✓ Room 142My 9 year old son and I went on a solo getaway without dad. Needless to say I was very concerned with safety. This was a great find. We had such a great time exploring the beach for shells in the morning and pool most of the day. This is a great location and even during the busy season we never felt crowded. The staff was so kind and eager to help with any needs. “Carter” made plenty of friends at the pool to keep him occupied. We ventured out to Grandma Dots for our last night.... outstanding! ✓ My Blue CottageWe just returned from WaterSound and loved our stay at My Blue Cottage. The house is adorable fresh cozy and clean. Also it is beautifully decorated. Our 5 year old daughter loved staying in the loft. The location is ideal close to beach with gorgeous dunes and two heated swimming pools. We all slept great here. This was our fourth visit to the area and My Blue Cottage is hands down now our favorite place to stay. We will definitely be back here. All we could focus on was ocean, ocean, ocean!The condo was beautiful, furnishings were high end, and decor was amazing. Really enjoying the openness of kitchen & living area, looking right out onto the balcony, right out to the ocean. Some of the furnishings are starting to show wear, and need a table & chairs for outdoor dining. The lush landscape around our ground floor lanai and beautiful bird song gives it a secluded almost jungle feel within a peaceful, quiet resort area. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and groomed immaculately. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. ✓ Beuerlein Family Spring BreakWe have just returned from a week at the Coral Reef home on Seven Mile Beach. We were there on Spring Break with our three children their spouses and our four grandchildren! It was the second time to rent the wonderful home. While the world was spinning with constant Covid-19 updates we used the time to create great memories of sandcastles, shelling, snorkeling both day and night, scuba diving, Stingray City, paddle boarding, sea kayaking, great restaurants, visiting chefs, daily ping pong and pool, walks along the beach and beautiful sunsets! We were scheduled to stay another six days but when they announced the airport was closing to commercial flights through May 1st we had to leave early. So while the fun was cut short we find ourselves sitting at home self quarantined looking forward to rescheduling the time again next year! Everyone had a great time! The home continues to be a big crowd pleaser and it’s fun to see our young grandchildren becoming more comfortable with the sea! Thanks to Peggy and her great staff for the daily care of the home and for their help in navigating the stress of leaving the island prematurely. We will be back! ✓ Palm HarborAbsolutely lovely vacation. Immaculate, wide open floor plan and really large kitchen. We had three generations and loved the balcony for morning coffee and the island stove for group cooking since we didn’t eat out a lot due to Covid. There is a huge dock with plenty of room for our two boats and a short drive to the Atlantic. There was also good snapper fishing in Tavernier Creek. Just a note about the owner and the Keys Holiday Rental: We had an ac unit fail and they took care of it by replacing the unit immediately. We have never had such a quick response and we have been visiting the Keys every year since the 80’s. Only improvement would be to sleep 10 and add a bait freezer and ice maker. ✓ Hurricane rebookingOur family also went the same time as the last reviewer went but we had a different experience. We also had to leave after two nights and even though I did buy the insurance we did not have to use it. The management allowed us to use the balance of our time for the same unit in May we are going at a different time to avoid hurricanes and red tide. ✓ Milligan/Irwin vacation June 2019We (Milligan’s) have been coming to the Moorings since 2004. Usually in December but this time brought sister and brother in law who have never been to Sanibel. It’s always a great time here. Everything is kept up so nice- gardens beautiful. Now they are Sanibel lovers too. It was so fun to show them all that the Moorings have to offer and all the wonderful things about Sanibel Island. Miss having our daughter and her family with us. ✓ Useable and convenientThis app is very usable and convenient. Several reviewer said they had trouble logging on. I did as well initially, but once I received an email invitation from the resort to download the app, I was able to login easily. It was only two days before my arrival. Perhaps your information is not placed in the queue many days ahead of time. I found the links to phone numbers to call for maintenance and guest services very easy to access. ✓ Beachfront BlissOur family of 32 were in awe of this big, beautiful,up to date, open living and kitchen area. We loved everything this place had to offer, way more than we expected. Have only 2 complaints: elevator worked only have the time, and some places in the house were not too clean. The repair man that came fixed it and explained how to work it. ✓ Family ThanksgivingOur family of 16 stayed for the week of Thanksgiving at 7 Sand Hill circle. House and pool were great! We loved being able to sit on the covered back porch. The staff of 360Blue was so friendly and helpful to us with several small issues that came up during our stay. They showed up right away when we called, and took great care of us. ✓ Ocean HuesOur family came for a long weekend. This was such a pleasant surprise! We like to cook. We were blown away by this marvelous kitchen! It was as good as our own home kitchens. We never expected to find a vacation home with a lemon zester, with a good frying pan! Thank you. The bedrooms were very comfortable. ✓ Great house & great locationThe house accommodated all ten of us perfectly! It would’ve been nice if the ice machine and vacuum cleaner would’ve worked. However, I realize those things probably get lots of use in a house like that and it’s not an easy task to maintain all of the appliances. I’m sure if we had contacted the rental company, they would have sent someone out but we chose not to mess with that. ✓ A great Mainsail property.Island Holiday was perfect again. 304 Mainsail was ready early and the maids did a great job as the unit was very clean and ready for guests. The beds had Beautyrest mattresses and were super comfortable. The view of the Marina was clear although the 3rd floor was a bit high for watching boaters. Mainsail made a new rule that renters could NOT use the underground parking. This eliminated handicap parking close to the elevator and forced you to park by the pool which is far from the entrance. Carrying luggage was a big problem. There is now only two handicap parking spaces available for over 90 plus units. I doubt that complies with ADA rules. Looking at the underground parking there were many empty spaces. We rented from a unit owner. Why could we not use his space? Is the Board anti renters?.1-w/3:Version: 1.0.17

✓ Coastal ComfortI was looking for a large house for our annual family reunion. We needed something with lots of gathering space as well as lots of bedrooms; handicap accessible and on the beach. Coastal Comfort, with 4 king bedrooms and 4 with 2 queens; 1 huge open living/dining/kitchen combination as well as a smaller gathering space on the upper floor. With the elevator, beach front, and boardwalk over to the beach this one fit the bill. It even has it’s own swimming pool, ping pong table and hammocks. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with equipment and dishes. The home is luxuriously decorated and furnished. The beds were great . . . and it was obvious the place had been meticulously cleaned. Folks (Susan and Geoff) at Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were great to work with. ✓ Olive Gate Guest House contributes to a wonderful stay in Paso RoblesWe spent four days at Olive Gate Guest House with another couple and two dogs. For a small house it did not feel overly crowded. It was nicely appointed with plenty of towels, linens, and pillows. The back yard is very nice, especially with dogs. We used the grill and patio furniture for both breakfast and dinner. Fresh figs from the backyard tree were a plus! The location is another reason to stay here. Very close to downtown! We met many of the local neighbors during our stay. They were very welcoming. ✓ Nona’s Nest is a mustWe had a wonderful time, the kids definitely liked the pool after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of hot water when taking showers. Nice size kitchen and places to sit for eating. The living room is very confined, I would take out the large end tables and put more seating room. We could usually fit 6 people in the living room which made the others have to go somewhere else. The weather made it difficult to sit out on the deck because of the mosquitos, so much water everywhere. We did a lot of sweeping outside the decks, pretty messy. My daughter had to rewash her sheets, there was black all over one side, not sure what it was. My grandchildren loved being able to fish in the lake, they caught a couple and released them. It was nice watching the deer when they came out. Nice size washer and dryer. A good size lawn for kids to play too. ✓ Great vacation location!We have enjoyed out stay and would highly recommended for large families. We have 3 children, & 7 grandchildren so the 6 king size beds and private bath were great; and two rooms with trundle beds gave everyone a place to sleep Kitchen was well equipped and the large table made meal time a time to gather and catch up. ✓ Sand DollarI made the mistake of renting other houses the last three years in frisco/hatteras area. My family has rented Sand Dollar many times in the past. I should have known better to try something else. The house is well equipped and has first class accommodations. The owners keep up with replacing things. The house is awesome and I highly recommend it to others. The walk to the beach may be a bit much for some with little ones but I found it not bad at all for a senior citizen. A short walk to the downtown areas and the the harbour area in front of the Legislature Building. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. EMR Vacation Rentals were extremely easy to work with. We would highly recommend them. The only negative issue that we had during our stay was how to use the remote thermostat and fireplace igniter. ✓ Aqua DreamsThis house has a fabulous 180 degree view of the beach, and overall we had a wonderful time here. AC, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and appliances all work fine, EXCEPT the ice maker and water from the fridge are very slow, so buy ice. The house, linens, etc. are clean, but there is a roach problem! This week we killed about a dozen roaches. More hooks would be helpful; a couple of the bedrooms have none. In the master suite bathroom the sink drains very slowly. Upstairs bathroom is small and could use updating, so for showers all of us used other 2 bathrooms on middle level. Getting to the beach requires a climb over the dune. The outdoor faucet for the hose in the fish cleaning area is out of reach for rinsing sandy feet—Your feet get sandy again when you go around to turn it off! But overall this house has a fabulous deck w several chairs to enjoy the best view of the ocean we have ever had at OBX. Saw dolphins, pelicans, many shore birds. ✓ Stunning views!Beautiful ocean views, clean inside and very spacious! The decor is very tropical and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked w pots and pans etc and they even left us a welcome package of coffee, cookies, candy and water. The area is close to everything in Kapaa. The condo has pool towels included, boogie boards and beach chairs. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Also the grocery store is across the street. ✓ Vacation 2022We arrived a day late due to hurricane Ian but found our house untouched from storm damage. Our 2 week stay was so much fun and we especially enjoyed the new landscaping and other improvements to the house. 2 Full Sweep has become a second home for the six of us. ✓ Simply ParadiseSince 2016, our family has rented "Simply Paradise" for our early fall family get together. The location is perfect, situated in south Nags Head right on the beach. Great view of the ocean from the upper and lower decks! It is a awesome house for large families as there are ample bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms. It was easy to check in with the 24 hour service at the office, and accessibility into the unit was easy with the lockbox and passcode system. Our condo is exactly what we expected.
