories!!! ✓ Good stories but PASSES are annoyingI think that episode is a good app; juicy stories (especially in the community section because they do not take gems) and nice graphics and I LOVE how you get to make your own stories!!! I would play this game all the time but passes stop that. To continue to the next chapter you must have PASSES!!! ✓ #Addicted!This game is so addicting! I keep wanting to play more and more and as soon as I know it I find myself at 4am wanting to play more! But there’s one problem (other than the addiction)… The diamond options are too much! One of the reasons I love this game, is because it is way easier to get diamonds here than episode, but it’s still extremely annoying to go ahead and wait 2 minutes, then watch an add, then get 2 diamonds, then rinse and repeat. It is so time consuming, and some of the options I have to chicken out of the game just to get diamonds! It seriously bothers me! ✓ Great game, WHY COMPLAIN?I get that people don’t like the genres on choices but I think it is great , if you didn’t like the genres then why install the app , you can clearly see in the add that it concludes personal or mature scenes and language . Second , I think people should be grateful for the fact that it only has one add to start the chapter, Other games like this ( E.G. Episode) has two adds you can never skip! I’d really hate to see this game get such a bad review because it doesn’t deserve that. Where as , people complaining for the passes because they don’t/ can’t pay , is totally up to them . ✓ Great game!I love this game. The stories are great and much like stories I also write. I do wish there were more paranormal stories. Specifically witches. The diamond thing isn’t so bad. 10 dollars a month for a membership seems reasonable. But even without that you can make many choices in many stories. It’s all very thrilling. The one thing I would take note of...definitely give more options for character. I feel like most people want to make a character as similar to them as possible. Unfortunately, in some of the stories, the girls are hideous lol. Women of color should also have more choices as well. What...they get one girl? And Asians get one girl? And usually there is at least 2 different white women to choose from. Or everyone has brown eyes. And I’m a very pale Jewish girl with green eyes and black hair. So usually no one looks like me haha. I do like that we have multiple hair options though. It would be super cool if we could create a character but I understand that is difficult so just having more options would be nice. :) overall really great game though. ✓ AwesomeI really love this app. I think it’s a great app with lots of fun stories to choose from. The only thing that I don’t like about it is the fact that the choices with diamonds cost so much. Honestly, the diamond choices should only be like 5-10 diamonds instead of like 19. Also the outfits should be lowered in price too. I do like how there are options like watching videos to get diamonds and sometimes you get diamonds during the story or how you earn a diamond after every chapter. Also, i think it should change a little bit in the random emotions thing. Sometimes if you don’t spend diamonds, the other choice you make gets the characters mad at you and it’s really annoying for the reader. ✓ Problem with taptalesI love this app, especially the taptales. I’ve fallen in love with many stories and authors who write stories on this app. I love a taptale called “My Princess” by Charlotte and I got up to chapter 65 (which completely up to date at the time) and when the author updated and added more chapters, whenever I would two to read the chapter it would take me off the app. Now whenever I click on the story it always takes me off I’ve tried everything: switching my phone off, starting the app up again, starting from the v beginning by it still won’t let me go on the story and closes the app straight after. I’ve tried many many times to go through to the chapter but is not working. This is the only app on my phone that lags and closes the app by its self. Please fix this because it’s v upsetting as I love the story and I can’t finish it because it closes the app. Please fix this I’m dying to find out what happens in the end of the story.Version: 1.4.2
✓ Good gameChapters is a really fun game to play . The stories are very interesting & a good range of different books . However if you want to pick good choices / good outfits / move the story on in a good way you need diamonds ! The problem with these is you only get 2 diamonds at the end of every chapter ! That is not enough considering you need 17 diamonds in making a decent choice . That can be very annoying . Their is an option of watching 5 ads every half an hour gaining 1 diamond each add . I spend most of my time watching these ads to get more diamonds !! It would be nice to either see the choices costing less diamonds , that way it would be more enjoyable , rather than thinking that I wish I had more diamonds . ✓ Actually did turn me onThe writing is actually pretty good, my only reason for 4 stars is that to choose the answers you really want to choose you end up having to make in app purchases and they don’t go very far. To the developers- it would be so much better and probably make you more money in the long run if the answers you want to choose cost 10 diamonds instead of 17 each time. My favourite app of its kind, although I have noticed that virtually all the stories are centred on a romance. Other applications feature action as their main focus, so I hope you might consider making some more of those, in addition to the few already in the collection. I just began reading Wandering Earth however, and I was immediately blasted by the lack of scientific basis. One error, among many, is the belief that by using a telescope to view the sun, they see it in real time. This is jarring to my appreciation of the novel storyline. ✓ Losing my diamond choicesHey! So I absolute love this game, but as of recent I’ve come across some trouble. I’ve never faced problems on this app but I’m experiencing my diamond choices being lost. In the new book solo, in one of the chapters I purchased every choice in it. Diamond ones. But when I go to replay my choices, they’re gone and I have to pay. ✓ ObsessedI absolutely love this game I am completely hooked. This game is almost like a top perfect get away from reality where you have full control and always get the ending you want. There are great twists and turns to each story with drama passion romance and much more! The only thing I would change is more leniency with the diamonds. I am aware that you have to make money but it does become frustrating when there are too man V.I.P choices within the game especially during romantic events in the game and climactic sections. ✓ Big improvements!I had this game for about 6 months now and when I first began, diamond and tickets were basically impossible to get! Now, you can get coins from reading a chapter or making a good choice! Once you get 40 coins you can exchange them, which makes it easier. My suggestion would be to be able to trade a diamond or two for a ticket. I mean no one wants to spend 17 diamonds for a tiny choice. This app is great, but it is a strain on the eyes at night for IOS users that enjoy the dark mode that most apps support, but Chapters does not. ✓ Best story appI have played a lot of story apps: Choices, Episodes, Lovestruck, What’s Your Story?, etc. This is honestly one of the best if bot the best one. Like the rest of these story apps, you need tickets to read a chapter. However, Chapters is the most generous one. In other apps, it takes 2-4 hours to get a single ticket, and most give you a max of two tickets at a time. Chapters also has the standard of two tickets, but regeneration time is only 30 minutes, which is awesome! The timer starts as soon as you use a ticket to start reading, which is nice since some of the other apps don’t start the timer until after you’ve finished reading. The best thing about this app is that it doesn’t make me feel like an ATM like the other story apps, which are full of ads and have a many choices that needs to be unlocked with many diamonds/gems. This app also requires diamonds, but it’s not outrageous like other apps which have choices that cost 30-50 diamonds. Most locked choices in Chapters that I’ve seen cost 17 diamonds or less, which I think is very reasonable. I also have never seen an ad. ✓ What’s up with all the advertisements?Seriously, quit with all the 4-5 part advertisements. I tried to watch a video after I finished a chapter, to get the 2 gems, and I watched it and still didn’t get them. Instead it made me watch it again to get the gems. I like the stories, but a lot of them are a little to much like been there done that. There’s nothing like reading the first 2 chapters and immediately knowing how the book ends. And you can clearly tell that some of them are sort of knock offs from movies. For example, we didn’t start having stories with Doms and subs until fifty shades of grey was released. Now there are all kinds of them popping up. Graphics are much better than they were 4 years ago. I don’t have any problems with glitches so that’s awesome. I will continue to use this app because of its consistency. It regularly puts out new stories. Which is amazing because on a different app, I’ve been trying to read a story that’s lasted for more than 2 years because they only release a couple chapters every few months. ✓ I love this!!This is so much fun and I love that you can choose your own path, your own adventure! When I was younger, I remember how I loved these “Choose Your Own Adventure “ books . They were so much fun and it was so neat how you would read a part and then you would come to a point where you would have to make a choice between two or three choices. Each one would lead you down a different path and would lead you to different adventures!! I think this is sooo much fun and I just love the way you are like writing a book with your choices in it instead of the author’s choices!!! My only regret is that it can get quite expensive! ✓ Pros & Cons...I find that the tickets take too long recharge. It takes 4 hours to load 2 tickets...If we had at least 5 tickets and it would take about 3 hours to load that would be at least better. But this, we get two tickets and we plays for 10 minutes and have to wait FOUR HOURS before they reload. Please change that. It takes two hours to load a single ticket. I found that the choice are fun, but it’s slightly unfair. Sometimes it takes 17 diamonds for something that would change the whole story in a way that you’d like but you don’t have enough. At the beginning the stories had interesting choices that DID NOT require diamonds, but i seem to realizes that the more stories comes out the more diamond choices you ask. Which really really sucks. ✓ Love this app.I might love this app to much. I get to pick what the main character looks like, so I get her as close to me as I can. I get to pick her name so all of them are me lol... the best way to read a book is to put yourself into the main roll, so I do. It is so much fun, then you get to choose what happens, well for the most part. There are tickets for reading the chapters you usually get 2 and it takes an hour for one to be replenished, (you can buy more if you want/need) but to start a new book is free. outfits and some choices cost diamonds (which I wish were less so I could choose more options) they usually cost 12 for a nice out fit/ tempting choice or 17 diamonds for the best outfit/spicy choice so it adds up quickly, however there are choices/outfits that don’t cost, however they usually are not something I would normally choose. But I will sacrifice an outfit for a choice later. I also love the stories. Besides that the other thing I would change is a chance for a back button, I don’t know how many times I have lost control of my phone and as I’m trying to grab it again I have hit the screen and changed the story, or I put it down for a moment and my cat stepped on it and changed it. Also I get often that the system will not let me in please try again later, which is super annoying but it usually corrects itself in a few hours. ✓ Actual Choices!So this app is in direct competition with Episode. On most fronts, Choices kicks some serious tail! Firstly, there are actual choices, instead of a teases option that’s impossible to get without paying in limbs. Secondly, you get two tickets every 15-30 minutes. Hell yes! Worlds better than 4 tickets every four HOURS!! Excellent time between free access points. Thirdly, Gems. You earn them from every chapter of every story. Every single one. The choices that require them often have two price points, both of which are very attainable without requiring real-world funds. Best of all, there’s none of the teasing that Episode has. You’re straight up told what options cost, & there’s no feeling that you’re being screwed out of a good story just because you’re not paying for stuff. Fourthly, the stories themselves are amazing! You get a little blurb about the author at the start of the book, & there’s a little progress bar so you can see how far along the chapter you are. The only space for improvement in Choices is the number of books. There’s a FAR smaller library compared to Episode, & it’s not as clean to navigate or to find, say, books by certain authors. As long as the library is consistently added to, & different search/categorising options are planned, I see this app overtaking Episode in no time! ✓ Purchases are wrong? Scam?!It’s the 7th of January 2019, and the app has sales, right? There are two that say $0.99. As soon as you click on it and the receipt comes up, it says more than what was advertised. It advertised $1 then ended up being $1.49. It doesn’t go up by much, but I’d appreciate if they stuck to what they advertised. Even the sales where diamonds are twice of what they originally are, it just doubles how much you pay. There is no sale and it’s bs. It should be fixed. Besides that, the stories are great however it’s so annoying that you don’t get that much diamonds. I hope you really fix your rewards system or at least how many diamond choices you add because you’re losing more readers, making them less dedicated. We all know how addictive such games can be and so, if you're an avid reader, I can guarantee you'll end up spending coins on this game! But, unlike all other games, you won't be disappointed in the content; as there is a vast array of story subtext to choose from; this include a hell of a lot of supernatural/vampire/werewolf stories, which if you're like me, you'll very much enjoy!! Not many story games actually give many supernatural story options I find, so I was very happy with this aspect! On top of the great content, I've found this game to be the only I it's kind to not only not overcharge & over-require diamonds for ridiculous outfit changes ever five seconds, but it also allows you to earn many more diamonds throughout the day, every 2 minutes! But one thing that I do think needs to change is that the hair colours are almost always brown/black and never any blonde hair colours or any other hair colours really. I am blonde so I like to play a blonde character. Ive also found the same with the eye colours, I find there’s never any characters to choose from with blue or green eyes. It’s really just some constructive criticism. As I love the game but I’d love to see more different colours for hair and eye colours. ✓ So great... Just not the whole diamond thingI want to give this full 5 stars but I have one issue with this game, how you have to buy diamonds to make choices. And when you download you are given a few diamonds but it’s not even enough. It will be 20 diamonds for 1 choice but then you pay 4.99 for 40 more diamonds which will be used up in 2 choices. This for me is the biggest downfall of this game. Aside from that I’m so in love with this game.
