✓ They stole my shoesThis was my first time using this company and it will be my last they stole my dunk low panda’s and my linen mids it’s been two weeks and my items are still saying received then I asked when will they be processed and they said their company is relocating its warehouse and it will be months before they process item’s for co-sign, so there’s no time limit on when they will process my shoes? ✓ After I ordered my shoes, they changed the sizeStadium Goods has all the overpriced hype beast clothes you could ask for, but on Black Friday I decided to order a pair of shoes. I got them in size 10 and checked my order the next day because I was excited. I had to log in again then I saw the shoes I ordered (Yeezy 350 “Zyon” V2) and noticed they were size 9.5. I have a screenshot of right after I ordered them in size 10 so I know I didn’t make a mistake. To say the very least they didn’t charge me the pice of the size 9.5. ✓ ScamThey know they have issues with the app and still take orders from it. I placed my order and verified sizes before submitting. Once placed they switched sizes on me. So within minutes I called to have it taken care of. But they couldn’t do anything about it. So not only did I pay for the shipping here. I’ll have to pay for the return. If they even let me return them. Probably won’t as I doubt I’d get my money back. All because they are using a broken system and don’t tell the customer that there’s an issue. Never got my money back and they are lying and saying they delivered my shoes and they know that it didn’t came! ✓ Checkout Not So GreatThe apartment complex I just moved into isn’t on Google Maps just yet. So when I try to input my actual address, it’s not found as an option during the checkout process. You should allow for users to input their addresses manually. Stadium Goods allows users to enter addresses manually from a browser, but not through the app? I JUST had a Stadium Goods package delivered this week w/o any issues and that was from using a browser window on my iPhone. But now that I want to use the app, I can’t because #1 my info isn’t carried over when I log into my account; #2 there’s no option for me to enter my address manually. It has to be an address that pops up as a suggestion. This needs to be fixed guys and girls. Until then, I’ll continue to NOT use your app. Such a shame. Thanks anyway..GrafxkidVersion: 2.2.7

✓ TerribleI order a pair of Jordan 1 “Brotherhoods” and they were fake I figured this out when I saw on the official Nike website that they had the same shoe in my size so I decided to order it because of my suspicions of the Stadium Good pair and when you compare the two shoes I definitely bought fakes the colors are off and the Air Jordan logo is poor quality on shoe is poor as well this website is a scam and I won’t order from here again.PlshelpmemomVersion: 3.5.7

✓ Buyer BewareStadium Goods has one of the worst return policies I’ve come across. They give you 3 days to file a return and once your return has been approved you have 3 days to send them back. I spent a good $50 paying for express shipping so that they would arrive in time. They then “lost” the shoes. Also, they take a 10% restocking fee and only refund you in store credit. ✓ Bad experienceI had an issue with my delivery and obtaining of my package which ultimately lead to my shoes being lost. When I had ordered my shoes I originally had messed up and not put my suite number down. I immediately contacted stadium goods and they told me that they would not/ could not change it or add to the address. It was still being shipped to the building as you cannot cancel your package. So it was delivered to the building. Due to the building being and office building there was no sight of my package. I walked around looking and asking in my building and there was no sight of my package. Now a week and half later apparently my shoes are missing. Sounds weird huh, I bought some retro 5 for $200 plus and immediately after delivery I notice that they have white spots on the front of the shoes.
