Since I have personally experienced “porch pirate” theft, I very much appreciate the security of Key Delivery. I am notified several minutes in advance of a delivery and at the time of delivery. ✗ Car deliveryI’d love to be able to take advantage of this… but apparently you still can have packages placed in your trunk because of covid. Covid has subsided rather significantly as of late and mask mandates are disappearing. On top of that, I cannot remotely fathom how there’s more, or any, risk of getting covid by putting a package in the trunk of a car, versus inside someone’s residence… Any degree of logic would suggest that it’d be the other way around. ✗ BewareI had a delivery today that is unrecorded in my order status. It was a dupe delivery. In effect, the driver entered our home with no record of his entry. My security system recorded it. I got no email indicating the delivery had been made. I am trying to turn the key delivery off. They have made it really hard. I have to download this app to do it. I have lost trust.
