✓ After iOS update, now won’t workI’ve just updated my iPhone 8 with the latest iOS update and the app. is now stating “NO WIFI NETWORK CONNECTION” How do I fix this problem. I’ve tried everything I can think of. If I can’t get it fixed I shall be dumping my complete Norton package which includes all my families Laptops! UPDATE. Had an email from developer told to re-start iphone. Yup it worked. So all back to normal and Norton Security all working..Version: 1.6

✗ Don't do it to yourselfNorton is horrible. My kids constantly come to me because their IPads don't function properly. Messenger kids won't work. I had trouble too so deleted off my phone but its still working in the back ground. I'm not tech savvy enough to fix Nortons effects but I wish I hadn't dropped the cash on a subscription with them. Have a good think about it and read some reviews before you download this. I wish I had!!!.Version: 2.48.0
✗ Worst Customer Service/Retention Policies everIf I could give them zero stars I would. Shady renewal practices. F Norton and I don’t mean forget Norton. They pester and trick you into auto renewal. You are constantly asked to turn on auto renewal even when you are clear you do not want to. It will even get turned on without your consent and charged via your CC. New customers are given a discount but existing customers get a huge rate hike. Great retention policy right??? Do not use renewal. Go on Amazon and buy a new key each time and you pay a fraction of the price. I’ve seen free programs that work as well. Nortons renewal scam is akin to advertisement for their own shady business practices..Version: 2.34.0
