405B condo AdagioGave 2 stars to this unit. I believe if the management company had experienced cleaning staff I could have gave a better rest. I called 3 times on the first day...when we arrived the floors had not been cleaned and the tables still had stains and crumbs on them. They explained that it was because we got to the condo 1 hour early but the beds had been changed. The cleaning staff came in and cleaned the floors in 10 minutes and left. I walked into the master bath and the shower was disgusting... mildew all over the floor and hair and stains everywhere. I called again and never came back to clean. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean myself. Great start to the vacation!.Version: 1.0.9

Hilton Head Hurricane DorianMy family rented a lovely villa in Palmetto Dunes over Labor Day week. It was everything we had hoped for. Unfortunately Hurricane Dorian was churning. We were able to enjoy our villa for a day and a half and then the Vacation Company sent a mandatory evacuation notice. We followed all the guidelines for the rental and obeyed the evacuation notice. We left and gave them the notice as requested. But then we continued to get messages later in the week about checkout procedures etc. We had already been gone for four days!!!! I feel the automated impersonal system kicked in and we were given no assistance. I would think the villa owner would have a conscience about accepting their payment for this week’s rental. I assume they know their villa sat empty because of the evacuation and a partial refund is due. We, as the renters followed all the requirements on our end and maybe there should be some kind of policy in place when unforeseen weather events happen. Our family was so looking forward to this trip and our experience was very disappointing. ☹️.Version: 1.0.9

Difficult log inOnce you were able to login the app is full of useful and helpful information. The problem is the login. For some reason you can use the correct email and the login will fail even with the correct start date. I’ve had this happen to years in a row. Even the correct booking number does not work. Perhaps the rental agents send an email with login info before the app is enabled. I can’t recall how I fixed this last time, but it shouldn’t be this difficult..Version: 1.0.17

Please review the app, not your accommodation****I’m seeing so many reviews of the locations that were rented, not the app itself. This is an app that many rental services use and has nothing to do with your accommodation. **** The app a broken for me when selecting the check in date. You click on the very bottom of the screen which pulls up a calendar to select your check in date. When selected it doesn’t populate the date, causing a login error, making the app unusable. We used it last year for our rental and it worked well, but not this time..Version: 1.0.14

August beach tripWe arrived on a Sunday. Condo was neat and clean but noticed a hissing sound and that the air conditioner was not working properly. Call and reported it and someone was out to check it within a hour. We went to dinner and came back to find the same problem. It’s not unbearable but when paying this kind of money you Expect to have a properly working air conditioner and a cool condo!! Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be fixed tomorrow ..Version: 1.0.17

Unit 208 Madeira NorteLocation of this condo was great. It was adequate for our stay but definitely requires a cosmetic update such as a fresh coat of paint ,new bedding and lighter window coverings as it was dark. Loved the balcony as it was large and did have an ocean view from the side. The main complaint at Maderia Norte is the use of keys for the elevator/stairs, the pool(to get in and out) the gate to the beach and of course the unit. There are three different keys in a set and quite a nuisance to always carry a set with you. Its time to UPDATE to KEYPADS. Overall a good stay and would stay again if some updates were done!!.Version: 1.0.9

Pinnacle Port C3-102We had a great time and 4 days of simply beautiful weather(2 days of not so great but still it’s the beach). If you stay in this unit make sure the property managers&owners have replaced the washer/dryer combo. We had no dryer and that sucked. It didn’t go out while we were there, it didn’t work when we checked in. They did give us the key to unit C1-101 but that dryer to FOREVER to dry and took the best part of a whole day to dry 3 loads of towels and 3 loads of clothes. Not at all what we paid for and considered when booking a condo..Version: 1.0.9

On the beach- Water leak into kitchen with mold on the ceiling - Power outlets didn’t work in one upstairs room - alarm goes off every time you open the main door to the balcony. There is no way to turn it off and it beeps throughout the 2nd and 3rd floor. This kept guests ups at night and woke them up early in the morning. -Bikes were rusted, tires were low and seats were pealing - Ice maker in kitchen was broken - 1 Dryer was broken (but they did have 2) - Downstairs tv remote did not work, had to manually change the chanel on the tv. - Beach chairs were old, wobbly, and had no cup holders or vouches. - no pot holders/lacking some necessary kitchen accessory’s - upstairs bath outlets not wrong -2nd floor porch outlet did not work The office was very nice however they were unable to take care of the continual water leak nor get the ice maker working (they did bring us 2 bags of ice) Our biggest complaint is there is now way to disable the alarm therefore if you have early risers who like to sit on the porch the bell rings throughout the house EVERY time the door opens waking up anyone trying to sleep!!!.Version: 1.0.9

55 Sunfish Street Destin, FlaI would like for someone to meet me at the location if I decided to stay again. To ensure the place is cleaned. The stairs had not been swept. I miss grilling on Friday night because the gas was not on. I had to constantly call on Saturday to have dinner party ready. My stay was for my 60th birthday. My husband, children, family, Co workers & siblings joined me there from different cities/ states. I had an agenda/ menu planned. My family & I had to clean & change itinerary when we got there before setting up & decoration. Afterward the stay was okay. Didn’t know you had to pay extra for jacuzzi & pool heated. Condo was beautiful...Condo was beautiful... resort was not!! I had read reviews about the elevators but thought how bad could it be!! The wait times were up to an hour or more. If you had your luggage and wanted to check out in the morning and had to be at the airport.... forget it!!! A couple waited for an 1 hour and 15 to get there luggage in elevator. 1 of the pools was closed, had construction on the main walkway to the smallest gift shop I’ve ever been in. Work out facility was never open. The restaurant was a joke ( had maybe 6 tables) and no interest in being busy. I feel horrible for condo owners that live there. Weather was awesome and beach was beautiful..Version: 1.0.11

C1603When arriving to our condo we found it dirty, water bottles under the sofa along with food crumbs! Crumbs on the counters that hadn’t been cleaned! Sofa had crumbs in it.. The air wasn’t working so well so we called about all the issues and was told someone would call us back! No one ever did! The master bedroom shower faucets were messed up and stayed on either cold or hot it was hard to find a happy medium! The toilet clogged up and had to call for a plunger and was told someone would drop one off and that never happened! The microwave was missing the glass piece so hard to heat stuff up. The TV kept freezing up and couldn’t get a signal.. We love staying at Pinnacle port but would never stay in this room again..Version: 1.0.16

Please make overall process more streamlinedI understand Vrbo makes things a little more difficult…but WOW I’m a millennial and had a hard time accessing all my rental info…please make renting from you and gaining all the proper information easier…what’s the booking number? what’s the folio number? Do you even need that info? Also have a non app option (if you do I couldn’t find it)…overall make your process more streamlined…I can’t be the only one who’s said something like this to yall…BUT we loved our rental/stay though…thank you!.Version: 1.0.16

Needs a lot of improvementsThere are a lot of bugs in this app, and this is written after they supposedly fixed bugs. I can’t see what I’m typing when I input info in the app. It closes on me often, for no reason. It will not connect to my contacts to invite others, even though it has permission. The app leaves a lot to be desired. What little information it does provide is not the best. I’ll use this app strictly for my rental info, but look eleswhere for trip suggestions and area information..Version: 1.0.10

The good, the bad, and the uglyGreat location, V-trips customer service is wonderful, the bathroom updates are very nice, and the lanai is amazing, BUT...if you like to watch TV be prepared for frustration, none of the instructions for how to use the TV’s was accurate, and the reception is sub par. There are no curtains on the wall of windows in the master bedroom that faces a well traveled walking path, so if you like privacy, be warned. Also, the microwave is a relic from the 70’s and doesn’t work well to say the least. Same for the stove. There is a dishwasher but no soap for it. Lastly, it would be nice if there was a broom and dustpan available for people like me who like to keep the floors clean during the 2 weeks I’m here..Version: 1.0.9

Fox DenThis is an extremely dark and dingy “little cabin” that should be listed as not recently updated and in location that you wouldn’t want to navigate at night. Cupboard drawer in kitchen broken, carpeting soiled and with burn marks, linoleum horribly worn (upstairs bathroom) jacuzzi jets didn’t work, impossible to get connected to WiFi. Calls to Jackson Homes about this weren’t returned. Information posted on refrigerator outdated, only shower upstairs with hot water faucet that doesn’t work right, and stairs are very dark with dark brown carpeting and no stair rail. I fell after missing the bottom stair and skinned and bruised my shoulder and arm on rough walls. Lastly they need to take down half of the pictures of fox and figurines and there would still be dozens left. Very disappointed in this cabin!!! I am giving it one star for the full size washer and dryer..Version: 1.0.16

UK date format entry issueTrying to get past the home page but entering my booking date in UK iPhone format reverses the month and day compared to the Canadian format. So it won’t let me get beyond that home page. Annoying and unusable as it stands. Any advice?.Version: 1.0.5

Our stay - July 28 to August 4The house was great as was the weather. Our main problem was the spiders with accompanying webs. They were not in the house but the decks were covered to the point of not being able to use. I called Beach Realty on Monday (29) to report problem and was told that a work order would be issued. No one came during the week even though a call was made three times. We finally went out and bought our own spray which helped a lot. Finally could use decks. Beach Realty really failed us. This was the eighth time we have rented this house. Sadly it will be the last..Version: 1.0.9

DisappointingWe have stayed at The Ranch on 3 other occasions and have been so impressed by the condos. This trip was disappointing. Our condo needs updating so badly. Several wall outlets didn’t work. Dishes were dirty- we had to scrub the pots and pans before we used them. There was trash in the light fixture and trash left on the bedside table. We had to pay extra for covid cleaning, which obviously wasn’t done - or these issues would have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Our next trip to steamboat will take place somewhere else..Version: 1.0.11

216 Round roadWe, a family of ten, just returned from Rosemary Beach where we rented the above home through 360. I have traveled to many places in my life and rented many beach vacation homes. I have to say that the Home and the service provided by 360 were the worst I’ve ever encountered. They home was dirty and in disrepair. During the five day stay, we encountered refrigerator, security system, door lock, television and technology, and pool problems. Spoke to many people throughout our stay including “managers” and really with the exception of a man coming out to say he would have to contact a third party to make repairs and a woman with a small child who came to remove a soiled diaper found in a bedroom dresser, nothing was ever addressed. It’s a shame such a beautiful place left us with such a bad memory. We will return to Rosemary Beach but find a rental company with an emphasis on customer service..Version: 1.0.5

No reply “fix it” formThe app itself is ok for receiving information about check in/check out process and som spam about beach activities. There is a “fix it” form that apparently goes nowhere. I did not receive a single response to the 3 forms I’ve submitted. Got a phone call back in response to a PHONE CALL, but the messages that the lady claimed she had sent never came through the app or email. Something is not working or being miscommunicated. Overall, Newman-Dailey and its contractors (including this app) still have quite a few improvements to pursue..Version: 1.0.5

Epic Maui vacationsUnfortunately I am very unsatisfied with our stay at Honui Kairoom 215 Hokulani Tower. The doors front wouldn't close and slider wouldn't lock. But the worsted was the privacy we had rented a large patio unit to enjoy with our family grand kids and kids and found our patio was the access for the painters, 12 or more, all day in and out right past our bedroom and all living area T 7:40 all day in and out. The slider was open when we came home from a walk on the second day . Scary. Contacted the Epic Maui and they did get doors fixed but only response to privacy issue was they were unaware of work being done and would contact Hotel. Big deal . The credited of a tiny $ amount for our inconvenience. Wrong our privacy and use of our patio was just terrible. We would never have booked this and paid so much for a nicer room . They failed us on our trip. I did try to see if they would remedy this issue but the chose not to. 😪.Version: 1.0.17
