✓ After iOS update, now won’t workI’ve just updated my iPhone 8 with the latest iOS update and the app. is now stating “NO WIFI NETWORK CONNECTION” How do I fix this problem. I’ve tried everything I can think of. If I can’t get it fixed I shall be dumping my complete Norton package which includes all my families Laptops! UPDATE. Had an email from developer told to re-start iphone. Yup it worked. So all back to normal and Norton Security all working..Version: 1.6
✓ Consistently ReliableI have been using Norton products for years and presently have the 360 protection on my Windows laptop. The security product has consistently been up to its claims to protect its customers as completely as is possible. I have had no real problems and I am fully satisfied. So when I purchased my iPhone 7, I had no hesitation to add the iOS app. So far so good. I expect it to be as consistent as the company’s other products..Version: 1.4.1

✓ Thank you NortonThank you Norton for making me feel safe. I have Norton 360 on my phone and laptop. Prior to having Norton I was constantly being hacked. Apple updates did nothing to help nor did Apple staff. Since having Norton 360 my phone no longer is freezing, over heating and going through battery. ✓ By Far The Easiest.For me this antivirus is by a mile the least invasive in the fact that it doesn't stop you doing anything and is extremely easy to setup and at a great price. I have been testing other products and found that their VPN’s restricted me from watching certain things and even commenting on YT. ✓ The best all round security you can get.Norton have never let me down. In fact the dark web part of their security has proven invaluable by letting me know that sites like Adobe have been hacked and my email and password have been passed on through to dark web. I’ve also been informed that a website that I had accidentally tried to enter was dangerous. I’ve had many other warnings and followed their advice over the years and they have NEVER let me down..Version: 2.28.0
✓ Norton have come so far!In the early days of Norton it was in my eyes the worst Antivirus you could ever own. It stopped anything getting through, you had to have turned off more than you had it on just so you could browse. For this reason I stopped using it and steered well clear of it for years. THEN one day I was browsing through and saw an advert for it. I laughed and thought you must be joking! I read the advert all the same and read what it could do nowadays and how it was so much better for browsing, gaming, security & password management. I ummed and arred and thought I’d give it a go again after all these years. WELL, I must admit that this NORTON 360 is a decent bit of kit I tell you. It doesn’t stop everything coming through and it now asks you before it blocks a site, just in case there’s that slight chance it might be dodgy or might be ok. There are some that it will block automatically but I’m fine with that because they ARE dodgy. Security wise I’m over the moon with it! I’ve not felt as safe with my personal information stored and protected by Norton. Passwords, personal information, addresses, accounts etc, it’s just perfect. It optimises your computer for gaming to and it does this all automatically which is great as I don’t have to keep switching to other things to turn them off so I get best results. Thank you Norton for the hard work you’ve put into this product, it truly is AWESOME in my eyes! Bravo team Bravo 👏👏👏👏👏.Version: 2.48.0

✓ Does what it says on the tinI have read all the reviews and I’m thinking I must be lucky as I have not had any issues whatsoever, I like the check it makes against my OS and let’s me know if I am out of date for an update and the warning you get when you stray away from the safe sites like following a link etc. Doesn’t hammer my battery like some people have said and haven’t had any issues with freezing or white screens requiring resets. I think for the price it’s pretty good for a year subscription. Easy to use easy to understand and fairly good for updates..Version: 1.10.2
✓ Excellent SecurityIn my opinion this app is excellent because I was on a website where you could watch any movie/series you wanted for free. I came off and apple told me that 3 viruses have been detected on my phone, I ignored it. My battery health started decreasing and this app was recommended to me. It took a while and I was quite mad that it had to be paid for but I thought it was worth it. I was also hacked on Instagram then I secured my phone with a VPN so nothing like that would happen again..Version: 1.8.4
✓ The idea is good but interferes with my home WiFi.I really like Norton products and have had them for years, but sadly this is not one of the ones I am happy with. The concept is great, and I love the idea of having a local VPN to protect your phone but all it keeps doing is kicking me off WiFi, even my own home WiFi. This is really annoying as it’s a pain to try and turn off. If it wasn’t for this it would be a great app but seeing as all it does is stop me using any WiFi at all it’s not much use..Version: 1.0.4
✓ It should deliver more clarity and more conclusive protection.It often happens that a warning shows up saying I shouldn’t visit site “A” because it’s unsafe. Problem is, I am not on site ‘A’ and did nothing to go to site ‘A’. So.. what am I supposed to do? To make it worse, this warning pops up in the middle of reading something on a site, minutes after I get to it. I have no clue whar is the app talking about and which one is the contaminated site, as I may have multiple tabs in a browser and multiple apps open at that time. And none of them is called ‘A’. Neither did I get to any looking for any ‘A’. Why not just block access to the ‘A’ and tell the user what site or app they were visiting contains the suspicious ‘A’, oferring the possibility for the user to unlock access to ‘A’ if they chose to do so, despite the warning?.Version: 1.4.1

✓ Safe and secureLove the app and it really gives you up to date monitoring. Particularly like the protection report. Deducted star as I have unfortunately had problems with Identity monitoring for months where I have to remove licence, remove app and then add again. This usually fixes identity set up required until now. Removed and added several times today and still not working. Identity monitoring has always been a problem and Norton tech rep said Norton are working on a fix. Patience!.Version: 2.10
✓ Hard to rateThis app is hard to rate because if it works you get no viruses etc, but you never know what might have happened if you did not have it. A bit like a vaccine. Have given it 5 stars because I have had no problems, and have been running it for some time. It does not seem to eat battery nor slow things down, ie it is fairly invisible. ✓ An incredible serviceThis product has been great on multiple devices, offering a wide range of functions. It has given me a sense of ease in using my technology with constantly worrying about things happening to it. But it has been a huge stress relief and has very much put me at ease while using it. And the customer service was top tier. I by chance found out i was still subscribed to this when i thought i had left it a bit ago. Not because of any faults with it, but rather I didn’t have the money and I wasn’t using it as much as i once was. But to my surprise i found out i hadn’t and had a big payment for my yearly subscription. So i looked up whether to get a refund, which is clearly shown and well defined on the website. It took only ten minutes with a member of customer support, who was an absolute delight and was very kind and helpful. ✓ The BestNorton has protected our computers and phones for many years. Virus and threat removal, scans, customer service, technical support, threat department, settings, and everything else has been excellent. Monthly reports and other information easily available. I’ve tried others years ago and was not impressed. Norton has been there for us when needed and since they bought Lifelock they have built themselves into a powerhouse of a security company. It may be a bit expensive but in today’s world it’s better to be safe than sorry. This is my honest opinion. ✓ NOT happy!!!!lHackers can get in and modify the registry. They can add keys in the registry to deem Norton 360 or any other anti-virus, ransomware, internet security, etc as a threat and disable or overwrite the rules, algorithms, or whatever else was meant to protect. They can even block or restrict you from your own computer or phone. No one ever knows when this can or will happen. However, Norton blamed me for allegedly giving out my password. Oops! that’s where they can avoid any responsibility of product failure. Maybe they should think out of the box and hire someone who can think like hackers. This way their software will ready to meet the challenge of these attacks. Get ahead and stay ahead of them! Hackers DO exist without the help of computer or phone owners. ✓ Norton 360 is good antivirusGood app, but need resolve problem when I always try login to Norton app using iCloud account physical security key. I don’t like backup codes. My backup codes is removed. Not possible login to Norton account with backup codes. For security reasons the I like only iCloud account physical security keys. Possible login to Norton account only with physical security keys, but only in the Chrome browser. Not possible login to account in the iCloud/iPhone/Safari browser. I don’t like backup/recovery codes, therefore for this reqsons the I removed/deleted backup codes. It means that my backup codes was used until end/empty..Version: 2.74.1
✓ Good, but needs a fix soon!I love Norton and have used it for 15 years. This apps VPN in my opinion is flawed and gives you a false sense of security. Please fix. Issue: In the app if VPN is off and only set to come on during compromised networks (auto connect VPN), it shows as “personal VPN” not connected under iOS settings VPN. Under iOS settings next to VPN it shows connected also. If you slide down drop-down-menu from main screen on iPhone, in top left it says “VPN” in a rectangular box which indicates you are connected to a VPN. This is not the case. This is only the case if under iOS settings>VPN>personal VPN>status>connected - is on. If this is off, you are not behind a VPN tunnel. If that’s the case, when you drop down the menu on your phone it shouldn’t say VPN in the rectangular box on the left. Please fix this..Version: 2.54.0
✓ Had to turn VPN offI've had it a month and it seems largely to be ok, however it's driving me nuts on Facebook: "you are currently working off line" then "internet connection restored" alternately one then the other for about two minutes, then it stops till you do something, then it starts again, I was nearly able to ignore it but the band takes up a chunk of display area that I to see. Does it on my wife's iPhone too. Both are fully updated. The 5G connection is good and the problem goes away after disabling VPN. My other issue is when I search on google for anything, it won't let me open any pages that use google links so I have to scroll right to the bottom to find none google links. ✓ Good security applicationThe Norton Mobile Security application is good. It works, it protects you and your data when the VPN is on, and you now have it monitoring for the dangerous sides of the internet. There is an bug though, however, where it isn’t letting me sign in, but I can live with it..Version: 1.10.3
✓ DisappointedUPDATE: After a couple of hours, I reactivated the “online” function of the app, and it seems to be humming along with no appreciable delays or issues. I will up my rating from two to three stars now, and report on its long-term performance after about a month. When I attempted to browse the web, it not only froze, there were no alerts or notifications as to the reason. I deactivated the VPN (web browsing), so I could access the internet. Now it tells me I am not being protected when I am on the web. It makes some sense. With the function on I cannot use the internet. No chance of running into a malicious site. ✓ Orientation idiosyncrasySo far, my experience with Norton has been pretty good but, why oh why, Norton, is the app stuck in portrait mode? ✓ App Update Never Installs on 1st TryHave used Norton 360 on my desktop for many years with decent performance. Decided to add it to my iOS devices. Not sure what it’s doing, because it runs in the background on the iPhone and iPad, and I rarely use public WiFi. But I have noticed that every single time I try to to update the app, it never installs on the first try. I have to wait for it to attempt to install, generate an error message and then try again. I’ve made sure the iOS is up to date first; still doesn’t work. Other than that, the app hopefully does what its supposed to do and I haven’t had battery life issues as reported by other users..Version: 2.55.0
✓ Absolutely amazing but there is one issue I haveSo, I’ve been using Norton for about 3-4 months now, and so far it’s a great antivirus for Pc and good mobile protection for your phone, but the one issue I have is at the bottom of the app is that it says “risks” and it can either say “no risks detected” or “risk detected” but it doesn’t allow you too see what that risk was, I mean, you can’t tell me my phone has a risk but not tell me what that risk is..Version: 2.40.0
✓ Norton Misleading adsThe advertising for Norton 360 is misleading as it doesn’t mention that all devices need to be logged in under the same account. This lead to confusion especially for users like me who expect to be able to install the app on family members devices independently. Who really needs 5-10 devices if they are not for family members. If you are ok to share you creds on all devices that’s ok but for me it’s just a new security issue. ✓ Money unexpectedly taken out of account❗️Although I do not have a problem with the app, I applied for a free trial and once it had ended , money was taken out of my account without notice and I had a year subscription that I didn’t want, I tried to cancel it to see if I can get a refund but that did not work. ✓ Nice App!!I’m currently running IOS 16.1.1.. And have a subscription to Norton 360 on my PC, Mobile Devices and my Laptops. What I would like to see in SECURITY is when a risk is assessed under DEVICE SECURITY that it list the App or Apps that is found that puts your devices at risk. JUST AS NORTON WOULD DO ON A PC.. Give the mobile user a comprehensive options within the App to Block and remove All known threats and ALL OF IT DATA like NORTON ERASER does so it wouldn’t harm your devices. Now It only tells you if a risk is detected but nothing else which leads to you the mobile user to try to figure out which App or Apps it is that is the culprit creating the security risks.
