✓ App not workingIt’s been now 3 days in a row that I can’t open the app, is it possible that I have a refund?.Version: 1.23.0
✓ Losing data!So as of the latest update, every time I modify an old BBT, it would delete the value which means I have to enter it again. I use a wearable sender which often auto corrects the previous 3 BBTs. I have had to enter all old temperatures twice which is super annoying. For such a major bug to be released and not fixed for this long is beyond irresponsible and has helped me to decide which fertility app’s premium feature to sign up for and it’s definitely not premom’s!.Version: 1.13.5
✓ Fine when it works but it often doesn’tThis app does everything I need it to, when it works. I am tracking for fertility and have months of statistics and information relating to my hormone levels, BBT, everything. I’ve just upgraded to premium so I can give the report to my Doctor. The whole app has crashed. Can’t log in on the app or online. Can’t get to the months of information I’ve inputted. Don’t know if I’ll even get it back or if it’s gone forever. What good is this app if it isn’t reliable? This is important information that people are inputting. The app is useless if it doesn’t work when you need it to. I’ve been told by support that it could be hours or days until it’s fixed. All the while I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. Terrible!.Version: 1.20.1
✓ Timer doesn’t workI like the app! Love the feature that takes pics of your ovulation/pregnancy sticks! But the timer in the app to remind you when to take your picture only works when the app is open!.Version: 1.16.1
✓ Test strip log good - everything else nopeThe constant pop ups trying to get you to sign up for their pay features are super annoying and will freeze up the app when they pop up when you are trying to log your tests or other data! This app has really gone down hill since they introduced the subscription tiers. The community set up is terrible! Posts are “sorted” into tabs by hashtags people use but most of the time people are using a ton of different hashtags so really there is no order. They really don’t take into account people who may be having fertility problems who want to use the community but have to scroll through a ton of pregnancy and ultrasound images. If you don’t want to see constant images of pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, bellies or people’s CM and bleeding you are better off not using the community feature at all because there is no other way to avoid the images. The new image blur feature they have only works if people use certain hashtags which a lot don’t. I’ll be deleting this app after I get through all my test strips..Version: 1.13.2
✓ Good until it doesn’t work!Found the app really useful when tracking ovulation tests and BBT, I felt super in control. My doctors found this app and Flo really good for my infertility appointments. Sadly I didn’t get pregnant within their 9 month guarantee window and was issued with a refund for ovulation products as promised. Since this time though, the app has been stupidly slow and crashes after every click. Not sure whether this is because I’m a free user and haven’t paid, whether I have too much content in there now (18 months worth 😭) but I’ve now deleted it because it’s more hassle than it’s worth. My other app is amazing in consideration and hasn’t slowed down and that has 3.5yrs of data in it!.Version: 1.13.18

✓ Not very useful and money back guarantee is worded incorrectlyIt does not take into mind when I ovulate any other month and just tells me when the average person ovulates each month. It takes nothing into consideration. It’s not worth the money, and I don’t know how to cancel the subscription. The money back guarantee is for the tests you’ve purchased and not at all for the app..Version: 1.20.3
✓ It used to be a great appThis app was great when I used it a few years ago. It was very simple to use and I got pregnant my second month tracking with the ovulation strips. Now it’s just plain frustrating. I’ve had a baby and miscarriage so my cycle is a little funky at the moment. First of all, when you log that you’re pregnant, the opening screen is a big picture and information of how big your baby would be (cool in theory) BUT they make it sooo difficult to find where to log a miscarriage, so meanwhile you get a big fat reminder of the child you lost. Additionally, it readjusts your cd days based on its period predictions (which isn’t always accurate). So while I have a 40 day cycle now and should be on cd 30, it says I’m on cd 8 (based on its predictions) and that I’m in my fertile window. I wish it would just go off of the information I logged. If I haven’t logged a period yet, assume I haven’t had my period yet app! Plus it constantly tries to get you to upgrade to the paid subscription. It’s a bummer that such a great app has become such a pain to use..Version: 1.17.1
✓ App logged me out and won’t log me back inI was suddenly kicked off the app a few days ago and it is now not recognising my email I’ve used as a log in since I registered a few years ago. I have had a few complaints from other users on various forums I am on saying the same thing has recently happened to them also. Please can this issue be fixed? ✓ Used to live it but not since the updateI used to live this app but I don’t like that since the update the community is on Facebook. Nobody accepts me on the community, so I don’t have access to it. ✓ Could be amazing… But actually frustrating.Great for scanning LH tests and getting the ratio. BUT the main page which shows some sort of idealised line graph is so confusing because it doesn’t relate back to the LH test or BBT data you input! It keeps predicted my ovulation day as day 12 of my cycle - even though my LH is still around 0.1 on that day. So it says it’s ’high fertility’ on days when I could not get pregnant. This caused my to miss an entire fertile window one month which is really irritating!! Now that I’ve realised, I’m using the data from the LH scans and my own excel file and graph to see when I am most likely to conceive. So, this app is an EXCELLENT idea which has been implemented TERRIBLY!.Version: 1.30.4

✓ BBT graph cuts off too high making it uselessThe bbt graph cuts off at 35.6 degrees. My bbt is always in the 35’s and mostly 35.55 or below so I can’t see when my temperature actually drops on the graph. So disappointing as I do like being able to take photos of the Opks but opks don’t link directly to ovulation - BBT does. I wish they’d increase the range of the graph..Version: 1.11.8

✓ Inconsistent and inaccurateWhere do I start with the inconsistencies? The period predictions are never accurate and have gotten way worse recently. This month, it predicted I would have a 19 day cycle when I’m almost always 26-28 days. I’ve never had a cycle that short. Then the photo analysis of the ovulation tests are never what they should be. I’ll have a clearly peak day, and it only registers with a low number. I’ve taken a photo of the same test a minute later and it’s a different result. Ovulation is never accurate on this app versus when I absolutely know I’m ovulating. What’s the point in using this if I have to continually manually change the period days and ovulation days? I also have the Ovia app and it’s waaaay more user friendly and accurate (the difference in period days right now compared to Premom is hilarious) and not loaded with ads to get you to buy the “premium” paid for version that allegedly *drastically* increases your chance of pregnancy. Very classist to advertise that if you PAY, your chances of pregnancy go up significantly. Apparently only those who can afford the paid for version will surely get pregnant. ✓ False InformationI’ve been using this app for 4 months after I came off birth control. Your body can be irregular when first coming off the pill and this app is not designed to factor that it, there is no where to document you skipped your period but that you also have a negative pregnancy test. I keep getting notifications to chart my period-I didn’t get one! My biggest complaint is the app falsifies your ovulation test to show a peak automatically when the app has predicted you’ll ovulate. My ovulation test is clearly not positive but the app says it is. Today my app is predicting I’m ovulating so I amused myself by uploading an ovulation test. My ovulation test was obviously negative. The first 4 times I tried it told me my reading was a 0 and to retake it. The 5th time it said it was a 1.47 and a clear peak and that I was ovulating. The test is clearly negative. I’ve kept the app because it’s nice to have a spot to just keep track of dates but it clearly is altering test results to match its prediction dates..Version: 1.13.27
✓ Great but disappointedSo this app is great for tracking ovulation and pregnancy. There’s so many features that help you keep track. However I am ultimately disappointed because after my pregnancy was done the calendar which I imputed so much important information disappeared! It switched back to TTC and I couldn’t put it back to the pregnancy calendar. Now I can’t get that info back because I didn’t write some of it down outside the app. So thanks for that Premom. ✓ So glitchyThis app has amazing features, even without the subscription. However the last few updates have made it so slow, and glitchy. It constantly lags and it is sometimes unresponsive after pushing a button. I have to close the app and reopen it multiple times. When taking pictures to track testing the wait time can sometimes be a minute or more depending on the day. This is such a bummer as someone who has been using this app for almost two years and have my data I am starting to look for a new app. It’s just so slow and when you are in a rush getting ready for work I just don’t have the time to wait for this app to start up. It also pauses any music or podcasts I am listening to while using and that is a huge NO for me. I don’t like when apps do that - which it never did before. ✓ BBT not workingI loved this app and for 3 months it’s worked perfectly, syncing up with my thermometer and tracking my BBT plus my ovulation using the strips. However 4 days ago the thermometer stopped syncing with the app, although I can still record my temps each morning. I have tried rebooting, re-pairing, and re-connecting but it still won’t sync. I’ve even turned my Bluetooth off and on again. It says connected but still won’t sync the data. I have also tried to enter my bbt manually however the app doesn’t save the information once you press done. I’d love to get the app running back as it should. Please help, I think there is a bug in the system..Version: 1.10.11
✓ Used to be greatI’ve been using this app successfully for over 4 months. Over the last week, I’ve been locked out twice and now it appears my account has been deleted as I can’t login at all. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but when I go to login in or sign-up, I’m met with a “network error” message. After unsuccessfully trying to report the issue to the developer, I’m done. ✓ Be waryI have used the app for some time now to track my cycles but have began receiving concerning scam/phishing notifications from them. Media reports state they had been selling private user information to Chinese advertising firms and many users are now receiving scam notifications stating hundreds of dollars are being deposited into their bank account. This is very concerning to see when you use the app the share your private fertility and Health information. I would be cautious if choosing to use the app and thoroughly read their privacy policy to ensure you feel they will not breach GDPR regulations before using this app!!.Version: 1.10.8
✓ BackloggingI just downloaded this app from a different app. My reason was because I liked how I could buy a thermometer than would automatically sync my readings to the app. My old app did all that this app does besides the Bluetooth thermometer. One thing that is a BIG disadvantage is that this app will only let me enter information from the last year. This app claims to provide predictions from your unique cycle by the user providing as much information as possible yet it only lets me backlog information for the last year. I would like to enter all my periods and pertinent information since I began menstruation (2014). I also think the app could improve how to enter backlogged information. It takes a lot of time to use the calendar view and go back to months to enter information. I would like a “log data” button that I could enter all my past periods and click enter rather than having to swipe to one month enter my period have the calendar take me back to the current date and have to swipe back to the next month to enter that past period..Version: 1.4.5

Since the last update nearly everything is accessible as a subscription. This is very disappointing. More disappointing is that I can’t even sign up because it’s not supported in my country. ✓ Disappointed with the changesThis used to be a super app. Really great. Then around March time they did an update and they changed the way the did the readings. This is what’s called social pressure! There were reviews saying that they were getting slightly different readings, so they changed the software to get the same reading all the time. However, that’s absurd. Slightly different ankles, slightly different light, and you may get a different reading - why succumbing to pressure and break something that was working well? So they changed the system and now no matter what you scan it gives you the same reading with what you got in the first place. I used strips from different days that they were evidently very different, and still the software came up with the same reading - absurd. What did it for me, however, is that they just updated their terms and conditions. You now need to accept that they pass your user details to their “partners”, otherwise you can no longer use the app any more. How disappointing. I am not going to allow this so I stopped using the app. However, I find it absolutely awful of them not to allow you to even see your previous data. That’s MY data and I have every right to access. I am genuinely thinking to report this app. They have just become so greedy - such a shame..Version: 1.37.0
✓ Rip-off & unfriendly customer serviceAfter paying for the premium features on this app accidentally, and asking for a refund which was declined, I reached out to customer service to explain what had happened, provided proof of payment and the view in the app and asked that if I wasn’t getting a refund, at least I should receive premium features but I have been met with shut ears and I’m simply gutted. I paid for the service and all I receive is the basic version of the app and generic responses from customer support. I have this subscription until May 2024 and currently TTC, but I have been denied the premium features which allow in-depth tracking and reporting. What they did has had a major impact on my mental health as I simply can’t understand how a company can do this to another woman and be convinced they’re acting ethically. I can provide all my bank statements since I requested the refund, I never received a refund. ✓ Do not use this app!!I have had this app for 2 months now and going into my 3rd month of TTC with this particular app and I find that I can’t open it anymore. When I click into the app it does a loading symbol and then greys out and I can’t click on anything or view any of my data on there which has made the last two months completely useless now, extremely upsetting! From reading other reviews I can see that this is a common upset for users on this app, each time it is updated (which is extremely often if you click the ‘version history’ link on the App Store) it seems to crash for users once an update has come through and many people try to delete and reinstall it which 1 doesn’t work and 2 causes all your data and history on the app to be lost.Version: 1.9.91
✓ Great app for tracking, not a good communityI loved this app for tracking my periods, my ovulation etc. I’m in my first trimester and the weekly updates have been so helpful. I’m really bad at remembering dates so this app has been insanely useful in recalling dates during my doctor appointments. Only issue I have is I have posted in the community twice and both times I have had pretty rude, at the very least, passive aggressive comments from ppl who think they know more about my health than me. One even told me she hope I would learn to be a better mom since my question she felt was stupid. All these comments are from Anonymous accounts that I can’t even block. I have reported these comments but I still see them once in a while on other ppls posts. The community button has now become triggering to me and what I thought would be a safe place to ask questions, I’m now avoiding because you never know who is going to judge you and write a hurtful comment under the guise of an anonymous comment. If the app didn’t already have all my dates on record, I would’ve moved to another app already due to the hurtful comments I’ve experienced and seen on it..Version: 1.13.41
✓ Free version is very goodPaid version is a lot of money for no extra services. You have 20 free test for 65$ which is much more expensive that to just buy them without subscription. To get advice from the professional you pay for you have to wait until the end of your subscription. So really not worthy. To be refunded in case it didn’t work, you have to buy their super expensive thermometer…. So once again very expensive. ✓ Update changed the way OPK strips are entered and appearThe most recent update to the app changed the way photos of OPKs are lined up and entered into the app. All of my easy@home test strips were perfectly lined up within the app, and this update has altered the way the OPKs appear and are lined up compared to the ones entered prior to the update. Also, they still havn’t fixed the progress bar for the money-back guarantee. I have 7 consecutive green cycles that meet the requirements to be “valid”, but it is still saying I only have 4 valid cycles. Then, on the page that shows my OPK tests, it says it’s the 1st of 9 cycles. Again, I have 7 consecutive green cycles, so it’s not the 1st. If you look at version history, the info they posted about the new version is just a copy/paste of what they included for the past 6 versions, and all it says about what’s new is “optimize user experience”. My user experience has definitely NOT been optimized with this latest update. Finally, the last few boxes of easy@home LH tests have been developing blotchy. I’ve been using them for years and they’ve never been like this. I contacted Premom support and they claimed “ Normally the slight difference in appearance will not affect the reading as the T/C ratio is generated by comparing the color intensity of the T line with that of the C line.”.Version: 1.21.0
